We visited Madam Lân, a Michelin-listed restaurant in Vietnam, and it truly lived up to its reputation. Everything we ordered was delicious. Their pho was the best we had during our entire Vietnam trip — a must-try. The grilled squid was absolutely outstanding, easily the best I’ve ever had. And the egg coffee… despite being lactose intolerant, I still couldn’t resist and ended up having two cups, even knowing I might suffer later! Service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The restaurant has beautiful Vietnamese-style decor, and its riverside location makes it even better. After the meal, it’s perfect for a relaxing walk along the river. Highly recommended — this place is a must-visit when you’re in Vietnam.

Food is delicious. Lots of fresh vegetables and fragrances to pair with the dishes which makes everything very refreshing. My favourite dish is the grilled fish, a combination of sour savoury and spiciness. Atmosphere is very nice as well… lantern decoration makes the place very photogenic. Service is decent with frequent plate changes and assistance.

Famous Michelin awarded Vietnamese restaurant located near the river. Place is decorated beautifully similar to the vibes in Hoi An. Plenty of seats available for different group sizes. Must try the bun bo hue and signature grilled fish. Bun bo hue soup was clear and clean whilst being beautifully seasoned. Bahn xeo wasn’t too oily. Grilled fish was delicious but was slightly overcooked

We had lunch at Madame Lân and enjoyed the honey chicken, spring rolls, broken rice, and glass noodle with crab meat. The restaurant’s lantern-lit courtyard created a charming, relaxed atmosphere. But we sat at the air-conditioned second floor to escape the afternoon heat! The honey chicken was nicely balanced glaze, the spring rolls were crisp and flavourful, and the broken rice was simple yet comforting. The glass noodle with crab meat was a aromatic. We enjoyed the drinks! Overall, it was a lovely dining experience with tasty dishes, and warm service.

The place and the food we got were really nice. The service is super good. The menu is huge you can probably come 3 times a day for a week and still get to try something new.

Good Service from the beginning, after a warm welcome. We were guided to lvl 4 without a reservation. We ordered Grilled Pork Collar which the outlook was not too bad . The pork sides were a little hard due to my new dental works but the centre is beautifully done and melts in mouth . The accompanying sauce was nice with lots of herbs. This is the softest spinach leaves I had and I don’t even see any thick stems at all . Soft leaves and cooked to perfection with a nice hinge of salt. Glutinous Rice with lotus seeds and lots of mushroom in a wrap. The rice was nicely done and the fragrance of it all was very aromatic and easy to go. ( oh… I asked for Chilli Sauce as it goes very well with it) This is an interesting vegetable dish of Grilled Egg Plant with vegetables and peanut topping. The eggplant was grilled till it’s soft yet with some burned aromatics and the dipping Sauce is a spicy peanut grinned paste which enhances the overall experience of this dish. Soft , favouring.. yet filling . The fish wrapped with seaweed in a spring roll was delightful as it’s not oily , crusty seaweed and well executed with a light dipping sauce. ( lemon or lime will fit even better ) Mango 🥭 was nice but need something more sweet or sour to enhance it better. Dessert … Caramel Pudding was nice and soft. Overall, table service was really good with a supervisor ensuring about the overall experience. Coming back for Dinner later today. Part 2 1 video for the Steam boat dinner . Simple yet covering a full stomach and leaving satisfied. Had a garnish oyster dish cooked that doesn’t taste too bad. Dessert was Oolong with lemon jelly … a bit too hard for me . Scenery was good along the river. Peaceful and Nice.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Madame Lân! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive without being overwhelming. Every dish we tried was delicious, but the fish was truly exceptional—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the care and quality in every bite. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Da Nang. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Outstanding eatery along the Han river. Every dish we ordered taste really amazing. We can’t recommend this place enough. Spacious and pleasant dining experience with really helpful and friendly wait staff.
