I've always been intimidated to try reformer pilates, even making it one of my 2025 goals to try out. The staff & instructor at Nice Day Pilates couldn't have been more welcoming to me as a newcomer. After only 1 class, I've definitely become a fan and plan to come back. As someone who has done hot yoga and mat Pilates before, I would say to anyone interested in trying is that it's a different level of challenge without all the sweat. The studio setting is also a great perk where it's unlike a typical Pilates studio, with its vaulted ceiling and modern touches.

I absolutely loved my pilates experience at Nice Day! The space is beautifully designed — super calming, open, and not at all cramped. There’s a lot of interesting art and little design details to take in, which definitely helped take my mind off some of the tougher (but super effective!) moves. This was my first reformer Pilates class and I’m 7 months pregnant, but Jen made me feel so supported. She offered great modifications and her cues were super clear and easy to follow. The movements were simple but wow — I felt it. Such a strong, feel-good workout.

I bounce around Toronto studies and was looking forward to trying this out since it opened in its new location. To be honest, I really wasn’t sure if I would like it upon my arrival. I didn’t love that there was no reception and I had arrived 20 min before class and had to wait in a stairwell (it’s possible I missed an email with details that the studio door is locked until 10 min before class starts and to state there’s no outside waiting area). Anyway, the studio is huge and is definitely a vibe. The equipment is high quality and the instructor was very likeable and detailed, even coming by to adjust my springs for me knowing I had an injury. This was by far the best of “classical” reformer I have experienced in the city. It had challenging moments but also felt therapeutic at times. I would definitely recommend checking this space out.

Can’t say enough great things about Jen and what she’s created. Nice Day Pilates is probably the only place where you’re able to have an intimate lesson with the instructors whilst in a group setting - super important. All the instructors are supportive and take great care in accommodating whatever needs one may have, whilst the space always feels warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place, it’s truly a hidden gem.

IG @kamelja heaven is a place on earth. and it’s called nice day Pilates. I’d move here if I could! The most aesthetic and beautiful space in the city that also happens to be a little Pilates studio. Someone take this inspiration and create more places like this in the city — it needs it so badly. Love the classes, instructors, owner… true community.

Mediocre pilates class experience - the instructor was in jeans which was unprofessional. The drop in class I paid for was $45 which was on the pricer side compared to other studios in the city that average around $30 - $35. I expected better for something I paid more than average for. The space was unique - very clean. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend.

Nice Day Pilates is without a doubt my favourite Pilates space in the city. I have had the pleasure of working with a few of their instructors and they all have a unique way of challenging you. Jenn is a sweetheart. She is understanding, attentive, and her classes are sure to bring you joy. This space is somewhere you will feel welcomed. It’s amazing to see my body move in ways I didn’t know I would be capable of! Being a weight lifter, finding a love for Pilates through this studio is a great add to my workout regime.

A nice spacious studio with the most kind staff! Did a mat pilates class with Jess and she was amazing!
