A very popular destination with locals and for dinner it won’t disappoint. The atmosphere is very casual and friendly, same room for dessert because they are out of this world! The food was excellent too, the Nicholas Burger really hit the spot, and did I mention desserts! Seriously no one would blame you for just going here for them, sinful and delicious. Great for a low key event like birthday or anniversary.

Went for brunch at Nicholas Barrel & Roost and seemed to be pretty good. Had the French toast with bourbon syrup and bananas. Also shared avocado toast as an appetizer. They don’t do free refills on soda or ice tea so be careful there.

Excellent service, food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was inviting. I always enjoy having lunch or dinner here. My husband had a surprise party for me in the front room of the restaurant that can be made private by closing the door to the main restaurant. Both the service and food were incredible and all of the guests, including myself, all left feeling happy and satiated.

We used a gift certificate we received for dinner last night. It's a good thing because if I had to pay full price for the food that was served, I'd be a little perturbed. Just my opinion but, the menu did nothing to entice me. I wound up ordering the burger which was cooked just as I ordered it. That and my cocktail were the only things I enjoyed. My companion ordered the fried chicken sandwich. I've had better quality chicken at a diner. The french fries were soggy and inedible. We couldn't eat them. They were left on the table. The French Onion soup tasted like canned bullion and the cheese was almost tasteless. The fried pickles were also a disappointment. Not enough flavor. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was pleasant but, I'll never return.

What a much needed transformation. The fancy shtick they had going on didn’t work. This one does. Started with the fried cheese curd with roost sauce. Perfectly fried without being oily. The the bread with ricotta was weak so do not order it. It is just rolls of bread with ricotta in the corner of the plate. Nothing to it. We ordered the salads for dinner and they were delicious. Salads are salad but these were a step above. The chopped salad was the best. I also had no idea Nicholas owns Nicholas Creamery too. We scarfed down the Brownie with peanut butter ice cream. Good job Nicholas on the transformation!

Delicious, very good service, beautiful decor. One of the best places in the area for a Sunday brunch

Google
Really nice atmosphere and good service. Plate prices are about what you would expect in this area, but portions are pulled back. Smallest oysters I've ever seen at about $4 a piece. $20+ hamburger has less meat than Applebee's. Also, watch out for the 3% mystery charge on the bill even when paying on cash.

Came at noon on a Sunday for brunch. Parking is free, had to park in lot next door, was not an issue. We were seated immediately-party of 2. This is my 3rd time for brunch, yes its that good. It doesn't matter what you get, I'm sure it'll please. Service was pleasant and quick, didn't rush you. Drinks: Bourbon Chocolate martini--this was strong for me, but my friend loved it Pineapple upside down cake---this was delish. Not too strong on pineapple or alcohol--really enjoyable FOOD: Cajun eggs benedict- I loved this so much. The chorizo was sliced perfectly, not too thick/not too thin. Eggs oozed, cooked perfectly. A little spicy kick---one of my favorite eggs Benedict ever French style omelet-"cooked perfectly delicious" was the consumer's comment Warm chocolate chip cookie-its everything I wanted it to be. Comes out in a cast iron dish, with just thr right amount of crispness and chocolate. I wish there was 2 scoops of ice cream, but we made it work

Yelp
Hot dog party!! We enjoyed the hot dogs, pickles, chicken bites, fries (not our favorite Nicholas fries but still good) We like that Nicholas changes up the menu and cocktails. I had the Kiwi margarita, different but tasted good! We enjoy sitting at the bar,the staff are great and attentive. Our feedback for hot dog party, wish it had 2 hotdogs each, we cut in half so both of us could try the 3 hotdogs. All the dogs were good but The rodeo hotdog was killer delicious! We actually asked if we could just order a hot dog but only available for hot dog party. Bummer! Always highly recommend for delicious food and service.

Yelp
Please let me start by saying this is a Very pretty restaurant! The wait staff is very green so don't expect top notch service, the staff would be better off in a higher end fast food Establishment. Waited at least 20 minutes for our first drink. The food is mediocre and not pleasingly plated. Remember we eat first with our eyes Chef. The prices are high end fine dinning prices, without the service or flavor. For the price we were a party of 4 and the bill was over $450.00 There are much better restaurants in the area

Yelp
I had really high hopes for Nicholas Barrel & Roost, but those hopes fell a little flat. I went to brunch on Sunday as part of a group of 6. We sat at a table in the bar area, but the ambiance was nice. I ordered the Nicholas' Cold Black Heart drink. It's a seasonal drink for Valentine's Day. It was basically like a cherry limeade with whiskey/bourbon. They also used activated charcoal in the drink which gave it the black color. I loved this drink. Also, we shared a Rome Vacation pizza as an appetizer. I enjoyed the pizza. It was topped with a cream sauce, potatoes, caramelized onions, and bacon. I enjoyed the pizza as well. After that, everything either went downhill or was just okay. I got the Surf and Turf, which consisted of a lobster roll and a beef burger slider. It is served with chips. I asked to substitute fries for the chips, but they wouldn't let us make the substitute. Instead, those of us who would've preferred fries over chips had to pay for an order of fries while still receiving the chips we didn't want. To top it off, neither the fries or chips had any salt. Although my food was edible, I didn't find anything special about it. The slider was just a beef patty topped with cheese and onion. The lobster roll could've used a little extra touch of seasoning as well. There were several other people at our table who weren't the most pleased with their food either. Again, it was edible but nothing to rave about. This is one of those places that I've been wanting to try for a while. Their food looks good on social media, but it just fell flat for me. I think the consensus is that this is definitely a good place to grab a drink, but I probably wouldn't get much else. I'll stick to their ice cream shop down the highway instead!

Yelp
I had heard of this restaurant and was finally going to be in the area, so we tried it. Upon walking in a saw a few different rooms. The bar area and the room near it were super cute. They sat us in neither of those areas in an empty room that only had one other table, and of course they sat us on top of them. We asked to move, and they put us in a cute room that was decorated with lights and was rustic-y. Ordered a Diet Coke and my friend got a Coke, both flat and disappointing. We got the burrata, which was pretty good and I got the chicken dish. The chicken was good, wasn't crazy about the vegetables though. Our server was just ok, not overly friendly or attentive. Let's talk about the bathroom here... Literally the smallest stall I ever went in. My knees touched the door. On top of it, there was no hook or place to put my purse. Awful design not allowing any room for space. I literally limited how much water I had because I didn't want to have to need the bathroom because that's how uncomfortable I was in there. Honestly, this place was just a miss for me and a let down.

Here we are again, if my daughter didn't love the mashed potatoes we would never be back.

Yelp
The six of us decided to pick this brunch spot for its location, because it had a full bar, because they took reservations, and because TRULY, food looked amazing online. Was greeted with warm smiles so I was optimistic. The restaurant had an upscale farmhouse vibe and was beautiful. I requested the most gorgeous nook in the entire place so I was thrilled when they sat us. Our server took our drink orders instantly which I was also thrilled about. I ordered an Espresso Martini which was excellent...strong and rich and very potent. But that's where my joy ended. The menu was extensive but not overwhelming. A few of us did our research and we ordered a couple of their more popular, highly recommended, signature dishes: The Rome Vacation, the Surf and Turf, the Nicholas Burger among other things. Sadly, even though the food looked great, the taste was unremarkable...all style, no substance. An upcharge wasn't available when we wanted fries instead of the chips. Instead, we had to purchase the fries separately. So many misses on the food unfortunately and really, that's what we came for.

Yelp
it was the most meh thing i've eaten, especially for that price. the pasta was basically pasta and tomato sauce. the sandwich bread was so thin. and the pizza was pretty decent, just on the salty side.

Yelp
We had brunch at Nicholas Barrel & Roost in Red Bank on a Sunday. The place is beautiful and we're seated right in front of the bar. The service was great and the server has been attentive with all our needs. One of our friends ordered the Rome Vacation Pizza as appetizer. It was okay though but not as good as the pizza I'm having with in some restaurants. I tried the Nicholas Burger which is wood grilled sirloin short rib blend served with house pickled and seasoned chips. The burger was good but the house picked wasn't what I expected and the seasoned chips are tasteless and not good at all. Some of my friends have complaints on their orders as well, my friend's eggs benedict were served cold and my other friend's side dish salad was salty. The food didn't at all live up to our expectations. I hope we can still go back here again and try the other list on their menu to at least give this restaurant a chance to gain the remaining two (2) stars.

Yelp
We were a group of six who met up for brunch. Beautiful interior, very crowded space for 11 AM. The menu is quite large but eccentric. There's brunch items and pizza and salad and also oysters? We split the Roma Vacation pizza and I started off with an espresso martini, both items were quite good. Everything else - borderline mediocre to subpar. I ordered the blackened swordfish sandwich - dry, average bread - with chips that tasted like nothing. They come complimentary with some sandwiches and I wish they didn't. I also shared some of my friends' fries, again unsalted. My friend ordered the Cajun Eggs Benedict and it was cold. The burger was average and the side salad was tangy and salty(!). Around the table, none of my friends were particularly impressed with any of their dishes, save perhaps the Not My Grandma's Crudite, an odd item to stand out on a menu packed with solid dishes. A 50+ buck per person brunch should come with good fries, at the very least.

Yelp
Brunch with friends. The place is beautiful, our spot was cool, in front of the bar by the liquors. The service was good, attentive and fast. About the food, my expectations were greater than the actual experience . Great presentation , but lack on taste or combinations. The eggs Benedict were not hot, the potatoes tasteless and the salad of one of my friend was very salty. We also tried the Roma vacation pizza as appetizers, that one was well cooked , I enjoyed it! I am open to give it another try sometime, hopefully I will have a better experience!

Yelp
Went for an early dinner on a Friday at 6pm. Didn't make a reservation and the place was busy but we were seated right away. We were seated in enclosed porch like setting with plantings around the outside to block the view of the road and parking lot. Server was quick to come over and got our drinks and water. We ordered beet salad ribs for appetizers and the burger and short ribs for our mains. To full for dessert. Overall a great experience highly recommended and will be back.

Yelp
The vibes! The martinis! The service! The food! VaaaVaaaVoom to say the least. This place is a must try. I don't think I even spoke as I did a happy dance while eating the short rib pasta. Those blue fin tuna nachos are a must try. The sauces they pair with it make the entire dish and the tuna was so fresh. The side of Mac and cheese was just right. Not too thick but perfect amount of cheese. Our server was so accommodating. One of us asked for a sangria and he was like "we don't have it, but we can make it". It was delicious. Another accommodation was for dessert. We didn't want the milkshake but we wanted the cookies and he was like "no problem, how about just some ice cream???" Like sir, can I take you home.

Yelp
I had a great lunch at Barrel & Roost. The restaurant itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated. It's definitely on the fancier side of casual, but still no need to fully dress up. I ordered the surf and turf on the lunch menu, which included a lobster roll and a (small) slider. I thoroughly enjoyed it, even the chips on the side were delicious. My husband's "Buffalo Bleu" chicken sandwich was good, but nothing special. My daughter had the Mac n Cheese from the children's menu, which might as well have been an adult entree! The portion was huge and we ended up taking most of it home (not complaining!). Overall, lunch was great but a bit on the pricier side. Service was very good.

Yelp
My friend took me here for a birthday lunch. It is beautifully decorated with a barnyard feel. Service was great our waiter was very attentive. I ordered the swordfish which was cooked perfectly and my espresso martini was delicious! My friend also enjoyed her salad and wine. We had a relaxing lunch and never felt rushed.
google avatar

Yelp
NBR is always on point for us, so all the more reason to celebrate our mutual birthdays here. We have been coming here for years, including the earliest days of "Nicholas". Service is professional and attentive. Top on that list is Wendy. Food is always solid.
google avatar

Mark A W.

Yelp
The atmosphere at Nicholas barrel and Rose was very classy and great decor. The service was on point as everyone was very accommodating and nice. Now let's get to the food, I had a cheeseburger with the homemade potato chips. The cheeseburger to me was kind of dry, I was excited because they use short rib to make their burgers. To me the burger was like a 93/7 burger with very little fat. The best part of the meal was the french fries and the cheese curds. I would go back again, but I would like to try some different menu items. I give my experience a three out of five.
google avatar

Rebekah M.

Yelp
A beautiful menu only hindered by the screaming children in the restaurant. I would love to come here more often. Just the thought of the screaming children past 5pm has killed the idea multiple times unfortunately.
google avatar

Jill R.

Yelp
It was a cute place, and They took good care of us when we checked in with our reservation. Our waitress, Lauren, was helpful, attentive, friendly, and great with our food allergies. The apps- cheese curds and bread /butter/ricotta board were great. Burgers and caramelized onion Pierogi were delicious, too. We will be back again-everything was spot on from the moment we came in - excellent service- even as we left, we got a greeting goodbye from The host. Parking was plentiful as well- big lot- Excellent service, great vibe, great food. What else could you ask for? We will be back soon.

Yelp
After following this restaurant on Instagram for some time, my family and I finally decided to make the trip to enjoy the beautiful Christmas decor. The ambience was wonderful and service was great. We had a few different coffee drinks and cocktails and all were delicious, you can't go wrong with the drink menu. We were there for brunch and got the toast sampler as an appetizer and I wouldn't recommend it. The bread was a bit stale and not very toasted, and I expected more flavor from the array of toppings. My boyfriend got the French onion soup which I had to try and it was amazing, a must order. For entree I got the Cajun Eggs Benedict which had great flavor but was served cold (I'm thinking that may have been the case for the toasts as well). The rest of my family ordered different sandwiches and were all pleased with their meal. The menu is large so I am looking forward to going back and trying more of the lunch and dinner options.

Yelp
The food was horrible and had no taste, price are high and the quality is low.Been here three times will not be back,ROMA VACATION PIZZA WAS THE WORST!!!!!

Yelp
My wife and I went here for an early dinner around 4:30 pm, the restaurant was pretty empty, and we expected to get in and out before the dinner rush. We were presented with the mid-day menu and we both ordered the Nicholas Burger cooked to medium figuring this would be the easiest and fastest dish to serve. As I said the restaurant was pretty empty with only 3 tables seated in the front room and after 30 minutes our food arrived and both burgers were rare/raw. Taking 30 minutes to fire 2 hamburgers is unacceptable, taking 30 minutes when the place is slow and serving them rare/raw is just not caring. The burgers were refired and were without flavor, average at best. Very disappointing as this is their signature dish. The good side - our waitress was very attentive, and the coconut rice pudding she recommended was delicious but $4+ for a cup of regular coffee? I have been here a number of times for dinner and lunch with large and small groups and each time the food was inconsistent, one dish is hot and flavorful the next person has the same dish and its cold and bland.
google avatar

Amanda R.

Yelp
Great food, awesome service and we loved the atmosphere. The cocktails were delicious. Everything was fresh. We celebrated my friend's birthday and the service was impeccable.
google avatar

Jason R.

Yelp
I decided to check out Nicholas Barrel & Roost for the first time after seeing their Christmas decor draw all over social media--clearly part of their influencer marketing. The holiday decorations were nice, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to the hype. The service was good, and the cocktails were solid, but the food was underwhelming, especially for the price. I stuck to a few appetizers and the burger based on recommendations as nothing was really catching my eye. The apps were decent, can't lose with french onion soup ever in my opinion, and the burger was fine--safe but unremarkable. Honestly, it felt like I was at an overpriced TGI Fridays with no jack daniels sauce. One thing that left me scratching my head was the random 3% fee added to the bill. What exactly was that for? It wasn't explained, and it just felt like an unnecessary extra charge on top of already overpriced food. If you're drawn by the festive ambiance, it's worth a visit once, but the food quality and hidden fee doesn't justify the cost. I probably wouldn't go back unless they revamped the menu since there are just far better options in the red bank -middletown food scene.
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
My friend and I randomly came here for lunch today , on a Saturday at 2pm. Parking lot was very busy but without a reservation we were able to get seated right away. The host and waitress were very nice. Inside was cute, chic and very farmhouse looking .. I ordered the lobster roll with the butternut squash soup, my friend ordered the grilled cheese with the same butternut squash soup. Everything came out quickly and both entrees were amazing! We didn't have any room for dessert but we will definitely return to try more items off the lunch/dinner menu another time.
google avatar

Yelp
Had dinner here and met the owner Nicholas who told us a bit about the transformation the place went through during COVID. It was a time to reboot the interior and menu to be more casual (forget about the dress code tips you see from its former self). With that said, the food here is still outstanding and even though it is nowhere in my backyard I know I will be back at some point. The Pistachio Dusted Mahi Mahi, Sticky Rice, Coconut Broth, Green Curry Oil, Scallions was perfect. The Bluefin Tuna Tartare, Avocado, Mango Puree, Seaweed Salad, Fried Wonton Chips was a great way to start the meal. I did also taste the Braised Octopus, Confit Potatoes, Romesco Sauce, Parsely Oil, which was done perfectly. Also, though I rarely have dessert I did manage some of the Warm Berry Crumble, Oat Crumble, Blueberries, Strawberries, Nicholas Creamery Vanilla Ice Cream! Which reminds me. Nicholas being the "serial entrepreneur" that he also has a bottle shop with an online presence, a creamery not too far away, and something to do with a winery or some such as well. Bonus: if you love bourbon, you will love the selection available here!

Chris A.

Yelp
Had a reservation here the other night, waited a few minutes after we checked in. It was packed on a saturday night, the aesthetic and inside atmosphere was great. Started off with a beer, then got the grilled swordfish sandwich which came with a salad. It was delicious, definitely would order again. Dessert we got the cookies and milkshake which were great and I got an espresso martini for the first time. I'd definitely come back, just a little pricey but a great spot for a date

Yelp
My friend and I went there for the first time last week for lunch. We both agreed that it was excellent. We loved everything from the decor to the food and excellent service. Our waiter was young and adorable and was a great server. Provide it was reasonable as well. We will be back!
google avatar

Perry P.

Yelp
Went in just after they opened. After ordering we sat for a bit and started noticing an annoying house fly that kept harassing us. Soon there were two of them. Waitress said they are aggressive today. After ten minutes of this we asked to move to an inside seat. More flies! We got burgers and lobster rolls with side of fries. Burgers were very good. Lobster roll I felt was bit dry. Fries were not crispy. Did I mention the flies? An $80 burger meal for two + flies. Meh.

Yelp
4.5 stars - Yelp, you need to give us this option! I loved the ambiance - it's absolutely gorgeous! A bit of a farmhouse like vibe. I came in early before my gf arrived and sat at the bar. It's a beautiful wood bar with nice lighting, and the wooden floors are stunning. The menu itself had lots of interesting cocktails, and wines. It's a square bar, and a very inviting bar to say the least. I decided to take a seat at our table while waiting for my gf and took a look at the lunch menu. It was a Wednesday and there was a sizeable crowd there - lots of ladies celebrating birthdays, women's day out, etc. etc. Lots of cakes came out with sparklers on it - very festive, I loved it! We started with the toast sampler - $22 for 4 different toasts (toppings on toasted bruschetta). We also had a bottle of Chablis for $60, which is very reasonable. Then I ordered the shrimp po boy - amazing bread and the sandwich had a little kick to it! Very filling and quite delicious! I told my gf, who lives fairly local that I would 100% love to come back next time I am in the area! (I am from NJ but I moved). Lots of great options on the menu and I loved the little outdoor patio area.
google avatar

Connor W.

Yelp
The the menu is high end yet simple. Some fancy twists on all your favorites! Lots of seating and always such friendly service and vibes! Great for all occasions and meal times! Lots of seating! Def should check it out!

Tom W.

Yelp
Very good food and great service had the burger pretty good and oysters okayed price. Clean place

Amanda Z.

Yelp
I went here for brunch on a Saturday. There was a good mix of lunch and breakfast items on the menu, although the breakfast items stop being served at 2 PM. I got the shrimp tacos, which were super yummy. The cocktail menu had a lot of tasty cocktails. My favorite was the melon sangria. I also got chocolate ice cream for dessert, which is made in house. The service was efficient and there were no long waits. The outdoor seating was really nice and not overly hot. I'd love to go back for dinner sometime.
google avatar

Randi G.

Yelp
Arugula and asparagus salad was fantastic! Was so looking forward to the burger however after 2 attempts they couldn't get it right. Ordered medium rare. Both times burger came out medium well. I was not sending it back a third time.

Yelp
We have been to Nicholas' several times over past year or so, and have always been very happy with our experiences. Food has always been excellent, although the menu is somewhat limited. Everything that we have tried has been very well prepared and very tasty. Service has also been excellent every time we have gone. The wait staff has always been well informed and provided great recommendations. They have also exceeded expectations in terms of taking care of us during our meal. If in Red Bank, and can get a reservation, you should try Barrel and Roost.
google avatar

Rick G.

Yelp
A few years ago, Nicholas renovated the whole restaurant and gave it a more casual theme. Hit a home run this place is really solid and consistent with original menu items and really good service highly recommend and much better now that it's more casual as well.

Nicole T.

Yelp
We had the best server. Wish I remembered her name. She was very personable and did not steer us wrong with her recommendations. Loved the ambience. Great drinks and food all around.
google avatar

Tulshi P.

Yelp
Amazing ambiance, happy to have found this gem in the area. Service felt a little rushed because it seemed the waitress wanted us to leave and free up the table but there was no one waiting and place was not packed. Food was great! I got the French omelette with Gruyère cheese and potatoes and it was delicious. Portions are huge so I had leftovers.

Vinnie D.

Yelp
After many visits to this fine establishment, I must make my first complaint. Consistency is key for a restaurant as it goes forward. Last night I ordered not your grandma's crudite'. I was so disappointed at the drastic changes. The dish was swimming in masses of (undressed) lettuces. The amount of actual crudite' has been. Minimized by half! Often this satisfied 2 even 3 diners. Barely enough for one! Over done with too much Brussels and too little of other ingredients. Our Swordfish and Chicken entrees were excellent. Hopefully management sees this constructive criticism and returns to the original special dish.

Yelp
My husband and I went back for a dinner service two weeks ago. Let me start my saying we had an 8:30 reservation but got seated at 8 !! Score !! I had a cosmo or 2 and it was delish !! Grilled octopus to start and a pasta dish for dinner. Apple pie for dessert !! My husband had the peer salad and it was yummy.

Michael I.

Yelp
We have been here quite a few times and I've never written a review. (It's always crowded, so they don't need my input!) We never sit at the bar. We went the weekend before Christmas and were pleasantly surprised they had a bar manager who ran the bar seating like a pro. What a revelation. He brought us drinks and kept us informed as to when a space would open up. After a short wait we had two seats at the bar and had a great meal. The food is always great, but I thought this bar manager/seating operation was so good I had to finally post a review of one of our regular places.
google avatar

Jade F.

Yelp
The apps here were delicious. We all loved the house made bread with ricotta and butter, cheese curds (this is a must!), and beets salad. I would certainly say apps here is the highlight. The Cacio e Pepe was mediocre at best. The crispy Brussels sprouts were not particularly crispy, would have been better if it had more crunch. I wouldn't come back for the entrees, but would definitely come back for apps. The drinks was okay.

Alan M.

Yelp
Popping Place! Great vibe. Excellent quality and staff to match. Jump in at the bar, you'll be happy.

L A.

Yelp
Decor was very nice. Parking lot was great. Bathroom was dirty. We were there for brunch on Saturday, it was noisy, it was 2 of us n we were seated in a room with large groups. Hard to hear but once they left, much better. Drinks were pricey, food more reasonable. We both had quiche Lorraine w a salad n tried a side of macaroni n cheese. Everything was good, only complaint is that the food was served in less than 5 minutes. I mean like fast food speed. that tells you something. I was with a friend, we enjoyed being together, catching up. But $70 each for brunch I'd expect a fresher meal. I doubt I'd go back or recommend it.

Kathie J.

Yelp
Beautifully decorated for the holidays! Excellent service and good food.... Great pear martini! Only complaint (and it's a small one) is no bread basket with the meal. For a $300 plus bill for 4 people, a basket of bread would've been nice. But would I would definitely eat here again.

Yelp
Tried this place this past weekend and so glad that I did! Beautiful restaurant inside and has a charming outdoor patio. We were here for lunch on Sunday so had to order off of lunch/brunch menu but everything we tried was delicious. Definitely try the Rome vacation pizza - yum!! And the lobster bisque!!! Burger and lobster roll were all great as well. Cocktails are pretty good and strong but I do recommend going with some of their signature cocktails on the menu. We ordered other items from the bar and they were just OK. Overall, great experience and would love to come back.

Yelp
Candace was an excellent server. So efficient and kind. We had a great evening. The menu was perfect. Something for everyone. The food came out hot and fresh and the servers were proud to serve it. The shovel salad was simple yet delicious with each bite, Highly recommend the apple cobbler for a small but delicious dessert.

Yelp
Ambiance was wonderful. The food was decent and overpriced. We went for lunch and ordered a poke bowl and the surf and turf. The rice for the poke bowl could've been better as it tasted like rice straight out of the fridge (crumbles in your mouth for those who know what I mean). Surf and turf was good. The slider was done well and it was juicy. Lobster roll in my opinion could've had more flavor but it was ok. For what was offered, it was overpriced IMO. If you want a nice vibe and good atmosphere this is a nice place to go to hang out. We sat at a corner and like another review, there was this annoying fly hovering around us the whole entire time during our visit. Other than that, service was very good. The waitress was attentive and nice.

Yelp
What a great way to spend our Sunday afternoon! The food was superb, the bar staff were on top of everything and added to our experience. Even the people around us were happy and warm. It's a well run restaurant from top to bottom!

Yelp
Underwhelming brunch. Chips were cold. The tiny lobster roll was okay. Service was meh... I think some guy who isn't a waiter took pity on us and took our order. Thanks dude.
