This was my second trip to Nick's Quorum in one week. Why? Because the word "spectacular" isn't enough to tell the story. Starting with the décor and atmosphere; a Speakeasy vibe heralding back to the days of Prohibition. The entrance is unpretentious, as would be the case of an establishment of this sort back when only those with the inside track would know the location. The greeting from the employees is immediate and warm. Elizabeth, our server, was both gracious and knowledgeable about every item on the menu. She clearly enjoys conversing with her guests. In command of all of this is Philip, the restaurant manager. He is attentive to every detail, and it shows. He treats each guest as if they are family. The evening really gets underway when he wheels out the serving cart and personally cuts generous portions of the most succulent Prime Rib known to exist. Served au jus and with homemade horseradish sauce if you like; it is a masterpiece of culinary perfection.

Really good brunch. The malted waffles are amazing. So airy.... Excellent. Very light. I had the blueberry waffle. The blueberries were nice size, very flavorful and there were a lot of them. It also came with two eggs, which I got over easy and two pieces of bacon. The eggs were cooked perfect and the bacon was just as I prefer, not real crispy. They also serve the waffle with real whipped cream and 100% maple syrup and the quality of both was very noticeable. I also maple-Gochujang sauce with chicken tenders and fries. That sauce was extremely delicious. It was spicy but not overy hot. Very good flavor. The chicken tenders were good quality and fried nicely. My lady friend got the chicken club and it was enormous. She said it was great but she could only eat half of it. Our server was great and so was the hostess. She let us put our luggage in their private area because we were checked out of the hotel and going to the airport afterwards. Definitely a great experience. When I return to Omaha, I would definitely go back.

This was one of the best serving experiences I’ve encountered. The prime rib was amazing and the potatoes and mac and cheese complemented the plate so well! Darrell was our server and he was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and explained everything we ordered and I had no hesitation in knowing what to order after. Definitely a good spot for a date night :)

The host and server were beyond hospitable, kind, and accommodating. They were extremely attentive and made the experience wonderful. The environment was that of an upscale supper club or speakeasy. I would not say it was a true supper club. The food left A LOT to be desired. We were excited for the prime rib that was advertised everywhere, but unfortunately it was cold (even though it was carved at the table in front of us) and seemed smaller than advertised. Even the au jus was cold. The sweet potato mash was sour. The fresh cut fries were excellent. I can’t speak for the other dishes, but I can only hope they’re better.

This place is so nice. The staff make you feel so welcome. The food was the epitome of the meaning of *Chef's Kiss*. I took my rambunctious crowd of anime cosplaying teenagers, but this is a perfect date night spot. I had the trout. My kids had linguini and meatballs, wagyu burgers, and macaroni and cheese. Everyone raved about how good their meals were. My generous portion of trout was gone by the end of the meal. The chocolate torte should be its own religious icon. The apple crumble and ice cream are made fresh in the kitchen. Such a memorable dining experience. Thank you, Nick's!

Seated right away for our reservation time. Asked quickly for a drink orders, we stuck with water. Didn't get asked for food order for another 20 minutes. Our assigned server never came by, another one eventually did. I understand being short handed, but be transparent about it if that's the case. The food took another almost hour. People were going to the Creighton game (luckily we were not) and ended up not getting food, scarfing it, or taking it to go. The au jus had no flavor, the prime rib was lukewarm, and the green beans were definitely rushed and not cooked fully. Its a nice little space but the food and service were not worth the price.

My husband and I loved our first experience at Nick’s during Omaha Restaurant Week! The atmosphere was classic and intimate, the drinks (especially the lavender lemon drop) were delightful, and the service was top notch. My husband enjoyed the prime rib that was cut table-side, but the highlight was his discovery of his new favorite Texas-style chili. I enjoyed a delicious trout and a beet salad. Both the chocolate torte and the apple crisp were delicious. Definitely in our top ten Omaha restaurants!

Spent 3 days exploring restaurants and bars in Omaha and this place was by far our favorite. We sat at the bar and the service and food was excellent!!! Cutting the prime rib in front of you is brilliant!!! We will definitely be back.
