Nick's Quorum Bar & Supper Club

Superb supper club! The food was incredible. My friends and I had the pleasure to dine here for New Year's Eve and I highly recommend a visit to Nick's Supper Club for anyone visiting Omaha. The vibes were fine dining meets speakeasy. The food though!!! The menu is beautiful curated by an amazingly creative chef. You know when the chef puts their heart into food, you're gonna get one hell of an experience. The flavors are explosive, savory, and delectable. The service was the cherry on top of the cake!! Our server, Amber, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our experience was too tier!!! She was so fun, genuine, and thoughtful. Our beverages never fell bellow halfway, she cleared the dishes we were finished and brought fresh silverware for us quickly, and her recommendations and knowledge of the menu and Omaha are elite!! Thank you for creating such a fun and cool restaurant inside the Hilton!!!

I was in Omaha for business and treated myself to a solo dinner at Nick's and it did not disappoint! Amber, my waitress, was very kind and attentive. She shared the history of Super Clubs and how Nick's puts a modern twist on it. I ordered the Texas Chili and the short rib special for my entrée. There was a modern spin on a relish plate I had in between the two dishes and it was wonderful! I highly recommend coming here if your in town!

This was my second trip to Nick's Quorum in one week. Why? Because the word "spectacular" isn't enough to tell the story. Starting with the décor and atmosphere; a Speakeasy vibe heralding back to the days of Prohibition. The entrance is unpretentious, as would be the case of an establishment of this sort back when only those with the inside track would know the location. The greeting from the employees is immediate and warm. Elizabeth, our server, was both gracious and knowledgeable about every item on the menu. She clearly enjoys conversing with her guests. In command of all of this is Philip, the restaurant manager. He is attentive to every detail, and it shows. He treats each guest as if they are family. The evening really gets underway when he wheels out the serving cart and personally cuts generous portions of the most succulent Prime Rib known to exist. Served au jus and with homemade horseradish sauce if you like; it is a masterpiece of culinary perfection.

Really good brunch. The malted waffles are amazing. So airy.... Excellent. Very light. I had the blueberry waffle. The blueberries were nice size, very flavorful and there were a lot of them. It also came with two eggs, which I got over easy and two pieces of bacon. The eggs were cooked perfect and the bacon was just as I prefer, not real crispy. They also serve the waffle with real whipped cream and 100% maple syrup and the quality of both was very noticeable. I also maple-Gochujang sauce with chicken tenders and fries. That sauce was extremely delicious. It was spicy but not overy hot. Very good flavor. The chicken tenders were good quality and fried nicely. My lady friend got the chicken club and it was enormous. She said it was great but she could only eat half of it. Our server was great and so was the hostess. She let us put our luggage in their private area because we were checked out of the hotel and going to the airport afterwards. Definitely a great experience. When I return to Omaha, I would definitely go back.

Our experience was absolutely incredible! Our server, Kurtis, was kind, hilarious, and extremely knowledgeable—he truly made the entire evening even more enjoyable. The food was phenomenal and honestly might have been the best steak we’ve had in Omaha. The lobster ravioli appetizer was rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chocolate torte was the ideal balance of decadent and sweet—pure perfection. And the espresso martini? Hands down the best I’ve had in Omaha, made with fresh local coffee beans that took it to another level. This place is truly a hidden gem and deserves to become an Omaha staple. From start to finish, everything was flawless. We can’t wait to come back! We didn’t get any great photos- the atmosphere is perfect for a date night!!

We had a wonderful experience at Nick’s Quorum, and our server Curtis truly made the night exceptional! He was awesome. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and put real thought into pairing our meals so they complemented each other well. The food was great. The prime rib was tender and full of flavor, and the shrimp pasta was rich and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere was intimate and relaxing, and the live pianist added a classy touch that made the evening feel special. Between the incredible food, the ambiance, and Curtis’s excellent service, Nick’s Quorum is a standout in Omaha. We’ll definitely be back!

The host and server were beyond hospitable, kind, and accommodating. They were extremely attentive and made the experience wonderful. The environment was that of an upscale supper club or speakeasy. I would not say it was a true supper club. The food left A LOT to be desired. We were excited for the prime rib that was advertised everywhere, but unfortunately it was cold (even though it was carved at the table in front of us) and seemed smaller than advertised. Even the au jus was cold. The sweet potato mash was sour. The fresh cut fries were excellent. I can’t speak for the other dishes, but I can only hope they’re better.

We had an incredible experience thanks to our bartender, Elizabeth. Our first visit we sat at the bar and Elizabeth was very attentive, friendly and made us feel welcome. The drinks she chose for us were perfectly crafted and so flavorful. We highly recommend the Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashion and Amaretto Sour the best in town. Elizabeth even offered great recommendations for dinner that matched exactly what we were looking for. We have visited Nick’s Quorum at least four times and will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect night out, and the entire staff is just as wonderful - attentive and welcoming every time.

First class. Excellent service from all employees. And FIVE came to the table to make sure our party of six (3 children) were well cared for. Would have eaten there for every meal if we weren't departing that day.

If you are looking for a classic and chill dinner or breakfast place you cannot go wrong with going to Nick's Quorum. We stayed at the hotel so we got to experience the breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is great with a decent amount of choices. The best part though is dinner! It completely transform into a what I would call a speakeasy vibe. The food came out fast, the service was great and really friendly. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a great place to have dinner or breakfast.

We had brunch during our stay at the Omaha Hilton. Restaurant is located in the lobby of the hotel and is small, but comfortable with jazz music playing. We had coffee and each decided to get their wagyu burgers which came with fries. Burgers were ordered medium, but we found them to be dry. We didn't send them back and ate them anyway. Coffee was good. Service was pleasant.

Service is great! This spot is awesome to watch the traffic pass by, and the music they play gives a great vibe. Do NOT spend your hard earn money on the Prime Rib omelette. The Prime Rib tastes like it was 2 days old, it had the stale refrigerator taste. The horseradish sauce is doesn't help the is day-old tasting omelette. The Hash Potatoes are from a package, they're mixed with a sweet potato and bell peppers...which makes it sweeter. Also they serve a "meat jelly" that doesn't make anything on your plate taste better. Has to be the worst breakfast, I've ever had in my travels. Sooooo disappointing because the pics in the hotel show you some succulent Prime Rib, and this breakfast failed on all levels. No sourdough toast, was just another disappointment.

I ate at Nick's for a noon meal while a guest at the Hilton. From the brunch menu, I tried the chicken club sandwich with fries. Probably wouldn't order again- good fresh vegetable sandwich topping ingredients but the chicken was tough, even chewy, and lacked flavor. I suspect they use this sandwich to "refurbish" leftover fried chicken? Not sure, but wasn't great and overpriced. Would be curious to try their dinner menu and a beef entree if I came back. Service was friendly and timely. The place was quiet but with jazz music, and clean. Not sure what the whole restaurant looks like. I was in a more secluded area adjacent to the bar. This area was giving heavy plain wall vibes- kinda boring and lifeless.

The service is very friendly. Alan was so nice and even brought our food to our table. The location is nicely nestled into the Hilton hotel. There is a bar and a supper club. The food was good and atmosphere very nice.

We had a good time. Really loved the atmosphere and the staff was extremely friendly! Loved the mocktail, drinks, apps and our food. Service was a bit slow but they made it right in the end and we enjoyed the apple crumble dessert. We'll be back!

I was lucky enough to get a table at Nick's Quorum for Valentine's Day dinner and loved their 4-course prix fixe menu! Their selections were amazing and I'm glad I had my date so we could try twice the amount of dishes. All the food was perfect and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The restaurant felt very private behind the giant wooden doors, perfect for a special Valentine's Day celebration!

One of the places we dined at the CHI convention center in Omaha, Nebraska was Nick's Quorum. The food was good, a little expensive. The service was average, the waiter was not fully attentive. The ambiance was very nice.

We decided to check out Nick's Quorum for Omaha restaurant week and it was phenomenal food! We enjoyed the beet salad, Caesar salad, salmon entrée, with sides of macaroni and cheese and green beans and ended with the granny apple crumble. The salmon with polenta was so so good! We were unexpectedly surprised by what a cute place this is and the ambience was so nice. We don't normally dine in a hotel restaurant, but we're so glad we stopped here. We will be back!

Where do I even start! Absolutely amazing! Instead of an entree, I got a few appetizers knowing I would be taking things home. First off the service was impeccable. Everyone was super friendly and Zach was the bartender that served me. He was very helpful and made excellent recommendations. If you want a warm and comfortable experience, this is where you come. I tried the following: short rib tart- this was delicious. I felt like I was eating beef stew and I wish they would have it as an entree. Croquettes were next. They were made with mashed potatoes and were infused and mixed with blue cheese crumble and buffalo hot sauce was at the bottom. It was almost like a vegan chicken wing. Delicious! Beet salad- presentation was great, it was tasty with red and orange beets. I like the variety. Lastly Mac and cheese- my God- I thought I had died and gone to Mac and cheese heaven. It was perfectly browned and baked. The noodles were not overcooked and mushy! I don't know how individuals just order this for themselves. I have plenty to take home. Over all I would say this restaurant should be in the list of rotations to go to. I'm so happy I took a chance

OK seriously Yum. My husband and I stayed at the Hilton and we had dinner at Nick's Q. Staff and the management were amazing super helpful and really made you feel like they were glad you were there. They gave us some samples of the prime rib. It was amazing. I wish I would've ordered it. However, I did order the fish and chips. Those were great. My husband liked him too. He got the salmon and thought it was really good. I had the French onion soup as an appetizer and my husband had a salad with avocado dressing. He did prefer ranch but didn't ask for it. If we went again he'd probably grab the ranch instead. I loved the French onion soup. Our waiter was Gus and he was awesome. I would totally request him again.

On Mondays when there is a concert, the restaurant will open as a supper club with a fixed price menu. Almost set up like a speakeasy. The menu is decent but not overly large. The Prime Rib was delicious. Server will come around with the entire Prime Rib on a tray and slice it according to your likes right in front of you. Sides were pretty decent as well.

It was ok. Nothing that would make you die to go back. I had the prime rib omelet it was ok. Has that weird taste when you heat up prime rib. Coffee wasnt hot. The mint strawberrys were really good and the service was excellent.

Why not try a junior cut Prime Rib served with expertly prepared toppings carved by a master chef. The bone marrow served as an appetizer was exquisite! The loquacious and efficient wait staff, Oats, made suggestions that were budget friendly. The dimmed lights and soft jazz made for a cozy or romantic atmosphere that enabled you to enjoy a satisfying meal.

Such a great find in the Hilton Hotel! Everything was delicious. They have the best espresso martini in town!! Prime rib was A++++

I have been for brunch and dinner and the food and service were great. For brunch we tried the cinnamon roll waffle and the chicken and waffles. They were both good. The coffee was also good and I think it was a local roast. We recently tried dinner and the table side prime rib and Brown Sugar Brandy Glazed Salmon were excellent. Prior to dinner, they served individual plates with fish spread and pickled veggies. Nice, quaint setting with live music when we were there on a Saturday night.

Let me tell you something...!!! This place is legit. The pride in the food is stunning. Even garnishes are homemade with personality. I'm no food critic. I'm a contractor who likes a nice meal now and again, but has had food in some of the best places around. THIS is a great restaurant. If you like food with personality...with fucking soul...come here. They had a sweet potato crème brûlée which was one of the best desserts I've ever had. Table side prime rib was great. Beet greens were so unique and tasteful they almost stole the show. Just get the bone marrow. I'm not going to say anything more. I come to Omaha once a year and I will always come here ! Period.

Not your regular hotel restaurant. I will admit I doubted what to really expect, however, Nick's did not disappoint. For drinks we had the Brown Sugar Old Fashioned and Lavender Lemon Drop. Both of the drinks were good and strong. The lavender was a good mix of floral and refreshing. There was an amuse-bouche was a cracker with smoked salmon spread with relish. It was a good prelude to the amazing food we would have for the rest of our meal. Our appetizer was the shrimp cocktail with a very invigorating and refreshing cocktail sauce (there's horseradish in it). We also tried the Cesar and Wedge salads. Definitely try the wedge if it comes with your meal and get the dressing that comes with it (again I had my doubts, but it was a good pairing). For dinner we had the chicken and prime rib. The prime rib specifically had table side service where they cut it in front of us. The chicken was very well done, came with a little side slaw, and had a sauce that reminded me of gochujang meaning it was a bit spicy. Our sides were the broccolini, Yorkshire pudding, and the au gratin potatoes. Everything was really good but if you love cheese get the potatoes. For dessert they have us a sweet potato crème brûlée which was so good and maybe sealed the deal. To top it off the live music, that night was a piano player, set the mood so well and we will definitely come back. Might be the newest member of the supper club and definitely would recommend.

My wife and I went to Nick's Quorum. Greeted with a smile. Sat immediately. The service was great. Food was delicious. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle. It was delicious. My wife ordered the Avocado toast. She loved it. Ambiance was nice. It's a must try. Great place to go. Hidden gem. Loved it.

This isn't normal hotel restaurant food. It's really good and the service was as well. The chicken and waffles is outstanding. I'll go here again on the next layover.

Food was delicious and bigger than expected (not a bad thing lol). The service was very welcoming and pleasant and ambiance was intimate and pleasant. I also enjoyed the chocolate tort for dessert.

Upon walking in for supper, you're greeted with live dinner music played by a keyboardist setting a very classy tone. The ambience is perfect for a calm, lovely evening that would be great for a date night or an adult celebration. They aren't adverse to families however, it isn't the place to bring young, squirmy kids at least not for dinner. The waitstaff was all excellent with a great bartender making delicious cocktails and very talkative if you chose to sit at the bar. However, we went on a busy night and the wait to receive a drink ordered right away was almost an hour without the drink even showing up. They were out of one ingredient and instead of simply bringing the drink with whatever they wanted to substitute, they asked what I wanted but had to run to the next table so couldn't stay for my answer & it was about an hr later they got back to see what I wanted. It would have been best if they'd just brought the drink to begin with and taken it back if it was not good tasting. I'm sure it would have been delicious based on what others' drinks I saw. So that was disappointing because by the time the wait staff appeared again, I was no longer in the mood for my pre dinner drink and ready for wine but I feared that would arrive by dessert at the rate everything was going. And, to be fair, that probably was what would have happened since a simple soda arrived at dessert time that was ordered long, likely 30-45min, before that time. The meal was a pre fixe and amazing price. We all chose the prime rib and it was excellent. They need actual legit steak knives for their prime rib. That part was very confusing for a restaurant that appeared classy in all other respects that they didn't have the proper silverware. The mac & cheese was delicious. The broccoli rabe was not good. They did offer to cook another but still refused to cook it longer & no salt so it would be more tender & bring out the flavor. I have old teeth and they simply couldn't masticate the broccoli which i also noticed at other tables who didn't eat the broccoli. They were great about cleaning the table in between courses. Can't wait to go back maybe on a night when it isn't as busy or maybe even try their breakfast based on the favorable reviews. I'd give it a 4.5 stars due to some room for improvement. The friendliness of all the staff left me with a smile. Finally, for those who aren't staying at the hotel but want to come in, they do validate your ticket for the parking garage so you don't have to pay to park there.

We were at the Hilton for a weekend convention and had the pleasure of dining at Nick's Quorum twice. We had the Western omelet and fruit plate for breakfast with great coffee. Then we walked in for dinner and only waited a few minutes with no reservation. We had prosecco, linguine with meatballs, wedge salad and apple crumble with toffee brittle ice cream and decaf Americano coffee. All the food we had was so delicious! The only thing I wish was different is that the wedge salad wasn't the classic with bleu cheese, but instead had a bbq-saucy dressing. Not bad, but not what we expected - our own fault for assuming, and not reading the description. And everyone on staff went above and beyond - extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Phil, Zach, Lauren, and a few others whose names escape me. And the music was great classic bebop jazz. Highly recommended!

Overall excellent experience, borne of adversity. The prime rib I ordered in advance ended up being sold out from under me, so I had to select something else. The entire meal was comp'ed, though, which was very kind of the manager. They could have done less but really wanted to make the experience right and it worked. The food was excellent, as were the cocktails. Very friendly bartender/server, and overall a great experience. I might suggest that they offer a greater variety by the glass, but if you're okay with bottles some of those looked more interesting.

Food is incredible. Came for breakfast and I'll definitely be back. Lavender oat latte was to die for. I got a spinach feta omelette and it was one of the best I've ever had. They put garlic in it and it was so great, I've started putting garlic in all my omelettes at home. So, life changing, basically. Highly recommend!

Breakfast at Nick's Quorum was delightful!! A hidden gem. They have nice soft jazz, a modern ambience, and lovely decor. The waffle options were my absolute favorite and the fact that they offer a turkey sausage option that's REALLY good!

This is the best hotel breakfast ever. If we lived here we would come here for breakfast regularly. Great price and great taste. We didn't stay long enough to try the other meals.

Absolutely phenomenal service and food! Already planning on coming for brunch tomorrow! I would recommend to anyone visiting downtown Omaha!

It takes all my effort not to write an essay. I cannot think of a single thing I could want that Nick's Quorum does not have: an immediate and stately elegance that could make a diplomat feel underdressed, attentive and personable staff replete with world-class barista talent and keen knowledge of local flavor of all spectrums, a simple but sumptuous menu comprised of carefully considered cuisine at a frankly far too humble price and to top it off an absolutely vibe-setting lofi beats to dine and relax to all neatly wrapped in an immaculate and modest white lace and tucked secretly into the ground floor of the Chi Center Hilton. For budget-conscious diners who know the difference between making a scene and finding one, Nick's Quorum is your catch-all solution to dazzle a date or seal a deal, brunch or dinner. You are likely to find me here on live band nights, trying specialty cocktails. Did I mention they always have a specialty entree when there's a show at the arena? More than food, this is cuisine for thought.

Ironically the seafood was good. Shrimp cocktail, lobster, and crab cakes were great. The cocktail sauce for the shrimp had a kick of horseradish to it and loved it. I live on the coast of Massachusetts and felt at home. French Onion Soup and Prime Rib were bland. French onion soup lacked a cheese topping and the broth was un-tasteful and watered down. We went to J Gilbert's the night before and blew the flavor away on the steak.

A great place for Mother's day brunch, the food was excellent and our server Nancy went above and beyond to make it a special meal. We will be back!

Ordered meatballs with linguini. It arrived cold with half as much sauce as expected and little cheese. Asked for more sauce and what I got was room temp. Meatballs were tough. Yuck. Won't go back!

If I could give this restaurant a 100 I definitely would. The staff and food were so amazing. Atmosphere perfect. Very cozy and comfortable. Went with 4 of my best girlfriends and the bottomless bellinis were a hit! Please give this one a try. You won't be disappointed!

I read a review that said this is a "hidden gem" and I think that perfectly sums it up! Think a mix between speakeasy and European and you will imagine this place correctly. I had their omelette which was so tasty and bursting with flavor. Service was quick and very professional. For the food you got, the price is killer! Next time I come back I'll be trying the breakfast cocktails!

The service was fine; the food was not. The restaurant had a small price fixe menu for the night designed for people attending the show across the street. The fish and chips were sodden and full of grease. Clearly the fryer temp wasn't high enough. The manager (I presume) noticed I wasn't eating my dinner and offered to replace it with a freshly cooked serving. He did so and the second plate was the same. I gave up. The choc cake was very nice but the lemon tart tasted like raw cookie dough. The sugar was so heavy it was gritty to chew. Perhaps it was a bad night. I notice the yelp reviews are all positive but the google reviews range from one extreme to the other so this may be a place you have to catch on the right night

We have been anxiously waiting to try the dinner menu and it did not disappoint! We tried a couple outstanding appetizers but the main feature was the prime rib and sides. Now I am a prime rib snob and let me tell you that this was the best I have ever tasted in a long time. The seasoning was delectable, cooked to perfection and sliced right at the table. My only regret was that I was not able to finish it all. Our sides were cheddar mac & cheese, gratin potatoes & broccoli rabe. I've never had Yorkshire pudding and what a delight. All excellent & so delicious! And those desserts...had to sample a few but the pumpkin creme brulee was heavenly! Also top notch service and staff! Next visit I can't wait to bring a few friends along to share this experience. (my mouth is watering just remembering the tastes!)

My husband and I were on a business trip and wanted a good meal, so we decided to go to Nick's Located in our hotel. We didn't get a good meal, we got an amazing meal!!! From the atmosphere to the food, everything was top notch!!! I have a gluten allergy and there were many options. I even enjoyed a sweet potato crème brûlée (best crème brûlée I have ever had)! I highly recommend this place!

We went for Easter brunch. They had only been open a week. We ordered ham and eggs and the prime rib omelet. The eggs were perfectly cooked but the ham was not good. It was very thin strips of overcooked ham. Toast did not come with it so paid $3 more to get it. The multigrain toast was outstanding. Worth $3 but seems it should be included with breakfast. My friend loved the prime rib omelet and was very happy with it. We were greeted by the chef and host and everyone was very accommodating. The host gave us a complimentary order of bananas Foster and we both thought the waffle was delicious. The prices were reasonable. I would say my only real complaint was the confusing parking. I would definitely go back again and wish them success.

Salmon was fantastic!!! Service was great everyone was friendly. Chef delivered food and was so pleasant! Hostess was an absolute peach and recommended favorites. Great experience overall!!!

If I could leave no stars, I would. An absolutely terrible experience there last Saturday night. Six of us had reservations for 730. We were seated near the bar. First, the live music was entirely too loud. I could not hear my wife sitting next to me let alone the rest of the group at the table. We even asked the staff to have him turn it down and while he did, he went full passive aggressive and sang louder. Second, I want to give our server the benefit of being new or having a really, really bad day, but the service was borderline comically bad. It took over 30 minutes to order and receive our first round of drinks. Over the next 2.5 hours, we were asked exactly once about a second round. Second, it is inexcusable to charge your prices and then have staff bring out appetizers and main courses and ask "who ordered this?"!!! This is lazy and sloppy at best. Third, the food was average at best. I sent back the potatoes because they were somehow undercooked despite waiting for over an hour to get our main courses. Fourth, our bills were split between 3 couples and each was completely wrong and had to be redone. The totality of this is simply unacceptable. Obviously, we will never go back and will actively encourage people to avoid it.

My mom and I took my 10mo old niece during March Madness and we had the BEST experience. We had the fish and chips and Jr. prime rib with a side of lobster Mac for the babe. Everything was delicious, we felt like VIPs and baby loved the lobster mac. Good luck to mom and dad. They even comped us a dessert with fresh fruit because they knew the babe would devour it. Oates was our server and he was amazing. Highly recommend.
