Went to Nicky for elk tenderloin, which was in stock and excellent quality. More than that, the staff was super helpful, even letting me come by after hours for pickup. The sort of quality and service you just don’t see very often. 5 stars.

Great meats and terrific customer service. Molly has helped me out a few times over the years; she's given great advice on quantities of meat to order for a large party, and even given recipe tips. I always go here for my specialty meat orders for the holidays. Love it!

If your trying to buy meat or fat as a consumer then you may want to look elsewhere. The employees here were somewhat confused on what I was picking up. I live an hour away and upon arrival was told that my product did not come in yet and to come back in an hour. I came back an hour later and still no product. at least a phone call would be adequate to let me know that the product was not received yet. That would of limited the amount of time wasted where I could of easily went somewhere else. But, all in all I did get my product so I can’t complain too much I guess.

Superior service. Great qualities meats. Supporting a local run company. Love that they have an public firs sale through this covid-19 times. Thank you again for dealing with my orders!

Very nice crew. Unloading and loading done off street. Best to come in from the south side. A bit tight in areas, but it's no big deal.
