Ordered takeout & was not impressed with the personal cheese pizza and mozz sticks. Tastes like a Banza pizza.. iykyk.

Great food. Amazing customer service. Very clean. Highly recommended. Best Pizza in town. Cheese Burger is delicious, the bread is so light. The Cheese Burger sub is also a great choice.

Pizza is amazing. They make everything in house, the dough, the sauce, the cheese blend, and it shows. Plus the service is top notch. The steak tip dinner is also fantastic.

In town on a business trip - how could I not try pizza that was literally calling my name? My personal cheese pie was delicious and delivery service through DoorDash went very smoothly.

It's been a few months since my issue. I honestly wasn't going to say anything however, I bought some chicken there one night.................there was a fried mouse in my fried chicken. Needless to say, I threw the food away and haven't gone back. Actually contemplating suing. I haven't been able to eat chicken the same again since. It's as if I have PTSD. When I buy chicken and start eating it, I remember that night and my stomach turns causing me to have to throw out the remainder of the food.

This review is based on the bad, overpriced salad and barely existent service. I cannot comment on their pizza. When I entered the store, there were no customers and only one pick up occurred. The girl at the front counter was looking on her cell phone, and it took a moment for her to even acknowledge me, let alone take my order. I wouldn't say she was unfriendly...just unenthusiastic. After ordering something I thought would be fairly quick (Greek salad w/extra feta), I ended up standing there for almost 20 mins before finally receiving my food. During that time waiting, I was able to view into the kitchen easily and noticed a woman leaning against the wall talking to another person. Another male employee exited and returned to the kitchen a little later. Upon his return, I overheard him saying something to the effect of "salad" to the woman in the kitchen who was seemingly doing nothing, and at which point, glanced out to me, and proceeded to hurriedly get something out of the counter fridge and put it in a bag. As it turns out, that was my salad...my pre-made salad...which then got handed off to the girl out front who was too busy folding boxes the entire time I stood there to follow up with the kitchen to check why a basic pre-made salad was taking so long. Upon receiving the salad, I asked the girl if they had added the extra feta (an upcharge of $2), to which she replied yes, but the way things had preceded, I decided to check myself. Glad I did, b/c the amount of feta in there was questionable. I'm not even sure they actually put extra feta in there. If they did, it was bare minimum. I returned to the store pointing out the small sprinkle of feta crumbs, and asked "If this is extra feta, what does regular feta look like??". She asked if I wanted some more in a side container, and I replied, "Yes, b/c I was charged extra for it." I guess it shouldve been no surprise when she came back with a small plastic condiments container half filled with tiny crumbles. As for the $13.31 salad itself, it was basic, but the cucumber slices were TERRIBLE. They were soft & soggy, with an appearance of clear jade, as if they had been frozen and then thawed out. They smelled past their prime and should not have been served. Not edible. I didn't have the time to return a third time to the store, nor did I want to engage with that type of inattentive service any further. Iwont be returning anytime soon from this experience. May or may not try their pizza down the line. It depends how hungry I am.

I’m new to eating vegan so Initially I was a little skeptical of how a vegan chicken parm would taste. ITS DELICIOUS 😋 I literally had to call back when I got home to double check it was actually vegan lol . It was so good . Would definitely recommend 10/10

Pizza is absolutely delicious. I had a great experience with yila. We had a Grubhub issue and she went above and beyond to make it right.

I am a fan of this place. Their pizza is somewhere between a Boston-area Greek-style pizza (look it up, it's an actual thing) and a standard pizza that you'd find in the northeast. They make a pretty good sub, too. It's a local pizza/sub shop with some middle eastern fare, too. I have two other pizza shops that are a bit closer (South End Pizza and New York Pizza), but Nicole's makes better food. Only complaint would be that they stopped serving slices during the pandemic and never started that back up. That makes getting food from this place a much more intentional thing. You can't just grab a quick slice. Beyond that, give it a shot if you're in the neighborhood!

So now we move down a bit mainly due to the fact they are using bicycles for delivery. Twice the food has been cold. Onion rings have changed to overly breaded, large and gross. Please fix.

I came to this restaurant on my lunch break from a new job so I really didn't know what to expect. This restaurant has a small outdoor seating area which is nice. I walked in and looked for a menu and had to use the QR code ( I hate those). I ordered the Greek salad and buffalo wings. I only had 30 mins for my break so after waiting about 15 mins I asked the cashier if I could have the salad first and it wasn't a problem. Listen, I don't know what they put in the homemade Greek dressing but it was AMAZING. Salad was fresh, feta was on point! The dressing had a great taste, a little herby and light. I highly recommend. The buffalo wings came out shortly after that and it was worth the wait. You can tell they take the time to clean the wings and use fresh ingredients. It was steaming hot which I appreciated. My only complaint about the wings is that I didn't get any flats lol. I just love flats and only got drums. The food was great, the cashier was very friendly. I will definitely be back!

Food is very good! Go get some now run don't walk , from pizza to subs you won't be disappointed

I have ordered twice previously from Nicole's with no problems at all. Yesterday I had an order delivered that was missing the soda, paper plates, and cups I had requested..the pizza was almost cold & the wings looked like they had been reheated a few times and were dry. The salad came w only one serving of dressing.. this will be the last time I order from here..

My food wasn't in a bag when the delivery driver came, food should be sealed when delivered. My bun was barely toasted and my burger wasn't well done. I wish they would do better.

This review is for delivery thru Grub hub. First of all grub hub is a nightmare to work with especially when getting it delivered to a hotel. I had to get this pizza delivered twice but luckily I was in no rush. Pizza was yummy and the crust is completely different than most pizzas I have had out here in Boston. Crust is thin and almost airy with a bit of a sourdough taste in my opinion. Not bad and all around good pizza. I can imagine how it would hve tasted hot and fresh.

I called to order a halal beef pepperoni pizza. They accepted the order. They called me back about 10 minutes later to say they don't have halal beef. I asked for a cheese pizza. When I got to the store 20 minutes later I was told they didn't see my ticket and that they would start making my food now. Very unprofessional. That was my first and last time ordering from them.

Kaysan is great delivery driver and the food is amazing and they was very fast with the delivery

I ordered an extra large pizza with pepperoni, sausage and garlic.... And got a small plain cheese pizza instead... enough said.

Someone needs to confirm they changed management because this was not the Nicole's I know and love anymore. The inside got gentrified and no longer has the Nicole's feel to it. Also The pizza is not the same, I used to drive over an hour quite often to come get a whole pizza. Very sad :(

My friends and I wanted pizza and the other places near us were already closed. We did the meat lovers pizza and we wanted garlic bread as well, but all we saw on the menu under the new section were the chile garlic bites so figured we'd try those. I didn't realize those were gonna be chicken flavored, I was expecting bread. They were still good but just not what we were expecting. The pizza was okay.

We were visiting Boston and wanted to pick up a pizza as we walked back to the Airbnb we were staying on Tremont Street. Boy, we're glad we found Nicole's! I was going to order on my iPhone, but decided it would be faster/easier just to call in the order. Our order was pretty simple: pepperoni and spinach toppings on an XL pizza. Long story short: we stopped in, waited a few minutes for it to be ready, took the pizza back to our place, and scarfed it down. It was great!...really good crust (not too thin, not too thick), tasty sauce, good amount of toppings. All I can say is that I wish we could find a pizza like this back in San Diego!

They make really good pizza...much better than the Upper Crust which is just down the street (Tremont). Honestly, give them a try. The Mediterranean is super. We had a bunch of them delivered for a party and they arrived exactly on time and hot. Can't be better than that!

Good, consistent pizza and salads. Nicole's offers typical Massachusetts style Greek Pizza - crispy crust that reminds me of the pizza places in my town growing up. This is our go to place when we don't want fancy/yuppy pizzas from Picco or Coppa. We have tried a few of the different toppings on the pizza but always go back to the plain cheese. Greek salad and chicken tenders are also good. Subs are decent as is the burger. Delivery via Doordash has been quick and food arrives hot.

I'm not from Boston, I'm from the south where we season our food. I decided to try this spot out because I wanted some pizza and wings to watch the game with my BF. The reviews and starts for thus place looked good, so we decided to try them. SMH NO! I picked the wrong spot! The wings were bland.. zero seasoning. And they taste like they were fried in old grease. The garden salad was nasty... which wouldn't bother me so much except that I paid alot of money for it, thinking maybe it would be worth it.. no! The only decent thing was the meat lovers pizza. Idk how they got all these good reviews but it makes me wonder about Boston taste in food. (Lol).. they must come from the locals.

This team makes the best food, their owner is right there in the mix to help out the team, they're a neighborhood staple and it is easy to see why! Their burgers are AMAZING, the cookies to die for, and don't get me started on the tiramisu!

Crispy Chicken Sandwich was best I've ever had. Service was kind and order came out fast.

My mother in law works in the Tufts ER and I had a bunch of pizzas and salads delivered. Can't say enough about how great Nicole's was to work with on getting this over to them. Was told the food was excellent but from my end they were just as eager and excited to help support the medical staff over there handling the pandemic. Support your local businesses and especially Nicole's Pizza!

I accidentally put in my order twice online and they called immediately to make sure I didn't want the same order twice and to refund me. Food came quickly and was very good! We got chicken Cesar wraps, salad and a cheese pizza. Will definitely come back when I visit again.

This is, by my standards, A THING OF BEAUTY!!! I get serious cravings for Nicole's pizza and this is why. It's consistently delicious, cooked to perfection and delivered fresh. Nicole's does Greek pizza right!!! (Unlike any other rat traps in the area)!!! I know this is not gourmet, but if you like greek pizza you will be pleased. Just to help some friends out, I will say that their chicken fingers are not the best. They're fine but a little meh. The fries however are standard and good! But truly nothing could lower my rating of Nicole's because... that.. pizza.

Ordered a large pizza, peri peri fries and wing dings. All was very good but the wing dings were especially good: super juicy and crispy. Delivery was prompt, about 45 mins on a Saturday night. Will order again!

I've been getting the cheese steak pizza here for over a decade. It's always tasty! Try it sometime!

If you'd like quality pizza at a decent price, be sure to check our Nicole's. The sauce is perfect--not too sweet. The pizza isn't greasy. The toppings are plentiful. And the crust is the right blend of crispy and chewy.

Ordered online said 10 to 15 min pick up came 20 min later. Girl said 2 more min than one other guy asked what I ordered and said 5 more min. Obviously pizza was never put in the oven. Thank God I'm from ny do not reccomend

Best pizza in Boston. The Mediterranean items are lacking, so seriously avoid those, but the pizza is incredible. I have gone into the city just to get pizza from here. The balance of toppings always seems so intentional. The crust has a good crunch and its always perfectly cheesy!

Every wing I ever eat will taste a little better after how low they just set the bar. Felt like I was biting rubber footballs.

Listen, if you're wanting to know if the pizza is good here then, yes, it's good. I can't deny that. That aside, the customer service is horrendous! I've never in my life had anyone question my ordered items with such attitude as what I received when I called Nicole's to place an order. "You want THAT salad with this pizza order?!" "Um, yes, it just sounded good to me." I ended up ordering four large pizzas and a full tray of salad for my team and I asked if I should add the delivery person to my office building's security list. The order sounded like more food than I could carry myself. She said "Uh, yeah. You need to add the person." I asked if I could have the delivery person's name and she practically yelled "I won't know the person's name! Can't you just put 'Nicole's Pizza' on the list?" I apologized and said the pizzeria name isn't sufficient for my building's security. She said "Well, it'll probably be Victor but I don't know." I asked for his last name, she mumbled his name, then said "I won't know who will be delivering your pizza!" Never again.

Two thumbs up isn't enough! This place is great. Prices are perfect compared to other more expensive spots right down the road. This is a Cute little neighborhood spot to grab a quick bite. Staff is exceptional! I had my dog (xzia) with me and they offered to get her a bowl of water since it was so hot out! Service was fast, and food was GREAT. Even xzia enjoyed the frys. We sat in the outdoor seating area and had our food brought right out when it was ready. The owner even came out while we were eating to see if xzia needed any more water. Looking forward to coming back!

Very disappointed. Ordered a turkey club and got ham. Ordered onion rings and got French fries. Got two of their homemade reese's cookies and they're burnt to a crisp on the bottom side. Shame on me for not checking everything before I left but didnt think it was that hard of an order to get right especially since the lunch rush was over.

Looking for a late night bite to eat and this place came up on a Yelp search. Tried a Nicole's pizza which the lady taking orders said was one of the most popular pizzas along with the Parmesan pizza. We took it back to our place and it was pretty good partly because we were so hungry. Gooey cheese, generous amount of meat toppings along with sliced green peppers, mushrooms, onions. Overall it was a little on the greasy side and nothing fancy but it's great they are open so late.. they seemed to be doing quite a lot of delivery orders while we were waiting but it only took about 15 minutes to get our order. They have a few tables inside, we took our pizza to go and it held up well. Great location on Tremont.

$13 for a steak n cheese and I got this. Totally get adding lettuce is unconventional but doesn't mean you need to cut the steak portion to a 1/16th.

Ordered Nicoles pizza to our hotel after a long night out in the Faneuil Hall area. I did not know that "Greek" was a type of pizza, but now that I do, I am in love. Great thin crust pizza, with lots of pepperonis atop. We also ordered a side of wings which were super meaty and I think they snuck in a few bonus pieces too.

Boy this place has gone down hill.first they do not deliver anymore..the worse part ordered Jumbo wings and they do not taste like chicken.. they taste like fish so they must use the same oil for frying. was disgusting

It's been a while since last order. As of Oct 2019 the food and services were extremely subpar for any pizza delivery. I can almost feel the frustration everyone working there is suffering through a simple dinner order, at no point did everyone involved failed to show their disregard. I will no longer do business with Nicole's. It was a simple order of Philly pizza with extra peppers and steak, plus buffalo wings. The driver took an hour to arrive. Will not get out of the car to do his job so I paid him $48 for such a small order including tip while he listens to music in his car. When i opened the order: there are no sauce on the supposedly buffalo wing, it was dry and flavourless. The pizza had no mushroom (a default ingredient) nor the extra pepper I paid for. The dough was cold, machine pressed, and clearly frozen. Tasted way too salty and a little foul. In fact the entire order was cold thanks to the delay. It is the most underwhelming dinner one can pay for with almost $50. I can feel the complete lack of passion and professionalism throughout this transaction. Nobody, not the phone guy that took orders, nor the cook, nor the driver, gave a damn about their customers or their job. Just skip this place and move on. Edit: I had diarrhoea all night couple hours after consuming their food. It's horrible.

Ordered a pizza for pick up, went there and they didn't have it. I went gone to check my receipt and I paid, but they wouldn't make the food. The manager was nasty on the phone and told me I have to dispute the charges with my bank. I gave the order number from their website and they said they can't see that. I'll never do business with them again. Bank is disputing but it will take several weeks. Once again the manager is a horribly nasty and rude man who should be no where near consumers.

Buffalo anything my favorite from themmm! Always have the family vibe when I walk in too. Always yumm food and you grab a beer even wine too! Go figure?? I'm a fan of pizzas n calzones. Tell em Loudy Sent Ya

Let me tell you, Nicole's Pizza was actually exceptional. Nicole's Pizza is a hidden treasure. Nothing but quality. I got a Greek Salad, that my friend also tried and also liked. It was wonderful. Workers so very kind, fun, and accommodating. I definitely recommend coming here.

Pizza tasted really good until I took a bite and wound up with a humongous hair in my mouth (I am Bald). I almost vomited. Just ordered it this evening for delivery.

This place is changing for the worse! The owners son is running this place into the ground literally!!! Not what it used to be at all which is sad because this used to be my favorite place. Just got a steak and cheese today and it was horrible. Hardly any steak all bread and not fresh at all. So disappointed in this place. New girl at the counter needs to get a personality the heavy set girl that used to be there was the best but haven't seen her in like a year now. So sad and I'm not the only veteran that feels this way.

the vegan pizza is so good, sauce makes it amazing!! not from in town but as someone with a dairy allergy i would definitely come back if in Boston again.

Make no mistake: this is Greek style pizza. It was exactly what I was looking for. The crust is soft and tasty, the cheese is perfect, and most importantly, the sauce is great. Too many places around here use some crappy, generic sauce that truly wants to make me vomit on tasting it. Not here. This pizza is great and you should order it, enjoy it, then regret your unhealthy choice some other time.

Great little pizza joint. Our group had a pizza and a calzone. Both very good. Cashier, maybe owner, was very pleasant and very helpful in ordering. Great little patio area too. Cool South End place and would definitely go again. Only reason it's a 4, not a 5, is because the A/C was out today. I know it probably wasn't their fault, but it did make it a bit uncomfortable inside.
