Nicoletta | Italian restaurant in Cancun

1st Anniversary celebration dinner. Sunset was nice, but only one of us could see it. I always forget about the import cost of wine. What would cost $30 in US, cost us $200! Service was fantastic by Fernando and Lupita. Food had great flavor, but the food temps were below expectations. Fried artichokes for an appetizer were unusual, but good. Ceasar salad is recommended by chef to eaten by hand like a taco, they were messy, but the best part of our meal. Ravioli was flavorful, but was room temp at best. Fruit de Mare was goid, but could have used more fruit :). Ordered dessert, Brownie w/Pistachio Ice Cream, to find out half way through we got complimentary one for Anniversary celebration.

Beyond Forbes 5-star — truly unforgettable. I am honestly at a loss for words… and that doesn’t happen often. Nicolette was such a beautiful surprise. The décor is absolutely stunning; modern, warm, and thoughtfully designed. The music added a perfect vibe without being too loud, so we were actually able to enjoy our conversations. A special shout-out to Rebeca and Eliel, who were incredibly kind and attentive from start to finish. Their service made the experience feel even more special. And the food… delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Overall, an amazing experience! I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Cancún!

I cannot recommend Nicoletta’s enough! Their staff was absolutely incredible, and attentive. The food deserves so much more than only 5 stars - give them their Michelin star already!! My husband and I came here on our trip in Cancun to celebrate our one year anniversary, and we couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved every single aspect of this amazing dining experience, to the point where if we could, we would fly here just for the food. Will 1000% come back on our next Cancun trip over the years to come!

Best meal/service/atmosphere weve had hands down! We were treated like royalty and the service and the little details and extras were off the charts. Appies and mains were super fresh and so tasty. incredible! Also Charly was exceptional all night long, thanks again!

The place was beautiful! And great food. I had the most delicious best affogato here. The service was excellent. Julian and Mario gave us outstanding service, thank you for such a wonderful experience! Hope to visit again sometime when in Mexico, especially for the affogato!

The place is really nice an elegant. Service is exceptional, but the food is nothing out of this world for the price. Appearance is good but the taste is not of a hi-class restaurant. I do have to give to them that the potatoes are really good though.

Really nice atmosphere and service tonight. We shared the Caesar salad, bruschetta and mozzarella cheese appetizer. Main course was fettuccine Alfredo prepared table side, chicken Parmesan and three cheese pizza. All excellent. Fantastic service from Zupita and Alex.
