The Best Lunch Restaurants in Saint Paul - Eater Twin Cities

"What St. Paul has lost with the shuttering of Muffuletta’s, it has regained in spades with Indigenous street tacos, mezcals and margs at Nico’s. The sprawling patio is the exact place to be for a sun drenched lunch that includes a margarita aptly named Spring Fever." - Joy Summers, Eater Staff

We went here after going to the Raptor Center. It is close. On to the review. My lady and I each had 2 margaritas, and they were great and very tasty. We ordered the chips and corn salsa and 1 taco each. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the Caramon Asado, and Susie had the Pescado taco. They were both delicious. The service was great. I can't remember our server's name, but he was great and helped us with his recommendations on the Margaritas. I had the Trouble in Paradise and The Greenway, and Susie had the Strawberry Fields and La Pera. We will go back. We visited the one in St. Anthony Park.

Absolutely amazing service and great food! My girlfriend and I drove quite a distance just to try their sopes — sadly, they didn’t have them that day, and she was genuinely so disappointed (almost in tears). But our server, Jack M, completely turned the experience around. He said, “I’ll do everything I can to make up for it and he truly did. Jack was incredibly kind, attentive, and just made us feel so welcomed. That kind of service sticks with you.✨ I ordered the carne asada and it was absolutely delicious — flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked. My friends had the flautas and loved them too. The only thing I’d mention is the fish plate: one of my friends expected a fillet-style dish with rice and beans, but instead got something more like fish tacos with rice and beans. It tasted fine, but it wasn’t what she expected — unlike the carne asada, which is also a main dish and came as a proper plate, not tacos. Still, we left full and happy, and we’d definitely come back again. Huge thanks again to Jack, you really made our night. Highly recommend this place for the flavor, great food, refreshing drinks, and solid alcoholic options. Totally worth the visit.

We did the new tequila tasting at Nico’s Tacos for Father’s Day and had such an incredible time. Chris guided us through five different tequilas and was so knowledgeable—he really broke down the regions, the flavor profiles, and how to properly taste and appreciate each one. We left feeling like we actually understood tequila. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys tequila or just wants to learn more in a fun, approachable way. Nico’s was fantastic as always—great food, great atmosphere. Huge thanks to Chris for making the night so memorable. We’ll definitely be back soon for the mezcal tasting!

Google
Great Mexican bistro near the Como area. The enchiladas and tacos were great. The Trio with queso, salsa. and guacamole was a great starter. The options of Tacos was great variety. The tacos de Lengua was amazingly tender tongue and one of the best I have had. The carnitas and barbacoa tacos were also very good. The red enchiladas were also delicious. The service was kinda lackluster but just due to short staff during busy lunch time, but server was engaging when came around.

Google
Delicious food, great service, inviting atmosphere! They easily accommodated our party of 8 with a reservation. Server was helpful with answering questions. They were particularly helpful with a peanut allergy. Server checked to ensure no peanuts are used. Current selection has pine nuts in one dish, but that’s all. He still noted peanut allergy on our order. They have a party room available too.

Google
Wish I visited the Minneapolis location. Not greeted by the hostess or the bartender that was also our waiter. Poor communication and unfriendly vibes. It’s just lame to enjoy food at a new restaurant and the service is wack. My Torta was awesome. The food arrived fast. The Zona Rosa salsa was amazing. My tap beer pint was sticky from overpouring. The local beer selection was cool though. I don’t think I’d come back.

Google
Perfect day, scrumptious food (and salsa flights 🤩, blood orange ginger margaritas 🫠), beautiful patio, and the waitstaff were so fun and sweet! This is one of my dreamy summer places ☀️❤️ Get it while you can, Minnesota!!

Google
Great food. There was only one server working during our early lunch visit. They did a good job keeping up with all the tables.

Yelp
The atmosphere of this restaurant was amazing. Mario at the bar was very friendly and made people feel comfortable. He also gave wonderful recommendations for food and drinks

Yelp
Went here to celebrate my besties bday. The staff were friendly and our waitress was very attentive.the restaurant is super cute and they have a nice patio as well if you prefer dining outside. I ordered the special drink for this month it was a watermelon Paloma (don't recall the actual name of the drink) but it was really good! For food I got chicken tinga tacos and they were good as always. My only thing is I don't care for the shells they use here. Once they get wet they break super easy making it messy to eat. We were given complimentary chips which helped to scoop up the fallen ingredients. For my friend's bday they gave her churros with a candle which was super cute! Generally a good time. We were 1 of 3 tables wrapping up a few minutes past closing and the staff were still super nice. Parking is street only. On the Monday we went it wasn't hard to find spots at all but other times like weekends it can be a bit challenging as it's in a somewhat busy area.

Yelp
We ordered for takeout- tried a burro, birria tacos, chicken tacos, calamari and quesadillas. All food was amazing. Love the fresh salsas! Would love to have descriptions of them for spice levels when ordering through Toast because there are so many of them. Easy to order and pickup. Parking easy on Como also.

Yelp
I've loved Nico's Tacos since going to their Uptown location for the first time. Their Como location keeps the same cute, airy feeling with plenty of comfortable seating & a huge deck/patio area. My friend & I had a lot of catching up to do, so it was nice that our server checked in frequently without being annoyingly attentive. They were great! We started with chips & 3 salsas, plus guacamole. I definitely had a favorite salsa (I wish I could remember which it was lol), & the guac was tasty. My only complaint is that we could've used more chips. We also each started with one of their specialty margaritas; I had a 'Strawberry Fields', which was really good. Then, we each had a house margarita, which was classic. Finally, each of us ordered 2 tacos. I got the Pescado (one of my favorites in the Cities; the toppings & sauces are SO good), & the Veggie, both were amazing. All in all, I'll definitely be back for a hangout on their patio soon!

Yelp
Patio is great, good amount of seating available and umbrellas. Server was great, gave good recommendations, was attentive and very nice! Had the steak quesadilla, can't believe i would ever say this but it had too much cheese. The flavor was good, just a little less cheese would have made it great! Two friends had the burro and loved it! Good size and fillings. Also had chips and salsa trio and all salsas were delicious!
google avatar

Avery E.

Yelp
Nico's tacos is the best! Their fajitas, burritos, single tacos, and guacamole are top notch. I also tried the churros at my most recent visit and enjoyed! The vibe and liveliness of the atmosphere is very fun, too!

Yelp
I wish there was an option for 3.5 stars. This place is super cute inside. It was a nice spot to hang out and eat with friends, and it was convenient that they took reservations. Parking was easy on the street/in the back lot. The service was professional and friendly. Regarding the food, I'm from Southern California, so $6.50 per single taco didn't feel great. Though I'm also not sure if that's just typical for Minnesota. I ordered 2 of the bistek asado. The tacos were alright, but the chips and salsa appetizer (salsa trio?) were my favorite at the table. The tomatillo salsa was fantastic. The cheese dip was also pretty good. Not sure if I'll be back for the tacos, but would come back for the chips and salsa.

Yelp
I always enjoy my time at Nico's on Como and this time was no different. Always very fresh ingredients and delicious food. When the weather is nice, you can set outside on the patio. Would recommend trying multiple salsas if you can! I think they give one salsa per taco order, so you can mix and match. Both were amazing! Need to return soon and check out the Christmas pop up while it's still decorated for the holidays!
google avatar

Angie W.

Yelp
Delicious surprise! We stopped here on our way back from the zoo. The decor and ambiance is amazing. The food was even better!!! I can't recommend this place and the block it sits in enough!! I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!
google avatar

Lizzie B.

Yelp
I've only had great margaritas at Nico's and their tacos are just a delicious! I especially love their scallop taco! The chips and salsa are addicting and I almost always get the triple dips - salsa, guacamole, and queso. They decorate for holidays in a really fun way, especially día de los muertos and the winter holiday season. Our servers have been nothing but lovely and helpful. Would recommend!

Yelp
Great location with indoor and outdoor eating areas. Street parking available and not too crazy either. We dined in and the vibe, ambience, and design are beautiful. I loved the details to the art and cute cups. The music is a bit kind for my overstimulated folks, lights a bit dim, bit overall a good time to hangout with friends. The service was great, our sever was kind, upbeat, and welcoming and a good time. I ordered the Camaron Asado and Chipotle Camaron omg! So good, flavorful, and everybite I just wanted more. For the cost per taco it was affordable however I wish it had another layer of taco to keep everything together. Aside from that, like the food came out fast for everyone and just overall a good time, good vibe, and good food. I can't wait to come back to eat mkre of those tacos yummy! haha

Yelp
The food was really delicious but it does come at a pretty steep price with $5-8 per taco. They aren't stingy with the meat so that is nice. I enjoyed the chorizo taco the most but all three were delicious. The margarita was super refreshing albeit being mostly ice but that's just how it is I guess. Out of the 3 salsas I like the salsa verde the most. The chili rojo did come out warm as promised which was really great but I just prefer a spicier salsa. The space was really nicely decorated with a warm ambiance that was a very stark contrast to the below freezing temperature outside. I'd for sure come here again to treat myself.

Yelp
Nico's is one of my favorite casual neighborhood places. Loitering on a weekend afternoon and want a pick-me-up? Nico's garden patio. Want to meet some friends for a summer drink? Nico's front deck patio. Want to have a casual dinner with family, some of whom are picky eaters? Nico's interior space. I love Nico's. The chips, guac, salsa and queso are great starters for munching while having a drink. I usually get an assortment of tacos for my main course, because you can order singles to try a variety and also not order too many (or too few). The burritos, tostadas and tamales are also table-pleasers. Make sure you ask about their rotating margarita flavors- we have loved the blood orange ginger, the raspberry, the mango habanero, and the paloma cocktail. If you are a mezcal lover, they also have a nice selection (so I am told, haha).

Yelp
One of my absolute favorite spots! Huge portion for the quesadilla and fantastic interior and patio- and the strawberry basil marg is amazing. Also top tier guacamole. If you love great food and cute spots, check out my insta @cutiefoodie

Yelp
Great service, great food, great time spent! My friends and I had an amazing lunch here for my bachelorette party and we were impressed with our dishes and our top notch service. We started with chips and salsa with three of their homemade salsas: Zona Rosa, Verde Serrano, and the Pico De Gallo. I had the Enchilada with beef and it was savory, moist, and tender. I like spicy and the heat was just right. The rest of my party had Elote tacos: Camaron Asado, Pastor, Bistek Asado, and Chipotle Camaron. They all raved about how delicious and tasty their dishes were! We ended our meal with the Two Mini Churros that were decadently crispy! The ambiance was bright and energetic, but our server was the one that made our experience delightful. He was attentive, kind, and had a great since of humor. He created an enjoyable environment for me and my bridesmaids. Overall, we left satiated, satisfied, and in high spirits.

Yelp
Always my go-to for tacos! Cute, reasonably priced, and good drinks! Happy hour is 2-5 and also available on weekends. The tacos are great and everything on the menu is yummy. Get a couple tacos and make sure to try multiple. Highly recommend bistek asada or carnitas. I always get birria which I love. Recently tried the tostada which was delicious, but a little soggy. Still filled me up though, and a great price. Staff is very friendly and always willing to give a recommendation or two. I love the specials they have, whether it's restaurant week or happy hour or a fun holiday. Parking in the back lot and on the street. (Pictures are from multiple visits)

Yelp
Decent taco / Mexican spot on Como with even more potential. To be fair, we ate all the chips... Part of the reason was, though, that the timing of service was sooooo slow. Ordered apps and then waited. Got chips but no drinks.... Eventually got drinks and ultimately had to go up to the host to get someone to take our order. Food was decent but bland. Had the octopus, fish and carnitas tacos. Octopus was so chopped up is was unrecognizable... fish was dry... and carnitas was saucy but bland. Best thing was the pumpkin seed salsa. So good.

Yelp
Well, we decided to go to Nico's instead of Listo! after running some errands and also getting Nina the escape artist's claws clipped. It took a while for our waitress to come to our table after the guy who escorted us to our table brought us water. We ordered these tacos: Chorizo, Carnitas, and Barbacoa. Also ordered what are labeled as the two hottest salsas. So, for whatever reason, the tortillas aren't doubled on the tacos, so they're impossible to pick up to eat. We used our knifes and forks, which defeats the purpose of ordering tacos. The flavor of the tacos was ok. There was nothing special about them and the salsas weren't remotely hot at all. Mouths were barely warm even while eating the meal. The star of the show is the Queso Gringo with Chorizo. This was quite delicious and the tortilla chips were a perfect match. We were quite happy with this and would be the only reason for our return. In my opinion, just keep going down 280 and make it over to Listo!.

Yelp
Nicos tacos is a bit on the more pricey side if you ask me, but their service and overall culture as a restaurant make up for it. They have great margaritas, and always like to decorate for the holidays! The decorations inside are also my favorite.

Yelp
I have been to Nico's Tacos many times and I am NEVER let down. This is an exceptional taco restaurant that caters to everyone. I've had tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and Margaritas here. A-MAZ-ING. If you are looking for a taco Tuesday fix or craving Mexican food - give Nico's a try!
google avatar

Yelp
I love Nico's Tacos! The hardest part was making a decision. So many options. I can't wait to return and try more! I was excited to achieve trying 6 or the 8 salsa varieties. Yum. Reservations are available online. Parking was found on street, nearby. The staff was attentive and made wonderful recommendations on the menu. Our food came quickly, hot and fresh. Delicious! Highly recommend, can't wait to return.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick lunch with some coworkers and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the food! Super flavorful dishes, great portion sizes, and lots of options! Very cool little place with great decor and an overall fun vibe. I'll definitely be coming back for a margarita (off the clock, of course)!
google avatar

Yelp
Great location in a neighborhood and cool atmosphere! Great service and the food is outstanding! Got the birria tacos and was not disappointed at all! Also the traditional guacamole is outstanding! Definitely a great place and plenty of variety!

Yelp
I literally come here simply for the patio vibes. It's cute, vibrant, and gives you all of the good feels. The patio is a decent side. I've gone inside to use the bathroom, but I have never sat inside at a table or the bar. Parking is street - so that can be a pain when they are busy. I have never been lucky enough to not walk a block or two. I am a creature of habit here. I always get the Greenway Marg or Strawberry Basil. I also always get tacos and one must be pescado. You cannot go wrong here with the choices for tacos as there are so many. The menu is loaded with various other options as well. They have another location in the Uptown area of Minneapolis.
google avatar

Christofili C.

Yelp
This restaurant was beautifully unique in the inside. My friends and I were completely shocked (in the best way) and the layout and decor of this place. 10/10 style points and they have a wonderful patio. The service was quick and efficient. The staff did not come to the table often to check-in which could be good or bad depending on the guest. Food was delicious and filling. Great portion sizes for pricing. The chips outweigh the amount of queso and guacamole. A member of my party has a shellfish allergy and the staff worked with her about that without complaint! 4/5 stars because I've been to better authentic restaurants with better tacos but overall, I would go again to try some of the seafood tacos. * Street parking only * Pay by the taco

Yelp
It was our first time here. Drinks: Great and refreshing Tacos: Pretty good. The steak tacos could use more seasoning, but overall, good. Chips & Guac: Amazing! Service: Extremely slow!!! Numerous reviews mention the same thing. I believe three different staff waited on us - the first brought us water and said she'd be back to take our order... and after at least 10 minutes and watching each staff walk by AND tend to patrons sitting at the bar, a different server came to finally take our order. About halfway through our food, my husband wanted to order another drink and was considering another taco, but because no one bothered to stop and check on us, time passed and he opted to just finish up and ask for the tab. A different server eventually stopped to ask if we needed anything, and we just asked for the check. I alluded to it above, but pretty sure the servers are bartenders as well? ... which might explain the extremely slow service? It was pretty bad and very unfortunate. Despite the good cocktails and decent tacos, we probably won't be going back, at least not anytime soon, simply due to the slow service. I hope they figure it out soon.
google avatar

Paige K.

Yelp
I will round up this trip because last time I came I would've given a five but not sure why it didn't hit as well this time... I can't recall which tacos I got but this time I got the chipotle camaron (sub corn tortilla), the asada steak, and the lengua (or tongue). The tongue is surprisingly good if the mental part doesn't trip you! The shrimp was decent but I'd probably try something else next time. The steak was subpar for me. I also tried the cranberry mint margarita and the blood orange margarita. Plus sups of my husbands blueberry and I tried my sister strawberry Basil. I like them because they're not too sweet and honestly pretty strong (through I'm not a huge drinker). My fav of the bunch was the strawberry Basil. Honestly though... the star of the show here is the salsa. Between the trio and the platter selections (everyone gets to choose one to come with their tacos) we tried most of them and they're great. My fav is the pumpkin seed one... SO GOOD. And the avocado one is spicyyyyy but very good too. The only one we didn't like was the corn one. Overall, lots of taco options so I'll try other flavors if I come back, great salsa and pretty good margaritas with rotating flavors. Check out the happy hour specials! Great time to come for drinks and chips.
google avatar

Alexander V.

Yelp
Oh my lord, was this delicious. So fly in the ointment right away, the beef tacos were a little dry. Why doesn't that impact the 5 star review? Because the chicken fajitas, guacamole, salsas, pastor tacos, and margarita were all fresh and amazingly flavorful.
google avatar

Sydney R.

Yelp
Nico's is my go to restaurant when I want Mexican food or want a great spot to bring friends! They have the best guacamole and tacos but I've also gotten the quesadilla which comes with everything on the side for those who are picky eaters like me!
google avatar

Esther L.

Yelp
Really lovely plants, and happy hour 3-5 on weekdays and then a late night window, and outdoor seating on the front porch or back patio. The back room indoors is quieter than the front. On a Friday evening, it gets busy and loud 5:30ish. Lovely margarita and salsa menu. The chips are GREAT, although who can ever get the right chip to salsa/guac ratio?!?
google avatar

Tracey F.

Yelp
After hearing people rant and rave about Nico's since it moved East of the river, I finally made it over to give it a try. We even had a nice enough evening to sit out on the patio! Got some chips and a lovely smoky salsa Rojo. I can never say no to elotes, so also got a cob. For the main course, I had some chicken tinga enchiladas and topped it all off with a piña colada. Everything had great flavor and was delicious. The only downside was it was a bit on the speedier side, but I would also say a level up from "standard" Mexican fare.
google avatar

Lynne C.

Yelp
Popped in for a late dinner with my two nephews, host was great but other than that service was pretty subpar and it was oddly freezing inside. Food was mouth wateringly delicious though, cannot say enough about how impeccable the flavor was on all of our dishes. My eldest nephew got the carne asada plate that was mounted with food, he surprisingly finished because he said it was too good to waste or have later. I got a steak quesadilla with an Elote corn on the side -- bother were perfectly balanced in seasoning and cheese, wish I would have ordered two corn! My other nephew got steak tacos which were also very good and he scarfed those down. Will certainly come back again!

Yelp
I chose Nico's because of its 150 reviews on Yelp. The food did not disappoint. The cacti taco was fantastic and the jicama on the fish taco was so crisp and fresh. It was delightful on a hot day. I loved that my reservation was super simple to make on Google. It was two clicks and wham bam I had a table reserved. When I walked up to the patio I was afraid that was the only seating available on a 90+ degree day. I was thankful when I walked in and there was a bunch of seats available inside. One thing I will say, is that the ambiance was cold. It was like a large echo chamber in there. It may be wise to add a table cloth here or there or some canvas paintings to the walls to bring down the echo. I felt like I was shouting at my companion. Overall, worth the visit. Be prepared to park and walk a couple blocks. Unless you're on a motorcycle like I was, parking is a hassle on Como.

Yelp
The burrito was not filling enough; it was weak and warm. The corn was average and too dry.

Yelp
Nico's is a favorite of mine however I'm fed up with the inconsistency of the food and service. When yall are on point the food is AMAZING however when yall are off it's bad. I order the lengua tacos often sometimes it's seasoned great other times not at all. Recently I've ordered online twice. The way it's set up is after you pick which meat you want you add other ingredients like sauce and onions or cilantro. IT NEVER SAID ALL TACOS COME WITH ONION AND CILANTRO. I clicked the buttons of the toppings I wanted. Onions wasn't one of them because I didn't want those. But both orders had them. So yesterday I called in and complained. The manager was rude he spent the entire phone call beating a dead horse about how all tacos come with onions and cilantro. Ok got that. But on the website it doesn't say that and why does it prompt you to click the toppings? NOT USER FRIENDLY. So the manager just argued with me and kept going on and on about the standard taco. When I tried to give feedback on my experience there was no apology or solution. Just essentially blaming me for not knowing that all tacos come with freaking onions and cilantro! Well I didn't ask for it!!! I clicked cilantro and picked my salsas. Overall I'm taking a break from Nico's. I have love hate relationship with you now and I don't know if or when I'll be back. Let's hope the management team sees this and strives to do a bit better. The potential is there. Need more effort. ALSO If tacos are a whopping 6$ a piece I want it to be how I want it. With the toppings that I picked. Kindness goes a long way to the manager I spoke on the phone with yesterday take some classes on how to deal with people. Don't be a manager if your not up to the task. Do better.

Yelp
Tacos at Nicos on Como was fantastic! Food- I had a scallop and chicken taco both were great! I found them to be filling and flavorful. The QUESO ROCKS. I was so impressed and is a must order. Happy hour- this place has great happy hour deals, check them out 2-5 or after 8:30! Parking- Street parking is pretty easy to find and free. Overall- Getting a table can be tricky when it's busy. The line to be seating goes straight into the restaurant. Patio spots can't be reserved. Our server was amazing! Can't wait to come back soon!

Yelp
Best tacos I've found in the twin cities area. I went here about a year ago for the first time as I was on my way out from college. Now back in the area, had to come back. Grabbed some food to go to share with friends and when I ordered online it was ready in about 12 minutes -- super fast! The restaurant is super cute to dine in, too. Friendly staff and good, reasonable drink prices. Will be back the next time I'm in town!

Faith L.

Yelp
I am celiac which can make eating at restaurants difficult, the staff at Nico's is very knowledgeable about what items on their menu are gluten free and they even have a batch of gluten free chips that they make before anything else in the day. I always get the Birria tacos and they are to die for, i find myself craving them all the time. The staff are super friendly too! I've never had a bad experience at Nico's!

Yelp
I work sort of nearby and I end up here to take an interview candidate to lunch, have a lunch meeting, do a retirement party, etc. The food here is consistently very good. It is not the best Mexican food you will ever have, but it is solid and consistently reliable. I usually get the al pastor and the chicken tinga tacos. Sometimes the al pastor is a little dry, but it is always very tasty. The tortillas are very good. One very bright spot is the service - always friendly and prompt. I also like the interior. The restaurant is in what looks like a converted house, but once inside, you feel transported somewhere that is a lot warmer and sunnier than the twin cities.

Yelp
Very lovely smaller place that has good quesadillas and small tacos, awesome servers that kept checking on our water cups, all the salsas were delicious and the atmosphere was very cozy and felt warm, I am excited to go back in the summer time and eat on the patio!

Yelp
I finally made my first visit to the Nico's Como location in St. Paul and it did not disappoint. I've always been a huge fan of the Uptown location and I am excited to report that my expectations were not only met but far exceeded A decent size restaurant located on Como just east of Highway 280 featuring a large front patio as well as a small, more quaint back patio. Much like it's Uptown counterpart, this restaurant is an Old Victorian style home and absolutely stunning inside and out. The service was exceptional. Our server was prompt snd friendly and ready with recommendations on the menu. We immediately ordered drinks and they were out to our patio table within minutes. This visit I ordered 6 tacos and we had nachos for the table to share. The nachos were piled high and a generous portion that was more than enough for our group of 5. The tacos were also phenomenal, all well stuffed and plated gorgeously. I recommend the following tacos! Chorizo - my absolute favorite. Pescado Asado - refreshing and delicious Nopales - Cactus, perfect vegetarian option The drinks I had were the Classic Bourbon Manhattan 3/5 Mezcal-Rita 5/5

Yelp
Had lunch in this welcoming sunny space. The bright decor and friendly staff was appreciated on a cold Feb day. There are many choices of taco fillings. My favorite was the chipotle Cameron taco. The calamari on the other hand tasted very " fishy" so removed them from the taco and enjoyed the flavorful toppings. All the staff were attentive and helpful.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this Taco place one day and decided to come back. The tacos de pescado are one of my favorites along with the tacos de asado bistek. The queso birria tacos are also a must try with the consome. Margaritas are good and we normally have been there during non-peak hours so never had to deal with a busy place. Guacamole is good and would most likely come back again.

Yelp
Decent food and margaritas, but overpriced even with today's inflation. The main gripe I have is the "wellness charge" which is just a way for business owners to make customers pay part of the employee's wages in addition to tipping. Always a tacky move especially post-COVID regulations.

Yelp
Excellent service and flexible menu. Very good food. Take reservations but walnuts can often get in even on weekends

Yelp
Nico's on Como was a great place for a night out with family. They have a nice outdoor patio for the nicer nights of summer. The wait staff was very kind and the food was all delicious. They had a wide selection of margaritas and cocktails, all of which got good reviews from everyone I ate with. The guacamole and queso were absolutely delicious and the house made chips were perfect. The street tacos I had were very well proportioned with meat/filling and the tacos themselves were tasty as well. The nice thing about the wide variety of street tacos available is that you get to try multiple things and that there's something that almost everyone would like. Certainly somewhere I'd come back to!

Yelp
Great change of pace from the typical taco joint. A bit pricey but a broad selection of great dishes.

Yelp
This restaurant is absolute beautiful!! The mural on the wall and all the decorations are so tasteful. The staff is so night, from the second you walk in the door till the moment you leave you are taken care of and treated well. I ordered the Traditional Margarita and the Birria tacos with the jalapeño sauce. I was absolutely blown away! My drink was smooth and my food was so delicious!! I seriously cannot wait to go back.

Yelp
Nice little taco place in St Paul. I do like the Fajitas Rancheras and usually get that when I dine here. The tacos are delicious and the price is not bad. I just like all the veggies and chicken. The service is great and everyone is friendly. Parking can be a challenge, but it is worth it.
