Night Hawk

Night Hawk is a proper bar with creative drinks that caters to the more adventurous in terms of cocktail palatte. The place is exudes a classic American diner vibe with Art Deco thrown into the mix which is very much in-line and well thought out with the artwork that inspires the place; Nighthawks by Edward Hopper. If you know your classic cocktails, you can order them as well even though its not listed on the menu so just give them a go as well, don't be shy. I loved the Rusty Nail I got. Overall a wonderful experience, but do prepare for a bit of a wait as reservations are not possible and best to call 15 mins ahead to check if the place has place for you and your date :) Cheers!

Had a wonderful experience here! Went by without a reservation, they squeezes us in at the standing spaces and were moved over to the bar afterwards. Soooo many good drinks to choose from, we went for the Nighthawks (below) and the Dependable Expandable. Both very delicious! Would definitely come back again!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating in trying their best to get us seats during the peak wee hours. They gave detailed descriptions of the drinks and provided recommendations when they noticed we were quite unsure of what drinks to pick. An overall fun experience at the Night Hawk.

An awesome speakeasy with creative drinks. I had the gamma ray which was so balanced, and the sweet sabbath was the perfect dessert drink. Kick artist fix is strong and therefore an acquired taste, but the lingering sweet maple aftertaste made up for it. It’s a very small space and full when we arrived, but luckily they were able to sit us at the 5 oar cafe seats just outside.

Second time here and this place is still a vibe. It’s an intimate and super stylish space, giving off sexy art deco vibes. Team here is super chill and friendly, and the cocktails are all very unique and very well crafted. This is a great place to enjoy a cocktail and just relax a bit, it’s also a perfect date spot.

popped by this cozy and intimate space and i loved the vibes! the bartenders were so friendly and recommended us their CNY festive favourites~ was impressed by the creativity and effort of having a whole pop up card menu for the year of the fire horse, and the detailed descriptions of the flavour profiles the bartenders gave us! we had a jade serpent fizz and gambler's dependence! jade serpent fizz was very zesty and came with a cute heart shaped green pea cookie~ really fragrant bc of the pomelo and osmanthus and i appreciated the lime element lots! for the gambler's dependence, it was an elevated Tiger Beer - the honey, orange and whiskey mixed together reduced the normal dryness and bitterness of the beer and brought out very sweet and smooth notes! i liked it a lot and it got better the longer it sat HAHAH. also tried their wagyu cheeseburger sliders and loaded fries! really moreish and yummy sides to pair with alcohol. wagyu was juicy and tender, and the loaded fries were seasoned well. will def come back to try other drinks and food options! i think the ambience is so lovely (airport split flap spotify playlist display really added to it) and the music choices were great!

Nice interior and service. When I was cold they gave me a blanket. When I forgot my phone in the toilet the staff gave it back to me after not even 5 minutes. The drink recommendation was great — I got a Q.O.O. (Great grape and citrusy taste) and Peach Fuzz (Nice as well). Thank you.

Service and attitude were disappointing, which made the overall experience unpleasant. The idea of using sesame oil to elevate a Negroni is creative and adds a nice touch, but the execution fell short. The drink was overwhelmingly bitter, leaving only a lingering harshness with no balance, while the mushroom aroma was completely overshadowed. The concept itself is promising, but the bartender’s execution was poor, and the result feels overrated.

Received multiple recommendations to this speakeasy and we are so glad we were able to squeeze this spot into our itinerary! The drinks here are very unique and with complex flavors. Great service and vibes whether you're coming here solo or with a group.
