Downstairs is an antiques-filled dive that feels like you've wandered onto the set of a Tennessee Williams play. Once you’re adequately lubricated by botanical-forward cocktails, join every person on a first date within a five-block radius up on the usually-packed rooftop, lined with greenery-entwined trellises.
