Desire Meets Good Beer & cocktails . Classic pub fare grub enjoyed in a casual but very upscale interior . Chicken Nachos Grande perfectly layered . Crispy Point Calamari with spicy aioli , cherry peppers & lemon just yummy . My cocktail was delicious & the draft beer was calling my name . Fantastic service & a lot of fun .

Santiago was super friendly, food was delicious and service was pretty quick. “Please don’t tell” drink was amazing, “Night Light” beer was also pretty great. Will be back!

Burger was delicious. Had a lot of flavor with bacon onion jam. Cheese fries were unique but pretty tasty. Enjoyed my food and atmosphere.

Laid-back atmosphere with delicious food and attentive staff. Encore Boston has many upscale dining options, and Night Shift Brewing does not disappoint! We visited at night and seemed pretty busy and we were immediately seated. The staff are fun, extremely professional, and were able to make a number of recommendations for some awesome food and drink choices. The food was phenomenal. We will definitely be back again!

I really like this Night Shift location overall. It’s a seat-yourself type setup, which I appreciate for the casual vibe, and you order at the bar, which is quick and easy. The drinks are solid, which is what I expected at a casino bar, but what really surprised me was how good the food was. It’s a bit of a hidden gem in terms of quality. The bartenders are friendly and attentive, which makes a difference. They’re personable without being overbearing, and it’s clear they know what they’re doing. The atmosphere is nice — the place is always clean, and the music is a good mix of 90s hits. It’s at just the right volume, so you can enjoy the tunes without struggling to hear your conversation. The only downside is that it’s a little on the expensive side, but that’s pretty typical for anything inside a casino, so it’s not unexpected. Still, if you’re looking for something reasonably priced, this might not be the place. All in all, I’d recommend it for a casual drink or bite to eat. It’s a solid choice if you’re in the area, and it’s worth checking out if you’re looking for a laid-back spot with good food and drinks.

Night Shift's locations are just awesome Ive been to Encore and Lovejoy Wharf, their beer is great and fair prices, atention is good not the best that I had but if I wanted that i'd go to a restaurant.

I went there the other day. As soon as I sat at the bar; I was asked if I needed help with anything. They have popcorn at the bar, awesome. Not alot of places do this. Well done.. Upbeat Staff while I visited. Great atmosphere. I ordered a drink, vodka and sour mix I think, very blah... My group was leaving as I went to order food. I'll have to go back to eat.. will upload pics when I do.

Excellent restaurant at the Encore Hotel and Casino. Met a dear mentor here for dinner after a decade - we enjoyed drinks and popcorn (!) - first at the bar and then at our table. Our server Cara was gracious and discreet and steered us correctly towards a satisfying appetizer (spinach and artichoke dip) and entrées - burger for me (medium well, and superbly made!) and salad with Nashville chicken for my guest. Bathrooms were clean and the décor was fascinating, with photos of design patents related to the beer industry - like the bottle, can, and (as shown in this review) the ale or beer condenser or cooler from 1894! Will certainly be back!

Great drinks and great service. Got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were delicious but the hot chicken wasn't. Not spicy at all and very dry. Dry exterior and dry chicken. We also go the pot pie. While aesthetically pleasing for the gram the puff pastry on top was a bit hard to cut through with a fork and knife. It tasted good though.

There were 9 of us dinning with varied apps and entrees before hitting the cassino. Everything was excellent for all. The service was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back again.

Absolutely love this amazing brewpub! Night Shift Brewing Kitchen and Tap is the crown jewel of Encore dining. The bar is lively and welcoming, and will always have the game on. The food choices are terrific, and there's a vast array of premium beers from Night Shift as well as other local brewers. They offer a bevy of hard seltzers, or if cocktails are your thing- there's also a full liquor assortment and the bartenders are *significantly* above average. I am always delighted by the service and craftsmanship of Bobby, Peter and Gregg. They will skillfully concoct you a simple rum and coke, or a perfectly executed Old Fashioned. Benjamin runs the floor, and always greets you with a smile and makes sure the experience is flawless! All the appetizers and entrees are phenomenal, and they're constantly adjusting the menu to keep it fresh and seasonal! Most recently I tried the softshell crab Po'Boy, but the offerings are constantly evolving. Definitely the best place to grab a drink and a snack, or full dinner while at the Encore. You generally don't need reservations like the steakhouse or Pan-Asian destinations, yet it's not as crazy as the burger place upstairs. They even have some larger tables if you're bringing the squad.

We really enjoyed Night Shift! Tap beer flights for $12, awesome deal. The food is overpriced but delicious and everything that went by us looked delicious! We only got the massive pretzel to share. Pretzel was $28 but half filled us up and now we get to take the rest home! Our server (I can't remember his name) was awesome, friendly, and attentive. We would go back for sure!

Four of us walked into this Casino dining spot after waiting for a while at the Cheese restaurant next door. The tables weren't cleaned so we left when it seemed like the place didn't have the help to clean them. Went next door to Night Shift, where we were greeted by Santiago who brought us to a table immediately. The ambiance is very nice, beautiful lighting, upscale casual menu. We had Burgers, Chicken and Italian Beef. Everything was great. Loved the Bacon Jam on the Burger! Our Server was Santiago who was so attentive, friendly and very pleasant even as it got close to closing. Customer service skills are so important! We will return and ask for him as a Server.

We enjoy this restaurant tremendously-staff, selection of food and the ambiance are all exceptional. We were sad to discover that they have cut down their hours and are so short staffed that their 2 bartenders are tripleling as Bartenders. waiters and greeters. They are doing an astonishingly good job fulfilling all these demands. Apparently they are also shortstaffed in the kitchen since at present are only offering a quite limited menu of appetizers. It appears they will likely be squeezed out of their spot. For many of us this is quite a loss, I am sure we are not tge only ones that consider this restaurant the top brew bar in the Encore

Had a night out with friends while here out of town. This restaurant was great. The beers were tasty - all sorts to choose from. Pretzel and pimento cheese and crackers as appetizers. I would recommend the pretzel for parties of four or more, it's HUGE! It comes with three dips (Dijon mustard, cheese sauce and a cinnamon sugar butter). The cinnamon sugar is to die for. We also had two salads, chicken spicy sandwich (pretty spicy I was told) and a burger. The fries were crispy and flavorful. As far as price - it was more than a burger joint but less than some of the other restaurants at the casino. The server was friendly as well.

Before heading to dinner at Mystique, my boyfriend and I decided to check out Night Shift Brewery. We shared a complimentary bowl of buttered popcorn and a tasting experience of four 4oz beers on tap for $12. My boyfriend enjoyed Fluffy more than Juiceflow. I enjoyed both Night Shift Brewery Slushie Weisse and Wachusett Brewing Co (Blueberry Ale) with fresh blueberries. The Slushie Weisse was creamy, fruity, and tart. The Wachusett Brewing Co. Blueberry Ale was light, subtle, sweet, fruity, and smooth. We are curious where we can find these and other Night Shift Brewery beers (including Local Love, Blueberry Piescraper) nearby us.

We were looking for something simple while at the Encore casino (i.e. not insanely expensive). We hopped into Night Shift and had some excellent beers (btw, look at both sides of the drink menu, they have more than Night Shift brews). We ordered food and, boy was it a wonderful surprise. The steak tips were excellent (and my friend's chicken sandwich looked awesome). A nice respite from gambling!

Amazing f***ing drinks, food, service, and atmosphere. Period. Ask for Bobby, he's the shit. And ask for Cara, she's the best and will make sure that you have the best experience possible.

Second visit to the location. Both times, service and food have been phenomenal. Robert behind the bar makes a mean espresso martini and you can't beat the local brews from Night Shift.

Very disappointing. Service was slow, although that is management's fault - the server had way too many tables to take care of on her own. Calamari was overcooked and salty. Chicken pot pie was not good. Thee potatoes and peas were way undercooked and it was a bit sweet. I returned it (which I never do) and got a chicken sandwich instead- went the opposite way - very overcooked! Kind of wondered if the chef did that out if spite when the pie was sent back due to being undercooked. The only redeeming item was the fries. Would not return.

Santiago was our server and he was amazing. I had the brisket chili which was scrumptious. We both had the butter lettuce salads which was one of the best most creative mixtures, it was wonderful. My husband had the signature burger, he said it was the best he ever had. Then we shared the brownie/ blondie sundae, leave room for it, it's so good. I had a mocktail as I no longer drink and it felt very satisfying. My husband had a cocktail that he really enjoyed. The music was great. The atmosphere is fun, alive and beautiful. I can't wait to go back!!!

This was horrible on all levels! The wine was putrid and the food was not edible and very pricy! Nasty shrimp taco for $25. The bill was outrageous. $90 for 2 drinks and 2 appetizers.Not kidding. When we spoke to the manager she just parroted "I am sorry" . Not once did they try and make up for the awful experience. Do NOT waste your time nor your money.
