"Having spent years in the bustling metropolis of Bangkok, Dominik and May Carqueville are bringing a slice of the Far East to Dachau. Born and raised in Thailand, the chef has an innate talent for working with authentic Thai flavours. She skilfully incorporates contemporary influences and locally-sourced ingredients into the traditional cuisine of her homeland. Using only the freshest ingredients, she crafts dishes such as Ma Hor (caramelised minced pork with peanuts, pineapple, coriander and chilli) or pan-seared sea bass fillet in a choo chee curry sauce with kaffir lime leaves. Dishes can also be ordered to share. The trendy and chic setting is a combination of restaurant and bar – the latter serves cocktails, beer, wine and house-made soft drinks, as well as finger food. This restaurant was opened in Dachau a couple of months ago or maybe a little bit longer. I was there today for the first time I could say that it is a place really worth visiting it. I only ordered salad with entrecote steak, and considering the taste of the dish, it was something new in this town. From service to the quality of the products and the way of presenting it, I can't say something bad about this place. I was welcomed by the owner placing me at the bar because everything else was booked, but I enjoyed it from the beginning to the end. I will come there to try something more "profound. " :)

My wife sent me the Nightingale Google link weeks ago and I surprised her tonight by taking her and the family to Nightingale Thai Cuisine in Dachau. We had an excellent experience. Very pretty restaurant, lovely creative food presentation, delicious food! Definitely a winner!

Von der Begrüßung bis zu letzt ein toller Abend. Unser Ober war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam und man hat auch gemerkt, wie stolz er auf das Lokal ist. Zurecht. Das Essen war authentisch und sehr sehr lecker. Alle Tische waren belegt und der Geräuschpegel hoch aber nicht unerträglich. Wir haben die Atmosphäre sehr geschätzt modern und zugleich gemütlich. Wir werden wieder kommen, der nächste Termin steht schon fest.

Wir waren zur Mittagszeit in diesem Restaurant in Dachau und uns hat der Aufenthalt gefallen. Das Essen war gut. Der Service ist aufmerksam, freundlich und humorvoll. Die Inneneinrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Demnächst werden wir diese Location am Abend besuchen, da soll die Speisekarte umfangreicher sein. Bargeldlose Bezahlung ist möglich. Eine Reservierung ist empfehlenswert. Wir haben gleich in der Nähe einen Parkplatz gefunden.
