Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Porto Heli (Porto Heli, Peloponnese) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"For many travelers, the name Nikki Beach instantly conjures up images of a glamorous coastal lifestyle: champagne and house music by the infinity pool, pop-up fashion shows at the Cannes Film Festival, lavish white parties to kick off the season. Indeed, the hotel component is only part of the brand — Nikki Beach is, first and foremost, a luxury beach club concept, born in Miami Beach and continually branching out to seaside locales in places like Monte Carlo, Saint-Tropez, and Ibiza." - Tablet Hotels

Group of friends staying near Nikki Beach decided to spend a day there, enjoying the pool and spa facilities before drinks at the rooftop bar and dinner in the restaurant. Everything was excellent until dinner - the pool area was lovely and spacious, easy access to the beach with plenty of activities to enjoy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, atmosphere was fun with great music. All different ages of people were there so it was also really welcoming. ||We had a few spa treatments between us - all great quality, very relaxing and reasonably priced. The staff in the spa were equally friendly, professional and worked to a high standard.||In the evening we went up to the rooftop bar, Qurio, to enjoy the breathtaking view at sunset. Again, great service, delicious cocktails and overall excellent experience. ||Sadly, dinner in the restaurant was a massive letdown after a lovely day. Service was exceptionally slow, particularly given the room was almost empty, food came out randomly or not at all, and the bill was unceremoniously plopped down on our table in the middle of our main course with no conversation. We weren’t offered dessert, coffee etc. A real shame to finish on such a low note, but given all the other great food options in the area, this restaurant is easily avoided.

My stay at this hotel was excellent. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were always attentive and welcoming. The beach club was a standout, especially with its lively weekend parties named "Pink Saturdays" and 80s-90s. The former were parties with unique cocktails . The latter were theme parties that included 80s-90s music hits. Furthemore the waiters would offer complimentary shots to the customers so that they could relax and unwind. This enhanced my experience and made the stay even more enjoyable. I also loved their rooftop bar named Quiro, which offered a stunning view and a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings while enjoying a nice cocktail and sone great sushi. All the staff were always with a smile and trying to make your stay memorable, I would happily make another visit.

A Luxurious and Peaceful Getaway Perfect for Couples We recently stayed at Nikki Beach Resort in Porto Heli, and the experience was truly luxurious. The service is top notch professional, attentive, and always with a smile. The food is excellent, both in quality and presentation, with a variety of delicious options that made every meal memorable. The gym is well equipped and more than sufficient for a holiday workout. However, it’s important to note that the overall atmosphere of the hotel is very quiet and, at times, a bit too calm. Aside from the beautiful pool area, there isn’t much else to do on site. The beach is nice to look at but not particularly inviting for swimming or spending the day. This resort is ideal for couples looking for a peaceful, romantic escape in a high-end setting. It’s not the best choice for families with kids or travelers looking for entertainment and a lively environment. That said, if you’re after tranquility and elegance, Nikki Beach Porto Heli delivers exactly that.

We booked Nikki Beach Porto Cheli expecting the brand’s promised quality and standards, but our experience was extremely disappointing. 1. The rooftop balcony furniture and jacuzzi were not just worn — they were clearly old, damaged, and unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. 2. The jacuzzi was dirty on our arrival even after we specifically requested before arrived an extra cleaning. This shows a serious lack of attention to hygiene. 3. The room was totally misrepresented. There was no real sea view, except from the balcony, and the interior layout looked nothing like the booking site photos. This is misleading advertising, misrepresenting and unacceptable. 4. The reception staff was painfully slow and indifferent. It was also obvious that since the hotel was about to close for the season, service had dropped to a bare minimum, even the bar didnot have fresh fruits to serve. Only the parking team and the breakfast staff seemed to make an effort — everything else was far below standard. For the amount we paid ( almost 953€ for 2 nights )the service and quality were absolutely not worth it. The photos online are misleading / misrepresenting the room and the actual room quality and arrangements did not match at all. Sadly, this property has nothing in common with the Nikki Beach brand’s promised standards. A very disappointing stay....

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to the highest standards of hospitality, and it truly felt like a five-star experience in every way. The room was absolutely fantastic, spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like a cloud, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after long days in the sun. It was a true haven of relaxation. Now, let's talk about the food... it was exquisite! The breakfast buffet had an incredible variety of fresh and delicious options. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurants for dinner, but the absolute highlight was the food served at the beach bar. The fresh seafood and casual dishes were so delicious we found ourselves having lunch there every single day. Even the room service menu was top-tier; we ordered in one evening and were blown away by the quality and flavor. What truly elevated our stay from excellent to extraordinary was the staff. A special mention must be made of Katerina Aggelopoulou. She was an absolute gem always attentive, incredibly helpful with any request we had, and her warm, smiling presence brightened our every day. She is a tremendous asset to your team and embodies the spirit of genuine hospitality. The entire staff was smiley , helpful and welcoming . We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and are already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you for a memorable and flawless holiday Nikki Beach beach resort and spa Porto heli .

Very nice hotel with fantastic view on the marina and generous size of the room with large bathroom and more than enough space for a family of three or even four and a fantastic view from the terrace / balcony on Porto Heli Marina. Good buffet for a boutique hotel, the dinner at the dolce vita was very good as well with a fantastic sunset view. The beach unfortunately is not clean (too much seaweed…), doesn’t seem to be swimmable but the pool is nice and has great views on the marina. Overall, I would say one of the best spots in Porto Heli to discover and explore the area with fantastic experiences of yachting and swimming in very unexpected and beautiful places. We definitely recommend.

Beautiful location in Porto Heli, and our beachfront pool suite was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar is a highlight – amazing view and vibe. Some downsides: The room lacked surfaces to place personal items, and on the terrace there was only one small umbrella – not enough shade during the hot day. A larger umbrella or proper sun protection (like a retractable awning) would make a big difference. The bed frame was covered in white faux leather and completely scratched – really not acceptable for a hotel in this price range. We also had to ask for a table and chairs on the terrace, which should’ve been there from the start. At the restaurant, food was decent, wine was great. However, we were charged €4 for a bowl of water for our two small dogs – that felt unnecessary. Overall, a stylish hotel in a fantastic location, but there’s room for improvement in comfort, maintenance, and guest.

We were very disappointed in our stay at Nikki Beach. We looked at over 100 hotels in Europe before booking this trip, looking for somewhere luxurious and relaxing. ||We booked Nikki Beach as had been wowed by the pictures and ability to have a semi-private pool and a swim up bar. It seemed just what we were after.||Sadly we felt let down by the resort on almost every front except for the views, comfortability of the bed, standard of cleaning during our visit and massage in the spa (provided by a third party).||First, the room. It was described on booking a ‘shared reflection pool’ and the pictures indicated it was a good space to submerse yourself. It turned out to be only about a foot deep - meaning it was no better than for wading in. We didn’t mind the pool being shared, but the dividers between the balconies were also woeful, meaning we felt overlooked from all angles. ||For the price, we paid a big premium for the shared ‘pool’, we felt very short changed.||The room also lacked basic amenities such as an iron (which was clumsily provided when requested) or a dressing table / desk to get ready at. When we arrived it was also still dirty around the bed with hair / fluff from previous occupants visible. Fortunately this was fixed quickly and the cleaners were very good the rest of our stay and worked around our schedules. ||Secondly, the service was lacking at every point of our visit. We saw other guests get a tour on arrival (we didn’t). When we filled in the first feedback form on the second day the manager came to see us by the pool (and didn’t introduce herself before doing so) to try to solve issues but did nothing material apart from add an iron to the room. We also never saw or heard from her again, having it been clear we had been unhappy.||The pool bar staff were unreliable and often sat chatting / smoking / on their phones when multiple customers were at the bar. For a hotel that is 5 star with the facilities it has, the behaviour and service from the staff was unacceptable.||Third, the restaurant and bar experience was really poor for a 5 star resort. ||Restaurant: We had to send back very undercooked chicken on our first night - it was raw inside and even with the small amount eaten upset stomachs. This is really dangerous. ||What made this situation worse was the waiter trying to justify it saying that’s how they cooked it and it was ‘safe’ - we encountered no other place in Greece that served pink chicken, let alone raw. We also would have expected it to have been removed from our bill due to this, but it was never offered.||We decided to try the restaurant again at lunch a couple of days later but found the pork this time to be pink. Having had the waiter respond to us before with the chicken that that’s how it was cooked, we persevered. We then had very upset stomachs the rest of the day. It seems this is a consistent problem for the chef- speed over quality (as everything came very quickly).||The prices were also expensive for what it was (basic poolside food) and we were shocked at the set fee for room service (10 EUR every time you had something delivered rather than a percentage fee) meaning it didn’t make any sense to order cocktails to our room pool (which we would have liked to do).||We would have eaten at the hotel more but after the first two poor experiences decided we had to go out for lunch and dinners, which interrupted relaxation time.||Bar: Cocktails were also completely inconsistent. On our final day the woman bar tender on shift made our cocktails a lot smaller than we had had the days previously. The quality also varied wildly per cocktail. For 15EUR a piece we would have expected more.||Fourthly, the gym was poorly equipped (just some weights and a treadmill in a basement) and while the spa did provide an excellent massage it was annoying that you couldn’t book it from reception and instead had to walk round to the basement spa itself to do it.||Finally, the hotel at times was full of children running around and in the pool - which isn’t what we would expect from a Nikki Beach facility nor what it was advertised as when we viewed it.||All in all, book Nikki Beach if you want to spend too much money on a nice view and decent sized rooms but you’re not fussed about service, food or amenities. ||We have given the resort 2 stars rather than 1 due to the views, size and cleanliness of room overall and the massage in the spa.
