Our server Michelle was so kind and welcoming. I got the BBQ ribs, chicken, and shrimp ($20.00). My friend got the BBQ half chicken ($16.00). The Mac n cheese was so good! He also liked the potato salad and coleslaw. They give a huge piece of Texas toast and it’s perfect. I really loved the ribs best. I’d definitely be back and recommend it. It’s great food and very reasonably priced!! Definitely have leftovers for tomorrow!

As always portions are ginormous, delicious and fresh. I ordered ribs, fish shrimp and pork chops. Sister ordered fish, chicken, and shrimp everything was delicious. It served in order of eating. The server Daija was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere Chariot my sister said it was beautiful and Fabulous.

Dropped a rider off around the corner and felt my stomach growling. Came in for BBQ but when I saw catfish on the menu, I shifted gears immediately. With collard greens & coleslaw & a massive pice of garlic toast. The vibe is family style restaurant and the decor doesn't - thankfully - follow the trend of bare wood, metal & country music. In fact, the tunes, pleasantly in the background, we're 60s & 70s pop and R & B. Service was quick & professional. Food was solid and in plentiful portions. Huge catfish filet with cornmeal breading was crispy outside, tender inside. Collard greens were a big portion and flavorful. Be careful, I found a bone. Slaw was tasty. Nothing stood out, but I wouldn't say no to a return trip.

Beautiful & elegant. There is a magnificent chandelier. There is a great staircase. It's quite majestic. Besides wonderful productions, I was invited to an exquisite wedding There. The bride walked down the beautiful starcase.

We got 2 mack cheese and 2 collard greens and 2 pasta salad Lumber jack chicken was good, not thin, but medium-sized chicken breast cooked perfectly The half chicken is not cooked super soft like rotisserie version .just cook with a perfectly bbq sauce, not sweet like other bbq sauces Last the half slabs bbq ribs Same bbq sauces not too sweet with some tang .they put just enough bbq sauce, not heavy a light coating Side items like Mac and cheese Collard green are delicious and generous amounts of food too .cold pasta is hot the spot, too Seasoned just right, not salty or greasy, too The toasted bread is huge Their food portion is huge and the prices are cheaper affordable than other restaurants Your leftovers for another day The food was so good we ordered a Ruben sandwich 🥪 to go too It is also delicious to a good portion of sandwiches Affordable, delicious, huge portion, what not to love about this place Will definitely be back for sure Come to this place of your hungry and on a budget

They were awesome people there. Very nice friendly, polite. Food was served in HUGE PORTIONS! I WAS AMAZED.

Made a special trip while visiting Metro Detroit area. Service was somewhat slow although I'd arrived at the wind down of a bus load of people. The food and portions were fantastic. The broasted chicken was fulfilling and juicy as I remembered.
