I’ve started coming here a couple of times every week because the food is just that good. “The Kelly” is my absolute go-to, and I always add some grilled onions for that extra flavor. It never disappoints! This place has easily become my top choice for lunch in Charlotte. Everything tastes fresh, the portions are perfect, and the vibe is always friendly and relaxed. I’m already looking forward to lunch today because I know exactly where I’ll be—at Nikos Grill, enjoying another amazing meal!

Solid old school lunch counter. Easy to order and food comes quick. Was going for Nikos Hot Sub until I made a last second change to the gyro. No disappoints here! Very satisfying and delicious w fries and a cherry Fanta! Which I had never seen as a fountain drink.

I was told "...there is a great Greek place nearby" - ok let's try it! No falafel on the menu, apart from the name (perhaps) this place is not a Greek restaurant but more like an American diner. Serving size was good and service was super quick which is great if you're getting lunch. Food needs more seasoning, overall taste of my sandwich and fries were kind of bland.

Stopped by for lunch because of the 4.6 rating and was close to the hotel. Son and I had burgers. His fiance had a philly. Was not impressed. Burger patty was way over cooked. Did have good chili though. The good fries were mixed with cold, over cooked fries. Have to say this place does the business. Gets crowded at lunchtime

I’ve had many subs before but this steak and cheese sandwich with the fries took the cake. Everything is made to order to ensure that your whole order is beyond hot and fresh. If ever on lunch and in the area stop by you won’t be disappointed.

The food was good, and the service was super fast. The prices are great. I got a regular cheese burger, it came with fries. I added a sweet tea and Ranch dipping sauce. Ranch tasted homemade and the tea had just the right amount of sweetness. I would definitely go back.

I come here often for lunch and it never disappoints. Great sandwiches, salads, burgers and fires. Everything is cooked fast and fresh. The service is great as well and everyone is friendly! Highly recommend.

Line was steady at lunch time! Counter service fast. I had the cheese steak and fries which was good. Food was fresh and hot. I would go again and try some other items. Prices average around $12 a meal without a drink. Seating inside mostly. A couple picnic tables outside. Plenty of parking.

This place is awesome. Homemade meals right next to my job! Today I had breakfast and it was quick, easy and tasty. I got the bologna and cheese sandwich and was not disappointed. They asked what type of bread I wanted and asked about my condiment choice. Freshly brewed coffee with great outside seating choices. Their house special changes on the daily. Their parking availability is massive since most people walk during lunch break for food. This place has spotless bathrooms and dining room area. Most places have a distinct smell to their bathroom. But this place smells CLEAN.

No idea how this place has such good reviews it's just one of the million every day Greek restaurants and not a very good one at that . My gyro I ordered had like 3 tiny burnt packaged pieces of lamb in it maybe 3 oz max along with frozen fries as a side .

It was my first time eating here and I'm very impressed. I went during lunch hour and I was out within 7-10mins, tops! I got a cheeseburger, fries, and a bottled soda. The burger was fresh and made exactly how I wanted it and the bun was toasted just slightly which was satisfying. There is plenty of seating for dining in however, I took my order to go. They accept card and Apple Pay which is very convenient. Nice place to grab lunch if you're near the airport.

Horrible service ! They were soo rude to me and my daughter. The bread was soggy and I let them know and they just looked at me like I was crazy. The drink was super sweet and flat and I payed to much for my orders. The fries where the only thing good. I would never eat here again. Stay hidden because your service is not needed.

Great salad with tuna. Quick and filling. The only reason for 4 and not 5 is the iceberg lettuce instead of mixed greens. Will still return.

I started coming here a lot because I work at the building across from them and they are one of the best people to own a restaurant. It's a cute little family owned place and their food is pretty good (their carrot cake is the best I have ever had) and the owners/employees are very sweet and give the best service. Definitely recommend coming here.

I've been coming here for years. I stopped coming around the pandemic and just started going back recently but one thing I've noticed is they're very stingy with condiments. The last few times I've went there and ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for jelly they will only give you one and then when you ask for more they look at you funny. They also won't give you a bag to put your stuff in unless you ask for it. They just put it in the styrofoam container and give it to you. I was taught to never leave outta the store without your stuff in a bag. I forgot to mention the food is good.

Horrible customer service! Older lady in front is very rude to customers. Mediocre food. Will not be returning.

Great food! We stopped in for some fresh Mediterranian food on a Monday at lunch and there was a line of about 10 people, but it moved very quickly. Once we got to the window we placed our order and we came back up about 4-5 minutes later to pick up our order. I got the gyro and my wife got the chicken salad wrap. They each came with a platefull of hot, tasty crinkle fries, and both our main entrees were stuffed full of their fresh and flavorful fillings. I've never felt safer in a restaurant - it was filled with police, fire, TSA, military members, and other local workers. They were constantly busy, but there was ample seating inside with a number of to-go orders as well. We'll come back when we're in the area - great choice!

Love this restaurant and so thankful it is so close to where I work. The food is always delicious, and the service is excellent!!! Your food will always be fresh and is prepared so quickly even though they maxed out with customers!! Our workplace employees probably eat from this restaurant at least every single day and we all feel the same!! So thankful they are close by! This family works so hard to please the public and that in itself is almost impossible!! They have been through some really hard times lately and my hope is that they know how much they are appreciated!!! THANK YOU TO THE Niko FAMILY!! Our prayers are with your family!!

Great local restaurant tucked amongst the industrial park near Charlotte airport. I was looking for a simple, quick meal that would be good and allow me to do some work from a sit down restaurant. I walked up to the counter to order and less than a minute was giving my order for Greek Salad with Gyro and in under 3-4 minutes my food was served. Has a diner kind of vibe and food was served fast, fresh, and good portion. Gyro Meat was cooked and seasoned well, feta was plentiful, and tomato's, cucumbers, and lettuce all fresh. I would visit again to try more of their Greek options, sandwiches, and salads. Appeared to be a popular restaurant for the local airport, fire, and EMS crews also.

The service was very prompt. Yummy tuna melt with fries. Reasonably priced. Very casual working community atmosphere.

What a great local place. Been coming here for years. The food is simple but good. Service is fast and friendly. My go to meal is the mushroom cheese steak without sauce and add mayo. One of the best cheese steak sandwiches in CLT!! Their fried okra is great. The inside is clean and spacious. Just a good place for breakfast or lunch. A nice hidden gem in a industrial park.

Stopped by for a bite to eat while around the airport. I ordered the Gyro with fries. The flavor of the meat is amazing, and their sauce to go with is just as good. Service was quick and food was sizzling, even though it was packed and lunch time. I'll be back when in the area!

Saw this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try. Stopped by during lunch to see if the food matched the IG videos. When I got there, there was a good lunch crowd already eating, but there were plenty of tables available. I ordered the 11 inch cheesesteak (my eyes were bigger than my stomach) and fries. The sandwich was huge. It was fresh off the grill and was very good. It also came with French fries that were super fresh. It's kind of hard to find on your own but gps will take right to the front of the restaurant. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area and try more of the menu.

Found this place using Apple Maps when looking for a place to grab a bite while waiting on a flight to arrive. Just WOW! We knew it would be good based on the crowd of local workers inside. We both got the cheeseburgers with a side of fries. Should be basic, right? Best cheeseburgers we think we have eaten! Great flavor plus fast service. If we were local - we would definitely be back!

I came here for lunch with some co workers. It was easy to find and there's plenty of parking. The menu has a lot to offer but everyone raved about the falafel so I knew I had to try it. I ordered the falafel pita and fries. The falafel was good! Freshly made, well seasoned and delicious! I love crinkle cut fries so the whole meal was a huge win for me. I definitely plan to add this place to my lunch rotation.

They do a simple thing well, that's all you can ask. Niko's is a quick and affordable place for a lunch break from work. They also have a very high sanitation score. The food isn't mind blowingly good but it doesn't need to be.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I went to Nikos to order a Greek omelette with extra sausage and American cheese what I got was onions peppers a little cheese a little eggs huge chunks of sausage that appeared to be undercooked I called the owner to let her know that I was dissatisfied with my order when I got to my office and said there was nothing she could do for me

What to get: - Egg & cheese on a croissant $2.80 - Greek Omelette $6.10 - Cheeseburger $4.95 - Chicken Gyro $6.75 - Grilled chicken wrap $6.75 Facts: It is the only option for CHS employees, inside the airport center. Fast and friendly service. Call ahead of time for pickup. Four Yelps.

99 Health Grade - yay!!! This is a great spot for lunch!! Don't be deterred by a long line - it moves quickly. Their hours are 7AM-3PM: Monday - Friday. I have never eaten anything bad here! Fresh food, friendly staff, great food - and quick service: what's not to love?

Ate there twice when I had my orientation in the food is so damn good. I had got the lamb gyro with fired okra twice it was so good. Great place to eat Gordon Needs to check them out

I eat at Niko's about every week and it is always great. The family that runs it are really good people. Everyone is always working hard to get the food out fast. The quality of the ingredients and the balance of flavors is really good. For a restaurant of this type, the menu has something for everyone. It is a wonderful alternative to all the fast food chains out there. Better taste, better service, healthier food.

This place is fantastic ! I eat here regularly and have never had a bad meal. My go to is the grilled chicken pita, but I can vouch for almost everything on the menu. The family that owns Nikos is really great and make me feel right at home. You can tell this is their passion, lots of love in the food! I've also had them cater a few work events for me too- amazing! They do a really great job customizing the menu to the picky coworkers :) and think of everything, it's such a breeze when they handle it. Don't be scared of the long lines-they move fast!

I often order lunch for my entire shop. Food is always very good. They are quick and polite. A nice local deli with some great options. Worth the drive.

Back again here at Niko's Grill eating lunch. Still love coming here whenever I'm at the Atrium Health Airport Training Center. Great food and great service! Always great customer service.

Great food for a quick stop to eat fast food with home cooked quality. Customer service was happy to have a convo about how good the okra is.

This place caters to the lunch crowd. My office is near here and lots of people from work would come here because it was close and fast. I'd guess they are hurting from COVID. I went at 2pm in a weekday, so they were quite empty. They had a few booths open but had put away most of the tables. I assume that is COVID related, not end of day related. There is also a picnic table outside but I think they generally target to go orders. It's a better alternative to a fast food chain. You can get in and out quickly and get a satisfying meal. I wouldn't consider it a destination restaurant but is a good choice if you are in the area. I most often get the gyro. Others are regulars for the salad with a scoop of chicken salad or tuna salad or something, the scoop is very generous. I miss the turn every time I go. They are kinda hard to spot. It's in a business park. If you are coming from billy Graham, turn into the business park like 100 ft before google tells you to. There is a little sign next to the road, but you probably won't notice it, at least I never do.

Niko's is simply wonderful! We LOVE their customer service and the food is splendid. As a student in class nearby it is very convenient and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend!

This is a local favorite for the guys at work. The Chicken Parmesan Sandwich is truly a delightful meal, and I have yet to have any sandwich that was not anything but delicious. Open for breakfast and lunch, it has plenty of seating for the local college students and business park employees. It seems to have the entire Charlotte Police Dept eating there daily which is very interesting seeing that they do not sell doughnuts at all. This is not a fast food joint, but you do place the order at the counter, and they will yell your number when ready. The line is usually to the door, but it does move fast and they do have a separate takeout/pickup line for those who choose to call ahead. It's off the beaten path, but if you have time during the week for lunch and you are near the airport, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. Plenty of parking is available, and the service is good. If I had another hand, I would give it 3 thumbs up. NCFoodGuy

I came here for lunch before a work meeting. I'm new to the area and working for Atrium Health. This place was empty when I got here but WOW is it loved by the locals! Within a half hour this place was packed! Great club sandwich. Thanks for letting me kill time for a couple hours before my meeting. I'll definitely be back.

If I could leave no stars I would. I went here today to pick up some breakfast for my co workers and I. I called in our order and asked if I could substitute my grits for fruit, the young lady on the phone said thats fine at no charge. As Im paying for my food I see an additional charge added on as the cashier was ringing me up, I asked her what the charge was for, she stated it was an additional charge for the fruit. I informed her the young lady on the phone stated there was no extra charge. She replied and stated she wasnt the cashier and there is a charge as she proceeded to snatch my card out of my hand and say she'll just take it off. I asked one of the cooks who the owner of the restaurant was and she said it was the cashier. The same cashier that snatched my card out of my hand. The cook asked what was wrong, I explained to her that she was rude and she's usually rude when we come in. The cook replied and stated "maybe it was something you did to her, she's nice to everyone else and if you dont like the service you dont have to come back" I've never heard this come from any business, I was truly appauled. I then return and say due to the poor service I would like a refund. The Owner/cashier asked what was wrong, I explained to her the issue. She denied her being rude, she stated "if theres nothing wrong with your food I can't give you your money back, its your problem" (while putting my food back into the bag). During this time her daughter/cook is at the front saying she called the police. My co worker and I were standing there speaking to the owner calmly and professionally doing nothing wrong only asking for a refund due to the poor and rude service we received (this is not the first time, I decided to try again assuming she wasnt having a good day). The food itself is mediocre and overpriced and definitely not worth being treated in such a manner where u feel uncomfortable especially when you're the one spending the money at their establishment. Its just unfortunate that there are still people who have such a backwards way of thinking towards others and feel they can speak to people any kind of way just because they own the establishment. I would not ever visit this place again nor would I recommend them to anyone. She did not try to rectify the situation or apologize she clearly stated to my co worker and I, if you dont like our service you dont have to come back. Very disappointing.

Great lunch spot to go if you work nearby. The philly cheese steak sandwich is the best and worth waiting for during the lunch rush!

I love this place and the employees...they are always so nice and friendly...they make me feel like one of the family when I am there....if I call an order in it is always ready when I get there and the food is phenomenal...I have loved everything I have ever eaten from there...thanks for the outstanding customer service!!!!

Bacon egg & cheese croissant sammich with a side of grits... Slap yo' mamma good! I also recommend their loaded hash browns with an egg over easy on top. Delish! It feels great to support a local family run business and get a yummy hot breakfast to boot. Also, once you've been a few times you'll become a regular and you can have that Norm at Cheers kind of experience - everybody knows your name & they may even memorize your order too! :)

This place is a favorite for sure among all of us in that work in the area. The ladies that work here are kind, quick, and make darn good food. They always have awesome specials but they will even customize your order based on your diet needs. Couldn't ask for a better Breakfast/lunch spot! Definitely recommend!

No frills, cafeteria style diner, which totally works as they feed hundreds of near by workers. Only disappointment was having breakfast end at 10am - Everyone knows breakfast is the best meal at places like this.

Good food but terrible customer service for our school to have a contract with them you would think they would have better attitudes with the students. They charge for everything syrup butter and other condiments. They act like the simplest task are beyond them just always always an irritation coming into this establishment, if we had more time during break to go other places I surely would.

If you didn't know where it was you'd miss it. Dining area is sparse, basic tables and booths. Open deli-style. Got the chicken parm sub as recommended by Yelpers. Mine was a little dry but a decent sandwich. Still not sure i would order it again. Fries are standard crinkle-cut. Summary: good place as alternative to nearby fast food joints but I wouldn't go out of my way to come again.

Our Office comes here at least once a week. We love the family that owns it and the food is SO GOOD! I've tried almost everything on the menu and haven't found a thing I don't like. Nikos is the best!!!!!!!

My last review was deleted but that just proves my point. I guess there was too much honesty in it. I witnessed a paying customer being treated so rudely and then threatened with calling the police when she spoke up for herself. And the only difference I could pinpoint between her and other customers was the color of her skin. Spend your money in other places that value it.

I had chicken pita with a side of fries. Very average, pita was a bit dry. Chicken was pretty good though. Fries were fried in old grease. Didn't really had another option for lunch in the area though except for crappy fast food places.
