"Dallas-based reality TV stars Mike and Jen Todyrick, who lead the HGTV series No Demo Reno, have taken over an Allen brewery once owned by an accused murderer. The couple have purchased Nine Band Brewery with plans to revamp the facility and incorporate a coffee roastery on the property, according to the Dallas Morning News." - Brittanie Shey

"Opened in 2015, Nine Band Brewing describes itself as Allen's first microbrewery, with beers like the Cactus Cat kolsch and Blue Lacy Brown Ale on offer via its taproom. It's unclear if the brewery is still open in the aftermath of its owner's arrest — Google lists the business as temporarily closed, and calls to the brewery went directly to voicemail on Thursday afternoon. The company's Facebook page was also down." - Brittanie Shey

We were in the area for work. We decided to check this place out before heading back home to Nb. It's off the path and nestled in with businesses. Keep in mind that the main road is not to far. Its a cute place and bartender (Rachel) was personable. The beers had some crazy names. I love it. I would have loved if they had tee shirts that reference the names of those beers. I would totally buy. I especially like that they work with the Chris Kyle foundation. Overall I would recommend for anyone that loves craft beer to stop by and give them a try. Why not support the small guys 😉

Google
Love this place! Great brewery, and great beer. Only thing is they don't have food but allow bring in some. Overall great place and your. Definitely check it out. I'll be back there for a visit.

Google
Cool vibin’ brewery. Super knowledgeable and welcoming bar tenders. Beers are good to the last drop. Today they had a special on the canned Heff for just $1.00. Beat that deal!

Google
Great brewery tucked into the heart of Allen, TX. If you don't know what you want, buy a flight and try their beers. They also give samples. Nice and friendly staff and they make some good beer.

Google
Impressive selection for a small-scale brewery. Simple, relatively small taproom, but happening place for locals after 5. Plenty of potential for growth.

Google
This place is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere and bartenders are very friendly. Overall, it’s a very chill place where anyone can hang out. The beer is great and you can bring your own food. If you have pets, there’s a nice patio where they’re very welcome!

Google
Really great beer, chill place, and amazing jerky!!! Reminds me of a Austin brewery! If you don’t swing by for a beer or four your missing out.

Yelp
Came here the day after Thanksgiving with the family and it will now be a go to stop whenever I'm in town. The customer service from walking in to sitting down to leaving was amazing. Our waitress was the sweetest and able to recommend/answer all of our questions. Food/Drinks: typically I would never order a cocktail from a brewery but when I say my espresso martini was one of the best I've ever had it truly was. If a brewery can make a great cocktail they have got me locked in for life! I do love beer especially an IPA but for brunch I want my espresso martini. All the food was cooked to perfection the chicken sandwich was spicy and crispy. I ordered the hush puppies instead of fries and wish I had more. When we were leaving we were making plans to come back the same day. I cannot wait to go back next year when I'm in town.

Yelp
Such a great location with a huge outdoor patio and great service. Bummer the food is really blah. Doesn't seem like much effort was put into make it a foodie spot, kinda like grabbing food at Costco or a stadium, good enough to quench hunger but not really enjoyable to eat, not anything you'd want to go back to twice. Would be amazing if they got someone in there to really dazzle up the food because everything else there was great! This place could kill it with a food do-over. Great outdoor area for kids and easy parking.

Yelp
Such a fan girl experience. I love Jen and her HGTV show. So getting to come here and to see it in the flesh was really an awesome experience. The food, beer, and dessert did not disappoint. I came hungry and took some back to the room. I did a beer flight so that I could try several - obviously had to get the one named after the dog.

Yelp
Dropped in here for a brunch a few weeks ago with my wife and a couple of her former co-workers. It was a beautiful Saturday, just begging for an outdoor setting for brunch. First thing to know, I think this place has the most dog-friendly and "pup-ular" patio ever, so be prepared. Our servers were very nice and prompt, and our drinks came out quickly. Mine was Gary's Michelada, a wonderful combination of tomato juice, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, and their Gary Golden Ale, which is described as a "hoppy ale", but the hoppiness was tamed with the other ingredients. Served in a tall glass with a yummy strip of bacon, it was a great alternative to that other brunch favorite, the Bloody mary. Moving on to the food, we started with hush puppies for the table, which netted us five deliciously brown and crispy balls of delight, which were also soft and still moist on the inside, with just the right amount of jalapeno kick. The lemon hot honey drizzle was modest and added a great flavor without being overwhelming. For my main, I opted for the Armor Signature Burger, served with pepperjack cheese, crispy jalapenos, a bit of sweet bacon jam, and a juicy meat patty and bacon. It was done to a proper medium as requested, and accompanying fries were crispy and delicious as well. I did sample some of my wife's bacon fried rice and while I wish it had had more of the promised house kimchi, it was a flavor delight and was popular all around the table. This is a great place for brunch. They have an expansive and nice looking indoor seating area as well for when the weather gets rough, we'll be sure to check that out

Yelp
HIGHLY IMPRESSED! Love the aesthetic, food, drinks and service. We dined today as a party of 5 adults and one child. We all ordered different items: 1 Wagyu Brunchmaster, 1 Bacon Fried Rice, 1 Armor Signature, 1 kids chicken tenders with fries, 1 Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich and 1 Chicken And Waffles. Each of us loved our meal and what we sampled from others. Everyone enjoyed their drinks between lemonade, Peach Bellinis, an Espresso Martini and Irish Coffee. The fries, hush puppies and fried rice were delicious and each item was packed with flavor. Our waiter, Katie, was a gem. So sweet, helpful and accommodating. I think we have plans to return this evening to enjoy the live band. Great thing we live up the street! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Perfect for all occasions and diverse pallets.

Yelp
We randomly found this place while in the area doing some shopping. While I say 'found it', it was with the assistance of a search as you wouldn't just drive by their location as it is a bit off the main road. The place itself has great options for both outdoor and indoor seating - bags games, fire pit, fans with misters. Even with the misters, it was just a bit too roasty for us to sit outside. Indoors you feel like you are in a nice restaurant rather than in a converted industrial space. We happened to be there for brunch and noticed they have a different menu (not sure of the differences in offerings at other times). Our server was great at bringing us samples to try and providing great recommendations. For beverages, I went with the Jody (a Hefeweizen with hibiscus, lime and grapefruit peel. It had great flavor. My husband started with the Saison and then tried the Redeption red ale. He liked them both. For our meal I went with the Bacon Fried Rice. Our server had given me a heads up that it had a bit of a kick so I had the chili sauce served on the side (a wise move for me!). My husband went with the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich. The sauce on his chicken was delicious and the spiciness wasn't too over whelming for me. They advertise around different events they host (e.g. trivia, live music, yoga), so we're looking forward to coming back to experience more.

Yelp
Only brewery in the area and they did it right! Great venue; we sat outside and the fan kept us comfortable. The Falafel & Hummus were delicious! I was not a fan of the sauce on the Brat Bites. Who needs sauce on a good brat?! The beer was my surprisingly good; I say surprisingly since it's the only brewery around; way to go Armor brewery!

Yelp
2024 Yelp 100 Challenge - #37 Armor Brewing has a nice patio space with a stage and turf for the kiddos. A Few Menu Items Starters - Pretzels - Smoked Wings - Chicken Basket - Chips & Dip I ordered their Wagyu Smash Burgers with 100% locally sourced Texas Beef and all of the handhelds comes with fries. The food, service, and beer was great. There are several items to choice from on the menu and don't be afraid to share with others in your party. Portion sizes are plentiful. I

Yelp
Oh my gosh, I love Armor Brewing!! My husband and I went for a date night a couple of weeks ago and we loved it! The atmosphere is awesome and there's a lot of bar seating which is fun! I also love how you can build your own beer flight. The food is also SO GOOD!!! Highly recommend the pulled pork nachos (get them during happy hour!) and the brat bites.

Nicole K.

Yelp
Unfortunately it was too busy to sit on the patio with our group, but we found a spot inside with a short wait on a Friday night. We all had burgers (forgot to get photos) which were great! Service was a bit slow, but it was quite crowded so that is likely the explanation. Plenty of TVs to watch games as well.

Yelp
It's time for my second office of the day and rather than spend it in a coffee shop, I found this fabulous brewpub. Arriving just after noon, it was busy but not too much that I was able to order their Easy Company light lager. Spending the next four hours sipping at a second beer and sitting in a corner with a power outlet, I got a lot of work done. Some chicken wings were consumed as well. It's quiet here in the afternoon so they didn't mind me taking up a table. I can see this place getting quite busy during the evenings and on weekends. There's a nice bandshell outside by the seating area. [Review 739 of 2024 - 499 in Texas - 21770 overall]

Yelp
We only had the appetizers and they were yummy. I would go back and try dinner once we have some time. We also did the beer flights and two of the four I really enjoyed but they have bunch of breweries. We sat at the bar and the bartender was nice and attentive to our needs. Although, at times it was hard to understand what she was saying. That being said it's family and dog friendly. I would love to sit out on the patio next time.

Yelp
Not only does Armor Brewing have amazing gluten free food options (my photo does not do it justice, but I got the Armor Signature on a GF bun with no fried jalapeños), but they also have GF beer options! To start, we had blistered edamame- to die for. Blistering is a game changer! The Armor Signature is quite possibly one of the best burgers I have ever had and you NEED to try it. I also had a spicy margarita which was delicious before finishing with an Austin Eastcider. Aside from having amazing food and drinks paired with a great atmosphere: THE SERVER WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE IN GLUTEN INTOLERANCE and saved me from accidentally being glutened! Thankful! 10/10 will be back!

Yelp
I'm sorry but this place was extremely underwhelming. The atmosphere was great, was service was decent (our server kept disappearing), but the food was just plain bad. We had a party of eight and everyone complained that their food was salty. The Wagyu Brunchmaster, Bulgogi rice, Brat Bites, Ruben, AND Apple Fritters. I honestly thought it was just me at first and thought I didn't like their food but after the whole table agreed I knew someone messed up in the kitchen. How do you have Apple Fritters that have no taste of Apple at all just straight salt?? I wonder if they meant to grab sugar and picked the wrong item? I'm not sure. Anyways, it's a no for me, this will be my last time - money wasted.

Mrittika G.

Yelp
Super cute interior and had some outside seating. The bartender was being very helpful with picking out beers for my friend who is just starting to get into beer. The flights are only $10 all day Monday and you get 4 5 oz pours which is a great deal. My favorites were the Ariete and Peach Gose.

Linda N.

Yelp
Armor brewing, the hottest upcoming brewery in Allen, TX. Honestly if you haven't been here you're sleeping under a rock. The outdoor patio seating area is a dream!! Came on a Friday night accompanied by a live music. All beer is brewed in house. I highly recommend the Cherry Gose it was so refreshing. Paired with a nice warm pretzel muah chefs kiss.

Hayden ..

Yelp
Armor Brewing has amazing food and excellent service! The beer is great and everything has great prices!

Yelp
Armor Brewing is a place that understands the essentials of a good life: great beer, solid food, and no nonsense. Their beer selection is as impressive as it is varied--each brew crafted with the precision of a well-sharpened axe. The food? It's hearty and satisfying, just like a good steak should be. The large covered patio is a brilliant touch, providing ample space to enjoy your beer and food while avoiding the unpleasantness of the elements. The hostess might have a sharp tongue, but her attitude is just part of the charm of this establishment. Service is top-notch, efficient, and doesn't get in your way. If you value quality and simplicity in your beer and food, Armor Brewing is a place worth your time.

Yelp
We went here for a work lunch and thought it was great! It was rainy and cold so we sat inside. It was super spacious and bright to have a great team lunch. It wasn't super busy I assume because it's fairly new and kind of tucked back behind some buildings, but I bet on the weekends, with their awesome patio, it would be buzzing! Really really loved the edamame, the char on it was so good! The korean chicken sandwich was amazing too, super crunchy but still juicy. I also rarely enjoy buffalo wings but it's different here and I enjoyed it very much. Service was great as well and the food came out super fast! Will definitely be back for more team lunches (:

Dion M.

Yelp
Food was good I really enjoyed the outdoor patio. I had a cucumber cocktail very refreshing I will have it again soon. My brother in law enjoyed there beer his is picking when it comes to his BEER

Yelp
Great new spot in Allen to hang out. They did an amazing job overhauling the old Nine Band Brewing space, making it large, open and inviting. A large patio with TVs was added, too. Now all of that would be meaningless of the beer was t good, but head brewer Brian Martin is putting out some quality brews. There is a style for everyone. I love their smoked porter. The food is really good as well, so this is an all-around success.

Yelp
Armor Brewing has been all over my socials with amazing reviews from a variety of people. My sister, my daughter, and I went this past Saturday morning (9/14) for brunch and it was just ok. Compared to other people experiences I think it might have been an off morning. We got there around 11a, there were maybe 5-6 other people in the entire place, we chose to sit on the patio. The waitstaff were amiable at best but otherwise disinterested. We shared the jalapeño hushpuppies and while I wish they did have more of a generous drizzle of lemon hot honey, they were fantastic. I could have eaten all of them and still wanted more. Sister had the two egg breakfast & a mimosa, she said it was ok but nothing special. My daughter had the smoked pork & egg burrito, it was huge, smelled amazing. She loved it, but wished it had like a little more punch/seasoning. I had the pastrami hash & a Bloody Mary. Neither were anything to write home about. I love pastrami but this felt a little more like two very chewy pieces of lunch meat slapped on some over-cooked potatoes. Not a lot of flavor. The sourdough was just nasty. The eggs however were so scrumptious and perfectly cooked. Bloody Mary was not worth $13 at all. Big disappointment that they don't have sweet tea. It annoys me. And don't come at me about just adding sugar to cold unsweetened tea because we all know that's not how that works. Don't open a restaurant in Texas and think you can get away with not offering sweet tea. Especially at brunch. In total we spent $110+ for an appetizer, three meals, and two boozy drinks. The portions are lovely but I want just a smidge more value for the money spent. It's brunch, at a brewery, let's do a pitcher of mimosas and a huge Bloody Mary. I wouldn't discourage you from trying it, but like, it's def not a top contender for me anymore.

Joy D.

Yelp
We stopped by here with our daughter and son in law. They live nearby and had wanted to try it. I didn't try the beer but they all had several different ones and they thought they were all good. I had a cheeseburger. It was huge!! I didn't think I would be able to eat it all but it was so amazing that I ended up eating it all. I left most of my fries, not because they weren't good but because the hamburger was so good I just had to eat it. If you are in the area, this is definitely worth a try. The interior was also beautifully decorated.

Victoria G.

Yelp
Loved this place. Food and drinks were great! Heaters outside were very nice during a chilly night. They have live music some nights which was a lot of fun! Service was a bit slow but it was busy One of the small touches I loved was in the women's bathroom. There was a diaper genie as well as extra diapers and wipes in drawers for moms. That was such a nice touch.

Steven D.

Yelp
Had family in from out of town. They wanted to go there so bad so we went on open table and made a reservation and there was two choices Standard or Outdoor. We picked Standard got there and the hostess said they only had outdoor and I said well we booked Standard. She said well that means inside or outside. So she lied. It was too cold outside so we left. Hostess was not helpful and our out of town family was very disappointed.

Yelp
This was the old Nine Band brewery in Allen, and wow, the transformation is amazing. I only popped in to have some drinks, so I can't tell you about the food, but the menu looks interesting. There are dart boards inside that are electronic and unique, and there's a huge Jinga outside. They have plans to install pickle ball courts on the side soon, so there's lots to do and family-friendly. They have brunch on the weekends with an impressive menu, so we will definitely be back.

Yelp
We are excited to have a local brewery! We have been a couple times since this brewery recently reopened with new owners and a complete renovation. It needs some work to get consistent but hope that will occur with time. Armor brewing needs to decide if it is a brewery or a restaurant. It has a couple benches like I expect for a brewery. The rest is laid out like a restaurant with booths and tables. To be fair, it is gorgeous and that is the main draw of the place- the stunning interior and lovely play area outside. I mean gorgeous. It's more like an HGTV model than anything. But again- that shows the problem in trying to figure out it's identity. The beer isn't bad. Some more experience and hopefully they will improve on their good start. They have a lovely bourbon selection too. The bar is gorgeous under a couple TVs where a few of us hope to watch some sports. There are also two electronic scoring dart boards. The food is pretty good. Again, will look to get consistent but I am thrilled they have some decent veg and vegan offerings including an Impossible burger and a falafel hummus plate plus some decent looking salads. And the pretzel is lovely. One time my fries were perfect one time they were over done and way over salted. I ordered hush puppies and they came out cold so. My companion loved the Korean chicken. Other companions rated the American burger (pretty good) and the Cowboy Burger (not bad). It seems families with children tend to sit outside with the play area. Overall this place has potential and we want it to work out. We hope it does!!

Bill U.

Yelp
The place was packed as they were hosting a wedding reception. The food (I ate the Cuban sandwich) which was just okay but nothing to write home about. The beer selection was fantastic and the flight that I chose was fantastic. We will definitely return and try different selections of beer!

Yelp
Loved this family & dog-friendly restaurant!! Since we are from Las Vegas, NV, this place was recommended by one of the locals. We took our 18-months old little man & our dog for a late lunch/early dinner recently. We had two flights of beer for tasting. And we happened to sit next to the brewer's (Brian) picnic table. Brian recommended a few beers for us to try. My fav was the blood orange beer - so refreshingly tasty!! We were pleasantly surprised with the food as well. Our male server recommended the burger & smoked chicken wings. I also had the side salad with toasty candied walnuts. All three items were amazing!! We also shared the giant pretzel, which was fresh & DELICIOUS! Even my dog ate a few pieces w/o the salt. I love how spacious the outdoor seating area is; and it has a huge play area for the children. Needless to say, the service was immensely FRIENDLY too. We LOVED this place so much that we'll most likely return again before we fly back to NV.

Yelp
First visit with the kiddos and it was great! We arrived right around 5pm and the weather was beautiful so we sat on the patio facing the turf. The kids were each given a coloring page menu and crayons. The options really cover every choice a kid could ask for and quickly my kiddos settled on burgers. Our waitress was incredible (I am so bummed I forgot her name). We were greeted promptly at our table, our drinks were brought out and kept full through the evening, and she checked on us just the right amount of times throughout our evening. The food came out quick and both myself and my kiddos were delighted to see the kid's burgers weren't tiny at all, but a decent portion. The boys kept saying the burgers were so good they could eat two of them (that's very high praise coming from them!). The kiddos also enjoyed the fries and I was thrilled they ate their dinners and weren't still hungry after. I very much enjoyed my BÁNH MÌ sandwich. It was a hearty portion of meat, the veggies and sauce were wonderful and the bread was so soft I considered asking for an extra roll on the side. This will be my go-to from now on. The kids ran around and played on the turf, making up games with the other kids running around. They tried to play corn-hole but with a handful of smaller kiddos running all over it was difficult. Finally, they were the only kiddos on the turf and were able to play corn-hole. We stayed for over an hour and had a blast. We will definitely be coming back as a family and could also see ourselves meeting up with other families for dinner here. Great job Armor Brewing!

Jonetta C.

Yelp
No parking available at all..... very disappointing Left ... will not be coming back Almost got sideswiped by ups speeding around me Not worth the effort

Yelp
We were greeted and seated by a friendly host. We were seated outside where a little construction was still being done to the patio area. Our server didn't have much of a personality which I'm not holding against him since he was very efficient. He had over 10 tables which is prob why he had to be a robot with his tables. My cheeseburger was fantastic. Hopefully once they get more staff it will be 5 star.

Brian K.

Yelp
Can't say enough good things about spending part of our Sunday here. The weather was perfect. The food was great. The service was on point. The hush puppies are perfecto. Give it a shot!

Kim P.

Yelp
After watching No Demo Reno, I had to come check out their brewery when I visited Dallas! Love the vibe, beer selection and especially the burgers. Smaller than I expected it to be inside but they have patio area outside. They have a dart area which is cool, but that section was taken when we arrived. The high tops were just a little too close to the others, but it wasn't bad. If you're sitting on the inside it'll be difficult to move in and out. Overall, nice spot to hangout with family and friends.

Yelp
Fireman Chef Geoff IG: TxFireman911. Ran into jenn a few days ago and have been meaning to check this place out. It is down the road from me 4 Miles away and opened up 5 months ago. Oct 2023... first off I showed up on Friday March 1 at 530pm. I couldn't find any parking so I had to park on the road. There are lots of signs saying NO BREWERY parking and will be towed so I was like wtf!?!? After driving around the entire place I finally just parked on the street... Prestige cir. The 2 girls at the host desk were busy chatting with their backs to me so took about 45-60 sec of me standing there for them to notice me and I asked if there was open seating at the bar which she replied yes. I sat at the bar and took about 4 min to get a bar tender to greet me and ask me what I'm drinking. I ordered the easy co. I then ordered the brat bites and it came out 3 min later very fast. Good flavor and was good the only thing I didn't like was the slaw was warm it would be better cold... And the sausage came out so fast it was not made to order and had been sitting out and clearly quickly reheated. Come on chef!!!! Ordered the $34 pork chop next..got the second from last before they ran out.... Ordering issues??? Very good presentation, very tender and juicy! I'm not a coffee fan so the rub wasn't the best but it was good... liked the apple and fennel hash and Didn't care too much for the farro... it was nutty and good flavor but dry tasting and could only eat 5 bites. Finished the chop and the hash. The last $35 chop I had was far inferior to this one so I was happy. Finished off the night listening to Luke LaGrange. I ordered an apple cider mule and went outside to Listen to 2 songs before he went on break. I tipped $5 and noticed no one else tipped him in the 1.5 hour he had sung. After I tipped, 2 more people Went up and tipped him. He then went on break around 730 and I left and went home: Take away: nice new place... hip, nice environment, lots of people, would definitely go again. Fun and good people. Negative is it's pretty pricey... not much parking and a pain. No valet... guy next to me had Tito's on the rocks and was $10 and some change... and my pork chop is $34 and at the end of the night just me was $94 after tip plus the $5 I tipped to the singer so about $100 for just me from 530pm till 730pm...good food but like I said it's pricy. It's hip right now and seems to be the place to be... not sure how long it will last or if it will last and wear off? Pretty noisy and loud with all the people/guests. I had a good time. Giving 4 star only because of the price. I think a little bit over priced. Drinks and food wise.

Yelp
I live very, very close. I never wanted to go because draft beer is bad and gives me major burping. They do have very limited wine choices and liquors. No Pinto Grigio. Ugh. They did make me a good rum mojito with actual mint! It was very good. Allen allows smoking at some restaurants but smoking not even allowed in the large patio. The guy said "we have a pole out back to smoke. Come on not even vaping on the patio? My $18 Reuben sandwich was very good. It comes with french fries which I try not to eat so paid $2 extra to add a good side salad. The starters are mostly high carb so I did not try those. The restaurants were pretty clean except the trash was overflowing. If a restroom is dirty, so is likely the kitchen. Parking is limited. Extra in the back or grass. The indoor piped in music was nothing I've ever heard in my life but at least it wasn't rap or hip hop. A little loud but not over the top. I hope they notice their crowd and play lots'a of country live and piped in. There was not a band since it was a weekday afternoon when I visited. Nice stage, heaters and tables out front. It was pretty busy for 4pm on a weekday. The meal, 1 drink & tip was $40. Check out my patio video and photos of the full menu front & back & tap menu. The mojito should be added on the menu. It's very good.

Yelp
Love their seasonal coffees. Drive through is always efficient and the service is super friendly.

Nick W.

Yelp
Was in town for business and stopped by the closest brewery I was able to find. It was nestled nicely away from the main roads and not noisy at all. The beer ranged across the board but nothing was more memorable than their Finger Lickin', which tasted exactly like how you would imagine Colonel Sanders making a beer. Like it or hate it, you have to respect how they made it. Food was delicious and took some Red Ales back with me. Highly recommend.

Yelp
excited to try a local brewery. we visited for lunch on Memorial Day. Party of three and we tried a few beers- all were excellent. The food was not. the waygu burger was dry. It looked like a dry, McDonald's burger. the fries were good. the buffalo wings were underwhelming and a most undercooked. The ranch that came with the wings were watery. the pulled pork nachos were just ok. thank goodness for the pickled onions. the worst was the pretzel. They were thick but so over salted and inedible. even after taking off the salt, it was still salty. the cheese and mustard it came with were also salty. funny part is the guy next to us ordered a burger and after he took a bite, he looked at us and laughed. we were all in agreement. as veterans, it's great to support them but i would definitely stick to the beers next time. someone needs to review the taste of the food ASAP.

Jerry K.

Yelp
Been here twice. Came on a Sunday brunch to check the place out & enjoyed breakfast with beer. Came again on a Friday for dinner. Sat on a really nice patio with heaters to keep us warm. This time I had the All American burger & a beer! Very good food with a varied menu. You can get on the waitlist via Open Table.

The service was great! I absolutely love the ambiance, it was giving the modern farmhouse cozy vibes! The beer flight was good, fiancé recommends the IPA! I will be coming back during the summertime to enjoy a cocktail on the large back patio listening to live music!

Yelp
Yummy! Great stop while in Texas! Staff were great! Great knowledge of their beers and loved the vibe! Had the 1/2 smoked chicken! Real tasty but the winner of the dish was the collard greens!

Yelp
I am writing the post because I am such a fan of Armor Brewing. About 3 weeks ago we went and for some reason the food was just off. My fried fish was rubbery and cool on the inside. My wife's meal was also mediocre. Our previous visit was fantastic. I'd give it a 6th star if I could. Service was very good and a highlight at both visits. I am writing this review so the management can keep a keener eye on the kitchen. I've seen so many restaurants come out of the shoot with a great experience only to falter as time goes on. We will probably give it one more shot to see if things have improved. if not - we will end up looking for the next great restaurant.

Yelp
Espresso margarita. Nachos. Patio. I'm in love with this place. We've never had anything bad here. Lots of stuff to try. Good place to meet up with people too.

Yelp
MELVINA!! A rockstar of a server and employee- she handled our large group with class and kindness! She deserves employee of the month and a raise! We had a wonderful time on the patio- drinking and eating while the kids ran around on the turf and had a blast. The menu has a wide variety of options to please everyone and great beer as the cherry on top! 100% would recommend this to friends, family and anyone in North Texas! Don't miss this big patio, fun times, great food & tasty beers. Thanks for a great time!

Yelp
Happy place brewery with great indoor and outdoor settings. Great menu with reasonable prices. Our server Caitlin was very professional and explained all the new offering. We'll be back!

Yelp
We have been here twice & the first visit was better than the second. The in house hummus & falafel are quite good, but the different sandwiches we had were a bit too salty. On our second visit, we ordered an item & didn't receive it. I also ordered one burger, but received another. Unfortunately, the burgers are so smash burgers so you can't really tell until you bite it. The good thing is that the burgers are quite good, so it's not the worst thing ever. But...the beer is pretty damn great. It's definitely the main attraction. That & the overall vibe of the restaurant. It's a great patio & a very good bar inside.

Yelp
Decided to give this place a whirl for lunch yesterday - so glad we did!! We used to enjoy Nine Band when it was in this location, and we were so happy to see what they've done with the place! Large outdoor patio and beautiful indoors!! We got there just as they opened for the day, were immediately greeted by a hostess, and we chose seats at the bar. Scotty the bartender immediately greeted us, gave us menus and was ready to serve! Husband got a Redemption Red Ale and it was delicious. I ordered a Blood Orange Blaze - Espolon tequila, blood orange liqueur and orange juice - strong and delicious as well!! Very refreshing!! We ordered an appetizer, 2 large pretzels with beer cheese and jalapeno mustard. Those pretzels are perfect - flavorful, not too dense, hot and oh so good. I forgot to take a photo until after we'd already demolished one. The beer cheese was lightly smoky and also perfect, the jalapeno mustard was surprisingly sweet but good and nice compliment to the whole thing. For lunch, we shared the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich - fresh bun with a crispy fried chicken thigh, spicy kimchi, pickles, maybe a sauce - it was sooo spicy and delicious! There are so many things I want to try on their menu, but it will be tough not to order this!! The fries were crisp and seasoned well. We had already wolfed it down when I realized we hadn't taken a picture! Husband ordered another beer - this time the porter and he also liked it. A friend had told me the Irish coffee was really good - my friend didn't lie!! I don't often drink coffee, but when I do, I want it to be great. If coffee tasted like this all the time, I'd likely drink it everyday. I have heard they are swamped in the evenings and on weekends, so I'll likely be a luncher during the week for a while - but everyone I know that's eaten here has said their food was great and they enjoyed the beers as much as my sweetheart did. Looking forward to many more visits here!!! Thanks to Scotty and the team at Armor for a great experience!!

Yelp
You can tell this is a local spot. It's somewhat hidden in an industrial park but this place has always been packed, every time I have gone. The beer is fantastic, the service has been excellent (they are particularly nice to my 3 y/o daughter, which warms my heart) and the vibes are always great. My personal favorite thing on the menu is the Caesar Salad. It is consistently fresh and I almost guarantee that dressing is house made. Also try the cheese curds. Amazing!
