Nine Spices Hotpot is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The food was unbelievably fresh, with a wide variety of high-quality ingredients to choose from. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the broth options were rich and delicious. The whole experience was fun, interactive, and perfect for a group outing or a cozy meal. If you’re looking for amazing hotpot with top-notch service, Nine Spices is the place to go! Can’t wait to come back!

I believe many of you have had the pleasure of dining here before and this is my daughter's go-to restaurant. The cuisine here is remarkably fresh and delicious. I'm particularly fond of the soup and the crabs are my absolute favorite. They're incredibly divine. And the ambiance is fantastic and the service is exceptional. I'm thoroughly impressed with this place. I'll definitely be returning.

Google
Nine Spices has reopened from their remodeling and I love the changes! They’ve kept their conveyor belt, but made the items more accessible to grab in the fridge. This makes getting what you want a lot more convenient, but watching what you thought about getting another serving of make its way down the conveyor belt brings another sense of joy and overindulgence. The interior changes are also very nice and brings an elevated experience. The winter was tough to get through during the remodeling, but it was worth the wait!

Google
The place is gorgeous! We came on a Sunday which is all you eat $28.99. The items that go in your food is revolving. The fire thing is amazing !! It was sooo good

Google
9 spices is amazing ayce hotpot place! Lots of veggie options and super clean! And their beef brisket is always on the spot! They even got fresh crabs and seafood boil!!!!! We’ve tried many other hotpot places but we always come back to this place! & all the servers are super friendly They even renovated recently and it looks amazing :) must try!!!!!

Google
Nine Spices has reopened. They made a lot of changes and add in a fridge, side dishes and dessert corner, which make it more convenient to grab things. the menu also got bigger, adding lots of things from meat to veggies, etc. We especially love the huge clam, minced fish and shrimp. They’re absolutely delightful and you can always ask the server for more if they run out in the fridge. Even my husband says that he’s super mega ultra happy with the change 🎉🎉 and we’ve been coming back almost every weekend ever since.

Google
This is our favorite hot pot place in the city! The broths are super flavorful but not too salty. The sauce bar and dessert bar is on point. They recently renovated and updated the decor, so it looks super nice and modern inside. They kept the conveyor belt, and added some refrigerators so you can grab stuff from there too.

Google
We have been here multiple times over the years. The establishment is newly renovated. Looks clean and service is always great. They have a hot bar with crawfish and sesame balls for dessert. While the brisket is good, it can sometimes be inconsistent in quality or too fatty. Broth can be bland but the sauce/seasoning bar is supple to adjust the flavor to your liking. overall, would recommend this hot pot place.

Yelp
Great Hot Pot! I really enjoyed the beef ! Service was wonderful! It's hard to find service this good! The sauce bar & drink bar were good! Ask for hot tea !

Yelp
I enjoyed my visit here. I liked the convenience of the conveyor belt but it did only rotate specific items. And maybe we went during a down time because at one point the food rotating was the same stuff and I had to specifically ask for a few items, like noodles, mushrooms and some other stuff. Service was decent.

Yelp
Hands down the best all you can eat hot pot place in Georgia!! I've tried all the soup bases, and they are all flavorful and delicious! The items that go into the hot pot come around on a revolving belt (just like Kura, revolving sushi, etc), and you can just take whatever fix-ins you'd like! They also have a sauce bar where you can make and customize your own sauces. I will say it's a bit pricey, but I am definitely willing to pay for good food!

Yelp
I was really excited to try this spot because of the shrimp paste. I came to find out the shrimp paste has a decent amount of filler in it and tastes different than what I'm used to and overall consistency is a bit odd. I guess this is what happens when you have an AYCE and you cut costs. The wait staff was attentive with meat requests and the conveyor belt for everything else was fun to see/use especially if you've never been to a restaurant that uses one. There are lots of new hot pot places popping up that are more expensive but I think I will be visiting some of the others like Xi and Chubby Cattle for that extra extra and hope it's similar to hai di Lao. Some of the toppings here just seem a little bleh on the conveyor and without high traffic who knows how fresh it is.

Yelp
Spacious restaurant. Attentive servers. Lacks a food variety but hot pot ingredients are fresh and clean. Single seat counter is too high for high chair folks.

Yelp
Vegetarian-friendly hot pot place! We had a few vegetarians in our group and they were still able to enjoy the experience since you get your own broth and can pick out your own food (the tomato broth is the only non-veg broth). When you sit down, you give the server your broth choice and meat (unlimited) choices. Then go get your sauces and grab plates off the conveyer belt! There are about 3 options for noodles, there's napa cabbage and other veggies, rice cakes, fish balls, quail eggs, tofu, mushrooms, etc. The good stuff came much less frequently down the conveyer belt. I think there could've been more options for the sides. I got the classic broth which I don't recommend for the lack of flavor. The tom yum one tasted better. Our server wasn't fluent in English, but she did come by 4 times to refill our water! I would recommend coming early - we came at 6:30pm on a Monday and it was nearly empty, but full with a wait once it hit 7:30. Overall fun experience to come with a group of 6 or less! (The booth fit 6 people)

Yelp
Walking into the restaurant, I was hit by a well lit restaurant, ornate Chinese decorations hanging over the walls and tables and diners laughing and talking animatedly. We were met by great service; the servers were efficient and often checked up on us and were quick to bring out food when we asked for it. The food excelled expectations, the beef and lamb brisket was tender and the pork belly was very good. The conveyor belt was really cool but sometimes there were rounds where only the same items came out and nothing new was on the belt. It was also a little too slow, and I would have had it to go a little bit faster. The noodles came out with a great variety and were really good. The vegetables were clean and there were a lot on each plate. I had the original soup base and it was savory and really good. Overall, this was fantastic hotpot place, and I would recommend!

Yelp
So this is an all you can eat hot pot buffett for about $30. You get 1h30 to eat unlimitedly and are able to get anything from the conveyor belt. The staff will bring you your meat choice as often as you want: lamb, beef, chicken and pork. The conveyor belt will have everything else: veggies, seafood, noodles, etc. The sauce bar is somewhat limited in my opinion but the broths were very tasty and the options are good. Definitely worth the price. Not super great for large groups but the do have long booths with separate and combined burners. Great place to check out if in the area.

Yelp
This review is based on a Thursday evening at 6pm. White couple who loves them some food and doesn't give two sh*ts that we are the only white people in a joint...You don't speak English-great I'll point to things and smile. Our server doesn't give us every tiny helpful detail-because it's our first time...We do not care! What we order isn't what we are are given-awesome it probably tastes better anyway! So on to the meal...it was our first revolving Hot Pot experience and so that fact is going to be reflected in this review. We loved it! The service was good. Our server was a laidback dude, some would call him aloof, but he was polite and helpful, but didn't pester. Him being soft spoken and wearing a mask made for him having to repeat himself quite a bit with all the various tables. He smiled-even got a few chuckles out of him, kept our waters filled, tended to our sake and brought extra napkins...like what more do we need! THE SAUCE STATION....I repeat the sauce station!! That was the highlight...we took full advantage of it..the special sauce was delish and spicy...yum! We love our sauces and dipping things in ALL the things! Meat selection-Thin sliced..pork belly, brisket, lamb and chicken. You have to request these separate to what is floating around on the belt. What is on the belt is seafood related and these tiny little sausages which were a yummy little porky treat...I'm pretty sure I ate my weight in them. ~They were out of mashed proteins because of "labor shortages"-we didn't miss them, because we didn't even know they were really a thing to miss. Seafood-whole shrimp, mussels, clams, white fish, some other white fish, squid and fish balls, Veggies-Wood ear, mushrooms, fungus, cabbage, mixed greens, taro, radish, more cabbage, potato, chrysanthemum(which is really good), bok choy and I'm probably forgetting a few others. Other offerings-Thin and thicker rice noodles, glass noodle, ramen noodle, pork dumplings, fried dough, tofu-couple of varieties...what I think was rice cakes, it very well may have been sliced radish. Kelp, beef/pork/fish balls, corn and probably 2-3 other things I'm leaving out. I'm sure it varies based on volume and availability of things. The broth we picked was Tom Yum and Tomato. Both were a little on the bland side, but after a couple of spoonfuls of the various sauce station pickings-we were in business..but wanted to make note of it. You will probably want to add additional seasoning before you dive in with all the meat/veg. We are dippers so we were perfectly fine dipping our stuff in the sauces too. ~Don't forget to grab a ladle, you'll want it for chasing the floaty bits from your broth-if you don't see it, then ask! ~May also want to ask for a bowl...they give you plates, but a small bowl would have served as a better food vehicle. Not a knock-but looking back I wished I'd asked for one. Two people, a medium bottle of sake 20% tip ran us just short of $100 bucks. Not cheap, but we've wasted way more on crappy food...so I think it was reasonable. Would go back again....but not on a weekend.

Yelp
Hotpot Broth -- extremely bland, personally to me. ..The LEAST they can do as a restaurant is provide a great flavorful broth to any of the 4 choices you pick . No one at our table had great tasting broth . Everything ( meat, veggies ) are already bland/plain in the first place. YOU will have to depend on your dipping sauce for flavor. . ( that you will have to make yourself, && if you're not familiar with putting the ingredients together to make a good sauce then it's gonna be a bad experience for you. They also need to do better with some of veggie and protein choices . Some are just really cheap stuff.

Yelp
The conveyer belt concept is fun. The food on offer- not so much. Won't be back. The waiter seemed more focused on his phone than actually providing service. There are much better options in the area.

Yelp
My family enjoys coming here for the individual hot pot conveyor belt experience! You get to choose one broth out of a couple options. I chose the spicy broth, which was like a mala kind of spice! Then you can order the meat you want from the servers and choose whatever you want from the conveyer belt. From my experience, my servers were a little inattentive, but might have just been an off day. During your visit, you have 1.5 hours to eat and is a fun experience with friends and family!
google avatar

Yelp
I've been coming here for several years and it's still my favorite hotpot place. I love the revolving belt and you can still order from the wait staff if it's not on the belt. I always get the pickled cabbage broth because it's the best! The special sauce needs no other additions to it and is perfect for dipping your meat in there. Even though the weather is getting warm, I still crave for hotpot and will still go. It's all you can eat for $29.99 and you get 15% off Mon-Thurs so we always go during that time. Will absolutely come back!

Yelp
I absolutely love hot pot and my boyfriend always goes with me. This is one of our favorite spots! Their signature special sauce is delicious, and we've never had any complaints about the service.
google avatar

Yelp
AYCE with individual pots but mostly veggies limited protein on the conveyer belt and would need to order brisket, lamb, pork belly, and chicken through waiter. Takes some time to slice the proteins. Servers walked back and forth collecting plates and lids. Self service sauce bar in front. They got busier towards lunch time. Lighting was very dim inside.
google avatar

Peggy L.

Yelp
Hot pot was delicious especially the spicy and tomato soup base. The house special dipping sauce is so good, I think it is fish sauce based. I like the conveyor belt method, really nice and fun. The size of the dishes were reasonable to avoid food waste. The service can improve. Had to keep hollering for the waiters to bring more meat. They definitely do not bring the amount you ask for and you have to keep waiving them down to being more meat. I asked for 3 beef and they bring 2. Food was good and 5 safe but service is 2 stars.
google avatar

MingYang L.

Yelp
AYCE hot pot thats pretty good For broth, we got the spicy and tomato. The spicy was way better than I expected, and the tomato was solid. Considering places like 9292 shabu doesn't even have tomato anymore and their "spicy" is very mediocre, the broth here was very good. For meat, we got some lamb and beef. Both were good. No smell, and very thinly sliced, like impressively well sliced. Nothing mind blowing but solid meat quality for AYCE. The sauce station was a easy 10/10. Red and white fermented tofu sauce. Both black and white vinegar. Both peanut and sesame sauce. One of the most well prepared sauce stations around Atlanta/Duluth. Service was solid. Other reviews had a mix of super entitled people (why would you bring toddlers to hot pot???) and foreigners, but if you speak Chinese and aren't awkward, waving down a server is very easy. You need to order meat directly from the servers. This isn't stated anywhere, which other reviewers got upset about, but having raw meat on the conveyor would be hugely unsanitary and wasteful. Many of the less popular items also need to be ordered directly, like tomatoes and fried tofu, but everything always came out quickly after ordered. Overall, don't bring your kids here, have someone who knows how hot pot works, and don't be rude or entitled, and this place is a solid AYCE hot pot spot.

Yelp
Went there with some friends a few weeks ago. Food was good and we overall had a good time there. The price is good for the quantity of food you get.

Yelp
Alright, story time. My friend and I stopped here around 2pm on a Saturday. It's quiet and relaxing. Not many people whatsoever. Only had two other tables occupied after us within an hour span. Maybe this has something to do with the holiday weekend. Sure did see a lot of vehicles heading south, possibly towards the beach. Our waitress was very kind and patient. Couldn't ask for anyone better. She was checking in on us and asking if we needed anything. I ordered the bone both base. I'm not too familiar with hot pot restaurants and the different base soups. I didn't want anything too spicy, but next time I'll venture for something maybe a little more savory. It's all you can eat. We had our fair share of pork belly, brisket, and lamb. The meat is brought out to you by your waitress upon request. There's a conveyor belt next to your table that allows for ease of access when picking vegetables and such to add to your hot pot. There is a menu with pictures to let the individual know exactly what they're looking at, as well as recommended times of cooking. If you order a soda, it is served by the can, which you pay separately for each one. So no free refills. Overall, I paid $34 for my visit. There is a sauce bar where you serve yourself. I feel there could have been more options, but I was able to make a decent little mix for myself. I would recommend this spot to anyone and encourage them to give it a try.

Yelp
Nine Spices is an AYCE 2 hour limit for about $25. That's where it would differ from iluvhotpot where it's based off of per plate. I think another big difference is the changes at the sauce bar. This place has Sacha which is the Chinese version of BBQ and it is awesome when it comes to dipping into for hotpot, at least in my opinion. Another thing that separates this place from a similar place with conveyor belts is that Nine Spices serves pork belly. It's pretty rare to see that because I understand that the freshness factor comes into play there. Nine Spices gets around this issue because the conveyor belts here are smaller so it gets to the back kitchen quicker. Seating here is a bit limited. Nine Spices has seating in table format in the center, but off to the side they have a hot pot bar where you can sit individually. They only allow parties up to 4 to do that if all the tables are gone. And because it's AYCE, each table can sit up to 2 hours... I don't know if they've ever kicked anyone out before, but it won't be me! All in all, if you've been to a hotpot with conveyor belts it's not much different. The main differences are the selections, sauces, and some of the type of broths (and a time limit). I would suggest this place if you're really hungry and if you're into hotpot. It wouldn't hurt to try it out, you're not going to lose anything and you're going to come out with a full stomach. One final solid tip is to not be afraid to ask for certain dishes. I wanted to get enoki mushrooms, but nothing came out. As soon as I asked we were drowning in them.
google avatar

Andrea M.

Yelp
I'm totally not a hot pot person, but Nine Spices def gave me a positive impression last Sat evening when it was pouring outside. For $23.99, it's an all you can eat. It's individual pots so you aren't fighting friends for that last piece of meat. There is a 2 hr time limit, but that's an abundance of time to consume to your belly's contentment. Our group literally stuffed our faces with food for 20 mins then started to chat afterwards. We then sat around digesting the food. What makes this place more unique is the conveyor belt of meats, veggies, and other goodies that revolve around. You grab whatever you want, and the staff will come clear the empty plates. It's sort of like Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, but you've already paid a set price regardless of the number of plates you take. For meat choices, you'll have the option of lamb and beef. They also have chicken and pork belly according to the menu, but we didn't see this so perhaps they alternate their meats. For seafood, there were mussels, small and medium clams, shrimp, squid, and fish. As for the broth, there are 7 flavors. The herbal was popular at our table (and was also the waiter's rec). The spicy was fairly spicy as the hubs ordered this; it was a manageable spicy level if that's your flair. Remember that all members of your party (or at least the other 5 that will be sitting with you) must be present as there is a time limit. Nine Spices is located within the complex of Sweet Hut so there are plenty of parking. Their location is a little to the right of Snowflake so it's sort of in the middle of the strip. It used to be 89 Original Pot if you knew where that was.
google avatar

Craig T.

Yelp
I used to come to 89 Hot Pot all the time and was very interested in this place since I visited one a Nine Spices Hot Pot few months ago when I was on vacation in the Clearwater Beach, FL area. I loved it and super impressed. The location in FL had a Korean bbq AYCE option on top of the Hot Pot AYCE as well. The decor as changed and looks a little bit more upscale than before. It looks a bit cleaner than before. So I came in on a Sunday afternoon, it didn't appear to be super busy as they only have a limited number of booths. They have super large booths of 9 or more and they got your 4 people booths on the left. Then they got a bar like long table where you can seat. The waiter tried to seat us at the bar area and I told him that's a negative, we wanted a booth. He did not want to us sit in the large booths which were all empty and said it would be a 40 minutes way. I got angry and was about to leave, that's stupid when you have a regular paying customer come in and don't want to give them a larger booth. He finally said it would 10-14 min as we got lucky and a couple was leaving. The female owner/manager who is the same as 89 Hot Pot sat her normal location(behind the counter) not friendly face as usual. This place has no menu so for first timers, you got no idea on what they all offer on the AYCE menu. There was a few things that was not on the conveyor belt that I wanted.(Enoki mushroom and Beef brisket). So unless you been to 89 Hot Pot before, your not going to know what's missing. During the first 15 minutes, there was no beef brisket until two tables asked for it. Then they started to put it on the belt. Waiter service is pretty decent, I would say way better than before. The sauce bar is as the same as before and is towards the front now. I enjoyed the shrimp, brisket, tofu skins, mushrooms, spinach, and clams. They have several variety of clams to choose from. I got the Lamb and brisket confused at first. Apparently there is a sign that tells you which color plate is what kinda meat. I would of like to see more corn on the belt. A green tea ice cream for dessert would be nice. This place falls alittle short compared to the Tampa FL location. Their sauce bar actually included a few side dishes as well which this place doesn't. And of course , this place doesn't have korean bbq included in their price. This place is still $23.99 for AYCE all day. At least the price didn't go up. I didn't give this place 5 stars bc of the lack of booths and the employee asking us to wait 40 min when there was 4 large booths a available. Time will tell if I get sick from here as I am only a few hours into it after I ate. I have gotten sick a few times while it was 89 Hot Pot so I am keeping my fingers crossed. New Update: The food sat well in my tummy and I didn't get sick. So that's a good thing. I raised the review to 5 stars. I definitely will be back. Thank you for reply by the owner.
google avatar

Vy T.

Yelp
The owner so rude. 90 minutes limit for buffet, I came at 6pm, i about to finish at 7:15pm still drinking the soup and the owner came by my table, slap her hand and told me and my friend have to leave right away because others are waiting for the table. Not yet 90 minutes limit time. Never come back again! I hope she change her attitude, not because she running the business but because everyone deserve to get treat polite.
google avatar

MingYang L.

Yelp
10/10 sauce station Small but very good veggie selection, having star items like watercress and frozen tofu that many other AYCE hot pot places around duluth does not have. Did not touch the seafood personally but the beef and lamb were both impressively thin and solid. This is not a place to bring kids.
google avatar

Cindy N.

Yelp
Doesn't look very impressive when you walk in, especially because the window still has the 89 hotpot sign that I think was left over from previous ownership. We made a reservation ahead of time for 7 people and the booth was apparently just enough for 6 patrons. It was either 2 people sharing one pot or all of us eating at the hotpot seating at the conveyor belt. Because we were there to celebrate a birthday and wanted to be able to have conversations, we choose the booth. Service here is HORRIBLE for the most part because the staff is not very friendly and very hard to get the attention of if I need a refill, utensils, or napkins, but I will say that they come by very often to pick up the empty plates. Additionally, a mandatory tip is added for parties over 5 I believe-not a big issue since I still think they cleared our table fairly quick. As for the food, most of the items for hotpot travel through the conveyor belt where we pick up items that we want. If we can't find something, we can ask our server. It will take awhile to get because, as I mentioned, not very attentive or friendly servers. For about $24ish dollars per person for All-You-Can-Eat hotpot, this was not bad. Ingredients were pretty fresh. There was also a sauce bar for you to make your own sauce. You start off by selecting the broth you want. I tried the bone broth and it was very disappointing. There was a lack of flavor. The broth is very important in hotpot so I was highly disappointed. Therefore, the lack of flavor in the broth coupled with horrible service and the fact that this place was not cheap to begin with warrants 3 stars.
google avatar

TJ C.

Yelp
Prices have gone up, while the quality and service has gone down. The service here was not friendly at all from my past visits.

Jason C.

Yelp
Not too crowded which is nice, but once you eat here you can see why. Broth is bland, selection is for ayce is average, and some of the older waitresses are cranky. Too much competition in the area for hot pot, this place needs to step up their game.
google avatar

Amber L.

Yelp
This place used to be my forever hot pot. It used to be called 89. They hit down for a bit a little before covid hit, but I havent been back since. I came back cause it's almost winter now, and I'm not very happy with the change. I guess since it's covid time they have to make it more accessible without having face to face contact. But they took away some soup base and things that made it different than other hot pot places. I'm not usually picky either, but the price is ok for the food. So I gave it three stars. But I'm only writing this review because this was my fav hot pot spot. :( But it's def not the worst. So I would recommend it over some others.
google avatar

Maria P.

Yelp
I am pleasantly surprised by this hot pot place. It was the first time I had tried hot pot and it was amazing ! my husband and i went on a date together, everyone was very kind and it was very clean ! The selection of veggies, seafood ,and meets was great ! They even had fish tofu (highly recommend trying!). will absolutly come again. ****although they close at 9:30 not 10:30

Yelp
My friends and I wanted to eat some hotpot and wanted to try a new place. We came upon this all you can eat hotpot for 26.99$ per person. As we walked in the greeted us and checked our temps and sat us down right away. There's an conveyor belt that comes around to give you food, such as all types of seafood, meatballs, veggies and noodles and we had to ask the server for the meats! I got the tum yum soup.. it was VERY bland! It tasted like water only with color. I had to throw so much sauce in there for it to taste good. As for my other friends... we all agreed we probably won't come again. The service was okay. The guy seemed like he didn't like his job.
google avatar

Barrington F.

Yelp
I really liked Nine Spices Hot Pot. It's a nice quaint restaurant. The different ingredients circling around on the conveyor belt is a nice touch. I thought I wanted it to be more spices but after I got my groove of what to mix, I was very pleased
google avatar

Yelp
If you love hot pot, this is your spot. This place is always packed. The broth is okay, but they have a bar filled with various seasoning pastes, sauce, and condiments. The house og sauce is my all time favorite. The only thing I don't really like is they don't put food out on the conveyor belt when the restaurant is kinda empty (before dinner hrs.) We went there a bit early before dinner hrs, and they have the same stuffs going around. I got one serving of clear noodle; and the next time I see the it again is 45 mins later (I sat at the individual seat area and 3 seats down from the top). Once the restaurant is filled up with people, they started to load more variety of foods out. By the time I'm done, I saw tofu skin, fish tofu, few other kind of veggies for the first time!!!

Yelp
The services here is not friendly, they are so mean. They behave rudely, grumpily and difficulty, The foods are fresh but not yummy, nothing specials. Never come back again.
google avatar

H N.

Yelp
The staff were rude to me & my friend! We were ignored & treated poorly compared to the other customers who were Asian (we are not Asian - to add context). Also, you are not initially provided a bowl, nor are you told that ladles are available to dish out your food. Really? The table can get very messy, because of the overcooking of the pot. The water splashes everywhere including on your shirt/skin. Why isn't an apron provided? Lastly, the quality of the food isn't worth the price you pay! Honestly, take your business elsewhere. There are plethora of other hotpot places.

Yelp
I have been looking for an all you can eat Chinese/Taiwanese hot pot joint since moving to Atlanta a couple of years ago. After watching foodie YouTubers rave about various Chinese hot pot places in NYC or LA, I had to wonder if a town that birthed the Civil Rights Movement and prides itself on racial diversity would also afford the city with some of the finer things in life, from a bucolic reference. Unfortunately, there isn't much in this realm ITP, which is sad. Buckhead could use some joints like Nine Spices Hot Pot. Which is why I love Duluth because of all the food choices that spans international lines. This used to be 89 Flavors but they revamped and reimagined themselves and yet from various other reviews, still kept up with the same style, hot pot, plain and simple. The place is simple. Walk in, sit down, choose your option (you always go for All You Can eat!!!!), choose your fillings, create your sauce, sit and enjoy. Otherwise, order one of the other options but, why would you want to when there is all you can eat?!?!?!? Like who wouldn't choose that!??!?!? If you don't choose AYCE Hot Pot, you might be racist... JUST KIDDING... So everything about this place reeks of amazingness. There is a slight salty sweet vibe in the air as there are a variety of broths cooking to suit your own pallet. I chose the spicy broth because, why not?! The way AYCE works is for $23.99 +tax, you pick one style of broth from spicy to bone to tomato to even tom yum. They deliver a tiny one man metal cauldron of the broth of your choice. You then go to the sauce bar and create a dipping sauce of your own imagination. As the pot is bubbling, you choose from a plethora of ingredients that travel across a conveyor belt to dump into your pot, wait for the items to cook, pull out the items, dip in your sauce concoction, and enjoy. Some items obviously cook more than others. The meats take anywhere from 5-15 seconds. The meat balls might take 30. The quail eggs are divine! And everything about this place is simply amazing! My search for all you can eat Chinese hot pot is over and just know that I am in deep trouble now!!!!

Yelp
89 Hot Pot is gone. Now it's Nine Spices Hot Pot. My friend had gone and told me about the conveyor belt. I was excited. This would be more convenient than relying on the waitress to come back to our table. Two other girlfriends and I dined in a Saturday night. It's AYCE. $23.99, not bad at all. Two hours time frame. We've never exceeded it and always are done before then. We sat at the "bar" so the revolving conveyor belt is in front of us. There are two of them on each side. The larger parties sit at a table. It's easier to conversate than at the bar. We chose our soup base and then it's brought to us. The sauce bar is in the front. It is basic, nothing spectacular. So if it sucks, that means you suck lol. After a few rounds looking at food options on the conveyor belt, I could not find any chicken! I don't eat beef cause I never liked it and wanted to cut back on pork. I asked the waiter to bring me slices of chicken. I was so happy. My friend asked for corn and napa since we didn't see it. They gladly will bring you anything you haven't seen on the conveyor belt. For me, if you want AYCE, come. It's great. When it was 89 Hot Pot, even though I was still a fan, service was slow and customer service wasn't as friendly. 255/2019

Yelp
My friend & I walked into this restaurant @8 on a Monday. We sat and waited then after ten minutes I asked a server if we just seat ourselves. He said they didn't have any seats for us.... I turned and looked at the empty restaurant & back at him... I asked if something was wrong with all of those empty tables. He said those are only for tables of six... (It's all about same size tables & bar seats) I looked over to the parties of two, three, and even one that had a whole table. Though I wasn't going to argue with someone to give them my money. So my friend & I left and had a great dinner where we here welcomed 5 minutes away at I luv Hot Pot. It's been a while since I've walked into a business & they stopped me at the door and refused me business. Though that's life. I posted a pic of the half empty tables & bar seats also.

Yelp
Decided to come and check this place out after stumbling upon a Groupon offer! We went in around 630 ish on Monday and it was not too crowded so we were seated in a booth. There were not that many meats and sides on the conveyor belt for a bit but regardless you can request something to be brought out(from their menu) if it is not on there. As soon as more people started coming in there were more selections coming out. There is a variety of broths and a good selection of meats and veggies plus the toppings/condiments area. The service was alright, although there was barely any interaction since we were doing our own thing. They do walk around picking up your empty plates giving you a chance to talk to them if needed be. Some people have commented on the owner being somewhat rude when customers are using a groupon so I came in expecting to be treated with disgust when I showed my groupon . Happily to say that was not the case, They were very friendly. ****Just note that you can only use two Groupon per table(if I remember correctly)***** Overall it was great! I will definitely be back with some friends in the near future!!!

Yelp
I love AYCE hot pot restaurants that have mini individual pots for everyone. I get to choose my own broth and choose what ingredients goes in without having to worry about what others prefer. I'm also a bit picky or particular about sauce bars, specifically preferring sauce bars with sa cha jiang, the "Chinese bbq sauce" that's popular in Taiwanese hot pot. The only downside, hence the 4 stars instead of 5, is that we came in on a Sunday night at 6:15pm, and one of the workers came by at 7:30pm to let us know to clear our table to make way for other waiting guests. Food -- for $23.99 a person, everyone could have their own mini pot in front of them. I chose the spicy broth, and others chose the bone broth -- both were awesome, but I really liked my spicy broth. The revolving ingredients on the conveyer belt included clams, mussels, shrimp, quail eggs, chicken egg, chicken, pork belly, thinly sliced beef, thinly sliced lamb, fish balls, meat balls, sausage, wood ear mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, Napa cabbage, watercress, bok choy, baby corn, corn on the cob, udon noodles, glass noodles, instant ramen noodles, medium thickness flour-based noodles, rice cakes, and dumplings -- there was more than than this, but I'm only including what I remember. The sauce bar had a variety of options, including sa cha jiang. I'll post pics of the selection, albeit a little blurry. Service and ambience -- the servers were very attentive, dropping by frequently to pick up empty plates, to fill our drinks, or to add more broth. We also requested conveyer belt items if we felt like we didn't see the item in a while. The only weird part was at the end when a woman, potentially a manager(?), asked us to make way for waiting guests after we had been seated for about an hour and 15 min. Some of the table booths accommodate 4, other table booths accommodate 6 people. There is also "bar-style" seating for groups of 2 or 3. I really love this concept of not having to order hot pot ingredients piece meal from the server. It's a very comfortable and inviting space, and I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
ALL YOU CAN EAT?? I went there with my family on Sunday after taking a long trip from another state. It was nice at first, nice tasting soup and delicious dishes. But it turned out really frustrating because they STOPPED putting more ingredient dishes on our chain by some reason. It was not their busy time at all, just few tables had customers. Their employees walked around doing nothing most of the time. There are 2 chains with ingredient dishes moving around in the restaurant, and the other side was full of dishes but my side wasn't. I even saw one of their employee took the dish from our side to put to the other side. It's so ridiculous. I wasn't expect that kind of treatment. I totally don't recommend this place.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this place and finally did today! It's all you can eat and the revolving belt is super cool! Broth was very flavorful! I've been to other hotpot places where the broth had no flavor and this broth is probably some of the best! They also had a bar to make your own sauces which I always enjoy! I highly recommend going with friends or on a date!

Yelp
Unlike other conveyor belt type restaurants, this is an AYCE, and the color of the plates don't matter. All you can eat for less than $25. That's not a bad deal, especially since the ingredients are fresh. The tom-yum soup base was spicy and had great flavor. The ingredients were diverse but were not that consistent in coming out. We were waiting for a certain vegetable that we have seen on the belt before, but it just stop coming out until we requested for it. Maybe it is based on demand of the customers? We were sitting at the beginning of the conveyor belt, so it's not like everyone before us grabbed all. The staff was pretty attentive and was consistent with taking away our pile of empty plates.

Yelp
Pretty good broth, food is on conveyor. I would return. Location via map not quite cut and dry, but worth it

Yelp
This restaurant serves hotpot in individual small pots. I prefer this because everyone can get their preference of soup bases. They also have conveyor belts serving meats, fish balls, vegetables, noodles, and other hotpot sides. I feel like I would see the same stuff being put on to the conveyor belt for a long time because the staff was not serving other options they had back in their kitchen. The food was alright, staff was punctual when asked for things, it was overall a mediocre experience.

Yelp
First time going to a revolving hotpot restaurant and I wasn't disappointed. Staff here are very attentive and friendly. Giving 90 minutes to an AYCE hotpot was very manageable. Large selection of vegetables, some dumplings, seafood, and noodles here and there, and the extra meat you pay separately. Decent price and clean establishment.

Yelp
Went here for the first time last night. It's more like 3.5 stars than 4. Got there around 6:15. They open one side and opened the other side when they got busier. The good: -The food on a belt concept is always fun -Wait staff is friendly and attentive -Pretty good sauce bar - nothing to complain about -The broths are yummy - spicy is good and so is Tom Yum anyway. They refill your broth -The woman's bathroom was clean -Plenty of free parking -Veges are fresh The bad: -If you are sitting towards the end of the conveyor belt, make sure you ask the staff for things because you won't get them - noodles, sliced meat, certain veges. You can put your hand through the little opening and grab a plate on the other side but you will get death stares -The things that should have been plentiful they ran out of (they had to slice more beef), ramen noodles, other noodles like shanghai noodles and udon, eggs, corn for example. Only a few dishes and then few and far between. -The lamb is a bit gamey -Two hours seems like a long time but it's not (We went to get boba and pastries after) Extra stuff- they have hot tea ($1.80), can soda ($1.50), they have other drinks too. Make sure you ask for extra napkins, you'll need them.
