Wayzata’s Best Restaurants for Any Occassion | Eater Twin Cities

"Nestled on first floor of The Landing hotel complex in downtown Wayzata, ninetwentyfive’s space is sunlit and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows and sleek, leather-lined booths. Since it’s a hotel, all-day eating is available from breakfast through an elegant, seasonally-sourced dinner. Plus, happy hour runs from 3 to 5 p.m. with $2 oysters and $5 draft beer." - Eater Staff

I was staying at the Hotel Landing and, on my last day, I was too tired to venture out and explore other restaurants. So I decided to try ninetwentyfive, the hotel’s own restaurant—and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, with a lovely view that made it even more enjoyable. I ordered the lamb and the Mediterranean salad, and both were absolutely delicious—flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully plated. It turned out to be one of the best meals of my trip. I’m glad I stayed in and discovered what a hidden gem this restaurant is. The hotel itself is amazing, and ninetwentyfive truly lives up to the same standard. If you’re staying at the Hotel Landing—or even just nearby—make sure to give ninetwentyfive a try. You won’t be disappointed!

We went for the Easter buffet and it was a total disappointment. $70 per person before tax and mandatory tip. Given the price, there was no soda or tea was included. Food was mediocre at best, no seasoning. Hashbrowns said cheesy, they were not. We had to ask for a steak knife to cut through the English muffin of the eggs Benedict. Desserts were super sweet. Ice cream was so melted it was soupy and they ran out of gummy bears which was disappointing. Charging 22% service is ridiculous. We did not receive $46 service. We had a change in server mid way through our meal and our original server never told us. We only saw our server a couple times and that was just to refill waters, they didn’t do anything else. $280 for 3 people, certainly not worth it.

Stopped here cause it was the only place around with food after 9pm. So happy I did! Late night menu but whatever! Chilly oysters with delicious mignonette. The walleye taco, the fluffy tortillas, crispy fish, and salsa that was actually spicy! Heaven, Daniel was an absolute legend. Leeds forever!

We stopped in over lunch for restaurant week and the menu was fantastic! The presentation and the combination of flavors make me want to come back and try everything on the menu.

I recently had the pleasure of dining here and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. My daughter and I were warmly welcomed and received exceptional care from Matt, the general manager. His attentiveness and genuine hospitality truly made our visit memorable. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere of the restaurant was equally impressive, offering a perfect blend of cozy and vibrant, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend ninetwentyfive to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. Be sure to ask for Matt; his dedication to customer service sets the bar high. We'll definitely be returning soon!

The food here is so good! We went for brunch this time and we all had amazing dishes. The breakfast BLT with an egg and the Gouda hashbrowns were to die for! Everyone enjoyed their dishes because of the portion sizes and flavor! Highly recommend! They also have bottomless mimosas!

Google
Had breakfast and lunch here. Lunch pics attached - everything was really good. We asked for no avocado in the tuna app and they made it happen. Friendly servers. Clean. Also - great hotel adjoining if you are looking for accommodations. Servers at bar were on top of things with large groups - A game.

I have visited here three times! Twice for brunch and one for dinner. The brunch menu and dinner menu are totally different. I would categorize this restaurant as a plain American style. After the meal, I would not feel it was too oily for my body. I like the atmosphere for brunch, and during the summer time outdoors seating would open. Nice to enjoy the good weather in summer or Fall. The service for the brunch was awesome! The service was kind and helpful. However, for dinner, there were a lot of people there. The quality of the service is still good, but compared to the one for brunch it would have a different feeling. The food I ordered was delicious. Especially the walleye, it was perfect! I am willing to visit again for the walleye. The fries weren't good enough . Overall, it is a good place to visit. Recommend to come for the dinner and brunch.

Yelp
Dare I say it? Best patio brunch in Wayzata!? Had an absolutely lovely brunch at ninetwentyfive --it was giving Montauk meets the Hamptons vibes for sure. You cannot beat the location - right in the heart of Wayzata. The modern nautical aesthetic blends effortlessly with Minnesota lake life vibes, creating a space that's both refined and refreshingly relaxed. We snagged the most perfect spot on their covered patio. I'm not sure there's a bad patio spot at this place! The service was lovely--warm, attentive, and unhurried, just the way a weekend brunch should feel. Drinks were yummy as well. In terms of food - the chicken and waffles was yummy, a perfectly cooked waffle topped with crispy chicken glazed in a sweet and spicy sauce. The lemon ricotta pancakes were amazing - pillowy, bright, and just lemony enough. The breakfast tacos packed bold, fresh flavor, though their delicate corn tortillas made them a little tricky to handle (classic corn tortilla behavior, honestly). Whether you're staying at The Hotel Landing (absolutely stunning) or just dropping in for a weekend treat, ninetwentyfive is definitely worth checking out. Enjoy!

Yelp
We wanted to try a new brunch place and hadn't been here. The best thing is one we actually didn't partake of, which is they have bottomless brunch mimosas (90 minutes) for $18 which is a solid deal! I had the chorizo hash, which was an ample portion of hash browns with chorizo, eggs (menu says fried but they asked how I wanted mine so I said scrambled), and hollandaise. And the rye toast that came with it was crusty delicious and well buttered. My gf had the mushroom and asparagus omelette which came with a nicely vinaigrette dressed green salad. She did the cheesy hashbrown upgrade because who can resist cheesy hashbrowns??? The place has a nice modern and open feel to it and service was present and helpful. Definitely coming back to take the mimosas for a spin!

Yelp
We have gone here a few times now and have always been impressed. Lately we've gone in the summer and sat on the patio, which is very pleasant besides the train rolling through, which can be quite loud. However, that is very short-lived. The food is excellent, there is a crab dip that is amazing and definitely worth going back for. Great cocktail menu. It is kid friendly as well. There is indoor seating, multiple levels and it's within a hotel that has underground parking, which is great. We have gone in the winter too for the fondue, which was so fun, huge amount of food, and was an excellent experience. I'm hoping that they bring that back this winter as well. The few times we've gone, the service can be a bit slow, nothing to stop us from going, however!

Yelp
This place continues to amaze me. Their sausage scramble is probably the best dish in their breakfast menu. I tried the build your own omelette, and you can taste the freshness in the ingredients with this one. Coffee is good, service is great and ambiance is perfect. Totally worth for the pricing they have.

Yelp
Came here for brunch with a few friends. It was Eid so the restaurant was very busy, the servers still accommodated us a which we were thankful for. This is a gorgeous restaurant in a very pretty location. The shopping center reminds me of stars hallow. We were seated near the windows so we could see the snow falling. The food was great! Some of the best pico I've had. I couldn't keep my hands off of the fries either.

Yelp
We went to celebrate my friend birthday with the fondue set menu. This restaurant is located next to Hotel Landing, they have a parking ramp behind and share the same entrance. Beautiful lobby that leads to a fancy restaurant. Service was awesome, our server explained how the set menu works, first was a pastry with a salad inside. Then a kale salad, followed by cheese fondue and then chocolate fondue. The cheese tasted bitter, we told the server about it and he changed the cheese to a different mixture, which tasted better. I thought we signed up for the igloo experience but that was a different cost. Next time we will try it.

Yelp
Pros: Great location Outdoor seating is available Nice decor, but a bit on the dark side Good team service - several servers delivered our food and bussed our table Love the acai bowl and the fluffy pancakes Ample brunch menu with many options and breakfast cocktails Cons: They take your credit card when reservation is made and will charge you if you are late :( Service was slow and it took a while for the server to take our order and for the food to come out On the pricier side Pro tip: It is attached to the hotel, so can be confusing on which entrance to use.

Yelp
Love, love, love this place! Love the atmosphere, the food, and the amazing service! Perfect spot for brunch with the girls, date night or a little family outing for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is located inside the Hotel Landing. If you need to wait to be seated you can cozy up by the fireplace in the main entrance! We ordered the Steak Fajita Omelette, chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes, and the "X Not Found" vodka espresso drink. Everything was perfect & I will definitely be visiting again,

Yelp
They changed their menu. Tried the new prime rib sandwich and it was just plain awful. Changed their bread, again awful. A very expensive restaurant that must have changed chefs, again. Used to love the food here and didn't mind paying the high prices. Not anymore.

Yelp
Eating dinner at the hotel bar on a very cold Sunday night may not provide the perfect setting. Everything was a solid "3". Vodka martini was fine. French onion soup did not n burn my mouth which means it was easy to eat so I should have been happy but for some reason I was not. I went with the Chicken and Waffles because the ingredients were either going to be epic or not. Going with "not" as final answer. The fired chicken had so much stuff on it it was not crunchy. The smashed avocodo on the waffle made the waffle soggy as well. There were some good flavors but non crunchy chicken and waffles is a bu

Yelp
The food here is always on point, and is plated perfectly. The steak fajita omelet has all the flavors with peppers and onions in the omelet and cilantro crème fraiche, cotija cheese, and pico de gallo on top. While the steak and eggs is a classic dish with béarnaise. Both options are highly recommend! And both come with hash browns and choice of toast. The sourdough is exactly what I look for in my toast and comes with a delicious house made jam! The fries a twice cooked and also the perfect side! For drinks the espresso martini is on the stronger side, so I always add a shot of Baileys to make it a creamier espresso martini. The tequila sunrise is the best morning drink with tequila orange juice and grenadine. Inside is beautiful and they have 2 patios, one on the main level and one upstairs! Love sitting outside when it's nice out!

Yelp
Great brunch (everyday)!! All of our food was delicious and the cappuccinos were huge! Love the ambiance, very sleek and modern but also cozy with edison lights and greenery. Friendly service and not too busy on weekday mornings.

Yelp
This is such a beautiful location, incredible interior designing, and amazing food. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and grab the few listed on the photos and every dish had their own unique taste. My personal favorite was our mussel appetizer and the salmon entree. My boyfriend really enjoyed the mussels as well. Too much where he used the left over sauce to add onto his pasta! hahah and he enjoyed the combo i'd recommend to go here and catch a bite because it definitely a place not to miss!

Yelp
The place is very nice (it has to be, given the location and adjoining posh hotel) with comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. Waitstaff are professional, friendly and attentive, informed and capable. And the wine and menu offerings are plenty sufficient and varied. The reason for my review, though, is due to the waiter (and kitchen's) flexibility to accommodate my dairy intolerance while delivering a very tasty version of a pasta jambalaya that you can't find in most Minnesota restaurants. It was much appreciated and perfectly seasoned. The truffle fries were also noteworthy and tasty.

Yelp
We went to try out the igloo wine pairing experience and I must say it's definitely worth the money. You get a five course meal paired with different wines. Igloo was nice and warm with a fireplace and they also had fluffy blankets for extra warmth if needed. Our server was knowledgeable on the wines and very nice, went at a good pace telling us about the food that paired nice with the wines. Would've gotten five stars if the food was covered while it was brought out to us in the rain. But overall I'd definitely recommend the igloo experience and inside restaurant seems nice and cozy as well.

Yelp
Came for brunch and my advice is, if you can, get takeout. The food was great! Especially the beignets - chef's kiss! The Benedict was delicious and the chef was very accommodating to my overly complicated order. Breakfast tacos also generous in portion and yummy! The service was quite lacking. The hostess was dismissive and unhelpful. Upon arrival I had to say hi to her even though it would seem she should be on the lookout for guests approaching her stand, and when I asked about my reservation she waved me towards the restaurant and said 'yeah someone is over there' never making eye contact. At the end of the meal we asked if she could take our photo as we observed her not busy and her response was that she wouldn't take it but would find someone who could and then promptly started small talk with a different server never sending the promised photo take over. Our server, while friendly was very non existent leaving us to ask random servers walking by to get our requests. He did get our orders correct and was nice when he was there. My last gripe is that this being in a luxury hotel, in addition to expecting friendly, prompt service, you'd also expect clean bathrooms. The bathroom I used reeked so strongly of a college bar urinal that I had to hold my breath while using it...yikes!

Yelp
I visited ninetwentyfive for a dinner night out with my father when we wanted to try something new, and we were definitely impressed! The staff were very friendly and attentive, the menu had so many items we wanted to try, and there were many areas to be seated in that would cater to anyone's preferences. It was was warm and dimly lit, which made it the perfect place for a dinner evening. We each ordered a hot cup of tea and shared some sweet potato fries to start, which are a favorite of ours. Everything came so beautifully plated and detailed, even our tea cups were hot to the touch before we even poured in the hot water! My only hesitation of coming back or becoming a regular is the price. The scallop dish I ordered was $45 for 3 scallops, and my father's Walleye Milanesa was $32. Adding in some tea, fries, tax & tips, etc - it averages out to be about $50-60 per person, which is just unrealistic for us. Ninetwentyfive has such an incredible menu, I only wish it was more accessible so I could bring more of my friends and family!

Yelp
Yes. Absolutely, yes. I am so glad my friends and I tried out ninetwentyfive and sat on the patio before it got too cold. We had a dog with us and it was nice to see other dogs on the patio with us - a great dog-friendly spot is always appreciated! Breakfast for me always means Eggs Benedict and I kid you not, they were served with the BEST cheesy hash brown potatoes in my LIFE. I would go back everyday just to get some of these cheesy potatoes. The regular hash browns are good too, but the cheese brings them to the absolute next level. I'll be back with my own pup now that he's old enough and better behaved, and I'll definitely be getting something that comes with the potatoes haha :)

Carol O.

Yelp
Our server, Patty, was beyond accommodating. She always made sure my coffee was hot and tended quickly to every need.

Yelp
This review will be heavily affected by the wait for our take. We had made a 7:15 reservation on aSaturday night and arrived a couple minutes early. The hosts told us that they were a little behind, but the wait would be about ten minutes...OK, that's not terrible. Unfortunately, that wait turned into forty minutes. As we were being seated, my wife was told that some large groups had been in that might and it messed up their reservation system because it can't account for larger groups...so keep that in mind! The rest of the dinner was quite good. The butternut squash ravioli and 925 fish fry were both really good, and our server Chris was friendly, helpful, and available. Unfortunately, when your experience begins with a forty minute wait for your reservations, it colors the whole night.

Lisa T.

Yelp
My friend and I went there a week ago Thursday, hoping to have a drink or two and dinner. It was quiet except for a group which left as we were getting there. We waited to get seated and finally decided to sit at the bar as the hostess did not acknowledge us. The bartender ignored us for about 15 minutes and finally approached us, told us the cash register was not working so if we wanted anything we could pay cash. We asked about happy hour which he said ended at 5. Not great for working people. He never offered us a menu, a glass of water, and he did not come back until we were ready to leave and I asked for the bill. There was only a couple at the end of the bar and one guy. No excuse for such poor customer service. We will not return for a long time.

Mitch L.

Yelp
The food and service were wonderful! Bridgette was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was very warm and welcoming. Definitely will be back again!

Yelp
What a gorgeous place... I've grown up in this area and it's amazing to see it transformed to these amazing hotels, restaurants, and stores all tucked into lower Wayzata! I decided after a random find to have ladies dinner (every other month event) here to start getting ready for our upcoming summer months. BEST STEAK I have ever had!!!!! I had food envy at one point before my food was sat down as my close friend got the fries (drooling) and mussels (the broth and bread and size of this was insane, for an app this is a whole meal alone) but my steak...ugh! Nothing to complain about except I wanted another one....immediately! Give me all the steaks and crab cakes!!! For apps I made the table get Fried Pickles and for a valid reason I missed the State Fair last year and I needed these in my life... well... you can see the picture everyone grabbed fast and head nods with OMGawds followed. Then came the Crispy Brussels covered in Buffalo sauce with blue cheese. I'm not a huge Buffalo sauce lady but these again worth it. Dinner Time- everything came out fantastic, staff was great and friendly! I had the Steak Oscar (see above my feels) it was amazing! Another lady had the NY Strip Dip- plate was also apart of the clean plate club and another had Top Sirloin plus again above my food envy of Mussels with Fries. We flirted with getting a couple specials but what we all got was perfect! I cannot wait to bring others back to try all the things! This would be a perfect date night spot too!

Naomi P.

Yelp
Not from the area so to come to such a nice area is definitely a treat. Me and my friends are on the patio. Everything is so nice and "fancy." The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had any questions. The food I will say is more expensive than I am used to, I got a burger and fries for $20 then paid $2 extra dollars to add cheese. I thought I was good but not sure if it was "worth" the price. I wouldn't come back anytime soon just because they are a lot of other restaurants in the area that I want to check out first. It a good place to have a nice dinner though.

Yelp
We decided to try out the igloo dining experience on a Sunday night. Up front, you pay a $250 non-refundable fee to complete your reservation. This gets applied to your final dining bill. We had a group of 5 so we were likely to spend that and more. A 22% service charge/tip was also added to our bill, regardless of our experience. The restaurant is part of a hotel and the igloos are essentially in the entrance street of the hotel. They are lined with lights and each has a heater. They also bring you blankets if you need additional warmth. It was snowing and a quiet night so it was quite lovely. I ordered a Lady of the Lake drink but something peach was delivered so I had to wait for the correct drink to be served. For my meal, I decided on butternut squash ravioli. At our table we also had fish and chips (it was HUGE), spaghetti carbonara, gnocchi, and steak. The meals were good. We also tried Caesar salad and wild rice soups. For an app we had Buffalo wings which were very good, although 8 are advertised and we got 6. Overall, the experience was unique and nice. Service was ok. Food was good. My rating of 3 is driven by the cost of it all versus quality. It's a rather pricey experience and the aspects of it just didn't add up. It was lovely eating 'outside' but unless you are ok paying mostly for the experience, I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

Yelp
I have been to ninetwentyfive on several occasions and it has been wonderful every time. They have attentive and kind servers. It has a modern look with a cozy feel. I've been seated outside on the patio and inside in a booth. The French Toast was delicious and the Belgian Waffle was too. Traditional mimosa or the blood orange mimosa is always a good choice. I have only been here for brunch and would like to try lunch sometime soon.

Yelp
Not bad for a hotel restaurant, the breakfast was pretty good. I really enjoyed the hash, had great flavor and was very filling. My friends got the 925 Breakfast and it looked really good also. The coffee was strong and fresh.

Yelp
A small group of us stopped in for brunch the morning of Super Bowl Sunday after seeing numerous delicious photos on Instagram. The restaurant is located in the Landing Hotel in Lake Street in beautiful downtown Wayzata. The main dining area is stunning with tall ceilings and huge windows on the south side letting plenty of sunshine pour in. First thing I noticed was the excellent service. The hostess was prompt and kind. We were directed to our table quickly and our server was ready to take initial drink orders right away. Brunch offers $9.25 endless mimosas, we asked if we could do just champagne. Although the server didn't know the answer she took off and soon returned with champagne in hand which answered our question perfectly!! The brunch menu offers all your typical breakfast and lunch fare with nothing thrilling our special. I did notice however a nice selection of GF options. Everyone at the table went for breakfast except me. Among the items ordered were smoked trout Benedict which was nicely smoked and a generous portion fish but the poached egg was just a touch over cooked, as well as the fajita omelet which was stuffed with steak, pepper and onions all in a pillowy and fluffy egg. I ordered a burger cooked medium. The temperate was perfect and the bunch was soft. The meat was about a quarter pound and juicy but lacking in any seasoning or real flavor. I also the bacon wasn't crispy enough and hard to bite through. I ended up taking it off and eating separate. I would gladly return for brunch to explore more options as well as lunch or dinner. The menu was a tad spendy but Wayzata, what can you expect.

Yelp
I'm sad this place has so many bad reviews because we had a great experience! The restaurant is beautiful and cozy. We had great service and really enjoyed our food and drinks. They have a decent drink menu- however I am a little disappointed they didn't have tap beer. We tried the steak sandwich and 925 steak salad, yum!!! Prices are a bit steep, but it's Wayzata. Overall a great spot for a date night or meet up with friends. I would love to come back for brunch or happy hour!
google avatar

Emilee J.

Yelp
Went back for my third time! Service was exceptional & the food was great. The 925 fish fry is 2,000% worth it with the largest portion size you could imagine. Seriously delicious and so filling. I went out on a limb with the butternut squash and wasn't wowed, but I should've guessed how fall-driven the recipe would be with an excess of cinnamon. I think it was more of a preference issue for me than anything, if you're into a sweet pasta I'm sure it would be ranked highly. Overall, a lovely meal + date night :-)

Yelp
Wayzata native and have been here off and on since it opened. The one issue I've seen that never changes is the bartenders attitudes. Was there last night and all of us agreed the bartender seemed annoyed that he had to get us drinks. In the past I have asked questions about happy hour or if they had Coors Lite on tap and they get an attitude like I'm asking ridiculous questions. I sat with a marketing guy years back who worked there and told him if my experience and he thanked me for the feedback and said he had heard this from others as well and he was going to address it. It's never changed. There was a great bartender there last year but it seems he has left. He was really good! It's about the only late night spot in town unfortunately.

Yelp
We stopped by on a Saturday morning for a nice brunch. While they have booths and tables, we were sat at a high top which was uncomfortable and the table was small. Our server was not very attentive and service was pretty slow despite not being too busy. The drinks and food were good, but expensive.

Yelp
Maybe you work 9 to 5. Maybe you've heard of the 9-to-5 movie. But have you been to a place where you want to order breakfast 24/7? ;) Enter 925 Food and Drink! Okay, so it is pronounced "ninetwentyfive," but the food is still good! Here's the huevos: Steak Fajita Omelet with Sautéed peppers & onions, Pico de gallo, Cotija cheese, Cilantro crème fraiche, served with Rye and Hash browns Breakfast Tacos with Scrambled eggs, Chorizo, Avocado, Cotija cheese, Pico de gallo, and Hash browns This dining was not just fine, but it sure felt like fine dining! 925 greets you with dark mahogany tables and a peaceful, modern atmosphere Now down to business; their breakfast. My Omelet was on point! The steak was tender without being overcooked, eggs cooked perfectly, and the Cotija and Pico added a nice fresh touch. Plus cilantro crème fraiche? Say less My foodie friend enjoyed the chorizo tacos for their savory flavor, hearty eggs, and textural smoothness of the avocados. And we didn't have anything negative to say about the hash browns For a downtown Wayzata restaurant, the prices are pretty fair at this place. AND in the winter, you can book an outdoor heated igloo for your dining party--how cool is that?! Or how warm...? Hehe Ninetwentyfive is very nice, with creative menu choices for all meals and good feels for every group. Check it out next time you're in the area!

C D.

Yelp
I wanted to share my dining experience on Saturday night. I called ahead to tell the staff that my friend has a cane and it's difficult for her to walk. They put us in what looked like a hallway with a dirty wall that was clear across the restaurant and up/down steps and with a very loud family. The restaurant was slow and there was no reason for putting us that far away with someone who had a reservation. I ordered the pork chop medium and it was overcooked and dry. The sauce was disgustingly sweet and the chicken we got was raw inside.
google avatar

Connie D.

Yelp
Oooh, talk about a nice, upscale brunch spot! The ambiance was high ceilings and big comfy booths! My friend and I came to brunch hungry and ready to eat! We decided on a few things to share that included the Caesar salad, lemon blueberry french toast and smoked trout benedict. Honestly, the Caesar salad was my favorite! The french toast had a little bit of lemon zest and a few blueberries, but other than that, was not anything special. The smoked trout benedict, was good, but I was not blown away by it. I feel like the amount of smoked trout was lacking. My vanilla latte was a great weekend treat, but the restaurant unfortunately can only make hot coffee drinks, so I waited for mine to cool down and poured it over a glass of ice. My friend did the same with her Americano. Overall, the prices were reasonable for being on the waterfront in downtown Wayzata. I would come back to try dinner, but brunch was pretty underwhelming for what I was expecting.

Yelp
This place was so cute , that was my first impression walking in. The ambiance is amazing I always love when the place looks nicely kept and great! It's a two level restaurant with live entertainment as well , on the weekends as well. The food was very good as well, I got a veggie omlette with hashbrowns and toast and really enjoyed it, the hashbrowns were delicious ! I also ordered a cucumber mocktail which was way better than expected, they didn't have many mocktail choices but this one was very good. Definitely want to go and try their dinner options now! I'm

Yelp
First time eating dinner here. Three of us shared the buratta appetizer, which included a pesto tomatoes, sour cream spread and the burrata cheese to spread on some grilled bread. We then shared the bacon wrapped scallops with cauliflower and bacon bits. The steak came with Brussels sprouts grilled. The halibut has a fun crispy edge in a delicious vegetable medley with dill. We chose a bootlegger, rose and Chardonnay as our drinks. The hotel is gorgeous and the wait staff very helpful. We had a terrific evening.

Yelp
I recently went for brunch and had a decent experience. We were seated right away on Sunday and were asked if we would like to sit close to the music that would be starting at 11 AM or father. I choose father away since we would probably be chatting, and in my head the music was going to be loud. It turned out being a man on a guitar just playing. I would not have minded either way, and am glad they don't have a loud blasting band during brunch. Our server was not super knowledgeable about the menu or at answering questions. I am not sure if she was new or if she just was a double checker for everything. Any question we asked she said she had to go ask or check with the kitchen/manager. We got endless mimosas which are only $9.25. I thought this was a great price for the area. I was actually really surprised. I decided to get my mimosa without juice...which is just endless champagne but I'm not a huge orange juice fan. I like that they were able to accommodate this. I got the trout benedict which was delicious and came with a side of really crispy hash browns which I loved! My Trout Benedict was around $16 which I think was fair for the area. My boyfriend got their burger which was $18 and I don't think he would ever again. It was wayyyy to small for that price and had too much bacon over burger. My sister got gluten free bread with her Benedict and it looked like dry bread. I have seen a lot of gluten free bread as that is what my sister and her boyfriend can have, and this is among the worst. I really enjoyed my meal, and I will definitely return for other meals like lunch or dinner to check out how they are for that. I also really want to return for Happy Hour.

Yelp

Yelp
Starting with the good- drinks rocked. Lady of the lake and the old fashioned were awesome. I'd go back and have drinks again any day. Our appetizers also rocked. Loved the pretzel, and the peach pizza also was really good. Our server was also awesome. I'd say if you're going for drinks and apps, go for it! Dinner was a different story. 1. Poke Salad - not impressive, too spicy (coming from a spice lover!) and not enough rice. Would not order again. 2. St. Pete's burger - ridiculously over cooked and fries were soggy and lukewarm. The waiter was super kind and replaced, but just not good (I don't remember my dad sending anything back ever, so that says something). The aioli was weirdly sweet. Again, felt weird sending it back, so we powered through 3. Wild rice soup- about room temperature. For summer, it'll do and we felt bad sending more back, so again, powered through. 4. Caesar salad- really good. Brussels were a good add. All in all- yes to drinks and apps, no to dinner. Service rocked even though they were busy. Just don't expect anything much more than 3/5 for the food. We've been many times and say this experience is pretty normal. Cheers!

Yelp
In love with this place! I made this place a destination on a warm summer evening, and was delighted when a friend and I found a gorgeous lounge area to hangout outside. I ordered a delicious fruity cocktail, a seasonal vegetable salad and hand cut fries with delicious sauces to dip into! We enjoyed every bit of our snack/meal/bite to eat. It is definitely a spendy place, but totally worth it. Beautiful place to visit in wayzata - love the vibe. #instaworthy!! I'd love to visit again either in the summer or winter. The inside seemed nice as well, but the following curtains and beautiful light shining in during the warm summer months can't be beat. The service was nice, although we felt a little ignored and treated like children at times (yes we were only 21.. but still)

Yelp
Went here with my friends for my birthday and never going back. When we walked in we were greeted by the hostesses who were caught up in their own personal conversation. Our waitress (and beignets) were the only good part of the experience. We ate, chilled, PAID and left. About 30 minutes later I received a call from Thomas at the restaurant asking if we left a form of payment prior to leaving? He said the server Joseph was unable to find payment. Now this was problematic because we didn't had a female waitress, not even sure who Joseph was. I saw my friends pay and saw the waitress pick up the receipts after the cards were processed. I informed Thomas that perhaps he needed to go back and check and that I would wait while he did. Upon his return, Mr Thomas told me he was confused, but that he would "give us a pass". I was speechless, a pass???!! 3 Black professional women walk into this establishment order our food and pay. Shortly after someone calls essentially asking if we dined and dashed and then told we'd be given a pass. I can't imagine that other people were asked if they paid after leaving this morning , but I'll leave it at that. We are more than capable of paying for some soup thank you. Never again. Food certainly wasn't worth it

Yelp
We had a pretty anniversary dinner here. The restaurant space is very nice, although we ended up in the back area which is a narrow space and there was a particularly loud group of women whose voices and laughter were amplified by the close quarters (not the restaurant's fault). Cocktails were pretty good, but not memorable. Service, as noted in several other reviews, needs work. It's not terrible, but rough around the edges. When I asked what kind of oysters they were offering that night, the answer was, "The usual ones." I kid you not. When I asked him to be more specific, he then described them as East Coast oysters. Well that sure narrowed it down. He seemed taken aback when I asked if he could go find out. Obviously he had no knowledge of oysters, which made me wonder if he knew much about the menu overall. Otherwise, he was attentive, but not very helpful. Our appetizers were very good; the South Beach Cocktail Duo with shrimp and stone crab claws, and the 925 Shrimp which were in a nice Buffalo sauce that wasn't crazy hot and not drowning the shrimp. Bread was an extra charge but high quality. My wife had the Scallops which were nicely seared and served on top of a Blue Crab Succotash that was unique and tasty. I had the Lobster Fra Diavolo which had a good amount of lobster meat, but the sauce wasn't particularly spicy. For dessert, we split the Chocolate Studded Bread Pudding, which was very good and not overly sweet. We'd go back.

Yelp
My family and I had a wonderful lunch outside on the porch! The food was delicious. I love how they extended their brunch hours! Sara was wonderful and attentive- and funny! All of the servers were kind and polite. We will be coming again!

Yelp
Stopped in for a drink and a bite to eat. Simple mission. First and foremost our service was great. Seated quick and the wait person came and got our water and drinks taken care of quick. Perfect. We ordered two salads a tuna poke with fresh tuna and a wedge with bacon, tomatoes and blue cheese with roasted chicken on it. The tuna came out great. My wedge had something laid across the top which was not bacon but some "fatty " replacement. I pulled it off onto a separate plate and put the $8 of pulled chicken on top from the Dixie cup sized cup on the plate. Chicken was cold which is fine but honestly it was at best 3 oz of chicken for $8. The blue cheese dressing was marginal at best and there were no other dressings to pair with it. Seriously who doesn't have French to go with blue cheese. While it was edible it was completely forgettable. Now the hard part. Glass of rose', Hendricks and Tonic and 2 salads. $98 with tip. Mind boggling. If you like 2 drinks and 2 salads for a $100 spend it's a perfect waste of money.

Yelp
ninetwentyfive, or 925 as I call it, is one of my coworkers and I's favorite places to hit up after work. Love the food, drinks, and ambiance; along with the fantastic bartenders such as Hayden, Parker, and Amanda.
