Always the best Japanese food in Denver and probably all of Colorado! I’ve been visiting the food truck start of pandemic! I just wish I could eat it everyday! If you haven’t tried this place, what are you waiting for? Plus the owner and staff are so humble, nice, friendly and generous! Thank you! Oh and all my friends I’ve bought Ninja Ramen as gifts said they love it too!

The food here is delicious and worth the cost. The lady who I’ve talked to both times I’ve eaten here was amazing. Eating in is great with a few people. Food was ready in ~15 minutes so order ahead and just ring their doorbell once you’re inside. My wife says the veggie ramen matches some of her favorite restaurants. 5 stars to staff and food!

Literally 10000/10!! First of all, the owners are the best humans you will ever meet in your life. Second of all, their food is the best in town. I’m a big fan of their yakisoba and of course the ramen is out of this world! You will upgrade your life by adding Ninja Ramen into your routine.

My husband and I have eaten here twice now. The food is incredible. I’m vegetarian and the veggie ramen has SO much flavor. The description doesn’t do it justice. My husband is a meat eater and there was so much food he had to take leftovers home. The veggie gyozas are lovely and very fresh. We have eaten in the small lobby both times and if the food wasn’t worth it, the staff would be. They are so kind and thoughtful. I would recommend ordering online ahead of time so you can ring the doorbell and have food ready to go when you get there.

I’m so excited about Ninja Ramen’s new location! They started as a food truck, so having a physical spot now with access to their delicious food every day is such a treat. You can order ahead online or when you arrive, and there’s seating both inside and outside. We had our dog with us, so we sat outside and had a great experience. Hiro and Midori are incredibly kind and clearly passionate about delivering high-quality, truly authentic Japanese food, which I deeply appreciate as someone who is Japanese. In a time when Japanese food has become trendy and often watered down, it’s rare to find a place that cares so much about getting it right. They even bring in alkaline water every other day because Japanese water is softer than typical U.S. water, and they want their ramen broth to taste just like it does in Japan. That kind of attention to detail is rare!! The ramen was amazing, the hospitality was warm, and I’m so happy to be able to enjoy Ninja Ramen whenever I want now. Arigatou gozaimasu!!!

Tried the Chicken Katsu Rice at Ninja Ramen and it did not disappoint! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—fried to golden perfection. The panko crust had that satisfying crunch, and the katsu sauce on top was sweet, tangy, and addictive.

Believe me when I say nobody does it like Ninja Ramen Mobile!! I can’t find another place serving fresh food with love and dedication like this. Such a lovely team who cooks with passion you can definitely taste in every meal offered. Cleanliness is outstanding, ordering is easy, the quality and portions of the meals are incomparable to others. I personally love their power bowl and any ramen being served. Highly, highly recommended!

This place is awesome! The food is so fresh and it was hot when it came out. The lady was so kind to make the Takoyaki for me.

We recently discovered that Ninja Ramen now has a homebase location that's open most days of the week--and we couldn't be more excited! We've loved them for a while, but having a permanent spot to visit makes it even better. Their vegetarian options are some of the best around--especially the vegan ramen, edamame, and vegetable spring rolls. Everything is high-quality, authentic, and absolutely delicious. You can tell that real care goes into every dish. On top of the great food, the service is always friendly and welcoming. This is a locally owned small business run by incredible people who clearly love what they do--and it shows. If you haven't tried Ninja Ramen yet, you're missing out. We can't recommend them enough!

The Ninja Ramen team were so friendly and punctual for the Teacher and Staff Appreciation lunch. They were able to cater to dietary restrictions and preferences. Orders were made quickly and the staff enjoyed the food and options. As a side note, a pop up tent covering was helpful during the rain, but would be good in warmer and sunny days as well.

Midori and her crew are awesome. They were at an event I attended so I had a chance to try their ramen. They recommended the shoyu ramen so I went with their suggestion. And in answer to their question of would I want it spicy I said 'yes!' A side of spicy miso was added. When they found out I would be driving about 40 minutes home for lunch, they suggested packing the soup separately. There is an extra charge of $1 for the container but I went with as I didn't want my noodles soggy. It was a great idea and I use the container for other things so I was fine with the extra fee. Warmed up the soup on reaching home and stirred in the spicy miso paste. Yum! Clean food truck, helpful servers and delish noodles - a win!

Amazing ramen and gyoza for a food truck! We went when they were parked at Longtable Brewhouse and it was lovely to sit outside with a beer and eat the delicious food. Plus they're dog friendly on the patio!

I've been patronizing Ninja Ramen for a few years now and I've never been disappointed with the tasty food or great service. My favorite dish is the Power Bowl which is a nice combination of chicken and ground pork over fried rice w/veggies, drizzled w/Japanese mayo...mmm, mmm, good!! I'm so glad they found a permanent spot in Park Hill that's open everyday except Monday. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed!

Ninja Ramen mobile has set an exceptionally high standard for when it comes down to food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. All around I had an excellent experience meeting the hard working team behind all the tasty food being served. I was full, satisfied with the taste along freshness, and left craving more! I've had nearly the entire menu and just about everything I can eat again and again without complaint. This is real food.

This is best place for authentic Japanese food! Chef Hiro is truly a master of his craft. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but definitely make sure you try the gyoza. They are handmade and so delicious! And if you like spicy food, you should add the spicy ground pork to your ramen.

This has been on my list for a while and it was surprisingly delicious or I was very hungry. There was a long line and it took a while for my food. The shoyu ramen was quite tasty and the broth was very flavorful. The meat was tender and soft to eat. I wish the egg was cooked like the ones in ramen restaurants with the runny yolk instead of a hard boiled egg. The noodles were chewy. There aren't any veggies like nori or boy choy except for green onion. It was like $16 for a bowl so it's on the pricier side but you will most likely be full afterwards if you're not a big eater. I went in with no expectations but it was tasty for ramen from a mobile truck.

Wow! What a gem. The ramen is delicious and there are several varieties including chicken, pork, veggie and simple. Gyozas are hand made and delicious. Shrimp tempura and egg rolls are crunchy and tasty and their dipping sauce options are great as well! And the people are the absolute nicest and so accommodating!! Thank you!!

Had this food truck at a local school function in park hill. Pricey ($16+ for a bowl), for ramen, but I guess when you're one of few options at a a large event you can charge what you want. Food was good though compared to the other options. Probably would seek this food truck out, but if it's at an event and not many other options I'd say it's good.

They were at my workplace's Employee Appreciation event, and out of all the other food trucks there, this one beckoned me with its shoyu siren song. I loved the lady who took my order, she was incredibly friendly and all genuine smiles! While I didn't get to interact with the whole crew, it was easy to tell from their demeanor that they're proud of their cooking and eager for folks to enjoy it. As for the ramen (served in a plain but easy-to-hold styrofoam cup), the pork was SO tender and flavorful. The broth was brilliantly perfect--not too salty, not too umami, just a satisfying blend that made my tastebuds dance! With the additional toppings, and the excellently-cooked noodles, I was in HEAVEN. Will have to keep tabs on where they're wheelin', because I won't wait for the next work event to nom their delicious dishes!!

Food was excellent! Got their food at a brewery. Service was great - employees were very friendly. They suggested favorites and the most popular dishes. I ended up getting the power bowl and was very happy with my decision. I would definitely get this again. The only reason I gave them a four was the price point. A little pricey for the potion size. Give it a try!

So happy to come across this food truck on my final day in Denver/Broomfield (traveling for work). Loved the chicken meatball skewers with a side of steamed rice! The chicken skewers are new on the menu. So flavorful and the sauce was excellent too (teriyaki-like). Came with some tomatoes and cucumbers! Liked the organization too--you get a buzzer for your order and it comes quickly! Really friendly servers! I highly recommend especially for something quick!

Love the ramen here, I fly here from Los Angeles just to eat and see my fav family team . I wish I could work here to get the secret recipes lol

I'm a food truck aficionado, and this is my FAVORITE truck, hands down! The ramen is incredible and I LOVE their spicy miso add-on. The gyoza is out of this world. So good!

I will need to chase this food truck down! It was at a local event I attended and I was surprised to see a true Japanese couple running it, they were speaking to each other in Japanese, that's when I know my food will be good, at least authentic! Never thought I'd enjoy Tonkatsu ramen and Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl in a foam cup and biodegradable bowl, respectively. And it wasn't because I had just spent the last hour bouldering (normally when you're spent and hungry, the food tastes extra good! But in this case, the food tasted extra because they were!) The ramen broth wasn't overly greasy yet tasted rich. The Teriyaki Chicken wasn't overly saucy yet it had flavor. I hope they do better and better and will open up an establishment so I can dine in whenever I wish! Until then, I'll just have to track them down!

Soooo sooo good! One of the absolute yummiest ramen I have had the pleasure of eating. What's also special about this food truck is the attention to the presentation of their scrumptious dishes. The service was friendly and fast too. I downloaded their app so I can go get their ramen anytime!

This food truck is AMAZING! We hired them for my dtr's wedding in salida and they were a huge hit. The dumplings and Ramen were perfectly delicious. The owners were incredibly sweet ! I recommend them highly !

This truck is amazing. I have never had anything from here that is bad. The customer service makes you know they actually appreciate you. They hands down make the best yakisoba in the state. Unfortunately for me they have quality control lop. It was not available today be the chef understands some days you're feeling it and other you're not. The sweet hostess make you feel valued! Never a point in time that I see this good yrust that I will not pull over. Their personality and appreciation is worth every dollar. Before I end this, a Custer order wasn't fulling completed they asked where they sat, and she personally walked it our. You know it good when they recognized regular customers. I feel they will have a cult following, if they don't already! I will be going to a regular location on Saturday that I k ow they will be!!

Got to try this recently and really enjoyed! Everything looked so good I had a hard time deciding but ended up going with the Yakisoba noodles and added a fried egg on top. Delicious and a really large portion as well.

This is easily my girlfriends and I favorite food truck in Denver. Not only are they super friendly people, but the food is delicious. We visit certain breweries around town just to eat from their truck. I can't recommend the dumpling bowl enough. Fried rice, pork, spicy meat, and of course dumplings! Go

The ramen is great makes you feel like you're actually at a restaurant having it. Very good customer service and not a long wait for the food. Can't go wrong Ninja Ramen Mobile!

Ninja Ramen indeed! Hard to believe that food this delicious came out of this little red good truck! I was lucky enough to find them at Danico Brewing on New Yesrs day and so glad I did! The pork gyoza was the perfect starter and do much more flavorful than you get at most locations. Both the Pork Ramen with Spicy Pork and the Soy Broth with chicken were fantastic And because I was sharing with several people we also added on a order of karahe chicken and it was the best we have had. The hot sauce and Japanese mayo that accompanied it were spot on perfect. Shout out to the super nice Asian couple that own the truck and cook the amazing food. I told you if it was as good as I read about that I would leave another great review! Can't wait to see you again! Come back to Danico! I will bring friends.

The BEST RAMEN on wheels in Denver! You have to try their bowls and ramen. Highly recommend - the owners also make the experience an 11/10. Very authentic and good quality ingredience. Go try them out!!

They have very friendly service and the best ramen I've had so far in Denver (out of 4 or 5 places). I had the miso ramen and pork gyoza. Both were very good.

Quarantine update - this ramen food truck is amazing! It parks in our neighborhood every Sunday and my wife and I have started a new ramen Sunday tradition. Great tasting ramen and very friendly staff. We showed up as they were closing down and opened everything back up to make us an order. Be prepared for the order to take a little while, but so worth it.

This food truck has super authentic, really flavorful yummy ramen and a few other Japanese items like dumplings and spicy tofu! They are always at 1st and Cherokee on Sunday afternoon / evenings right outside a brewery / coffee shop. I have been missing solid Japanese food since a recent visit to Japan and are very happy to have found this place!

I walked by Zuni brewery and was excited to see a ramen truck out front! Even in 90 degree weather, I'm not playing, it was a perfect 10 out of 10 experience. The food was so spot on with flavor. The price was perfect. And the customer service was fire. I look forward to running into ninja ramen food truck again!
