Google
The food is great, but sometimes the shift cook changes, and so the taste changes also. The service is great. One time, the server was old women she was one of the nises person that serves in Philadelphia. The atmosphere was when there were not a lot of people, but when to mach people it's simple to loud. There is a discount when you follow they Instagram or Facebook (15%OFF). I will recommend sushi with shrimps. Also, you can choose between 5-10 sushi pieces.

Google
We ordered some food here. However I have to be fair and truthful. We thought the service was good but the food was sup par. It was not great but it was not bad either. Just somewhere in between.

Liv Voce

Google
I really do love the food here—everything we ordered was delicious, and the service overall was fine. But I have to say, the leftover policy seriously rubbed me the wrong way. My mom and I came for the buy-one-get-one-free entrée deal. We ate at the restaurant, and like normal humans, we couldn’t finish everything. When we asked to take our own leftovers home, we were told no, because of the promo. I get not allowing people to box up untouched second meals—that’s fair. But this wasn’t that. We were just trying not to waste food we’d already paid for and partially eaten. It felt strict in a way that punishes people who actually came in to enjoy a meal—not people gaming the system. I’d love to come back for the food, but I really hope they reconsider how they apply this rule. It left a sour taste after an otherwise great meal.

Google
I’m impressed. Seriously. We passed by this place so many times and this is the first time we visited. I’m not disappointed. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is comfortable, the service is outstanding. The sushi rolls are huge. The fish taste fresh. My husband has the general tso and it was awesome. We got the jalapeño poppers for an app. Out of this world. Between my husband me and our daughters we shared everything and it was all delicious.my daughters yaki udon was one of the best I’ve tasted. The price actually very reasonable in comparison to other Japanese restaurants. The server was very attentive and polite. We’ll definitely be back.

Google
Sushi is soo fresh. The rolls are huge. We got 2 rolls each could not finish them... update from 1.3.25 still amazing. We got the big tray this time.

Google
Ordered for takeout and had to wait an extra 45 minutes on top of the 45 minutes wait time. The food was a little disappointing. We live just a few minutes away and the food was already barely warm and soggy by the time we got home. They also forgot our miso soups that comes with the bento boxes. The rolls though were fresh and soft and were really good. We did order on Mother’s Day so maybe a different day, food and service will be better.

Michael D Winston

Google
Besides our food taking extremely long, the quality of each dish was fantastic and totally full of flavor. Possibly my 3rd visit, and I will be back regardless of service time.

Yelp
my server ana was absolutely amazing. what a catch! she went to japan AND back for my miso soup. and oh my goodness, the rolls are incredible. what a great establishment. hoorah!

Yelp
I went here for the lunch special. It looks nice inside. We were taken to the upstairs area on the large staircase. Service was good at first, but our server became hard to find. The special was a buy one/ get one. There are 5 cooked, 5 raw, and 5 veggie rolls to select from. (Roughly $5). I was troubled that each sushi roll did not have actual pieces of fish, but rather a fish slurry within the rice and seaweed wrap. It was the same for the spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and others. I don't think I want to come back, even for the price. The mealy contents of the roll makes me uncomfortable. I'd rather have a piece of fish. Maybe the things absent from the lunch menu are better?

Yelp
Not my favorite sushi spot. It is a local spot in my neighborhood but every time I come it's over crowded and I don't get why everyone loves it. The last time I came the floors were sticky and it had a strange smell in the dining room. The sushi rolls are small and really aren't that great. Only thing I like here is the pineapple rice. Not my favorite sushi restaurant in the area.

Stephen H.

Yelp
I enjoy a good Japanese hibachi restaurant. This place provides good food and service. I highly recommend

Yelp
Ninja is our favorite sushi spot. We're usually seated in the second floor, which has a nice ambiance. Plenty of people around us, but quiet enough to have a nice conversation. Service is fast and the specialty rolls are always on point. Our favorite last time was the black angel roll. We went with the vegetable gyoza as an appetizer last time, which was delicious. Excited to try fried calamari next time.
google avatar

Kelli M.

Yelp
It's Friday during lent and I can't imagine anything better than sushi from our favorite place. I usually get the same rolls but today I tried 3 new rolls. The supreme roll is shrimp tempura inside and spicy crab on the outside- it's my new favorite I loved it. The crispy spicy tuna and the black Angel were both also really good. My other half got the shrimp hibachi and loved it like always. My go to is usually the kani roll. Either way I feel like yuh can't go wrong with what yuh order here. I have enough left over for my dinner too.

Yelp
Food, Service, Atmosphere are all just wonderful! By far one of the better resturants in the bucks county area!

Amerkhon A.

Yelp
Food was good , Service is top notch , Inside needs a little bit of renovation! I've tried their chicken and shrimp hibachi would highly recommend it.

Yelp
I recently visited this place, and it exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was inviting, the service impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it for a great experience!

Yelp
typically im not a huge hibachi fan but... i must say, best tuna rolls i ever had... so fresh.. the pigment, the flavor. No roughage parts, just 100% fresh everything nd perfected... best chicken, loved the sauce, best shrimp.. best rice... overall just great food. a 9.8pt hibachi restaurant, nd like i said im a hard critic when it comes to hibachi grills.

Yelp
A friend has been recommending this place for months, constantly touting the cheap prices. Unfortunately the 50% off everything, all the time is just a gimmick. Our bill was not much less than our regular sushi spot. I wish we had gone there instead. When we arrived we were immediately seated downstairs instead of up, which was more lively and had nicer decor. Downstairs booths have very dim lighting and menus were tough to read without our phone's flashlight. Service was friendly but slow even though we were the only people there. Now for the sushi; I think their 50% off refers to the quality of the food. The fish was limp and warm. Sauces all tasted the same and the sushi that was not supposed to be spicy... was hot and spicy. We even double checked with our server and he confirmed that it was not spicy. Oh well, he was wrong and so were we for listening to our friend. We didn't complain about our orders. It took so long to get our food we didn't feel like waiting for more terrible sushi. We couldn't wait to leave. Definitely a one and done. We won't be back.
google avatar

Yelp
Really nice sushi spot in the area. Would definitely recommend for a quick dinner or a lunch with friends. The interior is very clean and stylish. The service here is super friendly and the waitress was constantly checking in on us. They no longer accept the Yelp check in offer apparently but our waitress was kind enough to honor it anyway and gave us a free order of edamames. Loved my gyoza and the portion was very filling.

Yelp
Okay, to be fair, we ate here sometime before the pandemic, so it was years ago, not sure if things have changed or not, regardless, we aren't going back. My wife and I love Japanese style hibachi food, Ninja opened, we figured, a new place, let's give it a shot. I get the chicken and steak combo, veggies, rice, soup, salad, she got just a steak combo. Salad, soup was good, than the main course comes out. There was some kind of slime over the food. Not sure what it was, but, it ruined the meal. Sorry for the graphic, but, it resembled mucus. It really ruined the everything, I can't remember what it tasted like, because of that. My stomach is doing somersaults thinking about that.

Dorina N.

Yelp
I didn't enjoy the sushi here. It did not taste fresh, nor delicious. Very disappointed
google avatar

Josh S.

Yelp
Short review - out of all of the meals ordered over this covid-19 lockdown thing ... this meal was by far the best of 'em all. the chicken tempura roll was not quite on par with Ahi sushi but everything else was far superior. I especially enjoyed the pineapple fried rice. Looking to order out sushi ? Ninja will not disappoint.
google avatar

Yelp
I went to this place for lunch and had a pretty good experience! They had great lunch specials which was great! I got the teriyaki salmon which was really good. I also had avocado rolls which were great. But what took the icing was the FRIED ICE CREAM. Like whyyyyyy was it soooooooo goooodddddd! Like i was super stuffed already but could not stop eating it! Like omg. I feel as though I had fried ice cream before but never was it so good. Service could have been a little bit better especially since the place was empty. they also made my friend the wrong meal, which they took back without an issue, issued an apology and then returned shortly after with the right meal. BUT BACK TO THIS FRIED ICE CREAM. get the green tea fried ice cream and thats alllll ima say.
google avatar

Yelp
Once you arrive, you go upstairs to be seated. I think downstairs is only for take out. We were seated quickly and the menu offers a lot of varieties of sushi rolls and hibachi. This restaurant is BYOB which is awesome. I ordered hibachi and sushi for 2 which included miso soup and salad. The soup was alright and salad dressing was great however they didn't cut the lettuce small enough (personal preference) hibachi foods tasted yummy but in the end it was too sweet with the sauce. Sushi for 2 includes 14 pc of sushi, spicy tuna roll and a chef special that you can pick. The special roll I picked was very good and I was full of that. Bathrooms are behind the stairs where the tv is at
google avatar

Lacey G.

Yelp
Ordered delivery sushi. It was fresh and absolutely delicious. It came timely and did not disappoint. I got fairly simple rolls because I just had abdominal surgery and had to keep it light, with the exception of one raw roll. Normally I'd go 100% raw but I tried a bunch of cooked rolls and ordered one sashimi roll. Wouldnt hesitate to order again.
google avatar

Jennie S.

Yelp
Wow. This place is a hidden gem. We were invited here for a small party and everything was amazing! The servers were really attentive and nice, and the food was really good! The rolls were HUGE and definitely worth the price. I'll be back.
google avatar

Jason L.

Yelp
Sashimi is really fresh! Age tofu is crispy outside and tender inside, it taste great with the sauce. The environment is good, staffs are friendly.
google avatar

Inessa B.

Yelp
Not for me, I got sick more then once eating sushi there. It used to be clean when it first opened.
google avatar

Cameron B.

Yelp
My wife and I eat here every time we come back here, we especially love the Chicken Tempura, nowhere else does it like Ninja. I always enjoy their Dragon Roll and Mexican Roll. I will say service was okay, but their quality sushi made up for it.
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
Great selection of sushi. Great prices. Hibachi is YUGE and wonderfully prepared. Prices are reasonable. Great service. Parking can be dicey.
google avatar

Orli G.

Yelp
The sushi here is always a good go-to. The restaurant wasn't that busy yet we waited a really long time to get our sushi which was frustrating. Casual setting.
google avatar

Iryna H.

Yelp
So they have opened for dine in and when i went there their prices went up. I mean the quality is good, but now it will be my second favorite spot.
google avatar

Jack M.

Yelp
The food is great here! The menu is large and has something for everyone. Been coming here often over the past year.

Lauren E.

Yelp
I used to go there a couple times a week. The staff was always nice and the food was good for the price. I stayed with them through price increase once and then twice. But the third time, they raised the prices to the moon! $30 for 4 cucumber rolls! $30 !!! Unreal.... I haven't been there in months. Go to Shogun in bensalem! It's so so good there and the prices are reasonable!

Yelp
Just ordered through Door Dash. I ordered it at 9:00 after not eating all day. I realize it was close to closing time but as a business owner myself, i treat my last client as I do my first. I ordered spicy yellow tail roll, sweet potato roll and shrimp pad Thai. This was my first time eating from Ninja and it will be my last. The spicy yellowtail roll smelled funky but gave it a go anyway. It tasted just as bad but figured it may have been a 1 off. I then ate the sweet potato roll which wasn't the best I've had but wasn't the worst either so I ate it. Once opening the Pad Thai it didn't even have a smell. Normally the spices and flavors instantly hit you. Nope. Again, one bite and done. I am so disappointed. I just spent close to $30 that went right into the trash. I will never again eat from this place. Totally gross!

Yelp
I hate to say this, but I don't think I will ever come back to this establishment. The experience I had here a few days ago was absolutely horrendous. When we arrived, the host downstairs told us to proceed upstairs and someone up there would seat us. We were seated at a corner table, and it looked like they had placed us there because we were a small party of 2. Well, we were ignored most of the night. In fact, the waitress took 15 mins just to bring a water and a coke to the table. We ordered Vegetable Pad Thai noodles to share and I ordered a miso soup. The miso soup came out and was lukewarm. Our Pad Thai also looked like it had been sitting when the waitress brought it to the table. It came out with our order of sushi. It was just a weird setup. I would've preferred to eat the noodles before my actual meal. The biggest issue here was the service. Our waitress would make eye contact with us and then just walk away to wait on another table. She didn't come over to ask if we needed drink refills, napkins, if our food came out okay, NOTHING. She was very scatterbrained and didn't pay attention to us at all. She was waiting on the entire back section of the restaurant and it wasn't a busy night. Another waiter came over to assist us and he took care of us the rest of the night. He wasn't that much better, but he took our plates off the table when we finished eating and he brought us our drink refills. It took forever for us to get the bill. I will not be returning. They need to step up their service if they wish to bring in more clients.

Yelp
This place has some of the best deals on sushi around. They give you a lot of good quality sushi for very reasonable prices. I personally usually get the Hawaiian Roll and Chicken Tempura Roll with a main dish of Chicken Hibachi. It can take a little bit long for your food to come out, but I feel that the prices make up for that, besides it just allows you to talk whoever you're with more.
google avatar

Alia N.

Yelp
Very delicious and fresh foods. I definitely recommend and always pick up and order when in the area. It's one of the good places in northeast for authentic sushi and actually have a nice milky taste to the rice.

Johnny S.

Yelp
Food is ok. Much better sushi just north and south of it. But they sell beer so that's a plus. Service is extremely slow even when there aren't a lot of customers. Don't go if you have got somewhere to be anytime soon. You'll still be waiting for your order.
google avatar

Rachel H.

Yelp
Love Ninja. I've never eaten inside their restaurant, but my office does takeout from them every once in awhile (not often enough). Sushi can be very sketchy, fairly easily and the quality of this place is great. Prices are on par for quality sushi as well.

Yelp
I been to this restaurant quite a few times for lunch, dinners and special occasions.  The food is good but the service is lacking.  At prime eating times you can wait anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour for your sushi.  This long wait gives you an opportunity to chat and drink your byob wine (or other drink of choice) but if you are in a rush or looking for a quick bite-this place is not for you.   I typically go for the 2 for $20 deal they offer when I visit.  The 2fer comes with an soup or salad, an appetizer to share and two 2 entrees.  The entrée can be a hibachi mean or 2 regular rolls and 1 special roll.  I always opt for the sushi and my goto's are shrimp tempura, spicy crab and the kani Roll.  The kani Roll is my favorite roll-it's basically a fried California roll.  It may sound strange but it tastes delish.    I haven't been here for a few weeks after waiting over an hour and a birthday dinner.  I would just order take out but I don't for 2 reasons.  1. Sushi is best fresh and 2. the 2fer deal is not available with takeout.

Yelp
This place will be on my list to visit when I'm in the area, it was great! I ordered the hibachi vegetables meal which came with rice and sauce. I also ordered cooked salmon rolls and spring rolls. All was perfect! Much better than I expected. I would recommend!

Megan T.

Yelp
We ordered three different hibachi meals for pick up. The chicken, shrimp and filet mignon. Usually when I order hibachi for pickup/deliceru I already don't expect it to be as good as it would be in the restaurant. The food thought wasn't that great compared to what I've gotten from other places. It was a little too sweet and seemed to have teriyaki sauce all over it (meat, veggies etc.), but even the teriyaki didn't taste right. I don't know if is my personal pallet that made it taste like this or if it was a one time mix up, but there are definitely better hibach options in the surrounding area.
google avatar

Crystal B.

Yelp
Amazing sushi! So many options, great prices. Exceptional service. I ordered two different rolls and both were exquisite! I ordered edemame and even saved room for desert.
google avatar

Ling P.

Yelp
Ninja Sushi Hibachi is LIT. When I say lit, I mean the lights. The restaurant is decorated year round with lots of lights like it's Christmas or New Years, so you can't miss it when driving down Bustleton Ave. I decided to plan a friend's birthday dinner here. The service was slow. It took 30 minutes to receive our appetizers and entrees. I started with the Avocado Salad and a Miso Soup. The Avocado Salad was fresh and delicious. The Miso Soup tasted decent as expected. My BF and I shared a variety of Nigiri sushi and rolls. The pieces of fish were generous, but not fresh. The quality was lacking. None of the rolls tasted spectacular. I was not impressed. They don't offer mochi ice cream or any ice cream here, which is strange to me. They do offer truffles for dessert, which is a bit odd for a sushi restaurant. Overall, not the best experience in regards to food & service. I've had better.

Yelp
Sitting here at the end of my meal and updating my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Why...? Let me make my case by describing my most recent visit. 1. It's prime time on a Thursday night, the restaurant looks busy, and we're told it will be a 10 minute wait for a party of two. We're seated in about 2 minutes. 2. As we walk upstairs to be seated, we're greeted by a man who's face seems to just naturally be in a smile. (: Makes us feel welcome and takes us to our seats. 3. Our drink order was taken promptly, and out came 2 glasses of Cabernet FILLED TO THE BRIM! Well worth the $5.50 4. Free edamame (huge basket) is brought out as part of a promotion when we check in on yelp. 5. Sushi chef brings us a beautiful dish (actually two beautiful dishes for my wife and I) -- a core of crab meat delicately wrapped in an outer layer of sliced avocado -- and say it's on the house. When the server takes our plates I ask what it's called so we can order it again -- turns out it's not even on the menu! (: 6. My wife ordered a Lobster Bomb Roll, I ordered the chicken/steak hibachi and we got a spider roll to split. Everything came out gorgeously plated and the food was delicious. 7. For dessert, the peanut butter and spumoni truffles absolutely hit the spot. 8. And finally, when the check came, it came with two guava candies (which happen to be my wife's favorite). That made her happy, and the fact that the check didn't hurt my wallet made ME happy. Only downside of the whole evening is that as I'm leaving, my stomach now hurts -- but hey, that's on me for eating like a fat man! So anyway, that's why I'm giving Ninja 5 stars. We need to come here more often!

Gulzat B.

Yelp
I really like that place. Service was good and fast. I would choose it again and again
google avatar

Erin F.

Yelp
If a friend were to ask me where I wanted to go for sushi I normally will always pick Ninja. It's close to where I live and their sushi is just too good. I've been here too many times to count and I can only think of one time where my service really wasn't great. Since the good outweighs the bad this place definitely gets four stars from me. It's rare that I don't order the miso soup for a starter. I love me a good cup of miso. For my sushi entree, if I'm not sharing with a friend I usually will only order two rolls. There sushi has always filled me up SO quick. If I could confidently recommend any of the rolls it would definitely be their Spider/Dragon roll, Spicy Tuna roll, and their Rainbow Roll. MMM, just so good. When you walk in you are usually told to walk upstairs and 9 out of 10 times you're greeted immediately and brought to a table. The restaurant is clean and it's BYOB which is always a positive!
google avatar

Alexandra G.

Yelp
As always, my lunch at Ninja was truly enjoyable. I just love everything about this place. The decor is so funky and cute, I'm totally obsessed with the upside down roses hanging from the ceiling. The lunch menu is so reasonable. I always order the Chicken Hibachi ($6.99) You start with a bowl of miso soup and a salad. The Hibachi chicken is paired with fried rice and mixed vegetables- "yum-yum" sauce and ginger sauces on the side. Whatever is in that sauce that they use here to cook everything in is simply delicious. I specifically come to this restaurant to have this meal. The service is good and fast. In and out during lunch hour. I would recommend coming here!!!

Yelp
I hate writing this as I used to love this place. Service and food has deteriorated over the past few years (I believe under new management?). But nothing is as HORRIBLE as the system they have in place for contactless pickup during the virus. Wanted to support a local business that my family has gone to for years. Signs outside say they will call you when order is ready.... VERY misleading. Don't wait for the call... you'll wait forever. Finally called after waiting an extra 20 to be informed the food had been ready. Because it's so unorganized, they have a line of more than 10 people (some not wearing masks or more than 6 feet away) all waiting for their food with different pickup times. No one was able to get ahold of My order that was for pickup at 5:30 wasn't in my hands till after 6:30. Shame on you! Contactless for them and dangerous for their customers. Figured this was maybe just a confusion this day since it was a Sunday afternoon. Nope... same thing happened today after giving it a second try. Will not be returning even after quarantine is over! Do better Ninja!
google avatar

Joe A.

Yelp
I live in the neighborhood behind the restaurant so it's always an option in a pinch. They have rolls that are competitively priced and lots of options to choose from. I've gotten the pineapple chicken fried rice a few times and it never disappoints. Staff is friendly and the environment is relaxed.
google avatar

Sajida F.

Yelp
It's been about two years since I've order from Ninja and I have to say, the quality of the maki rolls is definitely not what it used to be. Very disappointed and will order from other local sushi spots instead.
google avatar

Jansu T.

Yelp
I came here with my cousin for dinner. We ordered vegetable gyoza and shrimp shumai both steamed. I have ordered this appetizer before and I did not have a problem but for some reason this day the gyoza and shumai were a bit cold. They were not hot/warm. I was disappointed. I would recommend getting them both fried. I had that before and it was just right! Aside from that, this is my go to place for sushi not only because the prices are affordable but also because it tastes so good.
google avatar

Jocelyn L.

Yelp
I've been coming to Ninja since the day it opened years ago and never had a negative experience. The food is delicious, the ambiance is perfect and the entire wait staff are always so accommodating. Their prices are very reasonable too! Ninja is THE BEST!

Kezia S.

Yelp
There are no words for how delicious the sushi is here! I come here often and never leave disappointed!

Yelp
Today was my first time here. The service was actually better than I expected. The waiters checked up a couple of times to see how everything was doing which was nice. I was a bit hesitant since I saw other reviews about their "poor" service. However, today proved me wrong. The food was also good. I would say that the wait for the food wasn't bad either. I really enjoyed the fried ice cream, too! Overall, I liked it.
