One of the best food experiences I had during my trip to Japan. This restaurant is located in a quiet area not far from Pontocho alley, so very easy to reach. It has just 6 seats facing the chef’s table, in a warm and cozy ambience. The omakase experience was amazing, the squid sashimi was mindblowing, as well as the tempura and the carbon grilled wagyu. The best seasonal ingredients were selected throughout the menu, making every bite unforgettable. I loved the last dish, a few slices of the juicest Red Madonna, so simple and yet so chic. Should deserve a Michelin star. Staff was very kind and friendly, 100% recommended.
