Niras

"The interior is inspired by nature, with soft lighting setting the mood to showcase the harbour view. On the menu, European techniques underpin modern Thai cooking, while authentic spices and sauces imbue globally sourced produce with punchy flavours and aromas. Choose between the 4- and 6-course dinner set menus. Alternatively, order chargrilled Aussie lobster with tom yum sauce on top. As well as wine, Niras also offers sake and kombucha food pairings." - Michelin Inspector

It was such an enjoyable and amazing culinary experience. We chose the 4 course tasting menu and added the signature lobster. The flavours and textures were delicately balanced. Every dish sang the beautiful Thai flavours such as those from lemongrass, coconut milk, Thai red curry, Thai basil and of course with the slight spicy kick. I wouldn't recommend people who cannot tolerate spicy food to come nonetheless. My favourite dishes would be their signature lobster and the dessert (pineapple mille-feuille). We enjoyed their service and the staffs were knowledgeable with the preparation of food and the wine selection. So do come if you're are looking for a Thai fine-dining place.

Chef Ton is one of Thailand's most famous award-winning chefs, his restaurant Le Du received a Michelin star ⭐️ and was ranked No. 1 in Asia's Best 50 Restaurants🌏. Another of his restaurants-Nusara also ranked third ✅ Niras offers a wide range of Thai dishes that are visually stunning and delicious

So good. Such special flavors and unique dishes are rare to find in HK. Highly recommended. We had the 4-course dinner tasting menu and added their signature grilled lobster. Each dish was meticulous and had tasted of different textures, spices, and cooking methods. Not sure if I could pick a favorite; the amadai and crab dishes were particularly memorable, while the grilled lobster was fresh, intense, and paired with rice that was uniquely prepared and ‘interactive’. The oyster dish was my least favorite, not because it wasn’t good, but because the other dishes were much better. The strengths in the kitchen continued to the dessert, with a delicate and special rendition of the mango sticky rice. 9/10 would recommend.

At K11 Thai Fine Dining, I enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes. The highlights included tender Beef Tataki with lime-infused egg yolk sauce, a crispy Curry Ball with pickled radish and fish roe, and the refreshing Oyster Egg Jelly served with mango salad. The Signature Grilled Lobster impressed with its Thai flavors, accompanied by a crispy Thai-style omelette and tangy tamarind sauce. For dessert, the Pineapple Paffait combined coconut and pineapple flavors in a crispy choux pastry. The Petit Four selection offered a delightful assortment of treats. Overall, it was a memorable Thai fine dining experience.

We tried the 6-course tasting menu. Every dish was flavourful, infused with distinctly Thai flavours but refined to the level of fine dining. From the amuse bouche right to the dessert, every item was flawlessly executed. The service was great too, the waiters explained each of the dishes, and didn’t rush us even after 11pm. The decor and seating is comfortable too. Strongly recommend.

We had the most enchanting experience at NiRas 🌟 Located at K11 Musea, this treasure is helmed by renowned Thai chef ChefTon who has a Michelin Star restaurant in Thailand, and it took us on an unforgettable gastronomic journey. From the moment we stepped in, the elegant ambiance and breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour captured our hearts. The fine dining atmosphere perfectly complemented the innovative and contemporary Thai cuisine that awaited us. NiRas masterfully blended traditional flavors with local, fresh ingredients sourced from Thailand 🇹🇭, resulting in a truly unique dining experience. 😛

Excellent food and service Same casual relaxed feeling atmosphere as LeDu in Thailand. The taste absolutely bright back some great memories 🥰 All the sauces have many different layers of taste, and accompanied well with the dish. Every element is essential to the dish even a hint of acidity from the lemon~ The tasting menu will be updated so I don’t go through dish by dish here, BUT, the Lobster!! The signature dish from LeDu, it’s a must!!!!!! The tomyum sauce with the omelette pieces, OMG. The lobster is very fresh, absolutely in heaven 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 The bowl of rice is a Thai version of risotto 💛 full of flavour and it’s purple rice 🥰 Will be back for the other half of the menu What I have here is the 4 course menu They have 6 courses also, but I have to leave room for the lobster 🦞
