So good. Such special flavors and unique dishes are rare to find in HK. Highly recommended.
We had the 4-course dinner tasting menu and added their signature grilled lobster. Each dish was meticulous and had tasted of different textures, spices, and cooking methods.
Not sure if I could pick a favorite; the amadai and crab dishes were particularly memorable, while the grilled lobster was fresh, intense, and paired with rice that was uniquely prepared and ‘interactive’. The oyster dish was my least favorite, not because it wasn’t good, but because the other dishes were much better.
The strengths in the kitchen continued to the dessert, with a delicate and special rendition of the mango sticky rice.
9/10 would recommend.
