Nisen sushi is an awesome spot. Great volcano rolls and amazing atmosphere. Tom the owner is a great guy and the staff is top notch

Google
Awful service. Took about 10 minutes to get a drink and I had to remind the waitress multiple times to bring out my food/drinks. I understand once forgetting an order but this accrued 6 total times throughout my meal. My oysters never even came. This drew the line for me. Atmosphere was overall okay. Water tasted like it was laced with bleach. Overall not a great experience. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.

Google
Our first sushi experience in commack. Fresh fish!! We tried the crispy tuna rice which was still warm and freshly cooked. The otoro tartare was smooth and salty. I wish they served it with chips or some rice to balance out the saltiness. Still tasty and would order again regardless. We tried Nisen roll, TNT (our favorite!! The side sauce is delicious) and happy lobster roll. The blood orange margarita was also a delicious cocktail. We were greeted by Jeremiah who checked up on us and was very kind. The servers were all professional and kind. Fast service, we had a great time. Beautiful inside. We will be returning very soon!

This is a great place to go for a Quality Sushi Dinner. The atmosphere is fantastic, it's decorated beautifully with a "modern class", it has a great bar, regular tables and private booths. Everybody is so friendly, and the food is Artistic and delicious. My family has been going there for years, and we're VERY "Picky" about our sushi.🧐😏 Looking forward to many more meals there. 🍣 Live music also. 🥂 🎶 * We dine in, take out aaaaand get delivery! 🙂

Google
We love coming to Nisen! Always great atmosphere, excellent service and amazing food selection! It’s definitely one of our favorite local spots! Well would recommend it to everyone!!!

Ashley Marra

Google
Food was incredible as always.. but even better with the music filling the atmosphere. So exciting. Keep the genre for Friday nights because THIS is what we need after a hard week at work 🙌🏼

Jenn Palencia

Google
This is THE best sushi spot on Long Island. The fish is super fresh and the rice is perfect! The ambiance and the staff are above and beyond. There is no other sushi spot I would recommend! A must try!!! And the drinks are equally as delicious!

Google
Great sushi! Nice surroundings. Friendly servers. Nothing bad to say.

Yelp
Always fresh good service very consistent . Beat sushi in the area live music was a bit of a distraction very loud in a small space

Yelp
Came in for a take out order today. Waited for 50 minutes for 2 lunch specials. Front desk unorganized, nobody should wait 50 minutes was tempted to leave but was hungry. Missing utensils and napkins. Unreal. Please change the front desk staff. Help your business.

Yelp
Came here for happy hour/date night because the menu looked pretty good, and we decided to switch it up from our usual sushi spot (Miko). We kicked things off with drinks--I got a margarita, but it was so bitter I couldn't even power through it. My boyfriend got the Tropical Cyclone, which was eh but still better than my drink. We then ordered the pan-fried shrimp gyozas. Except they weren't really pan-fried--just kind of soggy and room temp. We couldn't even pick them up with our chopsticks without them falling apart. The crispy rice tuna.. Just okay. You only get three pieces, and for the price, it's not worth it. The spicy tuna wontons were another miss--bland and didn't care for them. The fried calamari. Mostly breading. Hard pass. The shrimp tempura roll saved the night--it was actually good! The sweet potato roll. Just Eh, not a fan. The service wasn't terrible but not the best. I really wanted to like this place, but between the drinks and the so-so food, I just don't have anything exciting to say.

Yelp
Ordered the Bento Box Online ordering indicates Bento Box A includes fried shumai (doesn't specify what meat), seaweed salad, one choice of three rolls (california, spicy tuna, spicy salmon), tempura or teriyaki staples, and miso soup or salad. Not much detail is given about this. Wife wanted noodles (no option to switch or upgrade :( ) and ginger dressing for the salad. I assumed the ginger came with the salad and I was right. The salad came in a little plastic container similar to what traditionally comes in wonton soup. The seaweed salad was a decent portion. Shumai tasted like shrimp, but I am still unsure. A pile of white rice and chicken teriyaki with two pieces of broccoli and some baby carrots. Not sure if baby carrots are traditional in this type of order, but they were literally like the grocery store baby carrots. The sauce was a little watery and had some type of cabbage under the chicken. It tasted pretty good mixed with the white rice. Portion was good too. All in all, I would order again because $25 is not bad for this quantity of food. The chicken was standard chicken breast, didn't seem to be seasoned or anything, but the sauce makes up for that. The sauce with the shumai is excellent, will be ordering that on the side in the future. * * * UPDATE * * *: Ordered a kani salad that was too much food with the bento box, so I put it in the fridge around 10pm and ate it the next day at 12pm. It was inedible. Perhaps it doesn't refrigerate well. Also had some of the bento box sushi. The sushi rice became hard, which was expected. Everything else about it was fine. 2/5 on the leftovers

Yelp
Everything tasted so good. Birthday celebration was celebrated with a sparkling candle on a cake I ordered. We all loved our order and agreed that we need to come back.

Yelp
Very disappointed. Emailed company that they left part of my take out order out. Just a condiment you charged me $1.75 plus tax for. I asked for a refund, but just for that small amount. The rest of the meal was great and my email went unanswered. Not cool. Will not come back.

Yelp
As much as I wanted to gate keep this place, I can't anymore lol. It's just way too good. The food was absolutely amazing. Top notch sushi and apps. The service was great, they were very attentive. The ambiance is also great as they have some live music, we went on a weekend so I'm not sure if they have it all the time. They have a great happy hour menu as well. We ordered a bunch of different things. From duck bao buns, Kobe sliders, spicy kani said, rock shrimp, shumai to sushi. Everything was absolutely incredible. This might be my new fav sushi spot on Long Island. The food was super fresh and everything was spot on. I will definitely return to this spot.

Yelp
Nisen Sushi is fantastic, a very affordable and nice place for dinner and drinks. We have visited the restaurant several times and have always enjoyed the food and ambiance. The owner Tom came to our table to thank us for visiting his restaurant and made us feel at home. If you like sushi this is a place that you need to go too. Steve E

Yelp
Called in an order for a small rice 2 rolls and a soup to go. The lady told me 30 minute wait as it is Friday. I told the lady I was waiting in the parking lot and could they expedite it. She said she would try and call me when ready. 30 minutes later still waiting. Another 5 go by and I go in. One of the ladies had me waiting another 5 and asked me to pay. So I said how much longer. The actual woman who I spoke with comes in and says it will be another 15 to 20 minutes. She said they ran out of rice. I told her she should have called me because she knew I was waiting in the car. She said oh well. Mind you we've been coming here for years. Foods a hit or miss. Either great or so so.

Yelp
Worst restaurant experience, by far, that I have ever had. First off, the floor of the restaurant is so sticky, that I actually walked out of my shoe, getting to the table. What a yucky feeling, to keep sticking to the floor. My party of six was seated, and menus were not handed to us, but scattered on the table...waited forever to have one of the service staff come over to take our orders, or answer any questions. An obvious attitude was evident in the three people who were servers in the almost empty restaurant. Food finally arrived, and the waitress did not stop over at the table once to see how things were going. Several members of the group mentioned that their food was barely warm. There is no way that I would every return to Nisen Sushi...if you want sushi, try going somewhere else, where the floor doesn't take your shoe off, the wait staff acts like they are happy to be your server, and the food is cooked properly. Tried giving zero stars, but was not able to do that!

Yelp
Had the best dinner at Nisen! The servers Sandy and Eileen were attentive and so fun! The quality of the food is always consistent. Some food highlights from our meal included the big eye tuna sashimi app, rock shrimp, yellowtail belly sushi, Otoro sashimi, black pepper tuna sashimi salad, and soft shell crab bao buns. Nisen is a can't miss sushi experience on LI!

Yelp
What a wonderful experience. The sushi was so fresh and delightful. Came here a bit late at night, but still felt welcomed and at home. Fun and bright energy on a Friday night. Ordered tuna carpaccio, beef negimaki and revived a complimentary bowl of edamame for checking in on Yelp! Woohoo! Entree was a variety of rolls and all super fresh and tasteful. Can't wait to come back.

Yelp
This place is so cute inside! The booths look comfy but we sat in the middle of the dining area facing the sushi bar. The sushi here is fresh and became new favorite place for sushi! We had steak teriyaki and had a bunch of sushi and sashimi rolls. Had lobster, caviar, Dix Hills, pepper tuna, salmon, Boston and sea bass rolls with shrimp tempura app share and my favorite rolls are Dix hills, Pepper tuna rolls and salmon sashimi! Our waitress, Selena was patient and really friendly. We got a blue fin tuna roll on the house which was plated really nice and tasted even better! Will be back!

Haley D.

Yelp
I am here right now actually and can't wait to write this review. I can't even say worst service because there was none! This place has one other table sat right and now; we have been checked on not one time, we had to get up to ask one of the waitress whom were all standing talking to each other paying no attention to us to get us water and to get the check. they got our order wrong 2 times and the food was not good. The lobster tacos were like biting into civeche that sat on a taco shell for an hour, the gyoza was luke warm, crispy rice not crispy, chicken came out with rice when it said mash potatoes so unfortunately cannot review those. We could never find a waitress so we weren't able to say anything to have it fixed. Extreme attitude when we did ask for something such as water. Used to be so loyal but I don't know what happened. Won't be back and next time will go to taco tuesday at cabo fresh next door

Yelp
I frequented this restaurant several years ago when they had sushi and drink specials for Happy Hour. I stopped by here recently and was told that Happy Hour is no more. Patrons dine only at the tables. The sushi and drinks fell off, meaning that they are not as tasty as they were when I dined here every Friday evening ten years ago. My go-to order is the Beauty Alaska Roll, which is made with salmon, crunch, spicy aioli and salmon on top. They made it with just a touch of aioli, which is what I like because too much aioli will give me an upset stomach. The Spicy Kani salad had too much aioli. The lychee martini was made using orange vodka and lychees. I prefer lychee vodka, like the one they used a decade ago. The menu is still creative. The customer service is still the exemplary. I just won't come back here until Happy Hour returns and I can try other drinks and sushi on the menu.

Yelp
Nisen used to be great. they are awful now. their prices skyrocketed and their service has gone downhill. total disaster on New Years Eve. waiting two hours for a simple takeout order. and that was at 5 pm. totally understand that sushi chefs can get a little behind but the restaurant was not full and people were getting furious. They refused to refund our money not caring about customers' time or patience. They simply said "sorry" and offered no discount...no compensation for our wasted time. there will be NO next time. sad because Nisen was our go-to restaurant but they clearly don't care about us, our time, or our loyalty. absolutely unacceptable. my $130 order will be our last.

Yelp
Visited Nisen recently for a sushi dinner and was very satisfied. Food - 4.5 / 5 I had the chirashi, which is my go-to order for sushi. I was impressed - a good mix of fish, that was fresh and tasty. One of the fish was a bit tough, but the remainder had good texture and plenty of them. Service - 4 / 5 felt that service could have been a bit quicker given the restaurant was not too busy when we visited. Took some time to take our order Ambience - 5 / 5, Nisen has a very nice decor, quite sleek and lots of booth options which are ideal for larger parties. Value - 3.5 / 5 Nisen is expensive compared to other sushi places in the area. While some of that goes to the nice decor, I still think there's too much of a "premium" built in for a $35 chirashi. Overall 4 / 5 good quality sushi if you don't mind paying for it.

Yelp
One of my favorite places in Commack! It never disappoints whether in person or delivery. The filet mignon, the sushi, the bok choy, rice all of it is delicious - chef's kiss!

Eve C.

Yelp
This is my new go-to place on LI. Very fresh sushi ! I actually prefer to drive the distance rather than go to Kotabuki a mile from my house, for their great varied selection . I had the mango shrimp roll and spider roll which was delicious and well priced . The sushi platter had fresh ikura and the ginger is also not dried out like in other restaurants . The salad dressing was tasty and service was nice.

Yelp
Went last March and the sushi was amazing. Was excited to go back last night to celebrate my birthday with friends. We had ordered drinks and were looking at the menu and chatting when my friend noticed something on the inside of her glass just above the Coke. Upon closer inspection it was indeed a roach, we didn't notice it when the drinks were dropped off which means it probably crawled up. We decided we were going to leave and called the waiter over and told him, he was extremely apologetic and told us he would his manager to come over. Before he walked away, he did say that sometimes they come from the ice and that's how it made it into the drink probably. That. Does. Not. Make. Me. Feel. Better. A few minutes later he came back over and told us that the drinks were on the house and that the manager was too busy to come over but he's very sorry. So we left. To the manager - if there is a ROACH in your customers food, you un-busy whatever situation you are in and address that immediately. Absolutely disgusting customer service. You should not have your waiter who does not get paid enough probably deal with that situation. And looking at your reviews, this isn't the first occurrence, and management doesn't care in those reviews as well.

Yelp
Excellent sushi! Very cool atmosphere and service is spot on ! We absolutely love this hidden gem.

Yelp
Went here Saturday night for dinner. They had live music, the singer was excellent added to the atmosphere, good vibe. Service was outstanding. Had Sandy as our server, she always remembers our favorites and recommended a new speciality roll that did not disappoint. The food is fresh and made with great care. We have been coming to Nisen for years, they Never disappoint.

Yelp
I'm excited to try Nisen since I have been craving good sushi on LI since last year. Free edamame or shishito peppers with Yelp check in!! Sushi bar area was closed today, Monday 8/19, but sushi is available. Sophia was my waitress and she is very patient and answered all of my questions. :). I ordered the lunch sashimi special with tuna, yellowtail and salmon. It comes with soup and salad Miso soup is okay. Nothing to write home about. Sashimi was fresh but the whitefish was lackluster. Salmon was the best of the bunch I might return

Yelp
I have lived in East Northport my entire life, how have I never been here?!? High end, top quality, chic vibe sushi place. (They have other Japanese food as well). Went during Covid protocols in place, the place is spotless and immaculate. Husband got 4 different types of sushi/sashimi and loved them all. His favorite was one with marinated lobster. I got a sweet potato roll which was delish, chicken tempura which was the freshest I've ever eaten, and duck pork bun. Def a little more upscale than most, I wore a cute outfit and my husband wore a polo and jeans. Definitely a little nicer than jeans and a t shirt vibe, especially on a Friday/ Saturday night.
google avatar

Chris V.

Yelp
Go on a week night early Place is deserted and you get to sit in a very cool booth. Had two amazing vegetable appetizers. Baby bok Choy. And eggplant. The sushi is ok. I never really taste what is in it. I only taste the ginger, wasabi and the soy sauce
google avatar

Jack S.

Yelp
Best and freshest sushi in the area. Great bar service too ! Reservations required
google avatar

Jeannie R.

Yelp
Fish is super fresh and rice is sticky and rolled to perfection! My favorite is the Pink Lady roll! Even the dessert was delicious! Great service and they really let you relax and take your time!! You have the table for the night! Saki was good too!
google avatar

Dave L.

Yelp
Wow,wow wow!! If you follow my posts you already know I'm a sushi freak. Let me first say this place is a little fancy. Not too much though. They have a full sushi bar and cocktail bar. The prices are a little high but very worth it. The sashimi is so fresh. They even serve uni (sea urchin) which you don't find much. Over all one of my best reviews. When in the area you have too hit this place up.
google avatar

Samantha L.

Yelp
1. Staff is not friendly...very rude. 2. There were fruit flies flying around everywhere. Landing in our food and drinks...disgusting ! 3. Sushi is just okay. Not really worth the price in my opinion. 4. They still have plexiglass partitions up around every table. The restaurant was empty at 5:45 today...we were sat in an empty dining room. Another group walked in and they sat them right next to us...so awkward. Won't be returning.
google avatar

Billy M.

Yelp
Staff needs lessons in politeness, customer service and etiquette. Expensive, but then again, so is pizza.
google avatar

Nick B.

Yelp
I've previously reviewed Nisen sushi for in-person dining. All of that is still applicable; however, I recently ordered delivery from Nisen for a decent sized group of friends. Figuring out which roll was which was like a game of Clue. Nothing was labeled, we had to sleuth out what was in each individual roll. No one wants to have to disect sushi or do a thorough analysis of each item simply to eat dinner. Label the items!
google avatar

Cathrine C.

Yelp
A bit pricey but great food. Friendly staff. Clean and safe restaurants. Drinks are so good. You can taste the alcohol.

joseph r.

Yelp
Great place! Awesome ambiance , food and service. And they also had 3 singers and a sax player on Friday. Great experience
google avatar

Michele C.

Yelp
2nd time coming here and was impressed both times. The menu has plenty of choices. The place has a contemporary vibe which I dig. I wanted sashimi and was a little disappointed each sashimi choice didn't have a description on the menu. I got the sashimi deluxe which came with 15 pieces of sashimi. I also ordered a toro roll. The fish was super fresh. The white tuna and yellowtail were my favorite! I thought this place was pricier than other comparable sushi spots. I would come back if I were in the area again.

Robert G.

Yelp
Restaurant owner doesn't charge extra for the cockroaches in the edamame, nor does he care much about it... Even when it happens TWICE in the same evening... Total disgrace...
google avatar

Neelema S.

Yelp
Had a poor experience. Went on a Sunday at 4 p with the family. Asked our server for our standard sauces one of which was Sri racha. She said the establishment ran out. We couldn't believe it. My husband ordered a ramen soup and wanted to split it into bowls for the kids. Upon asking for bowls the server became frustrated to have to get bowls. We waited 15 min before the bowls came by which time the soup became cold. We then had to ask for spoons and silverware. Between the waits in between each request we were left to feel our money could have been spent much better somewhere else. We pulled another server over and asked about the Sri racha running out. The server was shocked. He promptly brought it out.

Yelp
I booked the reservation before I know NYC will open inside restaurant on February 12 so even I have to drive about an hour to Long Island to get to Nisen Sushi I still go. Service is ok even our waitress can't answering some questions about the food in their menu but she try to get me as long as she is available. Overall I'm happy with the food just a little bit missing communicate.
google avatar

Christine K.

Yelp
Great atmosphere and delicious food. Our table had both cooked and raw dishes. Teriyaki chicken was delicious and the crazy tuna roll was my favorite. Excellent drinks!
google avatar

Marissa K.

Yelp
Ate here a couple times. Most recently on NYE. Food is pretty darn good. I will say that I did like the atmosphere at Nisen in woodbury more than this location. Since that one is no longer open we've been going to the commack location. Staff is very friendly and food always comes out within a reasonable time frame (based on the day and time). Menu is pretty expansive with a range of selection. Definitely would recommend if you haven't already been here
google avatar

Ashley B.

Yelp
First off, I love the atmosphere of this place- really cool/trendy aesthetic. They have different color lights inside which is really cool at night, and each booth is like in its own little section, so you have some privacy. Perfect place for a romantic date or to hang out with friends. The food here is great and fresh quality- I got sashimi and it was really fresh and delicious.
google avatar

Gabrielle W.

Yelp
Two thumbs up. This place always delivers the best meal and atmosphere. Upon entering is has a somewhat romantic feel....but don't let that stop you if you are alone or just with friends. We started with the avocado salad. The avocado was buttery and the ginger dressing a nice compliment. We then ventured into a few rolls. This time we tried : Black Angel Roll, Pink Lady, and the House Roll. All were fantastic but I'll be back for the Black Angel for sure again. In terms of parking it is in a strip mall as typical in this area so there is plenty of parking. Stop by and enjoy!

Yelp
If we want yummy, fresh sushi in a fun ambiance in the Commack area- Nisen is always our go-to spot! I've been coming to Nisen for years. I feel particularly inclined to write this review because Elsie is singlehandedly one of the best waitresses I've ever had. We went for dinner and ate outside, which was so nice. We started with edamame (free if you check in on Yelp) and shared a tuna avocado salad, bok choy & some sushi rolls. Beauty Alaska & TOM rolls are my two favorite - if you like non-fried, raw, not-that-spicy -- I highly recommend. The salad portion is huge & you get lots of tuna. We then shared the layered crepe dessert & some dessert sake shots, per Elsie's suggestion. The dessert was shockingly light & refreshing and the dessert sake was SO good. Some friends ended up meeting us & we had such a fun night drinking al fresco and hanging out with Elsie! Awesome night at a great neighborhood spot. :)
google avatar

Christina R.

Yelp
The sushi is delicious and the service was excellent. Came in late on a Saturday with a friend for girls night and the drinks did not disappoint. They were closing and one of the servers even invited us for a complimentary sake. The sushi rolls were delicious and fresh. Reservations can be made in advance, while not necessary when we went due to bad weather I heard it tends to get busy during the weekend.
google avatar

Anthony H.

Yelp
Awesome staff and amazing food as always! I was here yesterday and I heard so many wows saying how much people like their food. The tables by the entrance are completely filled with take out orders! So you know people do not want to miss the food here even during a pandemic!
google avatar

Rob C.

Yelp
Great atmosphere the decor is very nice. The service was ok and food was good, a little pricy for the area compared to other sushi restaurants of the same caliber.
google avatar

Linda B.

Yelp
So after months of lockdown I realized that what I missed the most was sushi from my favorite restaurant. So as soon as we had the chance my mom and I went to enjoy their outside dining and boy did it feel good. The weather was excellent and the service was on par. The restaurant really went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and adhere to all of the new rules. Plates and cutlery all arrived wrapped in saran wrap and the waiters were all wearing masks and gloves. We were evenly spaced from other diners, and I'm happy to say that all of my old favorite rolls were just as good. And my fig and tea martini was exactly what I needed. Perfect weather, great food and some sense of normal again.
google avatar

Michelle G.

Yelp
Fast efficient service wonderful private booths, they are seeing wear our booth was ripped yet taped to cover the damage. Our acrylic table was melted yet usable. Decor is chic modern and restaurant offers lots of seating. Great sushi and appetizer lists yet actual hot dinner or entire menu was very limited to 3 basic types. My entree was cold, yet tasteful but not a traditional Japanese Meal but non the less it was tasty.
google avatar

Terry S.

Yelp
Ordered Sushi Deluxe to go, no Eel with Spicy Tuna roll. I got Eel and spicy roll was all filler with no spice. Sucks to find out after a long day and you are already home.

Yelp
i have been to this place before but it has been awhile. I made our reservation for 7 through open table. I arrived around 650 and a few of the people i came with were there a little earlier and were having some drinks at the bar. once i checked in with the hostess staff that seemed very busy i told them we will be by the back bar while they get the table ready. time went by around 715...they never came to get us until i walked back over and said yes i checked in my party is all here is our table ready we had a reservation for 7. they were able to seat us right away then. but i wonder if i didn't come back to tell them would they come get us? I did check in and do their yelp deal. we ordered the edamame. the edamame were delicious almost had a little crust to them and came with a lime to squeeze over it. really good that way i will have to try it when i am home and making some. Now i was with a group of friends who i have not seen in a few months so we did order drinks but the poor the waiter had to come back maybe 3 times to ask us if we were ready. but he was very patient about it. once we placed our orders we awaited the arrival of our food. I did order a mojito and the waiter suggested we have a special mango mojito would you like to try it. i said sure. sad to say he came back and said unfortunately we can't make any more mojitos we do not have anymore mint. BUMMER. i asked if they had sangria. he said yes white so i was content they had something for me to order..that i would enjoy.. it was good a little on the strong side. so that means they make it from scratch with mixed alcohol and has some fresh mango, pineapple and fruit in it. very refreshing. i ordered the Spicy Kani Salad. it wasn't spicy at all but i was glad because i am not a big fan of spicy. i was going to toughen it up and eat it because i really wanted to have some kani salad. one of my friends ordered the chilean sea bass meal or so she thought she said meal. she also ordered fried rice, but the waiter did not mention it already came with white rice. when the busboy came over to bring us our chopsticks for those who ordered sushi he gave her a pair. she said i ordered a meal so i would need a fork... the guy looked confused and went ot go find out waiter. i think the waiter did not realize what she had ordered and forgot to ask her if she wants a soup or a salad. and since she was a little hesitant on the decision to which he said you know what ill bring you both. she was like okay. said well do you want soup or salad because your meal comes with it. she said everything was delicious sushi is always fresh and neatly displayed. when 2 of us asked for our sushi to be wrapped up because we were unable to finish. naturally you would think they bring it to the back wrap it in 2 separate bags etc. well it came back in 2 separate containers which looked like they had just been washed? and they were in one bag. without chopsticks or soy sauce on the side. so we had to again grab the waiter and said we need another bag we don't live together. mind you this was a group of 4 women. but as far as the wet lids it was just the tops that were wet.. very odd . the insides were dry. now the bill comes and as women we just decided to divide the bill up evenly and reviewed it. he attempted to have the bill itemized based on who ordered what but that wasn't accurate. and they did charge us for the edamame. so again we had to call him back and have him make a change. i understand the edamame order was $6 but if we ordered something based on something you offer as promotional for letting all our friends/ family/yelp community know where we went at least make sure it is taken off the bill. overall the food was great, service was okay i think the waiter was new, but he should have payed a little more attention to the little errors. we will return but maybe get someone with more experience?
