Absolutely perfect dining experience in Osaka! Couldn’t recommend this more highly. The quality of the dishes and ingredients were outstanding. This is truly an experience and the chefs go above and beyond throughout the process. The counter experience is a must try and makes you feel apart of the kitchen.

Perfect - the complete meal. The food was exceptional, every course a delight and wonderfully designed and constructed by the incredible chef - a pure genius. It’s impossible to mark a stand out course because everything was so incredible. And the experience itself was incredible - language was overcome both with the chefs and the couple sat along from us who we had a wonderful conversation with. The couple deserve a five star review too for how delightful they were and for the beautiful strawberry they bought for us to enjoy in the dessert! Plus a lovely birthday surprise at the end from the chef. It was just the perfect experience and we will be back as soon as we’re back in Osaka.

Absolutely amazing! Every single dish wowed me! I had very nice sashimi before, I thought it was the best sashimi I’ve ever had until I had this tonight. Everything is so well thought through - like who would have thought to put a bit of soy purée in the dish and it absolutely changed the flavor… just wow! Highly recommended! And chef is so nice, and also had nice chat with nice table via translation app :) amazing experience!

WOW! We had the best meal of our trip here. Chef Yuno and his stellar team went out of their way to make us comfortable and extend their warm hospitality to us. They knew we were celebrating our anniversary and took the effort to get us a beautiful bouquet. Each dish was truly a work of art from the unagi with corn “risotto” to the beyond delicious Yamagata beef with uni. Every course blew our minds with the skill and creativity of the chefs, and their ability to combine beautiful ingredients for a burst of pleasure in each mouthful. We left the restaurant with a promise to ourselves that we would definitely return and thankful that we had the opportunity to experience such warmth from the team and awe at the outstanding dishes they put out.

We came all the way from Australia, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They took the time to explain each dish to us in English, ensuring that we fully appreciated the flavors and ingredients. To top it all off, we were celebrating our anniversary, and Chef Katsuyuki surprised us with a lovely bouquet of flowers at the end of the evening. It was a heartwarming gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. I must also commend the staff for their impeccable politeness and attentiveness throughout the meal. They made us feel like honored guests, and their hospitality added a special touch to the evening. Now, let's talk about the stars of the show – the dishes. The unagi was a melt-in-your-mouth delight, the steak was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the fish was fresh and expertly prepared. Each dish was a masterpiece in its own right. Had an absolutely fantastic time! The chefs were friendly and engaging even though we could only speak broken Japanese. Highly recommend if you're looking for high quality, authentic food with good variety.

A superb & fantastic Japanese restaurant escalating well the traditional Japanese cuisine with innovative way of cooking as well as artistic presentation. The chef blended well different flavors of food, the essence of “umami” & texture of food. Seats are limited & advance booking is a must. While the staff are not good at English but they did prepare well in advance by writing up an English menu for the courses for us. Very good services even they didn’t speak English much. Besides, prices were not “expensive” for the quality they provided.

Out of the hundreds of Japanese restaurants I've tried across the world, this is perhaps the best I've had to date. It is an amazing restaurant with passionate, funny chefs that serve up a blend of creative and traditional Japanese dishes. The materials were all top notch, with the highest quality fish, rice, meat, and vegetables. We would love to come back again.
