We attended the Chiefs/Titans game on December 21st, 2025, at Nissan Stadium.
There are pros and cons to the stadium, but overall, I've had positive experiences visiting it for an event.
We bought our tickets through Ticketmaster a day in advance and managed to get three club-level seats on the visitor's side for a very reasonable price. Our seats were right on the 50-yard line. The best thing about club-level seating is access to an indoor lounge with concessions and restrooms. The seats are larger as well and include a padded cushion.
We utilized Public Square Parking and walked across the bridge to the stadium.
The only hiccup we encountered was going through the security line. My wife, who was celebrating her 50th birthday, was told her handheld purse was too big for entry, so we had to leave the security line and pay $10 to store it. Given the occasion, it was a poor way to start our experience.
In complete transparency, she has a non-transparent bag that measures out at 8.5″ x 5", which IS larger than the posted size policy of 4.5″ x 6.5. I understand there are guidelines in place, but it was frustrating to be disrupted from entry AND pay an additional $10 to store her bag when it was just 2 inches shy of the stated policy.
Once we entered the stadium, we went to guest services, where my wife was given a birthday button and, since it was his first-ever NFL game, my son got a certificate and button to mark the occasion.
One thing that really impressed me was seeing the Isbell-Shires KultureCity sensory room. The room was introduced about four years ago and, according to the Titans website, "was designed by medical professionals specifically for the needs of those who may need a quieter and more secure environment while attending an event. It is outfitted with bean bags from Yogibo, the visual light panels by Nanoleaf, activity panels, bubble walls, and a custom tactile artwork created by an autistic artist."
The stadium does offer a wide variety of food and drink options. My wife got cauliflower in buffalo sauce with a side of fries. The prices are outrageous, but that's not isolated to this venue. When you go to a game or concert, concession prices are usually relatively high. The main takeaway, though, is that the stadium does offer a lot of options.
Our seats were on the visiting team side of the field. The main downside to sitting in this area is that you'll have to endure the sun's heat, depending on the time of day you attend an event.
The event staff were extremely friendly, and there was always something going on to keep your attention, even when play on the field was paused.
Given that the stadium opened over 25 years ago, it still looks well-maintained and is a great place to experience an NFL game, concert, or any other event.
