Tacos, quesadillas, salbutes, huaraches—if it starts with a nixtamalized corn base, they probably make it. Breakfast tacos aren’t the specialty here, but they make a great one regardless. We like the version with eggs, chorizo, and mushroom. It arrives on a blue corn tortilla that adds a bit of earthiness to each bite.
