It is a very cozy unique experience. Very small and nicely designed , classy sober and still comfortable ! The food …. No words . Best quality and surprising flavours . We had the short menu and the fish of the day lives rent free on my mind since . Plus all the amusements and every single dish . Usually some dishes of the menu in these sort of restaurants disappoint but in NM they consistently kept being great and making difficult to choose a fav one . The service is very good , attentative profesional while making you feel comfortable . The wine options great money value assortment. It is not a restaurant one can go everyday but will be back for sure as soon as I can 👌

This small cozy Michelin star restaurant does not disappoint. The four of us started our experience by pressing a buzzer. The hidden door was opened giving us a speakeasy type of vibe. Once our jackets and belongings were put away, the door to the restaurant was opened. The restaurant’s ambiance was elegant and classically beautiful. It invites you to sink into the plush white seating, relax and enjoy the meal to come. There was an open kitchen that allowed us to see some of the meal prep. Genova was a delight and enhanced our already wonderful experience. She suggested a delicious red wine that we all loved and a good white wine as well. We were happy with the two selected bottles of wine. She explained each course well and even brought out some of the components so that we could better understand the dish. We had the short menu which consisted of 9 courses, two types of bread and a lovely set of petit fours to end the meal on a sweet note. This restaurant was a gem that we were glad to find. Everything from the food to the ambiance to the service was what we have seen in higher level Michelin restaurants. We would not be surprised to see this restaurant earn another star in the near future. We look forward to returning in the future.

Had an absolutely fantastic dinner at this small beautiful restaurant. Our most gracious host, Genova, provided impeccable service during the whole dinner with her cheerful explanation of the dishes. The small crew at the kitchen produced truly amazing and gorgeously plated dishes. Divine dinner. Very highly recommended!

We had dinner at NM yesterday and were completely impressed. The "big" menu is excellent, everything about the current Michelin star is more than deserved! The concentration on the essential (max. 3) flavors of the individual courses as well as the textures are very, very successful. Perfect service and a very pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and great interior design rounded off this extraordinary evening. Muchas Gracias!

Last night we had the pleasure of dining at NM de Nacho Manzano & it was spectacular! From the time that you walk into the intimate, beautifully decorated space, you feel special. There are only 4 tables in the restaurant, so it's easy to talk. We chose the Short "Several Landscapes" menu which was perfect! We enjoyed each course, but there were a few highlights including Bonita del Cantrabrico; Berenjena y Mole de Cacahuete; Pescado del Dia & the most interesting & delicious dessert that I've ever tasted: Coliflor, Citricos y Carmelo. Genova, the Host was gracious, engaging, professional & provided detailed descriptions of each dish. She also recommended white & red wines that I wasn't familiar with, but thoroughly enjoyed. Genova brought over Diego, the Chef to introduce us, because it was important for me to convey how delicious & intriguing each dish served to us this evening was! The pacing of each course was perfect & it truly was a magical evening that we will remember for a long time....We look forward to returning to NM de Nacho Manzano!

I had an excellent meal here, and whilst I do not speak Spanish the maître d' Genova was very lovely and has clearly spent many many hours practising English. The line chef Adrian was also very friendly and happy to squeeze in some conversation between the preparation of the various dishes.

The finest food I’ve ever had. Each dish was spectacular and it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that very very few places in the world would even come to achieving such perfection. And to top it all the experience of being the beautiful space with such lovely hosts - Genoa who looked after us was just amazing.
