One of the more popular places in the area. Number 13 The Factory is a very busy place and for large work groups it is a definite must to book ahead. The tasty menu has healthy and savoury to select from and the restaurant which has a modern kitchen-esque feel to it, is an airy and brightly lit space.

A good place to chill, it has outside as well as inside sittings. It serves breakfast all day and lunch after 12 noon. Avacado toast is very tasty and filling. It has normal coffee shop rates for coffee as well. Recommended place to visit just to chill and have a coffee siting outiside

The exterior immediately triggers ones curiosity , its logo, and industrial vibe, and from the moment you enter the building, you are welcome by a friendly member of staff. The atmosphere is buzzing with a healthy mix of student s, business and family clientel. This place is obviously well known and popular. The menu is perfect. I went with avocado smash . I had as extra a poached egg and bacon. It was absolutely perfect . Delicious and beautifully presented. My daughter had the breakfast burrito, again faultless. This place left such an impression on us that we made the 42klm roundctrip again the next day to try new dishes. Once again, perfect. Someone understood every element of how to get things right when they designed'The Factory'.

The best coffee in Limerick, in my opinion. I have the privilege of working across from Factory 13 so I go here for coffee (and usually a croissant) every morning. The coffee is creamy and very tasty, not watery at all like you get in some other establishments. The pastries are always fresh. I have also tried the chocolate chip cookies from this place - they are my favourite cookies in Limerick also!! Some cookies are very thick and stodgy (almost tasting like cookie dough, they seem so undercooked). However, these cookies are crunchy, well-baked and of the slim variety. They are perfect, melt-in-your-mouth tasty!! I also treat myself to the French toast at this place for a Friday treat sometimes, which is delicious (I will say that you are better off ordering the French toast in rather than getting takeaway - when taking French Toast away, the brioche bread seems to get soggy rather fast). I have also had the soup and bread lunch from this place. The Guinness bread is so tasty and the soup is hearty and warming, all for a reasonable price.

Waited at the door beside the 'wait to be seated' sign and no member of staff approached us. 15 minutes later we were told that we were blocking the door causing a potential fire hazard and to wait outside. This was after the details of other customers behind us in the queue were taken. We just left and headed to Delish. A disappointing experience but I'm sure this can be improved once the front of house is managed better.
