How Chefs in Mexico Are Inspired by Japanese Flavors | Eater

"A sushi restaurant in Pescadero that applies regional Baja ingredients to Japanese formats, producing rolls and nigiri that read as local interpretations rather than replicas. The menu features items such as an albahaca roll stuffed with teriyaki chicken and pineapple wrapped in a locally grown basil leaf, and a tuna panko roll made with locally sourced tuna ceviche and a cilantro emulsion, reflecting the area’s produce and seafood while reimagining classic Japanese preparations." - Nili Blanck

If you’re looking for amazing sushi and service this is the place!!! Hands down the best sushi and cocktails we have had in our travels. Everything tasted fresh and refreshing! Everyone who worked here was also so delightful and kind. A sushi experience you should not miss! We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful delicious food and great service. It's one of our favorite spots in El Pescadero. Don't miss out on the basil ice cream for dessert!

A must. So thoughtful and creative. We love, love Noah Sushi. The Noah roll and the Blinky roll are a must. Thank you for everything! (See you next time!)

What an awesome experience! Locals filled the place. Great sushi juxtaposed against one of my favorite low-key Mexican towns. Dogs in the street and in the restaurant with their owners. IPA from Transpeninsular Brewing equal to US.

I've lived in NYC and Newport Beach, CA and this is some of the best sushi and very reasonably priced. It's a little hidden gem -and I mean hidden 1/2 mile off the highway. We had a group of local gringos tell us it was there favorite place and we agree. Can't wait to go back.

Went to Noah’s per a recommendation of a long time local for Mothers Day dinner and it was super special. The wontons and Noah roll were my favorites. The atmosphere was secluded, quaint, clean, and the staff friendly. Everything we ordered was amazing and fresh. Presentation was beautiful. Pricing was great too. Apparently, there’s another Noah’s in T.S. with rooftop dining but I thought this place was special. FYI- they only take cash, no credit cards.

I never expected to find delicious sushi in Mexico, but here it is! Fresh caught fish, superb flavor combinations, and craft beer on the menu make this one place not to miss! We ordered the wantons and gyoza and both were absolutely delicious. We also got the Noah, Emma, Colorado, and Sin Nombre rolls and none disappointed. I especially liked the sweet heat combination of mango, cucumber, lettuce, and serrano chilies in the Sin Nombre!

Yelp
Third time dining here. The food is always very fresh and delicious. The wontons are not to be missed. We love the rolls. You will not be disappointed! The staff is terrific. We had a server that had a great sense of humor and was teaching us a few new Spanish words. And we met the owner - what a lovely person. We'll be back soon!

Yelp
So great!! Such fresh fish and fun flavor combinations. Really amazing to have such a stellar experience in the middle of a very rural environment. I agree with the reviews that say to be patient; food comes out at a relaxed pace and in stages but it just makes you very excited about the next plate. :)

Yelp
Great, family run operation. The 12 year old son of the owner works here as a waiter and that kid is on the money! Outstanding service! The sushi is so fresh and the live music is a great added bonus. Both dining areas are upstairs. One on the second floor; another on the third. They practically give you a bath at the entrance to sanitize you. Their emphasis on cleanliness extends to the dining room. The prices are incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend this place, not just for the ambiance and the service, but for the quality and value of the food.

Yelp
Noah Sushi in Pescadaro has some of the best sushi! I would highly recommend the rolls. We had the Noah, Poke, and Jessi rolls and you can't go wrong with any of the rolls. The sashimi was good too. Would highly recommend Noah!

Yelp
Best sushi around! Great atmosphere with live music. Would recommend asking about the wait time, food is totally worth it but if you are in a hurry it's best to know how long you could be sitting. It took a little long but we had wine and music to keep us occupied! So it didn't bother us one bit!

Yelp
Excellent little sushi place near the town center of the village El Pescadero. 10 miles from Todos Santos. We will probably eat here once a week. The Sushi and Sushi bowls are excellent.

Yelp
What a find! Wonderful indoor outdoor ambiance with incredible sushi! Please try the Chase Roll and If you like spice the Noah. But i can't imagine anything is less than wonderful here!

Yelp
Staying in Todos Santos and wanted to venture out a bit, I'm glad I did and found Noah. It's a charming outdoor space and the food is excellent. The wontons were perfectly crispy, topped with flavor. The Noah roll with fresh avocado and grilled jalapeños on top was perfect. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I cannot say enough great things about Noah sushi. Food and service was excellent in a pleasant pared-down setting. Sashimi and sushi were top notch. The mexi-fusion Wontons and Noah Roll were particularly memorable. There was only one mexican white wine on the drink list and it pared well with the meal. Highly recommended.

Yelp
while in quarantine we were excited to see Noah's providing take out. They even offer delivery. We ordered the "special packages" for 350 pesos each. The beautiful presentation is an omen of what is to come.. the food was so scrumptious!!! each dish having such distinct flavors.. such an absolute PLUS for the town of Pescadero.. Bravo to the creators of this restaurant we applaud you! thank you. Jean

Yelp
Wow. What a great sushi restaurant!! This place has the best sushi in the BCS. You have to come here. The chef is excellent and it's well worth it. Prices are excellent for sushi. Come by and eat it here or take it home.
