The 21 Best Restaurants In The North Fork - Long Island - The Infatuation

"Think of Noah’s as the Greenport king of small plates—they serve delicious things like roasted garlic spread on toasted bread, grilled sardines, and Korean short ribs. The white tablecloth dining room is intimate, especially in the back away from the street-facing windows, which is the ideal place to bring a date you haven’t quite soft-launched on social yet. If you’re looking for something a little more casual, grab a spot at the bar or outside overlooking the famous Greenport carousel for tuna tartare, local oysters, and crab tacos to pair with a few beers." - sal vaglica

Wow—what an incredible dining experience! The food at Noah’s was sooooo delightful from start to finish. The raw bar was absolutely fresh and flavorful—each bite felt like the ocean itself. And don’t even get me started on the fries and ribs… they were out of this planet! Perfectly seasoned, fall-off-the-bone tender, and downright addictive. The atmosphere was cozy, the service warm, and everything about our meal hit the mark. We will absolutely be returning again!!

Google
The venue is spacious. It would be a great place to watch people on the street. I ordered the shrimp and grit, it was so salty. I asked for some hot water to water down the dish. They brought me hot water but I was surprised they did not even offer me to replace the dish.

Noah’s is a large, modern space with an upscale vibe. This night service started off a bit slow (I think it’s because we changed tables, we were initially seated next to a couple with a toddler and this is not a place for toddlers). We ordered local oysters, which are delightful in these parts. Skip the cocktail sauces and stick with lemon and their nice mignonette. Also had the rosemary fries, which were quite good and the “grilled” octopus. The octopus was tender and well seasoned, but certainly not grilled. As per my experience, appetizers are almost always better than entrees and Noah’s is no exception. We had a seared tuna special, which was a winner. Fresh tuna with a spicy crust, served perfectly black and blue. Unfortunately, the rib eye I ordered brought everything crashing down. A terrible piece of meat, and cut way too thin to cook properly. The first steak (yup) was quite rare, not an issue for good meat, but this wasn’t and it was inedible. I had to send it back. The second steak was even thinner (more like a cutlet) and fully well done. I blamed myself for ordering a steak in a place like this, but if you’re going to have steak on the menu, cut it and cook it correctly or don’t do it at all. The server and manager handled it extremely well, but there is no coming back from that for the kitchen. Too uneven to fully recommend.

Great food and specialty cocktails- pleasant atmosphere was altered by the rudest waitress ever! Pricey meal ruined ✅

Google
This is a must! I absolutely loved my waitress! Great personality! Very attentive! The food is just absolutely perfect! This restaurant has figured out how to keep the noise level low. I looked up to see and there are these wavy white devices installed. I'm sure these devices are to keep noise level low even when the restaurant is at capacity. Great everything here!

YAYYYYY SOOOO GOOOOOD!!! With soooo many food choices in Greenport~ it is sooo hard to decide! BUT, my parents were visiting us in Laurel last minute and my mom wanted to go to Greenport for lunch!! Lo and behold, my hunnnnies Jeff and I have been meaning to try Noah’s!! First off~ it was about 12:45pm on a Saturday and I called in for a 1:45 reservation! The girl on the phone was lovely and easily accommodated! We arrive and because my dad recently had surgery he is using a walker~ the girl at the front desk upon my request seated us in this nice, open table inside! Everything from there continued to be GREAT!!! A big WIN for Leslie and Edgar who serviced our table! My dad was looking for a bud light (which they didn’t carry) but Leslie quickly offered up a local equivalent that was on tap and gave him a tasting at her request! He didn’t love it but he was so appreciative of her recommendation and her thoughtfulness for him to give it a try! ~ true service 💖🙌🏻💖~ from there we started with some apps~ which were AMAZING!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻~ Jeff and I had the spicy tuna bites (I think that’s the name~ w the crispy rice!) and the beef tacos~~~~ AMAZEEEEEE!!! My parents had the crab cake (NO FILLER or bread~~~ Wahhh ~ pure crab!!!? 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻) and the New England clam chowder~ BIG BITES OF CRAB??? ~ honestly I gotta say I was jealous we didn’t order it…😂. Again their apps AMAZEEEE~ bc I had to taste them 😂💪🏻😂. Then for the main dishes~ we got the Seafood Bouillabaisse and they split for us!!! And my parents got the halibut and they were easily able to split the plate themselves!! Oh my lord~~~ SOOOO DELISH!!! Plus add I had 2 glasses of Chardonnay 💖💪🏻💖 , Jeff had a Diet Coke and my dad ended up with a lemonade and mom water. ALL IN ALL~~~ EVERYTHING WAS DELISH!!! I have to say I want to come back and order brunch BC that menu looks soooo good toooo!!! It was so hard to decide! Eitherway~ stop by, make a trip of it~ and try this food!!! You won’t be disappointed and you will be soooo happy you came!!! Can’t wait to come back for brunch!!! 💖🥰💖🥰~~~ Noah’s food and staff is TOP NOTCH!!! 🤩🤘🏻🤩

Google
Our waiter was inattentive and not present. He could not remember our drink order. No bread was given and when we asked, it took over 30min to arrive...it was clearly frozen and old and served on a napkin, not in a basket or bowl. Bizarre. The crab deviled eggs and tuna tartare were delicious. All the other food was subpar. The spicy tuna bites were under seasoned and very disappointing. The mussels were a bit spicy and the halibut came with more of a ratatouille than succotash.

Google
This rating for Noah's is 4.5 stars as I otherwise cannot give partial stars. Overall the food is very good as is the wine selection. The fresh seafood is delicious. The service was good but not scintillating. The interior of the restaurant is nice and overall modern but rather dim which takes away a bit from the ambience. The dessert selection seemed good but a bit conventional for this type of restaurant. Definitely worth it but there are other good restaurants in town that are as good if not a bit better.

Yelp
Came here with my partner for his birthday and the experience exceeded every expectation. Leslie was an absolute delight whose recommendations didn't disappoint. Excellent service and I'm still drooling over the chocolate cake.

Yelp
Had not been for a while and found this restaurant is better than ever. Leslie and Jason were our servers and both were friendly and terrific. Will be back soon!

Yelp
Phenomenal. We shared multiple appetizers (small plates) as a group of four. Everything was delicious, presentation was good, and tasted as described, with fresh ingredients. We got the Crab stuffed deviled eggs, the Local oysters, Spicy tuna bites, Gorgonzola Rosemary fries, Jurgielewicz farm duck bbq, Port belly pot stickers, Steamed PEI mussels which was a decent size, and two deserts. Spicy tuna bites were almost perfect, just need a little salt on top. The gorgonzola rosemary fries came with a delicious sauce we wished we had more of. Everything else was great and certainly farm to table. The two desserts we got were the Cinnamon sugar beignets and the Toasted s'mores dessert. The beignets stood out the most with the salted caramel dip that came with it. We were hoping for more of a mezcal taste from the Blood o' marg drink but overall the food was so amazing here and our waiter was really good to us. We will definitely return.

Yelp
Noah's is one of our favorites to go back to when we are in Greenport. I forgot to take photos of their cocktails but they are just as good as the food. The tofu skewers and corn risotto will always be on our order when we return. The service and staff are very friendly and check in a good amount while you are dining in. The couple next to us must of been there for their anniversary and they kindly gave them celebratory champagne for the occasion. 10 out of 10 would recommend to any friend to go here.

Yelp
Best meal in Greenport. Fabulous dinner. Superb service. They accommodated a large party with ease. Great diverse menu.

Yelp
I've been coming to Noah since it first opened. The food was good and the service was solid. However, we were seated near the restroom this time, which took away from the overall experience a bit. I think adding some partitions or visual barriers could help make that area feel more comfortable. Overall, though, it was still a good visit

Yelp
Noah's was incredible! The food was exceptional. We ordered the mussels to start and the broth they came in was so delicious, we couldn't stop talking about it. For the main course, we ordered the swordfish with fingerling potatoes. It was very well prepared and the dish was very light, leaving enough room for dessert! The affogato was great and the biscotti that came with it was even better. Service was very sweet and attentive. We sat outside since it was a warmer day, but still appreciated that the heaters were on after the sun went down. We did go on a Sunday night, so it was a bit quiet, but the food definitely made up for it. I would definitely come back!

Yelp
If I could give this restaurant ten stars I would!!! From the moment we asked if there was room for us, the hostess immediately made us feel welcome. She asked if preferred to eat inside or outside. Because it was such a beautiful night, we decided to dine outside. Our table faced a quaint post office with views of the Main Street yet offered a buffer from the public so we had space to ourselves. There was an outdoor heater hanging from the eaves for chilly nights. Leslie, our server, went above and beyond in the hospitality department. She proudly shared how their restaurant offered farm fresh meals with ingredients grown straight from the owner's backyard garden. Her personable nature made us feel more connected and deeply appreciative of our food. I ordered the squash blossoms and the filet mignon sliders. They were simply outstanding! The squash blossoms had an herb infused goat cheese filling. The blossoms were cooked to perfection! The sliders were open faced on brioche bread. The portion size at first seemed meager until I started eating and realized I couldn't finish my food! The filet mignon slider made an amazing breakfast with scrambled eggs the next morning. My husband ordered spicy tuna on flash fried stick rice as well as a bleu cheese burger and fries which were gluten free. He was in heaven! He said everything was cooked perfectly, and it was the best sticky rice he's ever had! From the luscious drinks to the savory, farm fresh meals, this exquisite restaurant is simply a MUST go-to in the Greenport area!!!

Yelp
Popped in for a quick lunch. Waiter was really attentive and friendly, food came out quick. We are on a very restricting diet and they completely accommodated us. Love the prints in the building. Everything was delicious.

Yelp
Nice place in town for shareable plates or a sit down meal. Very spacious. Service was good, did not have to wait long for food to arrive. Food was yummy, especially the Crescent Farm Duck BBQ and the filet mignon sliders. I enjoyed my drink too, as I had asked for it to be made on the sweeter side - Cosmo. If back in town again would come back if for a quick bite as they had a lot of shareable plates.
google avatar

Yelp
All around great food, service, and ambiance and one of my favorite restaurants I went to while visiting greenport. I loved that so many of the ingredients came from local farms and were simple dishes but done very well. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
A lovely place with a reliably flavorful menu that satisfies adults and kids alike. My 11-year-old loves this place. He says: "This place is so sigma. I had a kobe burger and it was delicious! I fanum taxed it all! My parents and I have been going here for 10 years and never fail to be happy when leaving. 5 stars!" Agree wholeheartedly. --Mom

Yelp
Today was my second time at Noah's and I was so glad to be back! Their large menu of small plates and more offered many options. Our favorites today were the roasted whole garlic clove with bread, delicious clam chowder, crab cake, and spring vegetable risotto. We also had the flourless chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream for dessert - YUM! The interior is clean and pretty, and the service was attentive and wonderful. Looking forward to dining at Noah's the next time we are in Greenport!

Yelp
Update 7/14/24 Went back and things were ok. Service not so good (waiter seemed angry at life) - but food overall was good. Bbq duck with grits were the star - all else was good, not great. Probably going to take a break from Noah's next yr. (We live in GPO seasonally).

Yelp
I've been told many times I should dine at Noah's...unfortunately every time I tried I had another engagement arise. Today I stopped in for a quick drink and I was not disappointed! I had an espresso martini that was perfectly made by the bartender Daniel. He was so engaging and my martini was so well made I decided to opt for another drink. Had a dirty martini the 2nd time around and was once again very pleased! We were short on time so we didn't have time to stay for dinner but a super sweet server Mara came by and brought over some bread and butter and let me just say...wow that sweet cream made me a dairy lover! lol. Honestly, I can't wait to come back here and have dinner. The service and atmosphere was superb and I look forward to having a delicious meal and another amazing experience!!

Yelp
I have a new favorite place in Greenport. Here are the must haves. Crab stuffed deviled eggs, cheese board, and Filet mignon sliders! Great spot our waitress Leslie was fantastic and gave us great recommendations.

Yelp
Food was tasty and well prepared Service was lacking - slow and waiter did not follow thru on his commitment to save a strawberry shortcake for one of our guests

Yelp
We looooved our dinner experience at Noah's! We had a 7pm reservation for five on a Friday night and we were seated right away. There were a few empty tables; not sure a res was necessary but I imagine in the summer one absolutely will be. The food was wonderful, the waitstaff were equally as wonderful. The oysters were so fresh and some of the best I've had on Long Island in a while. I had the cassoulet for my meal and it was divine. I asked the waitress about it and she said cassoulet is always in the menu but the preparation changes seasonally. A girlfriend ordered the mussels and said they were the best she's ever had. We ordered a round of shots; one of the girls in our party was pregnant so she didn't order one, the bartender made her a non-alcoholic one so she could celebrate with us and I just thought that was such a sweet thing to do. It was a pricier dining experience but I think it's probably on par with the area. I will absolutely be returning to Noah's.

Yelp
Nothing short of a disaster. It was an abominable dining experience that left us deeply disappointed and frustrated. We ordered raw oysters and clams, followed by four shareable plates. It took more than 30 minutes to receive the first two plates and another hour for the rest. The octopus was tough. The crab taco was nothing out of the extraordinary. To make matters worse, we had to flag down several wait staff and the hostess to get any action on our food as our waiter was missing in action. Clearly, the kitchen was in full meltdown mode. Although the manager comped the last two dishes, that did not make up for the intolerable wait and lack of service that ruined our evening. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Avoid if you value your time and dining experience.

Yelp
Friday 6pm Came here to avail of the happy hour specials at the bar . We tried some of the specialty drinks to wash down the appetizers we ordered including calamari , french fries with blue cheese - not my preferred way of having fries , thicker cut with blue cheese ). Service is ok , place is good but from what I've seen, it's cozier at night . Every time we passed the place , the place seemed pretty busy . They had outdoor seating perfect to enjoy the weather while people watching with an almost water front view. Didn't fancy the flies by the bar area but I guess tis the season ( warm weather ) . Curious to know how the dinner options are , maybe next time .

Yelp
This place is just fantastic. The service is top notch and the food is delicious. It's my go to for a wonderful meal.

Yelp
First time visiting Noah's & it did not disappoint! We order a ton of the small plates & all were delicious. The devils eggs are a must! All of the seafood was super fresh. Don't thing you can go wrong with any of the options on the menu! The service was great & staff was very helpful in picking options for the table. The restaurant has a bar & plenty of seating. Would def recommend a reservation.

Yelp
Great place, glad we could get in. It was Monday, off season, and still full. The food, service, and atmosphere were superb.
google avatar

Danielle D.

Yelp
Great experience at Noah's. Went for happy hour on a Thursday. Bartender Serg was wonderful and knowledgeable with what on the menu could be prepared Gluten Free. Started with clams and oysters. Super fresh and locally caught. The stuffed devil egg was AMAZING!!!! Roasted corn was delicious. Filet sliders came out with the bread on the side for my husband as well as the creamed spinach. I had the filet with the sauce. Cooked perfect and so much flavor. Only thing I would not get again was the octopus. The octopus itself was good but the mix of flavors were in competition with one another. Too much going on making it not taste appealing for me. I highly recommend trying Noah's and look forward to returning.

Yelp
This was my first time here and it won't be my last. We made reservations for fathers day and when we arrived we were seated promptly and had a choice of sitting indoors or on the patio. The waitress arrived and took our drink order and explained what was on the menu and the specials for the day. She was very helpful and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. I ordered the bouillabaisse and it was absolutely delicious, my son got the filet mignon sliders that he said were cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth tender. My daughter ordered the rhubarb glazed baby back ribs that was excellent and Chrissy ordered the korean-style duck wings that was absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be going back to try something else out on there menu.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a really nice spot in downtown Greenport New York. The food was spot on last Friday night. The waitress gave us great suggestions including the wine pairings with the appetizers and entrees. She was also attentive and stopped by frequently to see if we needed anything. The place was busy and a bit noisy, the interior has high ceilings so the sound carries. You can also sit outside. When on the North Fork, you need to get seafood. It's always fresh out here. I went with an order of Blue Point Oysters which were delicious. My wife and I split a watermelon feta salad. Again, delicious. We also got an order of grilled squid. It was cooked perfectly. The crab topped deviled eggs were also a hit. For dinner I had the seared tuna over a mix of bok choi and other veggies. It was cooked to perfection. I don't remember what my son got and I think my dad had the beet salad along with an order of oysters. He seemed to be happy with it. The only ding is the parking. They took the spots away in front and expanded the outdoor dining. You can park in the public lot around back but, if you have someone who is handicapped, it could be problematic dropping them off in front. Main Street is narrow to begin with so just keep that in mind if you venture here on a Friday or Saturday night for dinner.
google avatar

Lia S.

Yelp
The food was so good, the lobster was fresh a don different from any lobster roll I've ever had with vanilla extract. The fresh seafood is delicious. The service was great, we sat outside and it was great to have view of greenport.
google avatar

Alexandra L.

Yelp
The Quick: Loved the spot! We had a few different appetizers, one was better than the next. The bartender was great, and had good recommendations. The specials were delicious, overall a fantastic spot and I must visit if you're in Greenport. My only complaints that they only offer happy hour specials at the bar, even during the pandemic. It's freezing outside, if locals are willing to sit outside (during the week) it would be nice if they would honor the happy hour -- that way we don't have to leverage indoor dining if we feel uncomfortable. Still, I rate this place highly and can't wait to return. Support local and support small!
google avatar

Missy G.

Yelp
If I could give Noah's a higher rating, I would. Every single bite was amazing. The place is comfortable and inviting. The art by Annie Sessler is fantastic!! They have so many delicious options to choose from. We ordered 8 things to share with our table of four. The oyster were sooooo delicious and my favorite was the crispy ribs. I will definitely dream of the sauce for years to come. We also tried the chowder, cheese plate, duck with cheesy grits, crab cakes and Brussels sprouts. All great!! Make a trip to this cottagey, crafty, artsy town but make sure to stop in at Noah's!!

Yelp
Last night my dinner party included my son-in-law and his family from Spain. He gallantly translates from English to Spanish and back again menus to his parents so that they can enjoy the meal. However last night the server did not appreciate that he was translating and that the order may take longer to take as he was translating. The server had no time for that and curtly answered legitimate questions with a shrug. My son in law asked if he could share three dishes, two from small plates and on dish from the large plates menu and was told he could. Then the plates arrived they, received no plates for sharing. At no time did the server ask if everything was all right nor welcome us. While the dishes arrived on time they were served with little politeness. We split the bill and my son-in-law gave a small tip and the server came to ask him did he make a mistake in the tip. He said no. and we left. I do not recommend this place to people whose first language is not English.

Eric T.

Yelp
Great refined street side dining. We had a great lunch here. Street side atmosphere is casual but refined with tablecloths inside and choice of water service. Service was outstanding- knowledgeable, friendly and attentive from maitre'd to waiter to busing. My son and I had filet mignon sliders which were cooked to perfection and cut like butter with outstanding hollandaise sauce and cooked spinach. Perfect small entree. My wife had excellent watermelon salad. I tried Bulleit Smash which was great summer bourbon cocktail. Beer selection was satisfactory. Overall outstanding experience. Try it! Nice that they had cushions on the metal chairs. So many restaurants have hard chairs these days.
google avatar

Elizabeth W.

Yelp
Overpriced for the quality and presentation. We reluctantly paid over $30 for fish and chips that looked like something you could have gotten at a ball game. The fries tasted like they were frozen and then just heated up. The portion size of fish was small. I also had the crispy duck confit. It a very small piece of duck on the bone with a fruity salad. The salad was ok and the duck was crispy but the near $40 price tag left much to be desired in flavor and portion size. The raw oysters were tasty but small $3.50 each. For a bill over $100 (no alcohol or apps) we were disappointed with the mediocre food that came out. We've gotten better meals for half the price. *Staff was friendly and accommodating! No complaints there.

Robert L.

Yelp
Ate here on July 11,2024.....service good, drinks ok, my $50 ribeye cooked beyond oblivion!
google avatar

Michele M.

Yelp
Food was delicious the waitress was great. I really loved the cauliflower and broccoli small plate, it was baked and full of flavor. The cocktails were also very good as well. The only thing I was disappointed about was the red crab tacos which everyone was ranting and raving about and I found them to be fishy. Maybe it was a bad day but I would not get them again.
google avatar

Natalie M.

Yelp
Came here for appetizers and drinks however, was so disappointed by our cocktails and service that we left without eating. I ordered a dirty martini made with tanqueray and what i received was a glass of olive juice with lemon. The martini was so salty it tasted like a cold cup of the long island sound after a storm. I was truly taken aback so i asked the bartender what happened and they insisted that i asked for lemon in it which was odd. It was completely opaque super salty and oddly sour with the lemon. Just a really odd experience overall. The ambiance was lovely though and i'll definitely update this if i ever go back because their menu does sound good and i would like to try it!
google avatar

Christiana M.

Yelp
We had our hopes high as this has been on our must try for years. Save your money and eat anywhere else. Honestly, the food quality was fine but all of it was way marked up. The duck liver mousse was bland, the octopus was good, the shrimp and grits were fine, the fish and chips were dying for some salt and vinegar. Everything was just meh and for what we spent it needed to be much more than meh. We won't be back.
google avatar

Clayton S.

Yelp
Noah's is always great. Great food and service, and Im always at home there. A great place near the inn . Walkable . The guests love it too
google avatar

JP P.

Yelp
The service is amazing here! Plus, it's dog friendly if it's warm enough for outside seating! The food was outstanding! Get the frito mixto it had the perfect spice to it and squeeze lemon on it and you will be more than pleased with this as a starter. I had the lobster roll as my main; it was good. I think I would definitely go back for the drinks and for the appetizers! I would like to try some of the other items on the menu since so many sounded amazing.
google avatar

Martha L.

Yelp
This was our second time at Noah's and we were equally pleased. Lobster roll is great, the oysters sweet and fresh, the frito misto delicious and the atmosphere relaxing. Enjoy!

Debra C.

Yelp
Great breakfast! Been here a few times. In season it gets very crowded but always worth the wait!
google avatar

Sunita S.

Yelp
We had dinner here last Monday. We.brought our dog and was able to get a seat outside. It took a second for our waiter to come out, but that was OK. The weather was beautiful and we were in no rush. We ordered cocktails that were really nice. We had the tacos and corn as an appetizer. They were both really yummy. We had the corn risotto and tuna with bok choy for our entrees. They were also super yummy. Dare I say, the best tuna I have had in a very long time!!!! This was our first visit and we will definitely be back.

Ashley B.

Yelp
We LOVED Noah's! We did several small plates and they were all delicious; Deviled Eggs, Tempura squash blossoms, Crab tacos and the Korean Short Rib. If I had to pick one, I'd say you must get the Crab Tacos! Also, Jason was a lovely server, attentive and kind.
google avatar

Caitlin J.

Yelp
Amazing restaurant and cannot say enough! From the service, to the ambience, to the delicious food and cocktails, this restaurant is a dream. We were here for our anniversary and they greeted us with complementary glasses of champagne. However, that was not the most amazing part. Our waitress went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing experience and delicious meal.

Louise L.

Yelp
We were very disappointed with the Kobe beef burger that we had the other night. Especially since Noah's is our favorite restaurant on the North Fork with, I feel, delicious and consistently good food. First, the burger wasn't hot (or charred enough), the cold slab of tomato on top cooled the temperature even more and the bun wasn't warm let alone toasted. All this made for a non-pleasurable experience. The fries were industrial so we couldn't even enjoy them. Really, Shake Shack burgers are better! I do remember having had a decent burger at Noah's a few years ago. It seems the kitchen staff should be retrained to turn out burgers the way they should be done.

Yelp
Let's start with pros - Ambiance and decor - 5 stars, very elegant, tables spaced far enough away, and nice decor. It's a white table cloth establishment, but also has a homey casual feel so you get the best of both worlds. Food - lobster roll, although I'd say a little heavy on the mayo the lobster was cooked incredibly well and it was very delicious. Crab Tacos - for not a taco place, these tacos were superb. Would definitely recommend. Very small portion, but big flavor. Ribeye - Nice, but some of the other options were better. Oysters and muscles we as expected, very satisfied but nothing crazy. Crab Cake - a bit over charred, nice flavor. Cons- Respect as a patron - there is an older woman that mans the door and she might be the most unpleasant person we met in all of Greenport. She had a general lack of respect for people and made the experience a bit trained. The restaurant was mostly empty, we showed up 10 minutes for our reservation and she scowled and said they were not ready and we had to go to the bar. This makes me confused because if you have reservations coming in and no one is there, why aren't you preparing the tables? Also, they did look ready, so why didn't she seat us? Also, why be rude? General experience - I felt uncomfortable after being seated, the server offered free champagne because she could tell we were all so taken aback. (We were appreciative.) The staff seemed nervous and timid, like they couldn't actually be themselves or have a personality. We tried to connect with our waitress, but she just wasn't having it. It was just weird and hard to explain, but it did make things more awkward than they should have been. She was foreign, so maybe it was just sarcasm she didn't understand. At one point my friend asked for a plastic to go bag, the lady again scowled and said they didn't have plastic bags and turned away. My friend lingered and said, do you have paper? She gave a heavy sigh and reluctantly gave her a paper bag. Again, just so unnecessary. I think given the positive experience at other places, I would not return here when visiting Greenport next time. Wrote a review for Bruce & Sons - you must go there!

Yelp
My husband and I had a vey good lunch at Noah's this week. We decided for small plates, tapas, and white wine. We had a nicely presented Peel and eat Jumbo Shrimp ( just cooked and served with very tasty aioli on a crushed ice base), tuna tartar, green fried tomatoes and warm endive salad. Good portions, fresh and satisfying. Staff is friendly and attentive. Beautiful place!

Yelp
Top quality and nice atmosphere. Full inventive menu and they were very nice helping me surprise the gf with a bday dessert. Gets busy in summer. $$$ more accurate re prices.

Yelp
Excellent service and decor. Bar not operating which is strange. The food was exceptional. We had the risotto and the duck confit. Both were amazing. We shared a special appetizer of stuffed squash blossoms. They were delicious. The beignets for dessert were ridiculously good.
