Noah's NY Bagels

Very busy Sunday morning, this place is jumping. Ordered the Farmhouse Bagel (1 egg) and a coffee. Both were good.

My partner and I went in for a bagel and coffee around 11:30 AM—plenty of time before closing—but the atmosphere was far from welcoming. Most of the chairs were stacked on tables, the blinds were drawn, and the space felt dark and uninviting. It genuinely made us question if the store was open. Other customers seemed just as confused, with some leaving entirely because the environment didn’t feel inviting enough to stay. When we asked the staff why they were already putting up chairs and closing blinds, they casually responded, “pre-closing.” This was two-and-a-half hours before closing time! It felt dismissive, like customers weren’t a priority. This isn’t the first time Noah’s Bagels has faced criticism either, this same location made headlines when the entire staff quit over the alleged mistreatment of their manager. Combined with my experience and other mixed reviews, it’s clear they may be struggling to maintain their standards. Something as simple as keeping chairs down and blinds open can make all the difference in creating a welcoming environment that encourages people to return. Has anyone else had similar experiences here? Let’s hope businesses take note and prioritize the people who keep them going.

They do not wear gloves when preparing your drinks. The cashier turned around after checking me out and made my beverages. She did not clean her hands after handling the register, and her dirty hoodie string dipped into my cup multiple times. While she was making the drinks, she kept going back and forth to the sink rinsing her hands, and I’m not 100 percent confident the water that was on her hands did not drip into my beverage. One drink had to be remade because it spilled but the same issue happened with her hoodie strings falling into my cup as she prepared the new one. The floor was dirty it looked like a biohazard, I saw rags on the floor. The floor had visible dirt spots and food everywhere, it looked like it had not been swept or mopped in days. Everyone was sweaty, had unprotected flowing hair over the food. Their uniforms are filthy. This is no way to serve anyone food. I am not even comfortable drinking this beverage. For a place that just makes bagels, it should not be this filthy.

We stopped by at 9:30 am this morning trying to buy a dozen freshly baked plain bagels. The counter person seemed like not hearing our order and gave us half a dozen stoned cold bagels instead. The store was not overly busy.

I don't typically write reviews, but this felt necessary. This is how my to-go order came. Unfortunately I didn't look at it until I got home. Burnt to a crisp. This never should have left the kitchen. Very disappointed.

Breakfast and coffee here are very popular. There are a lot of customers but it seems that there is not enough staff. The waiting time may be about 30 minutes each time. If you are in a hurry, go to work after breakfast. Then you may want to stay here enough. It is very convenient to get here from Exit 56 of the high-speed I80. It's easy to get back to high speed. The outdoor dining table here is very nice, with a row of reeds very beautiful. Next door is the outlet brand-name discount commercial area, and there is a very special NUT TREE leisure and entertainment shopping mall, which is very convenient.

Today was my first time going to Noah bagel. I asked the lady that was behind the counter filling the order to change her gloves because she was hadling pork. She answered me very rule. I asked her again and she ignored me. Everyone doesn't eat pork so you should be mindful of how your hadling customers food. I'm sure she don't have to pay for gloves out of her paycheck. You should change your gloves every time you help a customer. I ended up getting a refund

we ordered a bacon avocado egg sandwich….but like where’s the bacon, shmear, avocado, and egg?? i know there’s very very little avocado and egg but for the price? and missing some ingredients?? it’s a rip off. i just don’t understand how you can miss the main part of the sandwich. don’t go here unless you wanna be scammed.

I had their maple bacon breakfast sandwich for the first time & it was the best. The customer service was friendly & fast!! If I would have had time to remain I would have because the atmosphere was great, other customers were enjoying themselves & they were friendly also. I would recommend Noah NY Bagels

For the third time this restaurant fails to show signs of competence. At this point I no longer think the is an employee issue as much as it is a management or owner problem. Rather than listing every that was wrong it's better to say they have some food to eat. That's about it

Food, service, quality, and presentation has drastically declined. This being my 3rd consecutive negative experience, I feel compelled to leave a review but I'll keep it simple and to the point: Food: items are literally "thrown together" and/or "overpoured everywhere" and/or crumpled into a ball which leaves it a complete mess for the customer to try to eat without it getting all over themselves, their car, their house, etc. Coffee: the coffee cup (3rd time now) where the cup is literally falling apart, collapsing, lid popping off when you pick up the cup of HOT coffee, and leaking all over me. It was so overfilled when I got it (no room for cream or sweetener), and it spilled everywhere through the opening in the top AND all around the rim AND through the crease all down the side. See pictures. Hashbrowns were in a crumpled, balled up, small greasy bag that looked like a piece of garbage. See pictures. The hashbrowns did not taste very good either BUT that may just be a personal preference on my part. It just didn't look very appealing and was very greasy. The breakfast bagel: So that one tasted crazy good and that's why I gave 2 stars! However, it too was "thrown together". None of the ingredients were aligned on the bagels. The ham was half on on one side, the egg was half on one side the other side, the bacon was in one stack, the cheese was also the same and not all the bagel had the smear. It's just not fun to have to take apart your hot sandwich to align the ingredients because now you've just made it cold. But like I said, once I did that the flavor was beyond on point (it was the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich if anyone wants to try it!!!). So lastly, with all this mess, I was provided no napkins, creamer, sweetener, etc and this was a to-go (DoorDash) order. Although my previous 2 negative experiences were in person where it was the staff that were also less than polite, specifically whoever the supervisor is on weekdays that made an elderly lady in front of me who could hardly stand wait while she finished a personal non work related conversation (about 2 1/2 mo ago). So this location used to be on point and amazing! I don't know what has changed but please fix it. I'm willing to modify my review if they go back to the amazingness they used to be. I'm not going to stop going there but I'll only go in person now because I feel as though I have to be there to make sure my order is accurate and that it's not a mess.

Great customer service. I love the food. I always order from here when I have guest. Chloe, the manager is very nice and has great customer service.

Went in this morning 2/22/25 at 630a. I was one of three people in the store. I ordered a dozen bagels and asked for a group coffee to go. The cashier replied with "it takes 8 minutes to brew, and there's no telling how long it will take to prepare, because I have to help the other customers first". We were out numbered 2:1 employees to visitors in the store. I asked if another employee could help and she blankly stared at me. If I was the business manager/ owner I would be very upset that a cashier turned down revenue for my store because she was lazy. There was at least 6 employees I. The store that could have helped and she simply was too lazy to make coffee. I went to dunkin and purchased directly after without issue. This is the fifth or sixth time I've been to Noah's and have always been bothered by their lack of efficiency. The time previous to this, they had even more employees but it seemed to be so disorganized that they were getting in each others way. Not to mention the girl who was just starting her shift shoving her way through coworkers to make her own food while customers are waiting on theirs. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I ordered inside 2 toasted onion bagels with cream cheese. Hubby had lox. They were fresh, soft and delicious when reheated at home. Cost was $12. Service was slow. It was before 9 am. There were lots of delivery/pickup orders and a just a couple walkins like me. Staffing seemed insufficient. Although there were 4 people working (1 was clearly a trainee) it wasn't enough to keep up with orders. One staff took the orders, another made drinks, the 3rd made sandwiches, toasted bagels, etc. while the trainee bagged and handed off orders. A suggestions: during peak times have 2 staff making sandwiches/toasting bagels, and train during off peak hours. Not large enough for groups but there is a small indoor dining area. Definitely recommend because the bagels are great!

Location is great, right off the freeway. Wifey was craving a bagel, so here we are. Based on this experience, might be our last visit. My order was simple: poppyseed bagel with plain cream cheese. Long wait time for what looked like a not very busy store. Service was slow. Bagel did not taste fresh, seemed like it was sitting out a few days. I opted for a toasted bagel but I was cold in the center? Frozen much? Ordered a cup of coffee, as I took a sip it was barely warm it was NOT hot. I wonder how long this coffee has been sitting out? Very annoying. Didn't get the bagel I was expecting. Coffee wasn't what I was expecting. Overall, not a good experience. Past experiences have been better.

Surprised this location isn't rated higher! We stopped by here around 9:45 on a Friday and it was filled with people which excited us and gave it good vibes right away. The service was great and quick. We all got bagel sandwiches and thought they were delicious and had a good price. Easily one of the best Noah's I've gone to.

We stopped here for a quick and easy snack on our way to soccer. It was quick, the cashier was friendly. The food over all was ok. If I return, I will be getting the lox again. I felt like it was a good food to bagel ratio. The farm felt as if they added the bare minimum just to say it had to have in there. The cinnamon sugar was not to par with a bagel establishment. It was very chewy and hard on the outside. I liked the honey almond, but not with this mediocre bagel

Heyyyyyyy you guyyyyys!!! I was visiting and wanted a bagel, this place hit the spot. It was so delicious, fresh bagel and even fresher apple strudel. I was skeptical bc the reviews were not the best but who doesn't love a good NY bagel? So I went for it and it was fantastic, the service was wonderful, everyone was super friendly. The ice latte was delightful too! If you're in the mood for a good breakfast and coffee look no further. Let's eat!!

I've been to other Noah's bagels and this is probably my least favorite. It's super small inside seating is hard to come by. The structure of the line and pick up area is pure chaos. Seems to stay packed until about 10am. Cashier got some of our order wrong. We waited a while to get our order. Doesn't seem like they have enough staff for the crowd they have. Bagel was just okay. I got one of the shmears to go. Had a chai latte. Not many coffee options. Chocolate chip cookie was legit. It's prob better to order online before u go. I'll only be back to grab shmears because they never disappoint.

Came in and ordered within 5 min. Good service. Nice ambience. Got the farmhouse sandwich and it was very good and fresh! Came out quick too! Definitely recommend this spot

Yum..Do you like carbs?..wellwho doesn't..? Lol.we stopped by here on the way home..This place is always busy,but well organized by the employees when it comes to ordering and getting your food in a clean environment. The bagels and treats are always fresh and the tea and coffee are smooth..If you haven't tried Noah's you definitely should.. always the best..

It's Noah's Bagels... all of their bagels are yummy! Today's choice for me was the pretzel bagel with a plain smear, lightly toasted. I ordered from their app which made my order super easy to get quickly. The staff here are always super friendly any time I come here.

Amazing selection of bagels. I love their breakfast chorizo burrito, it is so delicious and filling. One thing I didn't like from this location was the service. The young man that attended me early morning seemed unenthusiastic and was not very welcoming. It felt awkward at times trying to talk to him since he didn't seem like he even wanted to greet, or ask if I needed help ordering. I don't come to Noah's bagels often. This was my first time at this location and kind of bummed this was my experience. I can't complain about their bagels or breakfast items though. They have delicious items to eat! I would say I am confused on why they charge extra for their spinach and cheese bagels and their jalapeño and cheese bagels. Other than that, I hope the next time I come my experience is better!

Terrible service! Bagels are not good and chewy. There's only a few choices of bagels not like before where the bagels are good and plentiful. Now quality of bagels went down and there is poor customer service. So disappointed.

Slow, slower, and then slow again. It's just bagels and never have we gotten a whole order correct. Two toasted bagels waited to long and then no cinnamon raisin bagel missing...

Well.. we are deff going to be calling corporate on this one. Today my husband went back Noah's bagels because I was craving a jalapeño breakfast bagel. (9 months pregnant) Well there were 3 left in the trays, once again they were all out after the order had been placed. So he did what a great husband would do and asked for a refund on that 1 single bagel again (sorry I'm craving what I'm craving ) and I don't want to sub for anything else!! I honestly don't understand what the General Managers issue with us is and asking for our money back and making it a big issue for her then it really is, she gave my husband attitude, was making rude remarks, and laughing in the background and said "that's him from last time" She was super irritated because he wanted a refund, and then walked over to the cash register where another employee was ringing up. Said " say hi to Brenda for me ‍" and walked away pist off. The girl on the register had to apologize for her behavior and as an employee watching your GM act this way is really unacceptable. My husband told her there was no issue with her and asked for a card to call corporate. Again my husband did not give her any attitude, just asked for a refund and this rude ass lady went Karen . I don't understand how ppl like this have a job, if there are cameras with sound I would appreciate corporate to listen and view the video because she needs immediate customer service training ASAP. Lady's name is Chloe.. Side note: because she was having some sort of retaliation towards us, we threw away the other bagel made because I can't trust she didn't spit on it... And Chloe hello, sorry I'm 9 months pregnant and crave what I crave, not sure why you have an issue with refunds. This far into your career you should now how to talk to customers!

This Noahs is bad becausehe of the manager Jen! She projects her negatively energy to all patrons and staff. It is obvious the leadership is bad here. The staff seemed on edge. Don't expect a warm welcome at this Noahs. I am the owner of a couple of business's so I know how important it is to be polite and kind to all. This place is negative and horrible because of Jen's management

The bagels are delicious , the dining area is dirty. It was just gross looking at the floor trying to enjoy a bagel but next time, it's best to just take it to go.

Nothing can improve the rude inconsiderate behavior of their employees. The place was a mess, we ordered a plain bagel which we got from the attendant at the register. We then ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. 45 MINUTES later and we still don't have our order. Finally got it but they did the wrong bagel. When they finally got it right the man threw it across the counter at us. Unacceptable at the very least and our coffee was COLD by the time they tossed the bagel over the counter. I asked to speak with a manager and they said she was TOO busy to talk. I then called after we left and spoke to someone who claimed they were a manager but she didn't act like one and gave no merit to our issues. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I've been to this location a few times in the morning and I have to say the service is super slow. On my last visit I decided to watch them make their bagels. It seemed disorganized. Each worker had orders to fulfill but they were constantly getting in each others way. The drinks, hot or cold, seemed to come out fast so that was good. The star of this place is the bagels. They are fresh and taste delicious. I can't say I've had a bad food experience here. Why the 2 stars? They will not allow for indoor eating. I mean it was below 55 outside. We sat at a table and quickly ate our food. I'm not sure why but good luck to those who choose eat there during the fall/winter. Might as well be a take our only joint. They'd probably save money that way. LOL

Always fresh and delicious. We usually order the Farmhouse with two eggs... super yum! Typically use the order ahead option so we get in and out super quick, plus rack of the points in the app for freebies (who doesn't live a freebie?). Not a lot of indoor seating but still enough if you wanted to dine in you could. And it's usually clean.

I order $60 worth of breakfast bagels with double egg and none of my bagels had double egg I asked for no onion and tomato and there's onion and tomato. Went back to let the employees know she messed up my order she made 2 new breakfast bagels they were very sloppy. Need to train employees better training better customer service.

Well, I went in this morning and spent over $60 to buy three dozen bagels and asked the girl at the counter to mix them up and come to find out. she gave me damn near all the same bagels in every goddamn box! Do not trust anyone working behind the counter as apparently they don't know what.. "hey go ahead and give me a mix" ...means absolutely absurd... and the crappy thing is I bought these for my customers and now they're gonna be pissed off as I got almost damn near the same bag in every box!!!! I love the bagels, but I'm pissed off at the service..

On Friday (9/1) I saw a complete 180 change once I walked into the store and can tell that management worked really hard over the summer to train/hire on staff. The service was amazing, the food was actually made like how they advertise it, and both my drink and sandwich came out very quickly. So glad I gave this place another try. Only recommendation is to have more variety in the chips they sell. There was 2 racks of chips both on the back wall and on the front of the drinks but it was all just 1 flavor - the sea salt kettle chips I believe.

Im here again and the same rude lady took my order she just probably doesn't want to take orders ever and maybe you guys shouldn't let her. She was all shaking her shoulders at me instead of telling me the options. If I could I would rate it zero stars

this is the 3rd time we've been to Noah's before noon and they've been out of 6 cheese bagels. today they were out of even plain bagel.How are you gonna be a Bagel shop open till 2pm when you don't even have the basic bagels ‍ ...

Excitedly went to get some toasted bagels with cream cheese, lox, and onions. After placing my order that was taken correctly per my receipt, I get home and see my order is incorrect with added items that I do not eat. What a disappointment.

I really enjoyed my experience at Noah's. Friendly staff and tasty food. There is a reason why it says NY bagels. I will be coming back!!!

It was my first time at Noah's bagels. I was truly surprised by how cute and well put together the bagels and pastries were. I was greeted by the baker that day Kaye. She was very nice and friendly, it truly felt like a real bakery

I've been to many other Noah's Bagels and was unfortunately disappointed with my visit this afternoon. I ordered a simple chorizo, egg, and cheese bagel and my boyfriend ordered the chorizo avocado sunrise bagel and added bacon. I'm not sure how the lady rung it up but my bagel ended up being over $2 more than his even though it had less on it. When we got our bagels, my boyfriend was missing both his avocado and bacon on his bagel and they said they couldn't remake it for him and simply just handed him the bacon and no avocado. We enjoyed our bagels but I wish our experience wasn't so poor today.

Great bagels but the bathrooms weren't clean and no paper towels to dry hands. They just have an air dryer - so frustrating. Please include paper towels for those that want to dry their hands! Keep making great bagels!

I've been coming here for awhile and the bagels are amazing! It's gets packed on the weekends so I usually order ahead of time . The only negative side to the place is the customer service! It the staff are not friendly. I get it I work in customer service as well and I get over whelmed too , but there's always the right way to talk to a customer .

half of my order was missing and the portion of my order that i asked to be made was half assed and underdone. never coming back to this place

Kevin the manager was amazing, he 100% deserves a raise. I'm a manager in the hospitality and he showed genuine kindness, hospitality and interest. Clean location, delicious food and nice smart people need to be rewarded. Thank you Kevin! Well deserved 5 stars.

At 7am we were hungry for a bagel and had never been disappointed by other Noah's locations. However, this Noah's gave us COLD bagels when they were bacon egg and cheddar sandwiches. They slapped a cold piece of cheese on non toasted bread with a cold egg and called it a day We tried to bring it back in to get it heated but the RUDE big lady wouldn't take them back. We are severely disappointed in this Noah's. Do better.

Noah's gets my attention because they have Pumpernickel Bagels any place that has Pumpernickel Bagels goes way up on my list because they can be hard to find so come on in to Noah's New York Bagels they run quite a business it is just busy busy busy people roaring in and out to go orders to eat orders to whatever order you want and wow I'm happy let's go again

I've had plenty of fresh bagels in NYC and these were not even close enough to be considered as NY bagels. The shape was close but the texture is way too airy and soft for it to be considered as a bagel. The jalapeño cheese was good but again, too soft. I also had the bacon egg and cheese bagel and as soon as I took it out of the bag I found a hair on the egg. They also skimp on the fillings especially the cream cheese.

You would think for 8$ for one bagel they would get your order right no not even close
