Food, service, quality, and presentation has drastically declined. This being my 3rd consecutive negative experience, I feel compelled to leave a review but I'll keep it simple and to the point:
Food: items are literally "thrown together" and/or "overpoured everywhere" and/or crumpled into a ball which leaves it a complete mess for the customer to try to eat without it getting all over themselves, their car, their house, etc.
Coffee: the coffee cup (3rd time now) where the cup is literally falling apart, collapsing, lid popping off when you pick up the cup of HOT coffee, and leaking all over me. It was so overfilled when I got it (no room for cream or sweetener), and it spilled everywhere through the opening in the top AND all around the rim AND through the crease all down the side. Hashbrowns were in a crumpled, balled up, small greasy bag that looked like a piece of garbage. See pictures. The hashbrowns did not taste very good either BUT that may just be a personal preference on my part. It just didn't look very appealing and was very greasy.
The breakfast bagel: So that one tasted crazy good and that's why I gave 2 stars! However, it too was "thrown together". None of the ingredients were aligned on the bagels. The ham was half on on one side, the egg was half on one side the other side, the bacon was in one stack, the cheese was also the same and not all the bagel had the smear. It's just not fun to have to take apart your hot sandwich to align the ingredients because now you've just made it cold. But like I said, once I did that the flavor was beyond on point (it was the Farmhouse breakfast sandwich if anyone wants to try it!!!).
So lastly, with all this mess, I was provided no napkins, creamer, sweetener, etc and this was a to-go (DoorDash) order. Although my previous 2 negative experiences were in person where it was the staff that were also less than polite, specifically whoever the supervisor is on weekdays that made an elderly lady in front of me who could hardly stand wait while she finished a personal non work related conversation (about 2 1/2 mo ago).
So this location used to be on point and amazing! I don't know what has changed but please fix it. I'm willing to modify my review if they go back to the amazingness they used to be. I'm not going to stop going there but I'll only go in person now because I feel as though I have to be there to make sure my order is accurate and that it's not a mess.
