"Tucked into an unassuming strip mall in Webster, Texas, Nobi hosts one of the area’s best selections of craft beer, with more than 50 options, plus even more available in bottles and cans. And the food here really shines, with a modern Vietnamese menu that includes dishes like pork fried rice, stir-fried noodles, and a chocolate stout brownie sundae for dessert." - Brittanie Shey

"The owners of Nobi Public House will open a second restaurant in Webster, and it’s going to be decidedly different than its Vietnamese sibling. Called Hyde Park Wood Fired Kitchen, the restaurant is set to open at 247 East NASA Parkway and will serve a menu of dishes cooked in a wood-burning oven, ranging from pizzas to braised meats." - Amy McCarthy

Food is awesome. Always tastes great. Plenty of beer choices to pick from. Wait staff are wonderful. They know how to take care of the customers.

I wish I would have taken more pictures while grabbing dinner at Nobi Public House, but the food was that good. When you first walk in, you realize this is an establishment really knows beer. The beer list is on a wall, so depending on where you sit you may want to take a picture of it. There’s an ode to hops no matter where you turn with popular scenes featuring hops. I started off with the egg rolls which were fried to perfection and served with a nice dipping sauce. The jicama in them really gave a fresh flavor. You’ll hear this question around you everywhere, ‘You want an egg on that’ and I said yes when getting the Bi’s Curry. Beware the heat level can vary according to the staff, but it wasn’t too hot for me. I do like spice and had to wipe the brow a couple of times while eating it. The beef is very tender, nice rich broth and plenty of vegetables. I wish this platform let you post video because when I cut into that egg and the runny yolk mixed in, it elevated the dish. Definitely recommend.

Pretty decent for the price! They sell seasonal mead. The food was average but they had a lot of drinks. This would be a good place to drink and be merry 🍻 Pictured is their combination vermicelli, mead, and shaking tofu.

Great food! I got the pork & shrimp spring rolls and shaking beef vermicelli. I would get the spring rolls again, delicious. Sat outside with my dog. Thank you to the waiter who brought a dog bowl of water! The vibes are chill and the service is excellent. Will be coming again soon.

It was great lunch. ... We really appreciate that they let mallows our cat inside ♥️. Please note that our cat is inside her pet carrier. The food was yummy. The fried pork rice and fried pork was great. We also order banhmi, wanton soup, i think it's pork roll or egg roll and Thai ice tea. ... The service was friendly and attentive. The price was good. The ambiance was interesting. Love the paintings and collections. The Bar was amusing. So many beers 🍺 keg spouts. They also have souvenir items. ... We had a amazing lunch. ...

Hi Nobi, I enjoyed my meal. I ordered the fish sauce wings with just plain rice. No need for fried rice since the wings are flavorful! Our server was amazing but the cooks made our food a bit slow when there wasn’t a lot of customers. Overall, I would likely try other dishes when I’m around town!

Very laid back and friendly environment setting. I loved the combination of shrimp and pork spring roll. Quite delicious. Now to the main course. I had their pork vermicelli, and let me say there's not really anything to complain about. The pork had a bit more barbeque taste it that I haven't had in any other place. Overall very good.

The food’s been hit and miss lately - Nobi used to be a weekly spot for us, but the last few times we have been my food has come out lukewarm warm. When it’s hot though, Bahn Mi here can’t be beat. Cup of wonton is more like a bowl here and so savory.Tables can get packed, parties slow to leave, and food can take a while to come out, but waiters are always are attentive.
