2 stars for the quality of the drink & soft serve but 4 stars for the cashier being patient with me and answering my questions. For starters, I've gone to Nobibi several times and in the past, the taste was stellar. However, in the recent months, the quality diminished. Perhaps it's new management or the pandemic taking a toll on the business but as you notice in my pictures, they changed up the menu drastically. The cups are no longer the same either. It feels less sturdy. The inside is not as well maintained as it used to be due to no dine in allowed. However there is outside seating available (2 tables with a few chairs). Okay now about the taste. We got the Chillax Milk Tea which is basically caramel milk tea supposedly. However, we could hardly taste any caramel at all! The drink seem to have barely any milk because it tasted very strong & bitter. Also got the Ube Softserve which was a disappointment. Judging by the texture of the soft serve, you can tell already that it's not rich in flavor which is unfortunate because last year their softserve was really rich & smooth but they may have opt out for a cheaper quality of it. Lastly, we got the Grapefruit Crush. It was probably the only decent one we got. It's basically grapefruit soda so it was refreshing. Also, this is a personal gripe I have but I wished the toppings for the ice cream was cut/grinded into smaller pieces (like how somi somi does it) so it's more enjoyable to eat rather than very large pieces. I wished more M&M toppings were provided as well.

Cute decor and decent desserts. We had the guava Jasmine tea and the pineapple green tea. Didn't get a chance to try the soft serve ice cream this time but it looked good. The reason for docking one star is that the tea was not cold so we had to give the ice some time to melt. Friendly and attentive staff. Answered my questions and gave me recommendations. The inside is so cute!! I saw an advertisement of them on my Instagram feed and had to check out this place. When I got out of work (because it's closer to my job then where I live) I drive over. I live in Pasadena and this is out my way. However, if ever I'm in the area, I will definitely go back.

This place is amazing!! Super cute and insta worthy😍 their ice cream is very tasty I got the dream cloud. The size is huge. Cheese peach drink is very refreshing. I asked and they use fresh Texas peach! That’s why it is so good. Owners are very nice people. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

A cute little drinks and ice cream shop. They have quite a bit of different hand crafted drinks. As well as ice cream selections. Got the August Oolong Matcha and the Strawberry Slush. They were both great! Definitely recommend checking this place out. Not to mention the cute pink interiors and #kpop music they have playing in the background. Very good place to hangout with friends on a chill day.

Usually, I’m just so delighted to share all the ice cream options that exist in Houston. This time, I’m disappointed. I feel like we found a place that tried to throw all the ice cream trends together: cotton candy, toasted marshmallows, cereal, cookie crumbs, gold leaf, boba, and all the right decor. Neon signs, unicorns, brass, marble. Cats. But guess what? The ice cream wasn’t delicious. So enjoy the instagram-able everything, but it’s not as good as it looks.

Love the ice cream ,but wish they had chocolate/vanilla. The Sakura blossom was exceptionally good.(They currently have caramel or coconut ice cream flavor)

Their ice cream, smoothie, and bubble waffle was really good! The ice cream is soft-serve ice cream. I tried their black coconut ice cream, which is coconut ice cream that is flavored enhanced with charcoal and had toppings of dehydrated mango and dehydrated strawberry. My husband got the strawberry smoothie with the bubble waffle. It was delicious! The staff also helped him pick out this choice. They were friendly and helpful!
