NobiliTea

It's definitely not nobilitea anymore. I got one of their basic juice drinks in a size large with let's scoop of popping boba and a scoop of mango jelly and ended up coming out of pocket $15 as I tipped a couple dollars to be nice! That's a lot for a large juice! Don't get me wrong, the drink was wonderful! Very tasty! I have no complaints! Only that the price is definitely not what it used to be and it's definitely a place that I will only be going to for a special treat.

They changed their name, but I went in today craving a virgin pina colada (im recently sober) and they ABSOLUTELY delivered. I ordered the Pina Colada with energy and I was so impressed with my drink!!! They will be seeing me again soon, and often!

Was looking for a local coffee shop after a trip the VA hospital, and my first couple of stops were now “closed” and in my sorrow and frustration I found NobiliTea. Great vibe inside, a nice selection of nibbles, biscuits, and treats. Nice service and my special seasonal S’mores Chai was delicious. Rich and creamy it satisfied my craving for a warm beverage. Servers were energetic and ready to engage, not snobby baristas. I recommend that you them a try and take some time to relax and enjoy.

My favorite place for good tea and my dog likes their pup cups.

The tea was great and reasonably priced. The pumpkin and lemon bread loaves were a little overpriced for the portion size though. Drive thru took 20 minutes, but I’ll be back again.

New place very nice. Iced Chia tea is very good. Lots of different teas to choose from.

Great drinks and great customer service on my first visit to this fun tea shop. I’ll definitely be back. On this visit I tried a prepared drink but they have yummy looking - and smelling - loose teas as well as prepared iced tea in to-go gallons and as self-serve drinks.

The cinnamon muffin and hot latte were on target today. Enjoyed the taste of both while I rested on their comfy sofa! The service was friendly and helpful. The restroom was clean. Highly recommend.

Great tea choices, helpful staff. They don't have tapioca boba but the bubbles that pop. They're good too! Worth a stop.

I am seriously OBSESSED with this place. If you love tea- you'll love this place. They have loose leaf tea for purchase or you can get drinks made with whatever tea you want. Each month they do themed drinks. Some are too sweet for me and taste more like candy/juice than tea but I think you can ask for half sweet. My favorites are the s'mores chai and Bourbon dreams (bourbon street tea with vanilla enhancer and almond milk). They also have a tea bar if you like just the simple tea by itself. You can request to add boba or different velocity's to the tea bar (or any drink). Seriously. So good. My only wish: they had a frequent buyer stamp card.

Yeah it takes awhile to get tea sometimes; the place is very popular. I got what tasted like a stale m&m cookie bar, but wasnt too upset because the lemon blueberry scone was phenomenal. Can't wait to try some of the other snacks. It's great to have an alternative to starbucks, mcdonalds, and taco casa. I have been here at least 6 times. Update: The other snacks are great. Homemade confections from gingersnaps bakery in Ingram. This store has really long hours in my opinion, and you just have to know when to go when it isn't very busy. I have been here at least a dozen times. The tea is THAT good.

My absolute favorite place to grab a refreshing drink! The staff is always so kind and helps you navigate through the extensive menu! They have herbal, white, green, black teas and will mix in powders, sugar and sweetners to your liking. They have the cutest stuff inside for gifts and snacks. I prefer getting my own cup and filling up my tea inside it's a better value and they also sell by the gallon.

Great variety of teas. Ready cold tea bar. Seasonal drinks. Friendliest staff. Cleanest restroom in Kerrville. Welcoming decor. Plenty of seating. They even have a great window of open hours. Highly recommend this place. I send all out of towners here.

Absolutely HORRIBLE workers. While the tea may be good, the people making it are not. I do not recommend going here

It's a AWESOME place w/ a cafe atmosphere. They have a variety of teas and blends that becomes overwhelming but at least not boring. Music is usually fun & jumpy to get u going. I strongly suggest people pay them a visit at least once. It becomes a must stop after the first visit.

We have been going to Nobilitea in Kerrville for over two years. We love it! They take time to make sure your tea is brewed just right and they have the greatest people working there. If you are new to teas they take time to explain and even let you taste test from the tea bar. Yes they are busy and yes just like other places you have to have a little patience but tea is for relaxing and enjoying. So whether you do the drive through or go in remember to put on a smile and just relax. It is a very fun place.

The have dozens upon dozens of teas here!! It's super cute and cozy inside and the customer service is extremely attentive. I ordered the life preserver. It was so fruity and colorful. I loved it so much. Hope I can come back next time I'm in town.

This tea is just so good They have very refreshing drinks and have season drinks. They only sometimes have boba with their drinks. Another thing is that they only have a few drinks at a time sometimes but their all so good and refreshing.

The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. I go at least once a day. There are SOO many wonderful teas to try!! So happy Nobilitea came to Kerrville!

The tea here is amazing, and so is the service!! I usually get a "medium" (32oz) tea from the tea bar as well as some loose leaf tea. I was nervous about where I would get my loose leaf tea when I moved to kerrville a couple years ago. Nobilitea has a wide selection of fresh loose leaf tea. I can't get enough of the Empress Grey or the Almond Almaretti! The best part is that I get a discount for bringing my own tea tins...nice!

The drive thru is beyond slow. I waited more than 30 minutes. I'm not sure why tea takes so long to get. You can get food at a drive thru quicker than this place. I won't return:(

80% of the time this is an amazing place to get a drink. I love their unique teas and blends. The only reason for my 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a consistent flaw. At least 1 out of every 5 visits has resulted in things being wrong with my order. Today it was extra ice when I requested light ice as I have sensitive teeth and too much ice makes it difficult for me to drink. Other than that I love getting tea here.

Nobilitea is growing on me, however it definitely lacks some of the modern touches that other comparable tea/coffee shops do. For example a menu of basic drinks, I love that they offer so many options and customized drinks but no where is that easily explained or shown online, nor in the store/drive through. It really takes away the convenience of ordering, and certainly doesn't make it easy for customers to try new drinks. Also the pastry/food selection is hit or miss. While it is great they buy from local small businesses/vendors, it also means they buy in smaller quantities and if something is out it could be out for a week. They also don't offer any warm/cold food products, just shelf-stable cookies/breads/scones and then prepackaged candy.

Wish I'd discovered this place on the first day of my vacation! Delicious options, hot, cold, bubble teas, fun blends. Loose tea, tea pot ! So worth the visit

I went here looking for a smoothie but the didn't sale them only teas ... as far as tea goes they have a variety of different flavors and the customer service was A1

Love this place! Always a refreshing experiance! I love their tea bar and their specialty drinks are crazy good! Not to mention, the prices are affordable! So much better that a fast food soda! If you like your tea tart like me...try the strawberry hibiscus iced from the tea bar! It's my summer fave!

Their teas seem to be quite astringent, which might come from low quality leaves, too much steeping, or water that is too hot. This is especially an issue with their green teas.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I have gotten some really tasty drinks here but unfortunately have gotten some not so great drinks too depending on who was working that day. Im hoping they've ironed out the kinks for good. Huge selection!

I'm not even a tea person and I love this place. Large variety of teas and very refreshing.

I love this place, Corbin always makes the best drinks exactly how we want them. When it's not him making them they don't turn out the same they always have something off about them. But all in all the entire staff is super friendly!

I have walked in multiple times and been ignored. I understand they only want to help teenage girls but my money is good and I want to spend it here. I'm leaving this review now because the manager refused to acknowledge my wife and I. He had time to stand around and ignore us, make eye contact four times and count money but not even say good morning. Finally when we walked out he said "Have a nice day." My response was "Thanks for finally acknowledging us." I will never set foot in this store again and I urge everyone to go literally anywhere else. This is not the first time I've been ignored. The staff is rude, immature and loud. The man who I imagine is the manager is knowledgeable but is not helpful. I have heard them openly talking about business and sales goals and how they need to push more expensive drinks. If you're a teenage girl, you'll like this place. Otherwise you are better off making your own. I cannot express how angry I am at being treated so poorly. I used to go here at least once a week but never again. You lost my business permanently and I will go to the Bubble Tea place when it opens.

This place is very good. I go here almost everyday. They never disappoint me. They are always very sweet.

I Love NobiliTea! Everything I get here is amazing and the staff is so wonderful at making suggestions. I will be a repeat customer! The Chai latte with almond milk is amazing and I had one called Mermaid ‍ water! I would highly suggest checking it out!

Love the tea bar and great prices for large teas. I highly recommend walking in vs drive thru unless you know your teas and what you want, otherwise you may find yourself overwhelmed like I was.

I'm so happy to have a place to get both hot and iced teas! They have a large selection and have custom blended flavors every month. I love purchasing it by the gallons for events too. Ginger Snaps provides cookies and pastries that are sold here too - amazing! Sometimes the waitstaff can be a bit disorganized but they have all been very friendly and helpful at making recommendations. They also sell super cute tea pots, mugs and more for the tea lover in your life.

Friendly with a wide variety of excellent tea...iced & hot, including lattes. Prices are reasonable. The coffee is not their forte, but I'm more of a tea person.
