Nobis Hotel Palma

Nobis Hotel ended up being one of the nicest surprises of our trip. The design of the place is modern but still warm, and the whole building feels calm the moment you walk in. The staff were welcoming and handled everything smoothly, which made check in and the stay super easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and had that quiet, relaxing feel you want after a long day out. The location is great too, close enough to walk around and explore without feeling stuck in a crowded tourist area. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and really well done, way better than the usual hotel setups. It is the kind of hotel that feels stylish without trying too hard and just makes your stay better in every way. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel situated in a 12th century Muslim palace. It's the type of place that people wander by and then come back to stare into the lobby. The Old Town location is perfect for site-seeing while also being somewhat hidden and cozy. The breakfast was terrific and the courtyard setting is so lovely. Dinner was also excellent and the drinks in the beautiful bar area upstairs were top notch. We also appreciated the fresh flowers in our room, especially the 2-dozen white roses. Overall, one of our favorite hotels ever and we look forward to returning!

Amazing Hotel ! We loved our stay here. The building is absolutely beautiful. The location is great and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. We traveled with our 6 year old son and were really surprised with how child friendly they were. We’ll be back!

Great hotel! ||If you like a more exclusive, boutique hotel, with premium yet understated ambiance, this is the one in Mallorca. So discreet but utterly beautiful. Our room over looked the main dining area, which was unique but quite cool. The bar was often closed for an event, but very beautiful. I'm not sure who designed the hotel, but they really thought about every single detail in terms of interior design. We loved every inch of the place. ||The staff very friendly and efficient. The room cleaning staff the same. ||Other guests were well dressed cosmopolitan people. ||The breakfast was very simple, but good quality. ||The restaurant we didn't try because we had read a lot of bad reviews and there are also some really GREAT places to dine in Palma. ||The gym was very small, my boyfriend lifts very heavy weights, but it was adequate for the two of us for 4 days. We didn't try the yoga class. ||We would definitely return.

My wife and I enjoyed a three night stay in November. We booked our stay using the AMEX FHR program. ||We booked and were assigned a junior suite, which was lovely. Wood beamed ceiling, several windows overlooking a patio from which we could just see the Palma Catedral. ||Hotel has a very nice relaxation space, with two saunas. Breakfast was superb, with everything you could need (made to orders eggs/omelettes too). Specialty dishes also available for a small upcharge. On the last morning we needed to leave before breakfast started and were able to enjoy a complimentary continental breakfast in our room.||The two bars were great. We particularly enjoy the main level seating by the fountain for breakfast and in the evening. You can walk to all of old town easily. ||This was my second stay at a Nobis branded hotel and I would certainly return to the Palma Nobis given the opportunity.

Our neighbouring island (We live Ibiza) never ceases to amaze us with its fantastic hotel options. This time, we explored Nobis Hotel Palma, where the hotel manager, Jonathan Liu, a true enthusiast of hotels and their inner workings, and an absolute delight to chat with- treated us to a top-notch hosting experience. THE LOCATION of the hotel is Carrer de les Caputxines, a central yet surprisingly peaceful street. An accessible spot in the city's charming Old Town. While the busted of the main drags, La Rambla and Passeig des Born, lies just a-five minutes walk away. The property is permeated by silence, thanks to its spot on a narrow winding alley, removed from the traffic and the hustle of the city. THE INTERIORS Originally conceived as a Muslim Palace in the Islamic medieval stage of the Balearic Islands, the 12th century building that hosts the hotel happens be one of the oldest treasures of the city. The sophisticated project of the renovation, was led by swedish arquitecture firm Wingardhs and local studios Jordi Herrero Arquitectos and Eduardo García Acuña Arquitectos. THE ROOMS 37 Guest rooms, which 11 are luxurious suites, designed to provide a unique experience of contemporary five-star luxury. THE SUN TERRACE Offers a serene retreat, perfect for lounging while listening to music, catching some sun or diving into a good book. RESTAURANT & BAR The signature restaurant where the local food scene finds its home is NOI. The brioche stuffed with beef tartare and truffle on top is unmissable. The Mirall Bar, was always designed to be the center of attention with its name borrowed from the catalan word for Mirror. They serve the best Espresso Martini hands down! The only thing I think It can be improved is the breakfast, a little basic for a 5 star hotel where you expect more. We can't wait to go back ❤️

This hotel is honestly a piece of art in the middle of Palma. The architecture and design are just beautiful — every corner feels calm, thoughtful and peaceful. The staff couldn’t be kinder; super helpful, warm and always paying attention to the little details that make the stay special. The food is fantastic, and the spa is exactly what you need to switch off and relax for a moment. Truly one of those places you remember. Highly recommended!

I arrived at the hotel and informed the front desk that the bathroom toilet seat was broken. They had a full day to find a solution and nothing happened. I had to complain for second time. They moved me rooms. Forgot my charger when moving. Called the reception to inform. I waited for 1 hour until I had to go myself downstairs to explain and request for an additional key to the previous room and pickup the charger. The street is noisy, the rooms are not well sound isolated.
