Tried to open a conversation via email, but it went unanswered for some time. While their public reply explains that the business was closed on a particular day, it didn’t address my original enquiry, leaving the impression that customer communication isn’t a priority. Polite enough, yet ultimately unhelpful. I hope that any lack of response is not influenced by my Ukrainian origin, but rather a simple oversight — regardless, businesses that wish to project professionalism should ensure timely and clear replies to all enquiries.
