Noble Bronze

I normally don't leave reviews unless I'm impressed.. I was very concerned about using an online company because of all the things you hear about, not to mention out of state. Well, let's just say I'm impressed. I wanted something special for my son's gravemarker. The local funeral home was giving me a hard time and kept saying they couldn't do what i asked. They also were wanting to charge me 3 times as much as a standard marker. I didn't have a problem with paying more, but that was outrageous. Janet Hughes contacted me after an inquiry. They real need to keep her as a permanent employee, she was awesome. Communication was great, I'm very happy with the marker and plan to use them again if needed. PS You have to be pretty dang good to receive a 5 star rating from me.

I searched online to find someone to create a tribute plaque to display at the local football stadium. When I contacted Noble Bronze I knew my search had ended. Janet was extremely helpful and courteous as she guided me through each step of the process. The plaque arrived ahead of schedule and was amazing. Great customer service. Design team was really helpful to give us what we wanted. Price was very reasonable when compared with a local dealer. Installation was difficult for my handy family member so I'd recommend finding an experienced technician to install.

Our company came to Noble with what we thought may be a difficult task. We wanted a plaque to honor the life of one of our companies partners. It was important that a number of people had their input and were satisfied with the results. Noble was very sensitive to our undertaking and patient with our rounds of input.
