My Wife & I went to Noble Crust in Wesley Chapel for lunch the other day. We wanted to leave a review from our experience. One of the best decision we made for lunch. Amazing customer service with quick seating. Amazing customer service - - I wish I could remember the guy names that assisted during our visit. He always made sure we were always good and didn’t need anything. The food was really good and fresh. Another great food spot in the area. Definitely give them a try, you will not regret it.

from the moment I walked into the time I’m left, I felt like this was where I needed to be. I was greeted by the hostess with a smile, when I came in the vibes was there! I’m not sure if it was because of the two dollar mimosas but Our waitress was attentive with a smile. And the manager came around to check on us as well, and a chef came by and checked on us. Mimosas was the best drink. I did try the melon cooler, but it wasn’t my cup of tea. I had the steak and eggs minus the eggs because I’m allergic.. They had no issues with substituting for a salad. This will be my go to Place for brunch and I will definitely try dinner another time. Thanks, Noble team.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Nobel Crust! The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was top-notch. The food was incredible. The Bianca Pizza is an absolute must-try. What really made the night special was our server, KJ. Her service was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and went out of her way to make sure our experience was perfect.

All food was delicious! Atmosphere was not as fancy, a bit tight spacing but ok. ++ the best Coconut cream pie 🥧- a must !!! + seafood risotto was really good ~ Figgy piggy pizza was a bit too sweet but good ~ pear frozen drink was ok too, a bit too sweet

The food was ok, it wasn't great enough to come back. Works pizza was disappointing, not a fan of olives, which has black & green on it. Girlfriend loves olives, but said they were too salty. Truffle fries were good, but that was about it. Server Maria did a good job on keeping drinks full & asking how we were doing. The lunch menu doesn't have much on it. It's best to go during dinner!

We had an absolutely delicious dining experience at Noble Crust of Wesley Chapel! We started with the yummy meatballs—tender, flavorful, and gone in seconds! For the mains, we tried the fried chicken & waffles (crispy, juicy, and a little sweet), shrimp & grits (with a twist—we subbed the shrimp for salmon, which was slightly overcooked but still seasoned perfectly and totally edible). A little coconut rum & pineapple juice helped smooth that right out—lol. We also devoured the chicken parm sandwich with a dreamy side of cheese grits (SO good), and for our little human—kids’ pancakes that were massive and fluffy, with a side of scrambled eggs that were perfectly cooked. Our server was amazing—super friendly and attentive—and the manager was pretty cool, checking in and even comping part of our meal since it came out later than everyone else's. Such a sweet gesture! All in all, a fantastic meal with great service, good vibes, and plates that we’ll definitely be coming back for. Highly recommend!

3/18/25 PJ The new manager had me back and created a wonderful dining experience for me and my sister! We gave the Steak Frites another try and it was excellent this time around. We ordered a blueberry lavender lemonade, and it was ridiculously delicious!!! PJ brought out garlic knots and a fried green tomato pork belly appetizer for us to try. I want to point out that PJ is a servant leader. He was moving the entire time we were in the restaurant, delivering food, serving drinks, sweeping up under tables and checking on his guest . It was evident he is a very hands-on leader and takes pride in his work. Not sure the owner of this location is but he can thank PJ for retaining another customer. God bless you! REVIEW UPDATE COMING! I was contacted by management & am giving them a 2nd chance because they reached out to me. Customer service is so important and everyone deserves a 2nd chance! Chimichurri steak was terrible! The sauce was mostly oil & lacked flavor. Parmesan cheese fries and Caesar salad were delicious. Chocolate dessert was good. This place is way overpriced for the quality of steak served. Very pretty atmosphere and nice servers. I will not return.

We didn’t have a reservation (Valentine’s Day) and they found a spot for my husband and myself. Grateful!!! The atmosphere is so awesome. Fun, young, high spirited, clean, modern and the pizza is THE BEST in Tampa! Definitely our favorite pizza. They checked on us several times from different staff members. We felt valued and they were genuinely happy we were there. PJ and Catarina were just the best!

It was my first time at the Wesley Chapel location of Noble Crust, and besides the excellent food and atmosphere, the service was outstanding. Our server, María, did an amazing job recommending dishes and explaining the menu in detail, even with our group of about 15 people. I ordered the bruschettas with burrata cheese, which were delicious, though the portion of burrata was a bit small. However, the flavors were still incredible. I also tried the risotto, a new addition to the menu, and was pleasantly surprised by its Caribbean touch--definitely a flavorful option. My go-to dish at Noble Crust has always been the beef ragù, but this time, I decided to try something different. As for drinks, if you enjoy Aperol, the Sunnylope Spritz is a great choice--refreshing and well-balanced. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant for my favorite pasta and to explore more of their menu!

My friends had been insisting I try this place for a while, and I finally went to celebrate my birthday, and I really liked it! The restaurant is beautiful, with a rustic yet fancy atmosphere that makes for a great dining experience. A big thank you to our server, Maria, who was extremely kind, attentive, and patient with all our questions. She also gave us great recommendations. I shared three appetizers, a pasta, and a pizza with my boyfriend, and everything was delicious. The only thing I would have liked was for the Bacon Balls to be fresher and not so cold. The sangria was amazing, super refreshing! They sang me happy birthday with a chocolate dessert, which was unique and really tasty. I truly appreciate the great service for my birthday dinner.

We went to Noble Crust for a friend's birthday, and it was a great experience. The service was awesome. Our server was super attentive and gave us the best recommendations. I went with her suggestion and got a salad with grilled chicken, and it was delicious! Everything tasted fresh and well balanced. The sangria was really good too, super refreshing. Overall, the food was great and the vibe was nice. I've heard their brunch menu is amazing, so I'll definitely be back to try it!

$2 mimosas... sign me up! Saturdays and Sundays Noble crust serves up a good southern brunch. They have some drink specials as well. We started with the avocado toast and it was probably one of the best I've ever ate. So so good! I was undecided on what to order and went with the fried chicken and waffles. It was good but I've had better. Definitely was a big portion so you get your monies worth. The waitress was great. Very attentive and gave us some suggestions. They don't do reservations on the weekends so best to come when they open to avoid a long wait.

I met Noble crust at a Yelp event and I loved it so much that I had to come back, this time at a brunch and I was just as delighted. The southern benny was undoubtedly the best recommendation, the wings are always a 10 but the best was undoubtedly the pear pizza with burrata, the sweet and crispy flavor of the pizza with cheese and the combination of flavors definitely makes me want to go back 10 times more. Also the happy hour pampers you is an extra to come back. The atmosphere and great service only make the delicious food more enjoyable.

What a pleasant surprise of so many levels! Started out with our absolutely awesome server Maria. She truly gets it and made helpful suggestions throughout the meal. We started out with old fashioneds made with Buffalo Trace. Not only were they very enjoyable well made - they were super reasonable. For my main course, I went with salmon. What a pleasant surprise. I substituted out the potatoes for spinach. Everything was perfect. I really really enjoyed the salmon. Instead of potatoes, I added an optional Caesar salad for $3. Yes only $3. And it was just perfect. Couldn't resist - we ordered a second round of cocktails. And yes - only $10 per drink. Wow. When it came time to dessert could not resist - I had a single espresso and a wonderful chocolate dessert. They actually really care here. Met the shift manager who we will see again. And again highly highly recommend Maria. It is our intention to become become regulars here - real close to the new home, an amazing value as well for no excuses excellent food.

I tried last minute to get reservations for Sunday brunch, but since none were available, my friend and I decided to just show up and hope for the best. Fortunately, this strategy worked, and we were shown to a two-top in the front of the restaurant, what I would consider their Florida room. It was a little warm in that area with the sun shining directly on the windows, but still bearable. I started with a simple Bellini with peach nectar and prosecco which was quite good. There were so many things that sounds delicious on their brunch menu, but I ended up going with the Avocado Toast + Egg, served with fingerling potatoes. This meal was really good, I loved that I could get the eggs over easy instead of poached. I did not love the garlic butter ciabatta bread it was served on, because I'm not a huge garlic fan, but the potatoes were actually perfect, which made up for it. Service was friendly and efficient, and although the space we were sat was warm, I don't think it was quite as loud as the main dining room was, which was a nice perk. I would definitely come back to explore more of their menu.

Noble Crust is one of those places that you truly can't go wrong with when going to dine there. The drinks, the food, the service, the cleanliness- everything is top notch. Whether you go for brunch (my favorite), happy hour, lunch or dinner, you can always find something you'll love, made fresh and always delicious. My favorites will forever be the chicken and waffles and the mimosas, but I can truly say I've never tried something from the menu that I didn't like.

We had a party of ten late afternoon Saturday. It took an additional 20 minutes to be seated but it was worth the wait. Fist I wanted to mention and praise our waitress named Katrina or (Catalina, Hey You, not sure). She was pleasant and prompt. It's nice to have a good experience dinning out. The drinks, appetizers and meals were wonderful with no complaints. Food taste and presentation was nice. We will definitely be good back. Trimble Family

Excellent spot for a casual and outstanding culinary experience. The mix of Italian cuisine with southern American cuisine really works. Very creative dishes with lots of flavor combinations. The setting is casual and comfortable and service is friendly and efficient. Everything we tried was delicious.

This was my first time there because it's always packed. My sister and I were out Christmas shopping and detoured to the Wireglass location. We ate at the bar- the bartenders were great - good personalities and service. The decor was cool - loved the chandeliers! I definitely will be back. So glad we just got appetizers... bacon fritters, a stack with green tomatoes, pork bellies and pimento cheese yummmmm and avocado toast on rich crusty bread - everything was so great!

First time and I was impressed! Great ambience, good service and great meal. We celebrated the kids birthday here and we loved all the food we ordered. Reasonable price Recommend this place, and will try their pizza next time.

Yummmmmm! Starting with the Love & Lavender cocktail then going to the Fried Green Tomatoes - both delicious! Cocktail set things off on a great note and the rest didn't disappoint. Several of our party had never had Fried Green Tomatoes and these were fancier than your typical with cheese and pork belly. Then we had the Eggplant Parm and some had the Risotto. All great! When we go back to Wesley Chapel next year, we are doing this again!

It's hands down one of the best restaurants at Wiregrass Mall. My family and I recently went there for brunch and had a spectacular time. Despite its small space, Noble Crust makes the most of it with an open-concept kitchen that allows you to watch as the food is prepared and served quickly to tables. Every dish we tried was delicious and packed with incredible flavor. The Caesar salad, served with a Scottish egg, was a surprising delight I didn't expect. The fried green tomatoes were my favorite starter and the perfect bite. And the Bianca pizza, with its cheese and pistachios, is my go-to pizza and is truly mouth-watering. The service was impeccable, and the manager even stopped by our table to ask about our experience with the food. I highly recommend Noble Crust, and if you get a chance to go, ask for Avery or Asia - they will give you top-tier service.

Got a chance to try Noble Crust in Wesley Chapel this weekend and really enjoyed! Lots of different menu items that are Southern / Italian style for affordable prices! My favorite items were the skillet garlic knots, full house salad, spaghetti & meatballs, and the truffle fries. There are 3 locations in Florida so be sure to check this spot out!

Always have a great meal and service at Noble crust. Quoted 30 mins for a table on a Saturday night so sat at the bar for a drink. 10 mins later we received a text that our table was available. So that was nice and quick. Seated at a table with a very sweet server. I had the rigatoni and beef ragu which was delicious, my friend had the chicken parm. Excellent flavor for both. Definitely recommend this location of Noble Crust.

Ambiance is nice and staff is friendly. The service is quick, almost a bit too fast even. Our main plate came out within minutes of the appetizers. Everything was over sauced and overly salty. We had the brussel sprouts which were good but very busy and creamy. The caprese was extremely salty, each element of it being too salty. Burrata is excellent as is and does not need that much extra salt. Steak frites was a bit chewy, salad was covered in dressing and I would ask for dressing on the side next time. The portion of parm fries was little. Kids meal was decent and looks like tenders are house made, not frozen.

I really do love this place, food has never disappointed. Was really craving some good fried chicken. Only downside was our server was more focused on their friends sitting a few tables down than servicing any of their table. Definitely not the norm and highly recommend for drinks and dinner

So let me set the scene..... it's late and we had spent the whole day on the waterfront and I'm hungry (well the whole family was hungry but lol but I was the hungriest)(is that a word?) either way I wanted something quick and easy so I opted for pizza so... off to yelp I went I ordered and seeing that they didn't have delivery there had to go pick it up.... We ordered 2 pizzas wings and pasta everything was okay the pepperoni pizza was a little "too well done" but the white pizza (the one I ordered for myself) was perfect the wings were well cooked and the pasta was good just a little "watery" if that makes sense. All in all it was good...

Stopped by Noble Crust at the Shops at Wiregrass and was super impressed by the restaurant ambiance, service, and presentation of the food. I'm not usually a huge fan of Southern food, but the concept of Southern Italian cuisine was very intriguing to me. We didn't realize that the brunch menu would still be offered at 2 pm on a Saturday (we were looking for a lunch menu), but we ended up trying The Works pizza and their chicken and waffles dish which came with a side of four cheese grits. The spicy Calabrian chili with the pepperoni and crimini mushrooms was delicious on the Works Pizza. I loved the crushed olives as they added a little sour/salty kick without overpowering the pizza. The chicken and waffles dish was very flavorful. The waffle was a bit mushy in texture, but the chicken was crispy and fresh. I really enjoyed the pecan butter that came with it. Lastly, the four cheese grits was awesome. My first time trying grits and the smoked gouda flavor was incredible. I would definitely recommend Noble Crust to anyone looking for quality Southern food!

Came for a long lunch on a Friday to catch up with some friends I had not seen in years! Gina was our server and took great care of us, very patient. We had the garlic bread, meatballs, and the cup &char pizza. The garlic bread was spectacular. Solid choices, I'd like to explore this place for brunch sometime, the menu/pics look optimal.

This place has the best wings in the Wesley Chapel area! You wouldn't expect it from an Italian pizza spot, but wow--they are amazing! My husband is obsessed with their Noble Pig pizza, and we never skip ordering their delicious espresso martini. But honestly, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu--whether it's brunch, lunch, or dinner, every meal is a hit. The atmosphere is always lively, full of good vibes, and the servers are incredibly friendly and attentive. If you haven't been yet, definitely check it out!

My 1st visit. Amazing appetizers, Fried Green Tomatoes and Meatballs. Our server Kaitlyn K was outstanding! Always checking on our table; refreshing our water. She knew I was leaving tomorrow for home in Illinois and ran after me in the parking BECAUSE I left my card in the Bill holder (psst don't tell my husband). Wish you well Kaitlyn K. Great place for comfort food such as pizza, fried chicken, smash burgers, salmon etc. highly recommend getting reservations as it is always busy. We went with a very large group and service was excellent. My family enjoys the fried chicken, fried green tomatoes appetizer, and the noble pig pizza. (Ask for a side of the spicy honey to dip your pizza in....so yummy!) Will definitely be back!!

So some good reviews for this restaurant so we tried it today for brunch. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed. The service was ok not bad but not great. As for the food it was good but not as good as the hype. I enjoyed everything but it seemed that everything lacked salt. The flavors were good but definitely would have benefited from more salt. Most of the reviews I saw were related to their pizza so I will have to go back and try that. Over all pretty good place with unique brunch dishes.

Everything went well from the food to the service was amazing.... Always a great time . The garlic knots appetizer is always a great choice along with the meatballs great combination. The ambience is always a pleasant vibe... the waiters are pleasant and always great service... thank you for a great dinner!!!! Parking is plenty of it !!! And the cocktails are on point BANG!!!

Y'all... Ok this was mine and my daughter's inaugural brunch fest here because my bestie invited me to try it since she's been in 3 times already and swore that the espresso martini would change me and make me forget about hurricanes. One sip and the clouds rolled away! Our server, Avery, was amazing and answered all of our questions with a breezy Saturday kinda style which we all thought was pleasant and we will be requesting her the next time. If you like your food to taste like music then you'll love the food here! The cheesy(parmesan) grits, fluffy pancakes, southern style biscuits, crispy potato bites, poached eggs on top of salmon with lemon dill hollandaise, and fried green tomatoes, and that's just what we ordered. We saw other orders getting served all around us that looked like our next visit plates. You gotta go. Try it and forget about your troubles for a lil while!

1st of all it's very clean and modern and the waitress was amazing and helped me with everything, the food was exquisite and the restaurant is beautiful, I enjoyed every part of the experience

The food and our waiter were amazing. I was honesty surprised at how cheap my bill was. I ordered the breakfast pizza, a side of potato's, and a cappuccino. My bill was only $29. I recommend getting there early on weekends because it was a long wait time.

Best spot in Wiregrass by far. Everything we had was perfect! Will definitely be returning many times. RICOTTA GNOCCHI - Best app we've had in the area. This is a must try! PARMESAN TRUFFLE FRIES - Perfectly cooked and the truffle aioli is a nice touch! F.G.B.L.T. - Another top tier app. The pork was perfectly tender and seasoned well. This place really knows how to mesh flavors and textures. STEAK FRITES - Perfectly cooked steak with an amazing chimichurri! The frites we're just as good, these aren't just fries these are a flavor BOMB! SWEET HEAT SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN - Trademark dish and for good reason! Perfectly fried not too greasy with a good amount of heat. RIGATONI + BEEF RAGU - Tender beef + Whipped burrata is like heaven on earth. First time having whipped burrata but it won't be the last. CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN PARM - Another flavor bomb! Juicy perfectly cooked chicken. Everything was seasoned perfectly the sauce wasn't too salty but was packed with flavor.

First off I would just like to say our overall experience at the Noble Crust was remarkable because of our server Alva! She served everything with a smile on her face and you could tell she knew the menu and specials by heart. She answered every question and met every request that we could throw her way(our family tends to be on the high maintenance side in my opinion). I even requested a specific ratio of champagne to orange juice for our bottomless mimosas, and the color was perfection each round after. We loved Alva and her radiant energy enhanced our experience more than you could imagine. It's always good to see a worker who truly enjoys what they do and responds to everything with positivity. Had a delightful dinner at noble crust, We were seated promptly and the parmesan truffle fries were absolutely fantastic my personal favorite. However the Mac and cheese whipped ricotta and chicken marsala were not to our taste! On the bright side the bar offered a fantastic selection, the service was excellent and the music created an amazing atmosphere! It would have been even better if the food had been more enjoyable for us.

The food was pretty good! The mimosa and sangria special for brunch is the best. The sangria is delicious! The bartenders and waiters are so sweet and knew a lot about the menu. The table we sat at was a little too close to a hot window, but after asking for the blinds to be closed we were fine :)

Perfection! This place was delicious. I got the lamb shank. So freaking worth it! I loved their menu, ambience, service, and just everything. There were so many options to choose from and I'm sure they would've all been great. My kid loved his pizza. Can't wait to be back when I'm in town.

Enjoyed the food! Menu has a wide variety. Service was okay, but the place was extremely busy which I suspect is reason the wait staff wasn't very attentive. The restaurant is noisy. Seems to be popular with families. I may do take away next time.

My daughter recommended this place when we recently visited her. We had coconut shrimp and calamari, smash burgers, and chicken parmigiana as well as some good cocktails. Quick and friendly customer service by Kate and Bella at the Bar. Nice and comfortable ambiance for a weekday.

Some friends and I were in need of a tasty weekend brunch, and Noble Crust delivered. They offer $2 mimosas on Saturday, so we each had a few, they were a fair balance of OJ/sparkling. To eat, I got the crispy chicken sandwich hot, along with some truffle fries. It came out fresh and is big enough for me to split with someone. The spice level was perfect for me. One of my friends got the peach and burrata pizza which I'd consider getting next time. Our server was friendly and on top of it, always asking if we wanted another mimosa when we were near the end of one. It's a pretty casual spot, and lots of shopping near by if you're looking for other things to do near by!

Love this place- been many times and always have a great meal and great service. Their appetizers are all great. The pizzas are great and I've had great steak here. Ambiance is nice too- perfect lighting for date night. Great brunch on the weekends and half price wine Wednesdays!

This place is a shit show. Don't waste your time or money (especially if you have children). Staff and management are rude and unprofessional. Food is chain and disgusting. My husband and I tried this place during brunch a couple of months ago and didn't have a good experience. However, we recently tried it again due to the Living Room being closed and we regret it. This place needs better staffing and management. The hosts at the front are unexperienced and rude. The host sat us right next to the cooks and we witnessed a shit show. My husband ordered the smash burger with bacon and an egg. They got the burger wrong (somehow included avocado) and we witnessed the manager say, "I am not going to let this burger go to waste." By the time we all ate, the food was cold and disgusting. My three year old said she felt sick from the pancakes. Our server was great and accommodating. We tipped him well because of his service. However, witnessing the manager refuse to correct an order and reuse the same burger is disgusting! We are beyond disappointed and will never come here again

Not a fan. Place was a little busy but the totally forgot to bring out our appetizers. Other tables got their avocado toast and beignet but for some reason we never got ours. I ordered an old fashioned and the bartender put ice cubes instead of an ice block which really watered down the drink. Food was ok.
