"Are those UFOs on Bernardus golf course? It may look like that, but this futuristic building actually houses a beautifully designed restaurant that exudes casual luxury. The terrace overlooking the golfing greens is simply divine! Each description of the dishes on the extensive menu is more tempting than the last. You will want to try everything! Edwin Kats and his team incorporate a nod to various Asian cuisines in their dishes. Start off with a few amuse-bouches and some fabulous sushi, then continue, for instance, with succulent grilled sole elevated by orange salt and a kimchi-infused beurre blanc. Also, be sure to sample the high-quality meat – such as Wagyu A5 steak – served straight from the Robata grill. This is sophisticated and intriguing food, with subtle Eastern touches and intricate sauces creating excitement every time. This is the kind of place you want to go to every day – to discover new taste sensations over the course of a relaxed meal." - Michelin Inspector

The most budget-friendly MICHELIN-starred restaurants in the Netherlands

"Perusing the expansive menu at Noble Kitchen is guaranteed to tantalise the taste buds of even the most discerning epicurean – especially one with a fondness for Asian finesse. Your culinary journey begins with handmade chicken gyoza, followed by a delectable brioche with smoked eel. In between, there is a selection of lukewarm sushi. For your main course, you can savour a perfectly seared rare skirt steak from the robata grill, then round off your meal with a timeless dame blanche. A truly luxurious affair. The setting of this design restaurant is just as alluring: the futuristic building is located next to the picturesque Bernardus golf course. Given the chance, you'd want to come here every day!" - The MICHELIN Guide

The building looks like some futuristic disk in a beautiful scenery. Inside you can enjoy the view through big windows. But actually you will hardly notice this as the food will catch all your attention. It is awesome. We had a 5 course menu with just a glass of wine. All rounds of the menu where very unique flavors, all perfectly prepared. The suggested wine was a good match with the food. Staff is very friendly. They adapted to our style of eating and made sure everything was according our wishes. That also adds to the experience. It was a quiet evening, what gave the feeling that the space is a bit big. In the summertime it must be great to enjoy sitting outside. Just some small dish(es) with a glass of wine is also possible. The place is clean, the toilets too. Parking was easy and free. Driving up there was a nice experience trough some beautiful dutch countryside. It was for this style of restaurant not very expensive at all. So very good value for money!

Their Valentines dinner was amazing. It was very tasty and we got an explanation on all the 5 course meals we took. At the end of the dinner, we received a complimentary extra sweet dessert and ginger tea

Food Outstanding! I had a tuna steak and my partner had a black cod. Both dishes were cooked well and served warm with great garnishes. Cooks deserve compliments.

The atmosphere and the environment were nice. The food itself was delicious and the staff was friendly. They even took into account my allergy and replaced the main component in the dessert. For these points alone, it would deserve 5 stars. However, despite knowing my allergy, they forgot to remove/replace an ingredient (same allergy category) in the appetizer (ok, not a big deal, I just didn't eat the component). A bigger letdown was that I found a fish bone in my main dish. I deliberately left it on the plate (without mentioning it) to see what'd happen when the staff took our plates away. Result was... nothing. For a Michelin star restaurant, I'd expect that all the staff (from kitchen to wait staff) to be very attentive. Luckily I'm not a Michelin inspector ;)
