Food was so good!! The staff were very kind and the water having lemon + mint is a wonderful touch ! Definitely helped after being out in the sun

The food here is absolutely delicious! There are so many different options and everything I’ve had has been really tasty and fresh. The portions are also really large and the price is so reasonable and worth it. My Dad is a big meat eater and he loved the food as well! The employees are also insanely friendly and welcoming. They’re always really positive and create a great atmosphere. I highly recommend eating here!!

100% vegan. Pho broth was spot on delicious, and that chow mein mmm good. Server was a pleasure!

Noble Vegetarian is an absolute gem. The servers are consistently so kind and thoughtful and make me feel good about people. The food is also delightful and creative. Everyone I've introduced to the food has loved it, including die hard meat eaters. So grateful this place is here!

There are no words to explain. Great, excellent, fantastic! A house party of flavors on your taste buds. I am very happy that my fiance and I switched from an unhealthy choice of food products to a vegetarian plant base diet. With a restaurant like Noble Vegetarian, it makes the transition so much easier and satisfying. 👍🏿👍🏿

What a lovely restaurant, I wish I lived closer. The server was super nice and attentive, service was excellent and so was the food. I ordered golden rolls and Royal noodle soup, both delicious and reasonably priced.

This is a cute little place! Loved everything we had to eat :3 had the Thai fried rice and I think the orange chicken clone? Both delicious :3 Thai iced tea was awesome too!

Very good! Everything is 100% vegan which is hard to do. The shrimp are fake but look so convincing! I got the spring rolls with peanut sauce and the noodle nest. The water has mint and lemon and it’s refreshing coming in from the heat. The portions are big, vegetables are very fresh. The restaurant is clean and cool. I put sriracha on the noodle nest. Tip: Let the noodles marinate in the sauce instead of inhaling the dish from the top like I did.

Wow! Wow! Wow!! I finally had a chance to stop in, and I'm so glad I did!! Ample parking, small restaurant at the end of the center. Very low key, if your picky about little details, as in high maintenance- not the place for you. These are the places that make you feel like you're experiencing another country. There are many older women cooking gome cooked meals, quickly and so delicious, it's insane!!! Great customer service, lovely, calm, collective musics . There's no way I'm not coming back. I have to try EVERYTHING on this menu!!! It's a must. The Thai tea- oh so yummy. The appetizers were excellent!!! Full of just delicious, vegetables, and flavor. Cooked to perfection!! My goodness, where have you been my whole life, is what it felt like! The mixed vegetables in coconut curry is flavored just right with the brown rice on the side. I was told that the jackftuit sandwich and chips was delightful, and fulfilling! A must try!! Don't pass this place up. Give them a 5 star, quit being foodie snobies! Service was attentive and kind, food was amazing! Even my non-vegan family enjoyed the dishes. Very flavorful and the portion sizes were very generous. To those of you that love eating Asian food but have very strict dietary restrictions (meaning no meat, no eggs, no dairy, and especially no MSG), this very popular hole-in-the-wall restaurant will absolutely have you covered. This is none other than "Noble Vegetarian". I am no stranger to this place as I have been eating here for the past couple of decades. The location can be a bit tricky to find as they are in a very small, quaint strip-mall off of College Oak Dr. and adjacent to Auburn Blvd. in the Foothills Farms neighborhood of Sacramento. Keep in mind, this place has straight "vegan" everything so if you are cautious if there is any animal products, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. And this includes all of the cooking oils that they use. Going back to my latest stop at this place, I decided to order my food for pickup during the afternoon of Sunday 1/19/2025 at around 12:00pm. Since I have not yet had breakfast, my stomach was rumbling with hunger. The menu here is very extensive as they carry a huge assortment of vegan options. This includes appetizers such as egg rolls, fries, nuggets, and much more. They also carry a very nice assortment of salads, soups, sandwiches, impossible burgers, rice & noodle plates, and full Asian-inspired vegan entrées. I ended up going with their E11 - "Happy Family Sizzling" which included broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, celery, mushrooms, onions, yams, vegeken (which is a meat substitute), and tofu. As I mentioned, finding this place is a real hit-or-miss so if you've never been here, make sure you have your maps app open to help navigate you through. Parking is fairly easy to find as this place is very quiet. Once inside, you will notice about 10 tables in case you wish to dine-in. Once the young man handed me my food, I made the quick 10-minute drive back home. I will say that this place is absolutely as good as it gets and my entrée was absolute perfection in every way possible. Maybe just a tad bit on the salty side but all of the flavors were balanced well. Since it had been a few years eating here, I don't know why I waited so long. And the young man who took my order over the phone was so polite. All in all, "Noble Vegetarian" is a delicious and legit spot for those that need to stay away from meat, poultry, dairy, and eggs. My rating, a unanimous five stars.

We ate here a few weeks ago and we enjoyed our order. I've actually been coming here since before Covid and realized I've not written a review. Service is always excellent thanks to the servers who have loyally been employed at this establishment. This is prob one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants. The ambiance can use a little bit of updating, it needs more lighting and maybe a fresh coat of paint and modern furniture. I think it has looked the same since before Covid. Roses on the grill are one of my fave appetizers here. The pho soup is good, I wish they more of the soy meat and seafood that one of the vegetarian restaurants in Santa Clara has. The chow mein was plentiful and packed with different soy protein. We'll come back and support this place!

I came back to Noble Vegetarian after a loooong while (at least 3 years). It has been a nostalgic place for me because I used to come here when I was a student at Arc. I can happily say that the food is still top-tier quality and very fresh! This is my favorite plant-based restaurant of all time. I lived in LA for the past few years and tried a dozen vegan spots there, but I swear none of them hit like Noble Vegetarian does. To all vegetarians and vegans, you will love the variety of options here that other places don't have! My favorite are the golden rolls, mushu mushu, roti drumsticks, Mongolian wonder, garlic vegeken, vermicelli noodle bowl, wonton noodle soup, and Thai iced tea :)

Friendly staff and the food had flavor and they serve you infused water so refreshing. I have came twice and I live 45 minutes away and I will come again. The Ingredients they use are fresh .

I have always enjoyed veggie and vegan eateries and when the opportunity arises, I'm all in! I arrived here with my good Yelp friends Jenny P. and David O. Bridget W., Janelle M., and Kerensa U., Carol P. and Derrick C., were already seated in the center dining table. I was already feeling the warmth and happiness to see everyone, (along with being super hungry)! Upon entering, you get menus, but they require customers to place their orders and pay at the order counter. There really isn't much wait service per se. It was pretty busy and there was only one staff member practically doing everything from taking orders, distributing food and cleaning tables. She did a good job, but I missed getting some water refills... At least they weren't making her prepare the meals too! I ordered the Sunshine Curry Potato dish with a side of brown rice. I had been craving curry for months now, and finally got my wishes fulfilled. It was just as good as it looked on the menu, including the very tasty brown rice! They serve generous portions, so needless to say, I had to take some left overs home, which maintained it's deliciousness the following day! Except for being thirsty halfway through the meal, I loved the food and my dinner companions! We remained socializing until the restaurant was getting ready to close. I hope we can reunite here again sometime!

This is one of my favorite restaurants ever, they are the most BEAUTIFUL, KIND AND WARM, FRIENDLY people! You feel the love in there. The food is always on point. I have not had anything bad ever. The Thai iced tea is creamy, delicious and sooooo refreshing. Mint infused water at the table is the best on a summer day. The veggie chicken is the perfect texture, and my meat eating friends and family love it too. Their curry fried rice is a great choice, always!! I am bad with names but the super kind host from Missouri (I think) is just the sweetest, and has the best energy. He makes it feel like visiting a friend's house each time. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I wish them prosperity forever!

Now that I have been to Noble a couple of times each time trying something new it's time for a review. For health reasons I'm supposed to be on a Vegan diet but have been resistant of it as I love meat, but it's not time for a change in how I eat. My friend who is vegan told me about this place so we met up for dinner. It's plenty of seating. The staff is friendly and will help with any questions you have and I'll even make some recommendations of you are unsure of what to try. My first visit I ordered the vegan shrimp fresh rolls I changed from peanut sauce to sweet chili sauce I also ordered Veganest with an ice cold Thai Tea. My Vegan shrimp fresh roll that is made from yams was so delicious that it tasted just like shrimp down to the taste, texture, color and shape of shrimp. My veganest was a little dry but still good and I would order again and just ask for them to add extra sauce to my noodles. The portion size is great and the prices are amazing. My second visit I ordered the Ruby Pearls. I can't remember if it's their version of sweet n sour chicken or sweet n sour pork, but either way it is absolutely delicious! I ordered that with a side of jasmine rice and the portions are good and filling. This is one of my new go to spots for some yummy vegan food and it's not too far from me which is convenient.

I wish I could make this place 10/10 because they deliver every time and make you feel welcomed love this spot my go too when I need a home cooked meal but want too eat out lol.

Tasty, fresh food in my hood, I can't believe I've lived here for 7 years and only tried it earlier this year. The dishes range from classic entrees (with a veggie makeover) to unique dishes. Either way, they are amazing! Located in an unassuming strip mall, it's easy to find as it's off Auburn Blvd. and College Oak Dr. When my friends and I went, the server was friendly and answered all of our questions. I'll be back!

How have I never done a yelp for Noble? A sad oversight on my part. Hands down best Vegan Asian style restaurant in the greater Sacramento area. All vegan, all delicious and great service. I always get the pho. My favorite . They have tons of options. Rice dishes, soups, sandwiches, veggies only options, mock meat and seafood offerings, noodles. This place has been around forever. So you know it's a winner. Lots of seating with comfortable booths. Service is always great. Attentive, helpful and kind. Off street parking. Dine in and to go available.

Ok this amazing restaurant is a must try for you vegetarian lovers. The staff is absolutely amaz and the food is incredible. Brown spicy fried rice and longevity rolls is where it's at.

This little restaurant was busy during a weeknight for both takeout and dining in. That says a lot, but mostly that they are, and have been a popular staple for vegetarians in Sacramento. It is a hidden gem, located in an older mini strip mall in the American River College section of town. My friend called ahead and reserved a table for our party of 8. They were very accommodating having the table ready with plates and silverware, to split checks and food allergies. Service was great, as there was only 1 person running the front, from taking orders, bringing out the food and drinks, bussing tables, filling water glasses, and also managing the cashier. Food came out fairly quickly, except for the lone burger that took a little longer. Prices were reasonable, given the portion sizes. The menu is Asian-centric, mostly Chinese, Thai, and some Vietnamese, but there is also 2 burger choices and fries as well. I ordered the appetizer sampler, the "vegenest" noodles, and my carnivore husband opted for the regular burger. He said it was very good. I had a bite, and thought it was ok. I enjoyed my Hong Kong style chow mein; crispy noodles under a heap of stir fried veggies It could've used more sauce, but I still ate it all. The sampler platter was good. Wasn't sure what I was eating, except for the fried tofu squares, but I enjoyed dipping everything in the sweet chili sauce and the "mayo" based sauce it came with. If you want no frills, vegetarian, Noble is a solid choice.

Stopped by on a weekend and place wasn't crowded. Food was good. All the vegetarian dishes tasted good. Staff was nice and helpful.

Bomb! That's all I can say. I rolled up going ok, I'll try this little place. Sooo Sooo tasty! That Lemongrass Vegeken was ridiculous! Jacob greeted me when I first arrived and said to sit wherever I was comfy. Super sweet guy with a very helpful demeanor and a great smile. He answered any questions I had and helped me decide between a couple of different dishes. The atmosphere is kick back and hippy dippy, like you'd expect. Loved it...Namaste

Our waiter had this amazing, contagious energy, loved him so much! I was in the area for a conference and in search of healthy food and my phone thankfully directed me to the Nobel Vegitarian. My girlfriend and I each ordered different things, I would highly recommend the H10 curry soup and the Clay hot pot. So glad I found this hidden gem, I will definitely return.

First off I'd like to say that I like this restaurant and enjoy the food and we try to support them as much as possible. That being said, multiple times we've been turned away at 7:10, 7:15, and 7:20 saying they close for dine in. Doing this on a Friday night is wild when your business is supposed to be open until 8. The food is never that good when I've taken it home. Just change your operation hours if you don't want to stay open and serve people.

Stopped in and had another lovely meal at this place. Nothings changed and that's just one of the most biggest compliment I can give. It was fantastic the food was delicious and it was enough for at least two meals after. We were stuffed and went out of there so happy. I had a lovely lady at the counter help to pick out the best dishes and I'm sure she could help you do it again. They have the funniest names but I can't recall which ones we ordered. Just fantastic go right now. The soups are even better.

Came here randomly on a Saturday bursting in hunger. Me and my husband ordered the orange chicken and the ruby pearls. Food came out and tasted amazing. Giving 5 stars because I'm rating based off food only. The only critique I can prolly say is the food portion with what we ordered was a bit small to my liking however I will come back to try other things on the menu. Not sure why people on here are commenting on having this place updated. It's literally a hole in the wall. The ambiance and all that is fine but that's just my opinion. And lastly staff in here is super nice and friendly! Will be come back again!

Traveled through the area and found Noble vegetarian not too far from the main highway. Small parking area in front of the restaurant that's on the corner of the shopping area. Stopped in for some pho. Friendly service and they were busy on a late lunch hour but came in and was able to pick a nice booth table of our liking before more came to the restaurant. The pho was very pleasing to the eye. Appreciated all the veggies and the vegetable broth. The veggie meat was also a nice addition with the tofu that had texture. Overall, a comforting and filling meal.

Service is excellent and the food is very good.The staff go out of their way to make sure your dinning experience is very satisfactory.

Absolutely delicious. I'm constantly on the search for innovative and tasty vegetarian places and this is my new go to when I'm in town. I cannot wait to try more dishes here because the whole menu looks amazing.

Lunch here was a pleasant surprise. My husband got the impossible burger and I got several appetizers. The vegan chicken nuggets were very similar to the real thing. I definitely want to come back and take the kids... see if they can tell the difference lol. It feels good to support a business like this.

I visited this place with a friend and everything was delicious. I was passing through Sacramento and picked it out at random based on a yelp suggestion. I don't really remember what we ordered, but like I said, everything was delicious! I left with a pack of vegan jerky that was really great. Spicy and the right texture. The service was really kind and helpful.

This place is the BEST HIDDEN VEGETARIAN GEM in All of Sacramento! Not only is the food DELISH, the ambiance is totally zen, their water is magickal & JACOB is hands down one of my favorite folks of all towns! Gabriel is a ray of sunshine! His welcoming smile and wonderful personality made us fall in love with this place already. The food is PHENOMENAL! I didn't get pictures of everything because the family was so hungry and indulged real quick, lol The place is spotless, and, omg, their mint lemon-infused water IS SO GOOD!!!!! Like crazy good! Food came out quickly, and everything was just so delicious. We can't wait to come back, not just for the food and ambiance but for our new friend, Gabriel, too

This place is unreal. The server is always super cool and friendly. The place is really clean and presentable. Everything on this menu is amazingly good. The vegan chicken and beef options taste soooo Good !! The eggplant is amazing as well. When I am in the Sacramento area, I must stop here every time.

Firstly, the server was great (green hair), very kind . My wife and I are long time vegans who are not from the area so we were excited to find something close to where we're for lunch. Orange chicken is always a go to for me so I so I ordered that with some brown rice. The flavors were good but the breading seemed a little underdone and not crispy, the rice didn't seem fresh as there were some rubbery inedible grains. My wife had ordered the tofu wraps and the drumsticks, the tofu wraps came out first and we were hungry so ate those fast and they were actually pretty good but... the Drumticks were spoiled (freezer burned?) and we had to send them back. The chef confirmed they were not right but she lost her appetite after that so of course that's not a good feeling when your company is not satisfied. They also comped my Thai iced tea which was acceptable but maybe a cheesecake to go (on the house) would have been nice. I know with staffing shortages and the cost of food/supplies is crazy so I won't judge to harshly. We waited like 20min to come in because they opened late but there were others waiting so I think it was a lot on the chef so early maybe so things could have been rushed but I'm undecided if I'd return but I do hope you try this place and have a good experience.

Believe you me i love meat..,but this place offered a wasVermicelli Noodle Soup Rice vermicelli, tofu, vegan soy balls, broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, served with fresh bean sprouts. I absolutely loved this place! From the ambiance, to our 2 amazing servers and the delicious cuisine! My fiancé and I have switched over to eating vegetarian and wanted to dine out. Looked up some restaurants and this Vegan restaurant popped right up. I wish I found it sooner! We both enjoyed all the recommendations from other reviewers. The mushu mushu was my fave! I'm so happy to have found this gem and we will definitely be back to try more dishes, because there are so many option/selections to choose from. Thank you for making it easier to eat plant based!

My girlfriend and I come here A LOT! This restaurant is in our top five favs for Sacramento. Food is amazing and portions are decent to huge. Service is excellent and fast with super friendly staff (Gabe is our favorite). It's always clean with great music and rarely crowded or loud inside. Prices are good for the food portions you receive. My GF always gets a Tai ice tea and Ruby Pearls. Their menu selection is big, great appetizers to get started with and Cookie Co. cookies for dessert. We always leave with leftovers. SORRY NO FOOD PICS, BUT TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!

Excellent service and staff. Food was good but it was a bit bland. Staff happily provided chili paste and siracha though, which took care of that issue. Portions were decent sized and prices were reasonable. Overall quite happy and would eat here again.

Me and my family came here to have a nice dinner as it was recommended by friends. The food was nice but it wasn't much flavorful. Although, The service was nice and the waiters were very friendly! The place gives a welcoming feeling that I enjoyed and the ambience is very clean and neat!

This is THE spot if you are vegan. Everything I've tried has been delicious. Our favorite dishes are the pho (I could just drink the broth), the royal noodle soup (great for spice-lovers), Thai iced tea, and their fries (so yum). The staff is very friendly. The service is quick. Love this place.
