Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

From the moment my best friend and I arrived at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay, we were treated like absolute princesses. ||The warmest welcome came from Mateo at reception, who was incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and attentive to our every need. He made us feel instantly at home and set the tone for what became an unforgettable stay.||We stayed in a Junior Suite with a sea view, complete with a rooftop terrace and private jacuzzi – truly a slice of heaven. The room was the perfect size for two best friends traveling together, and the double sinks and mirrors in the bathroom were a dream! Every detail, from the layout to the peaceful ambiance, was flawless. Waking up to the ocean view and enjoying a fresh fruit platter via room service on the terrace was pure bliss.||On our second and third day, we had the pleasure of meeting Joanna, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more special – even introducing us to Mr. Nobu himself! Her warmth and generosity were unforgettable.|The concierge team were also exceptional. Each night, we headed out late to the nearby casino, and they ensured we were safely transported and returned, always with a smile and the utmost professionalism. We dined in all the restaurants, everything was perfection even down to the cocktails at the poolside bar. ||There is genuinely nothing I can fault about this gorgeous hotel and restaurants. From start to finish, everything was divine. We felt like movie stars – even though we’re not! The service, the setting, the staff… it was all a dream come true.|We’re already counting down the days until we can return and do it all over again. This was my second stay at Nobu on Talamanca and it was even better than my first. We got the most amazing room with a sea view and panoramic terrace. We enjoyed the sunrise and all day sunbathing on our terrace. The room was stunning. The service was exceptional. And the staff were so generous and welcoming. Having stayed at so many hotels on the island over the past 30 years I’ve been coming to Ibiza, it’s going to be hard to stay anywhere else now. I can’t wait for my return to this luxurious hotel again.

Loved this location. 5 minutes from the clubs or marina. Thought the staff was warm and welcoming. Bellmen were quick and efficient. Pool staff was fantastic and attentive to our family. Love that there is a kids only pool so adults can have a more quiet, relaxing time at the adults only pool. Breakfast was great. Cocktails delicious. Adored the kids club, there was so much to do to entertain the kiddos. My only qualm is the prices are very steep for the rooms to be just so so on the luxury aspect. The comfort level in the rooms just wasn’t there. But overall a fantastic stay.

Loved our stay here and can't wait to come back. However the service around the pool and on the sunbeds is poor and very slow. Rather than relaxing, I spent most of my time chasing down servers. Would be great if they could have QR codes available for those who want quick service Also the pool area ran out of vegan burgers on the last night and we were relying on eating there before heading to the airport. There should be more than one vegan option available for this reason and for variety. Breakfast was outstanding. Having champagne available was a great addition and a nice treat. The vegan portion was a little small though, and I didn't realize that there were other vegan options available until I asked a chef a few days later (vegan cheese, vegan pancakes, etc.). It would be great to see more items labeled or a vegan menu available. Staff were absolutely outstanding. Really wanted to try Nobu but they were booked every night we were there. I would have liked to have been offered a reservation upon checking in to the hotel to guarantee my space. It was also disappointing to see Nobu only opens at 7.30 and not earlier at weekends. The sound healing session on the Thursday was one of the highlights. And we loved the white party. We can't wait to come back!

This summer me and my wife but also my friends on seperate occasions experienced bad service a few times at Nobu Ibiza. We tried the restaurant again last night and again the service was very bad. Its a five star hotel but the restaurant is 1 star service. The hostess are very unfriendly, no flexibility on changing tables with stupid excuses although the restaurant was half empty. My friends stayed in the hotel but the service was the same. On sunbeds every day different prices. No smiling personel, not friendly. No great hospitality what you do get in other Nobu hotels. They are arrogant although I receive daily emails with hotelroom offerings and half empty restaurant throuhout the summer. ||I think its over for Nobu Ibiza.

Nobu Ibiza was truly unforgettable. From the breathtaking views to the exquisite food and cocktails, everything was beyond expectations. The staff made us feel so welcome with their warm and attentive service. The rooms are simply stunning, beautifully designed, spacious, and offering views that truly take your breath away. A perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. We can’t wait to return!

I would highly recommended it for anyone looking for a truly luxurious and personalised stay.

The best hotel in Ibiza by far and worth the money. The rooms are gorgeous. The service was first class.. And the concierge’s desk was one of the best I’ve ever dealt with - they exceeded all,expectations for every request or service I asked for. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Ibiza.

I love this restaurant and have eaten at the nyc location several times. However I was very disappointed to learn at our dinner that the restaurant had no tuna (maguro) or yellowtail (Hamachi). Best to check availability at this location before you go.

I paid $80 for the "chefs selection". It was a salmon nigiri, tuna, shrimp, yellow tail, and scallop. How much more basic and impoverished can you be..... I told the waitress to tell the chef he needs to do better. It was also poor quality, then again I'm from New York. I hope I changed someone's experience for the better and they listen to my recommendations of providing more exclusive pieces such as madai or red snapper.

Oh.my.God. I have been to Nobu in Malibu (Los Angeles) and I can say although it's really good, Nobu Ibiza blew it out of the water. We ordered almost everything on the menu and it could not have been more delicious. The service was also impeccable. It was extremely expensive but well worth the experience. The only down side- the wind was blowing at night time into the main dining area making us pretty chilly. Other than that, FANTASTICO

I have never been to a place so stunning and beautiful like Nobu Ibiza. I got a massage by Maria who was a legitimate angel! Best massage EVER! Then we went for lunch at the restaurant and OMG. Valentina was our server and she was beyond wonderful. We relaxed by the pool all day and everyone was so friendly and made us feel like family. THEN we went to Nobu for dinner and it was the perfect end to a magical day. I would fly to Ibiza just for everything that is Nobu. If I could give this place one million stars I would! Love love L

Nobu is by far, the best sushi restaurant ever. The food is always fresh and the dining experience is always top notched. We had the privilege of attending The Grand Opening of Nobu Hotel & Restaurant in Ibiza Bay and it was amazing. The hotel backs up to the water so the view is amazing. The restaurant sits adjacent to the pool that was lit up "Ibiza Blue" - Beautiful! I can go on and on about how perfect our night was at Nobu, but I'll let the pics speak for them self.

This is a really great spot for dinner. Nice water views and you can sit outside. The sashimi was really fresh and delicious. All of the dishes were awesome. Definitely a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.
