Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay

I had a truly marvelous experience at Nobu Ibiza. Everything was excellent, the atmosphere, the comfort, and above all, the service. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, and I was genuinely surprised by the outstanding level of service here. The staff went above and beyond in every detail, making the stay feel effortless and special. Definitely one of the best luxury experiences I’ve had, really highly recommended!

What a treat! ✨ visiting Ibiza from Miami!!!! Nobu never disappoints. The chef did it again- every bite was perfection. The fresh fish, the signature sauces, and the flawless presentation made this meal unforgettable. The service was impeccable, attentive without ever feeling rushed. I love that wherever we go, Nobu brings the same world-class quality, letting us savor incredible flavors and high-end dining every single time. 🐟🍣 It’s more than dinner-it’s an experience of taste, elegance, and indulgence that leaves you smiling long after the last bite.

We have stayed at Nobu Ibiza for 5 days. For certain this was the best hotel we have stayed. The service is outstanding, from checking-in and receiving a call afterwards to check if we like the room, the cleanliness and the service from housekeeping, the food at the restaurant and breakfast were also absolutely amazing. The views from the room are breathtaking. Also, the concierge designed such a great experience across the best spots on the island. We will be back next year!!

My wife and I went for 4 days over a long weekend in May. We have stayed at the Nobu Hotel in Marrakech twice and really liked it so we thought we would give the Ibiza one a try and it was amazing!||We arrived in the morning and our room wasn't ready so we sat at the bar by the pool for a couple of drinks. It wasn't long before they came to find us to tell us that they had our room so we went to check-in. Not only had they managed to get our room a good few hours before the actual check-in time, but they had also upgraded us to a stunning room with a huge living room and an even bigger balcony / terrace.|The room was lovely, it had two bathrooms, which my wife loved!||Breakfast is amazing, they have a huge terrace to sit outside and the food is a mixture of buffet and table service with Champagne by the glass.||We spent each day by the pool, there is a minimum spend if you want one of the loungers right by the pool, but this was fine for us as we had lunch from the poolside menu each day.||The service by the pool is amazing, the team constantly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and ordering more drinks or food. Really friendly and attentive.||We ate one night at Nobu restaurant but concluded that, whilst nice, it didn't look and feel as nice as Nobu in Marrakech or in London, the atmosphere wasn't quite the same. The food was good though.||The concierge team were brilliant, they recommended some really nice restaurants and even liaised with Pacha to book us a VIP table one night (we hadn't intended to go so it was a spur of the moment thing, but it was great - we got to see Melanie C and Robin Schulz DJ).||Overall, we loved this hotel, especially for the pool / bar team who were amazing, but all of the staff were great. A really nice, relaxing stay with mid twenty degree weather and truly great staff.

Our experience at the Nobu Ibiza Bay hotel was amazing. The room was perfect and spacious, the food and service were impeccable. The concierge Giorgia was incredibly helpful as well. She arranged our nights with ease and made everything so smooth for our entire trip. We loved it all and would stay there in a heartbeat again!

I stayed at Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay from July 14 to July 19, 2025, and it was one of the most disappointing and troubling hotel experiences I’ve ever had. While the hotel markets itself as a luxury destination, the service and training of staff fall shockingly short of even basic standards. During my stay: • Two of my valuable rings went missing from my room — a 2.5-carat diamond platinum ring and a designer ring from MyTheresa. • I reported the loss immediately, and while the management claimed to investigate, their response was vague and inconclusive. No useful updates were provided, and they ultimately refused any responsibility simply because the items weren't locked in the safe. • I’ve since filed a formal police report and will be following up with legal channels. In addition to the theft, the housekeeping was inconsistent and poorly trained: • Dirty trays were left outside rooms for days without being cleared. • Staff ignored the “Do Not Disturb” signs and entered the room without knocking or permission. • The general lack of accountability and professionalism was extremely disappointing. A luxury hotel should not just look beautiful on the outside — it should uphold the highest standards of service, security, and integrity. Sadly, Nobu Ibiza failed on all counts. I do not recommend staying here, especially if you value your belongings and peace of mind.

The place is literally stunning, the entrance is from Dunes 2 kinda of another world. Service was perfect, they remembered at any point who we were and our preferences. They were perfectly polite but still human connected. From leaving my car to the amazing parking team, to the journey through front office and guest service, till the pool staff and the restaurant staff, each of them did an amazing job. I’m so glad to have had the chance in my life to experience this. Thank you.

The hotel has a nice vibe and very friendly staff. A shoutout to Giorgia, an amazing concierge that goes out of her way to make everything happen. |Very good breakfast with lots of optiions. Room are small and lack space in the bathroom and closets.

I love this restaurant and have eaten at the nyc location several times. However I was very disappointed to learn at our dinner that the restaurant had no tuna (maguro) or yellowtail (Hamachi). Best to check availability at this location before you go.

I paid $80 for the "chefs selection". It was a salmon nigiri, tuna, shrimp, yellow tail, and scallop. How much more basic and impoverished can you be..... I told the waitress to tell the chef he needs to do better. It was also poor quality, then again I'm from New York. I hope I changed someone's experience for the better and they listen to my recommendations of providing more exclusive pieces such as madai or red snapper.

Oh.my.God. I have been to Nobu in Malibu (Los Angeles) and I can say although it's really good, Nobu Ibiza blew it out of the water. We ordered almost everything on the menu and it could not have been more delicious. The service was also impeccable. It was extremely expensive but well worth the experience. The only down side- the wind was blowing at night time into the main dining area making us pretty chilly. Other than that, FANTASTICO

I have never been to a place so stunning and beautiful like Nobu Ibiza. I got a massage by Maria who was a legitimate angel! Best massage EVER! Then we went for lunch at the restaurant and OMG. Valentina was our server and she was beyond wonderful. We relaxed by the pool all day and everyone was so friendly and made us feel like family. THEN we went to Nobu for dinner and it was the perfect end to a magical day. I would fly to Ibiza just for everything that is Nobu. If I could give this place one million stars I would! Love love L

Nobu is by far, the best sushi restaurant ever. The food is always fresh and the dining experience is always top notched. We had the privilege of attending The Grand Opening of Nobu Hotel & Restaurant in Ibiza Bay and it was amazing. The hotel backs up to the water so the view is amazing. The restaurant sits adjacent to the pool that was lit up "Ibiza Blue" - Beautiful! I can go on and on about how perfect our night was at Nobu, but I'll let the pics speak for them self.

This is a really great spot for dinner. Nice water views and you can sit outside. The sashimi was really fresh and delicious. All of the dishes were awesome. Definitely a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.
