All staff were really friendly, genuine, and willing to help and make the experience pleasant and memorable. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean, and the hotel territory is green and well-kept. There are pleanty of restaurants and entertainment options available to the guests. However, it may get very noisy at night, which was our case. But the hotel staff addressed our the issue professionally and in a caring manner, offering a quiter room. I would recommend that couples/families looking for a quiet and relaxing time make it clear to the hotel before arriving. Those seeking for fun, will find no shortage of it.

The hotel staff was so kind and helpful! They made restaurant reservations for our large party and gave lots of suggestions on things to do around Marbella. The hotel itself was also great. There are lots of dining options, and the breakfast each morning was health-focused and delicious. We would definitely stay again!

A wonderful hotel!|A special thank you to the amazing staff, and especially to Mr. Ruiz, the Director of Operations, as well as Rebecca and Pablo from Guest Services, for their attentiveness and warm hospitality. The house keeping ladies are the best)! The rooms are exceptionally clean — something that’s become rare even in high-end hotels.||The property is cozy and beautifully maintained, with exotic plants, adorable frogs, ducks, and even a swan — both kids and adults were delighted!||There are plenty of delicious restaurants on-site, often with live music. Don’t miss the Piano Man Show — it’s an unforgettable experience!||We’ll definitely be coming back!

Extremely Disappointing Experience Not Worth the Price or the Hype||||I’ve stayed at luxury hotels across the globe, and unfortunately, my experience at Nobu Hotel Marbella ranks among the worst I’ve ever had. At over $1,250 per night and having booked three nights I expected far more than what I received.||||Upon arrival, I was informed that I had been given an “upgraded” room. What I walked into instead was a major letdown. The room was filled with mosquitoes and flies, and there was an overwhelming smell of humidity and dampness. After a long international flight from Japan, all I wanted was rest but sleep was impossible. The room was positioned right next to a venue with blaring music that went on all night, even though it was just a regular Tuesday. No one at check-in had warned me about this. Not only was this unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a luxury property, but it also showed a serious lack of communication and guest consideration.||||I reported the situation first thing in the morning and was moved to a different room by 1 p.m. The new room was a clear improvement quiet, clean, and odor free but the sleepless night was already lost. When I asked the front desk why they would place guests in rooms exposed to nightclub level noise, I was told, “Some people like to party.” That response, frankly, says it all about their priorities.||||Aside from a modern gym and a location near some restaurants in the Puente Romano area, Nobu Marbella offers very little that justifies its exorbitant rates. No world class service, no peace and quiet, and certainly no attention to detail expected from a true five star experience.||||If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Marbella, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This property might have a big name attached to it, but it falls dramatically short on delivery.

Kind accommodating staff, great tennis and gym facilities, lovely beach and fab intimate pool. All this is eclipsed by the noise. The unrelenting house music from 1am to 4am daily. At a price of 1000 USD per night. Unacceptable. The staff is well aware of the problem. As also noted in other TA reviews. This needs to be addressed.

We did not have hot water in either of our rooms. The first night we thought maybe it was just everyone getting ready at the same time so we didn’t think much about it. The next morning it was working again but then the next two times it wasn’t and when we went to check out someone else was complaining about not having warm water. Also, the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. The rooms were nice size and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, these issues are inconsistent with a 5 star hotel experience.

A spectacular luxury hotel experience. Upon arrival Laura and the reception team was warm and welcoming. They provided an excellent introduction to the property which is so beautifully maintained. and recommended some excellent restaurants. There are over 15 restaurants on premises but you never feel like you're in a Las Vegas type atmosphere. The landscaping is magnificent and its right on the beach and plenty of locations where you can just chill On a clear day you can see Morocco across the Mediterranean Sea! The experience is more than worth the cost .Will be coming back soon!

Yelp
Hotel Nobu is an absolute dream! Situated adjacent to the Mediterranean Sea and alongside "The Golden Mile", the ritziest part of Marbella, lies this stunning, Andalusian style hotel, that aims to please. I thoroughly enjoyed my entire stay here, and you will too. The lushly manicured grounds are maintained exceptionally well. In fact, they were just adding a fresh coat of stark white paint to the dwellings while I was visiting, which was beautifully accented by cobalt blue wall pottery, containing bright pink flowers. The majestic swans that swim in the man-made stream help make this an even more romantic getaway than it already is. I was seriously living vicariously through those two. Now where was my dream date when I needed him most?! The rooms are every bit as spectacular as the glitzy pictures on their website will lead you to believe. The decor is contemporary meets boho chic and the color palette consists of relaxing, neutral tones. The Deluxe & Junior Suite rooms were both spacious and well appointed. Nobu Hotel goes the extra mile with Natura Bissé toiletries. Anything you could possibly need or want is provided... slippers, combs, bath salts, makeup remover, you name it. There's even night cream for your face, which was quite luxurious. The breakfast buffet was heavenly! Bring your appetite as they do not disappoint. This isn't your typical hotel buffet, it's a major cut above the rest. Pretty much any breakfast food that your heart desires is served and all of it is excellent. Six Senses Spa is close by too, in case you're in need of some pampering. I had an amazing, ninety minute massage with the argan oil upgrade. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment, as well as the amenities. Every evening, turndown service brought me something special to nibble on and offered me complimentary water bottles. The staff truly made me feel like a princess here. Tip for the ladies: pack an extra pair of flats to carry with you in your purse so you don't slip on the cobblestone bridge in your heels (especially after a few cocktails at Nobu, lol). See photo I posted of the Roman Bridge. This is in no means a complaint whatsoever. That bridge is so picturesque and it's from first century A.D. so it's certainly not going anywhere! I mention it only so that those reading this can plan accordingly. Nobu Hotel Marbella is as good as it gets! You can order Nobu sushi from room service. Need I say more? I will always have fond memories of my stay here (special shoutout to GM John Thomson for taking such good care of me). I hope to return for another visit in the near future, next time I'd like to stay during the summer months. I'm convinced this is the nicest hotel in all of Marbella! Highly recommend.
