***Day 155 since they promised to return funds via wire, nothing***
Every day/week is something new. I'm on vacation, banks are not able to send wires. If you are reading this, please trust me. I have worked in Luxury Travel for 20+ years and never has a hotel lied to me like this before. They essentially stole our money. Do not travel here, ever. Should they rectify the situation I will be the first to go online, edit my review and make sure everyone knows that they made it right.
Working with this hotel has been a DISASTER! They are closed this season for structural damage. Totally understandable and I relate with them that they are loosing an entire season. What is totally unacceptable is they have yet to refund money owed for deposits for well over a month now. Every week is a different excuse. We had 4 rooms booked for September, $4000 deposit taken. Francisco Alcoba has given me every possible excuse on why the funds have yet to be returned. Now he is just ignoring my emails, could not care less. This is NOT a hotel you want to trust with your hard earned money. They have failed on every level and I would give them ZERO stars if I could. We need that money to book a hotel that is open and they could care less. It's a disgrace.
