Almost perfect, a couple of dishes were taste less, like the lobster ceviche or the salmon tataki Super recommended, tuna tataki, tuna tartar, black cod, nigiri’s in general. Service was nice and attentive. Good selección of sake! For sure to be back’

Nobu Mexico City delivers one of the best service experiences you’ll find anywhere. And considering how attentive and warm service usually is in Mexico City, that’s saying a lot. The staff here are beyond excellent…professional, intuitive, and genuinely welcoming. You feel looked after from the moment you walk in. The food is good, though not perfect. Some dishes really stand out, like the tiradito—fresh, balanced, and beautifully done. Others felt a bit off, like they didn’t quite belong on the menu. A few adjustments and the overall experience could easily go from great to incredible. The toro with caviar is a standout, served cold over ice and topped with just the right touch of chives. The A5 wagyu with dipping sauces and the hot stone setup is a showstopper, both in flavor and presentation. Nobu doesn’t chase trends. It’s confident, polished, and luxurious. If they refined a few of the weaker dishes, this would easily be a five-star review. Would I go back? Definitely. Just next time, I’ll be more selective with what I order.

I was really happy with my experience here. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to help. The food was delicious, specially the plates. The nigiri was decent but the plates were definitely the stars of the meal. Would definitely recommend the crispy rice and the rock shrimp tempura to start. My favorite main dish was definitely the miso cod. Their desserts could use a little work though.

Nobu, never disappoints. I love the quality of the fish; always fresh and perfectly cut. The nigiris are always delicious and I love the rice, it’s perfectly cooked. I recommend the Truffled Kampachi sashimi, it was spectacular! Also I loved the spicy tuna crunchy roll. The soups surprised me, the udon tempura was great. This is a restaurant for business meetings or celebrations. The prices are very high, however it is worth it. The service is top notch, waiters are attentive and know the menu perfectly.

Loved this restaurant, delicious food in a great atmosphere and friendly staff. I had the pan seared scallops and they were amazing!

A hidden gym. Amazing sushi. Classy, boozy vibe. Not too loud, not to quite. The apple butterscotch dessert is out of this world.

Mexico city is not known by its japanese culinaire, so if you really want some this is one of the few good options. The fish is very fresh, thought the sashimis and sushis are overpriced. I paid around 17 USD for a toro nigirisuhi, just one piece!! The rice is not as good as the the fish, unfortunately. They have some hot dishes, some specific for the mexican branch (there are some Nobus in ths US). As a japanese descendant I wouldn't recommend this if you are on a trip, but if you live in Mexico City this is probably one of the best you can get.

I have been to 2 NOBU restaurants in the United States. I was excited to try NOBU Mexican City. We did the Omakase 8 course menu. It was version #3 according to the waiter. Overall the food taste and service was just not on par with NOBU Dallas and Vegas. It was like it was 2 levels down in service and taste and even presentation. The salad dish had 4 shrimp that tasted precooked by a few days. Just did not meet my expectations based on great past NOBU experiences.

This place was nothing to brag about. The three stars is due to the lychee cocktail actually being pretty darn good. It was refreshing. The salmon avocado rolls were just average. The sliders were okay. Our total bill for this and some sort of nasty yellowtail sashimi the waiter had us try that was their special of the month totaled to $175.00 if you ask me I can get more food for that elsewhere with better taste. I recommend you go here for drinks and go eat elsewhere.

The food is terrible. Worst sushi in the city. None of the dishes we ordered were even close to being good. How can you fail a seaweed salad?? Quality of fish below par: service is great and the place is nice. Not worth it at all!
