"A zen and minimalist interior all done out in pale wood sets the scene for traditional, seasonal Japanese cuisine that stands out for its fresh, unusual flavours: assortment of cold starters and tempura of the day, chirashi (traditional dish of raw fish), a hot dish of the day and miso soup. Booking essential." - Michelin Inspector
The food was very good and the recommended sake was also very good. Had a great night!

Amazing service! While the food itself is with common taste, it is perhaps the best you can find in a small French town like Tours.

Good Japanese restaurant, everything fresh as expected. Portions are small so not amazing value for money. Limited options for lunch (extended menu only available for dinner). This rating is for the lunch menu.

Best.Japonais restaurant I've never tested with the real Japonais cookers and the servers who speaks Japonais as well. There is no low quality sushi, but a real Japonais cooking that the Japonais people eat everyday. Go and taste even if the middle rang price.

There is only one menu. No options at all to choose from.
Fish is fresh but if you do not like raw fish don't come here.
