Nocco's Napoletana

Nocco's Pizza delivered an outstanding experience for our elopment reception event! Their communication was excellent, making the entire planning process smooth and hassle-free. The professional setup was spot-on, creating an inviting atmosphere. The pizza was absolutely delicious, with every guest raving about the flavors. Daniel took the initiative and suggested serving the pizzas indoors, making it extremely seamless for our guests. Their ricotta cookies were the perfect touch, and they quickly became a favorite among everyone. They truly went above and beyond—highly recommend Nocco's Pizza for any event!

We had Nocco's come out for our party and everything from booking the event, to the set up, to the event itself was 100% awesome! Gerard is running an authentic experience here and the pizza is outstanding. We loved having the tent set up in front of our house. We felt our Italian pride in Texas! 10 out of 10 for friendliness and generosity, too. Loved getting to know the team and they added a lot of value to our event.

I tried this spot recently after seeing it pop up online. The food truck is cool with neon, the wood on the side, and the view of the oven. Overall the two pizzas we got were pretty underwhelming. The basil was nearly flavorless, and the Glaser and Confused was better, but just ok. I would say the best part were the ricotta cookies.

I hired Nocco’s to cater my rehearsal dinner on site at my venue. Every single guest raved over the pizza and said they couldn’t stop eating until they were too full to have any more. We even had leftovers. I served Neapolitan pizza for 10 years and can say with 100% certainty this is the closest youll get to real Italian pizza. Gerard the owner was beyond wonderful to work with. So kind, efficient, and prepared. I wish I lived in Texas so I could go back as much as possible! Thank you!!

Let me tell you, as someone who traveled to Italy and has had authentic Neapolitan style pizza, this place hits it right out of the park! The toppings, sauces, flavor, texture, presentation, richness and smokiness of their Neapolitan style pizza is worth every slow savory bite, and truly worth telling all your friends about. It’s hands down the best Italian Neapolitan style pizza in Austin! My hats off to Gerard, the owner, and the rest of his team!

Great execution of Neapolitan pizza. Big fan of the sauce here. Ambience is also amazing. It’s located within a live music area of a bar that has a Vegas sportsbook style screen and there are good drink prices. There is also a quality BBQ truck in the front. All around really nice area with quality food.

I had the most incredible 65th Birthday party for my husband according to the 35 guest who attended and I have to agree. The experience and Professional presentation was top notch. From setup to making the pizza's, Daniel and Eddie made each guest feel so special and the Pizza flavor, DELICIOUS, and brought many guest back to their Italy vacation. Thank you Gerard for making this a very special day to remember. We look forward to the next party with you.

Love the new location at the DrinksBackyard location. Today was their opening day for this new spot and despite the rain they DELIVERED! Enjoyed the pepperoni pie that I had fresh out the wood fired oven! Great balance, a little on the saucier side which makes for a delicious pie! Must try!

To be honest I would not have ordered if I knew it was a food truck. I didn't know and I was pleasantly surprised. Great courtyard to dine in with a stage and big screen. Now to the food. It was outstanding! The pepperoni was some of the best I have had and the crust was perfect. Mom's meatballs were delicious. Everything was top notch! And don't forget to get some of the cookies!

Enjoyed Nocco's! Don't let the 10" fool you they will fill you up! We visited on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy took us about 10 mins to get our pizzas. The glazed and confused was filled with good stuff and great touch with the honey. The Don was also spiced up well. The crust is definitely on the more burnt side but i respect the craft and still really liked it!

Fantastic. Pizzas are on the smaller side. 10 inches across I believe. But very good. The crust is a plus as is the sauce. The Nocc pockets are great as well.

Used to like the Pizza as it was decent but the inconvenience of getting to it is too great, especially when the parking lot is located all the way in the back and you have to walk to the front of the establishment using the same road as the cars driving in, where you hope they see you and don't run you over. If you didn't get trampled getting to the front of the building, you'll then see that the food truck is actually located inside of the 'Drinks' enclosed bar area. It's almost like making a big J fish hook line. And even if you purchase a pizza, you still have to walk all the way past the crowd of tables, chairs, and stage just to yell out your order really loudly over the music/speakers and get your food. Sorry but this is an inconvenient way to sell food and I'll no longer be placing orders with Nocco's.

Went to Drink's Backyard last night planning to try Nocco's for the first time, and both my wife and I were very happy we did. We each ordered the pepperoni, which came out in a matter of minutes. The sauce and crust were chef's kiss (I'm a stickler for good crust). The owner was very friendly and even nice enough to bring over complimentary ricotta cookies halfway through our meal - I'm not a big sweets person, but they were delicious and not too sweet. Looking forward to trying more menu items from Nocco's!

So very much impressed with Nocco's. I got their margherita pizza, spicy Italian pocket, and meatball appetizer. Nestled in drinks plaza south east Austin, this spot is a HIDDEN GEM! The margherita pizza was crispy, hot, and tasted SO FRESH! Their spicy Italian pocket was a little soggy and I wish it was filled a bit more. Their meatball appetizer though takes the cake!!!! The meatball was packed with flavor and the Mariana sauce filled cup was delicious. Would 100% come back and eat here versus taking it to go. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a pretty rad bar!

I love that the ingredients are high quality, AND DELICIOUS. They have a food truck out at Drinks Backyard and also do catering! As someone who has tried everything on the menu, you just can't go wrong. Top tier: The Don pizza, the Caesar (salad AND pizza!!) The Theresa sandwich, The Sweet Sausage Nocc Pocket and the Ricotta Cookies

It's wonderful to find owners and operators who actually care about the food they are crafting. This isn't your typical American pizza... This is authentic Italian style (the flour and tomatoes are even imported from Italy) right in the heart of Texas. My favorites are the Four Cheese pizza, The OG Nocc Pocket, the Caesar Salad Pizza (AMAZING FLAVOR!) and the glorious Ricotta cookies. The current food truck location is in process of opening a large outdoor concert area; can't wait to see the finished product! Great pizza and great music...great experience.

I'm an Italian m-American from the NYC area so I know a thing or two about great pizza. This place is awesome! The sauce was great and the crust was as good as I've ever had at the legendary pizzerias in NYC. I love it. The owner is a great guy and so nice too.

Ambiance was sooo nice ! Such a nice outdoors place to enjoy this yummy food!!! Was better than I expected.

The meatballs are amazing and very authentic! Pizza and pockets perfect combination of flavors. I am very impressed. I will go back again! Thank you for the delicious food!!

Love the crust, flavors, it was all really great! Reminds me of pizza we had in Napoli. 100% will order again!

Owner is very nice, and food was excellent. Great place to grab a beer and enjoy the sunlight.
