Nocturne

I would like to say that my experience in this shop is horrible. -first i have ordered online, a winter sweater in May2024(dubai), the next day i went to exchange it they told me the moment i stepped there - ah you wore it i guess (because the brand tag was not atrached properly)!! I told her where shall i wear a wintery wool sweater in May in Dubai !! On the beach!! I received it online like that and i got it with the exact packaging online. Then she was like ok , we dont have smaller size, and you cant refund. I agreed. -i exchanged it with lots of stuff (around 2000aed worth) and one of these items was a loose style linen pants then after 3 or 4 wears it got torn in the middle of the restaurant! Where a lady came to inform me that my pants was fully torn from the back and just image the emrabassement thay i had!!! My frnd left and bought me a jacket from her house where i had to wrap it to cover myself! I went to the store and they told me the following: -we dont have a similar item so we cant help you -maybe it was a defective item so bad luck! -maybe because you were sitting for too long in the restaraunt it opened!!! -we cant help you as our company is managed from turkey so not even credit balance. -you can complain to DET no problem Shame on such management, shame on such untrained employees. Shame on such quality Will definitely not go back or recommend to anyone

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with Nocturne UAE, and unfortunately, the service continues to disappoint. The staff consistently make mistakes — whether in-store or online. I’ve received wrong items in my online orders more than once. Most recently, they refunded me less than the full amount I was owed, and when I raised the issue, their response was careless and dismissive. The customer service is extremely poor, and the management clearly lacks control or accountability. It seems like untrained or unprofessional staff are running the place, and there’s absolutely no value placed on customer satisfaction. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I recently found this hidden gem in Dubai mall. The shop name is Nocturne. Amazing design and quality. I would definitely recommend it to my friend who loves Turkish brands. Amazing prices and good offers. Shout out to Ms. Lady for the amazing assistance she provided. Very professional.

I highly recommend Nocturne, Dubai Mall. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and good customer service. Also the ambiance of the store was very welcoming and comfortable. Their designs are very unique and better than other shops. Definitely I will come back. 😊

Yesterday, I have had the worst experience ever. Two day ago, I bought a Kaftan for a Suhoor party, when I came home I tried it again and I was not liking it anymore so the day after I went to exchange it. As soon as I entered, I felt bad energy. They took my dress for refund and went in the back of the store. After 10 minutes, they came back and said, sorry we can't refund you, the dress smells like shisha. I was confused, I said pardon me? She said ah sorry no no, not shisha but I cannot refund you because the dress smells. I said are you serious? I never wore it. They were talking to each other and trying to manipulate me. I ask them to bring me another same dress at the store and both dresses were having the same smell. They just didn't want to refund me. That Filipino sales lady was the worse. She was gaslighting me into making me believe the dress has an odor which was not true at all. I just left the dress there and left. They don't even deserve 1 star.
