"Easy, breezy, beautiful: Noda Company Store. This cabana-style spot offers something different than the standard Charlotte brewery. It’s leisurely and not too boisterous and has pitchers of sangria and in the warmer months, fan-favorite frozen coladas at the ready, which customers order inside at the counter and take to the beachy back patio (as much as landlocked Charlotte can be beachy). The swinging benches are darling and will on occasion, make guests knock over their drink, but it’s worth it. This neighborhood hang can be a quick pit stop for a hit of sunshine and socializing, but can also be an easygoing all-night-long kind of spot." - Kayleigh Ruller

"NoDa Company Store has become such a focal point in its neighborhood that it's hard to believe the bar only opened three years ago. Formerly an artist’s private residence, the cheerful white building, with its mural-adorned sides and large front porch, feels like your funky neighbor’s house, one that's part old-timey general store and part airy living room. Walk around back to the sprawling patio and settle in for a drink on a porch swing, or find a nook inside, grab a stool at the bar, or cozy up on a couch." - Lauren Levine

Cute place for a cold drink! Cute back area with swings, shade and a drink you’re all set! LGBTQIA2S+ friendly

Mike Nencetti

Google
Amazed how big this place is. Great local beer selection. Wine down Wednesdays where wine and draft beer are a dollar off. Walkable from the light rail. No food here but you can bring food in. Very dog friendly. Worth a visit if you are in NoDa. Leah was very helpful and friendly for us first time visitors.

Google
We came here for an informal wedding reception for some friends, and it was perfect! The vibe is super relaxed with lots of seating, fun porch swings, and a great drink selection. It felt like hanging out in someone’s backyard—in the best way. Such a cool spot to gather and celebrate!

Google
This place has a magical patio, that you wouldn't think from looking at the house turned bar. Very eclectic, nice selection of beer and wine. Outside food is allowed. Dog friendly.

Google
Great place to experience NODA. It truly has the vibe of the area, very relaxed and peaceful with beautiful diversity. They have a great drink selection including a draft list, sangrias, coladas and mimosas. The outdoor area is wonderful, full of beautiful greenery and vibrant flowers complete with swings to enjoy the view. It is a great, local spot and we find ourselves here often. I highly recommend if you want to relax in a swing, sip a great drink and meet locals.

Google
Looks like a fun place in the evening. We came just as they opened, at noon, so the place was empty. Still, we got a friendly service, and the drinks were amazing!! Definitely try their version of the bloody Mary! The staff was friendly and nice, and we'll definitely come back some evening to enjoy the full potential this place has.

Yair Tygiel

Google
Amazing backyard, pristine vibes. The team here is warm and welcoming. Perfect place to really spread out in the sunshine. Tons of picnic tables and shade. Love this spot for a SUNBOY Spiked Coconut water and an afternoon hang.

Jitender Bhati

Google
Beautiful outside sitting area. It’s quaint setting with swings, wooden benches, huts, beautiful setting. Wonderful area in Noda to spend time in evening. They have great selection of drinks.

Kevin T.

Yelp
Such a chill vibe here, feels like a friendly home to enjoy either the inside or the outside.

Yelp
Came here for the Sunday funday free lunch. It was such a nice event that the owners put together! They made grilled chicken tacos with pico de gallo, avocado cream and cotija cheese. The chicken was super tender and juicy! Each person got 2 tacos. Even though the wait was 40 minutes, it went by fast because we were talking and having a good time. Also the weather was perfect! After the tacos, I went inside and ordered a NoDa colada. It was very boozy! I wish it was frozen instead of on ice but I still enjoyed it a lot!

Yelp
I am in love with this place! Their reel popped up in my feed last week. I guess because I'm a plant lover, and I couldn't stop watching it. It's an outside, tropical paradise. So, it's a general store with snacks and beverages galore. They have beer, wine, spiked seltzer, colada, and sangria. It's not an eatery, but they allow you to bring food from local surrounding businesses in the NODA area and dine in their lavish oasis of a patio with swings, barstool areas, picnic tables, and more for your seated pleasure. It's very low-key, artsy, and has such a relaxing vibe. Exiting the store, take a quick left after coming down the steps, there's a hidden nook that leads to more seating that circles around to the front of the building. It's an ideal spot to catch up with friends and family, relax and chill, and enjoy the warm weather.

Yelp
I have lived in NoDa for a little over 6 months and I can't believe I had never been to the Noda Company Store! Where have I been and why did it take me this long to check it out. It's such a little hidden gem. I love their drink options and the back patio. It will be an awesome spot to visit during the warmer months since their seating and swings are outside. I can't wait to try their frozen Pina Colada this summer! I don't know if they have food trucks or pop up restaurants that serve food but that would be a great idea! They serve bags of chips and things inside if you need a little snack on the side of your craft beer or glass of wine.

Mandee P.

Yelp
Yessssss! I have so many questions: Why has it taken us so long to stop by? Why is this place so awesome? I absolutely adore this spot. I've passed by so many times ans finally had the pleasure of sitting for some drinks 2 weeks back. The vibe is laid back, very cool, fun, vacation! Absolutely love the swag. I got a shirt and my husband a hat. I had a pina colada - which was the best I've had in a very long time. My husband had a beer. Everything a out this place is amazing. I love ordering a drink in the store and taking to go outside. I haven't been able to go on a vacation in the last 2 years and this spot makes me feel like I've been taken away to a tropical island. Unfortunately I missed free lunch Sundays, hoping to get to a taco Tuesday one of these days. But without question, we will be back. Thanks for running such a fun cool business that keeps smiles on faces and ignites happy feelings all around!

Andrea S.

Yelp
Always love coming here. Lots of options for drinks. Some food and snacks.plenty of outdoor seating. They even upgraded the outside area and its sooooo nice. Its a great place to go for drinks with friends and take the pup too.

Karri D.

Yelp
I love NoDa Company Store. It's like being immediately transported to the beach. The atmosphere outside is full of hanging plants in the Spring and Summer. They do free lunch! Going inside the house is like going inside an old store. The clothing is cool. The owners are local celebrities, give to their community and are very nice and interesting, talented people.

Angie K.

Yelp
Love this place! Great variety, however they used to have snacks (pimento cheese, meats& cheeses, etc) and they have been removed and this me very sad. Less likely to go because I need cheese.

Jenny T.

Yelp
The service is terrible. I asked for a taste of a beer (which i have asked for tastes in the paste and they gave them to me) and today the wouldn't. The didn't want to "waste a glass and washing it on a taste of I didn't like it." And when I said I bartended for a long time and never heard such a thing, the bartender that wasn't serving me immediately said "why are being such a bitch" and I asked to not use that language and she said "well you are a bitch." So if you would like to support a company that hires rude and terrible staff, go to Noda Company Store! They will make sure you feel terrible

Yelp
Do you remember growing up and there was the "cool house on the street?" Welp, that's Noda Company Store. It is the ultimate adult hangout spot. As mentioned in other reviews, this was a house that's since been converted into a one stop shop for drinks, food, and people watching. The most important thing to note is they have a free lunch on Sundays. The lunch offerings are different week to week but, hey, you cannot beat free. Various food trucks stop by on the other days. Usually, they have a seasonal alcoholic beverage on tap- for summer months, they offer flavored sangrias which go down way too easily. Other than sangria, there's drafts from the local breweries as well as canned beer, and other local drinks found in the refrigerated section. As far as hanging out, you have your choice of the inside, any of the outside patios (in front, in back, or on the steps) as well as the side area which boasts porch swings. Also, feel free to bring your pup because they are allowed inside and out.

Rick T.

Yelp
What a nice relaxing find. Chill out with a cold brew. Highly recommended on the walking tour.

Keeley M.

Yelp
I've wanted to check out this place since I moved to Charlotte three years and finally got to. I thought this place had cooked food but to my disappointment it's only bagged to go food, like a convenient store. They have snacks, beer, and wine along with the cutest patio area! This is definitely a cute spot to hangout. Would love to go back and spend more time hanging out.

Jacqueline T.

Yelp
We had a happy hour here tonight and I loved it. The environment was very laid back. There's a decent size indoor area, a front porch, and a huge back patio. We got a table in the shade on the patio. They have beers on tap and bottles. There's wine, cider, sangria, kombucha, and some snacks. They also have a food truck there. Overall, this is a great place to relax and have a drink. I would definitely recommend it!

Jessica F.

Yelp
Love the vibes of this place! Their sangria is excellent along with their mimosas. Friendly staff. Love the swings. Definitely plan to go back. Lgbtq owned... overall a wonderful place.

Shelly C.

Yelp
RECOMMENDED I'm obsessed!! They have an old fashioned refrigerator that is prosecco ON TAP! It was delicious. Also they had a sparkling rosé on tap, it was dry and also very pink and perfect. We sat outside in the shade and played cards for a long time. It was so absolutely relaxing. It started to fill up around 6. I absolutely love this little place! You can bring in your own food since they don't serve food.

Shay J.

Yelp
This is my FAVORITE hidden gem in Charlotte/Noda. I've been to The Noda Company store a few times. This place offers a fun, laidback and cozy atmosphere. There a great selection of wine and beer. Board games are available inside. They also serve prepackaged food like chips, hummus, etc. Dogs are welcome, there's plenty of water bowls and shade outside to help beat the heat. Personally, I'm obsessed with the porch swings outside of the building-- Such a Great hideout. This summer I kept hearing about the "FREE Lunch" on Sunday's. There's something different every week. I would suggest signing up for their newsletter and following the social media pages for updates.

Shannon W.

Yelp
By far the coolest ambiance I've seen for a beer garden! Who would've thought a random spot in NODA would be an garden tikki oasis? The stone path garden, mini swings- this is such a fun place to hang out outside but in the shade. I got the noda colada and strawberry(?) mimosa? Both were very tropical, the colada was definitely sweeter than than the mimosa. Would prefer if there were munchies but there are enough bars with food nearby to hop around!

Abby L.

Yelp
Really fun and cool place to hang out on a weekend. They have a nice bright area inside with seating and a bar area. They have special sangrias that they make in house and will let you sample them before buying. The outside patio is wonderful! It is big and open with plenty of room. The service was good, the bartender was patient and let me try different beer and sangrias before choosing what I wanted. He was helpful in explaining what was in the sangrias and let us know that sometimes they rotated the drinks out. The Dumpling Lady comes on Saturdays which is terrific!! But I will review her on their own business page. She will be out back so don't miss her!

Kal L.

Yelp
When in Charlotte, be sure to check out NoDa (North Davidson) a historic arts district. You can easily spend an entire day here. If you're wanting unique artisanal locally brewed beer, delicious homemade sangria, and snacks in a fantastic outdoor space surrounded by lush greenery and art, come to Noda Company Store. Everything is locally sourced (except some of the non-alcoholic drink options), you order inside and seat yourself. Highly recommended.

Emily M.

Yelp
Noda Company Store is my absolute favorite place in Charlotte. It is located in an old house and has a ton of cozy seating and a beautiful outdoor patio area. They are also pup friendly! The owners are some of the coolest people in the city. They put on some really fun events (Halloween party coming up!) and they feed the community once a week. It used to be free brunch on Sunday but they have switched to free meatless Monday night dinners. Last week the dinner was spaghetti and it was delicious! They always have a good selection of beer on tap and they have wine you can buy by the bottle or glass. There is also a fridge full of canned beer, soda, alcoholic seltzer, kombucha, etc. In the warmer months the sangria is a good move and in the colder months the mulled wine is my favorite. You always feel like family at Noda Company Store. It is the perfect place to spend the day relaxing with friends. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Atisha P.

Yelp
Keep the Glass Animals playlists coming!!!! Best patio in charlotte, friendliest owners, and all around good vibes. Cannot miss!

Jamie B.

Yelp
we are from Georgia and planned to come here because of the patio and we have a dog. we got there at 11:45am and were good with just hanging out on the patio until they opened at noon. we tried to get someone to help us at 12:05 and then 12:10 but the door was locked. finally a woman came to the door and said they opened at 12:30 and I told her I was sorry that the website said 12. (genuinely apologizing) she stuck her head back out and said "we really aren't a restaurant either but a bar". I took that as we werent welcome since we had kids. I wish I could tell you how the food or the drink was that I was about to order but we got turned away before we even got to try it. I've never been treated so terrible. the short woman with brownish blond hair was horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. if there was 0 stars I would have put that. hospitality is not your line of business.

Maddie M.

Yelp
Can't believe it took us this long to try this place. They have done a great job with this place which used to be the house of an old man and his sweet dog. The inside has a very homey feel to it and the outside is very cheerful and beautiful. They have amazing beers and house made pina coladas. They have the Nodajito which I love! They do have food trucks coming in for food. Parking can be hard to find since there are so many businesses around here and only street parking or a small lot but it's worth it. If you haven't tried this place yet, go do it! They are dog friendly too.

Talitha C.

Yelp
Perfect place to come and get a drink or even pick up a bottle or two of wine. They have a cute garden area that you can sit in. Some of the areas have tables and swings that are super cute. It's very earthy and gives you a Zen vibe with all the greenery and beautiful flowers.

Allison C.

Yelp
food: there was a food truck parked in the back. I'd recommend checking online beforehand.. the one that was there when I visited wasn't very good, but I didn't want to drink on an empty stomach drinks: on the chalk board when you walk in from the front is a list of the beers on tap - I had the juicy j IPA which was really refreshing. They also have sangria as well as bottled beers and nonalc beverages in a fridge vibe: pretty laid back. lots of tables, mostly outside but they're all shaded. indoors, there's fewer seating options. Dogs are welcome inside and outside (I saw water bowls set out for them). I also saw a few board games available to use

Sabrina C.

Yelp
Great spot for my first sangria to kick off summer 2019! Nice bright atmosphere with quirky decor that made it an inviting, and appreciated, change up from the more typical happy hour scene. Great music that was loud enough to keep you entertained, but quiet enough to allow for easy conversation. Be sure to try the Orange Pineapple Plum sangria--it won't disappoint!

Meredith M.

Yelp
This place is a gem! From my wine slushie, Noda Colada and my Tshirt! We were only in town for the weekend, but thank goodness we found it the first day because we went back everyday! Their patio and flowers are precious. The Owners were so sweet and have a heart of gold. I will certainly be back!

Amanda G.

Yelp
Cute house turned into a bar! I like that it's a little tucked away from NoDa - it's not super crowded but it's well known! We had a friends birthday party there, and while you can't "reserve" the space, you can set up and take over the area. So we did! Our party had almost all of the outdoor seating and the bartenders were friendly. Love the fact they had a food truck there too (not to mention I've been DYING to try The Dumpling Lady). Great place

Amy W.

Yelp
3 years later, NoDaCoStore is still my favorite place in town. I've spent afternoons working remotely from their porch, Friday evenings huddled around a picnic table with my best friends, and spent a Sunday afternoon on the swings with my parents when they were in town for a visit. Joey and Scott have gone above and beyond to cater to the community that they love. Throughout 2020, they have made updates and modifications to the Store to ensure that everyone can continue to support the best spot in Charlotte in a safe and responsible way. I really just love this place more than any Yelp review could express.

Jacey M.

Yelp
I remember when this place first opened! A fun, cozy spot when they first opened and they keep getting better! I think my favorite part is the side patio with the porch swings. I just went back the other day after not going to NoDa too much since I moved out of the neighborhood.. but wow! The patio has grown and so much seating! The beer prices are on the higher side but always have a great selection. Sangria is available and it looks delicious! I want to try it soon. If you don't want something on tap they have a full fridge stocked with different cans and bottle along with snacks. Every time I've gone the bartender is friendly and provides fast service. The owners are super cool too. They are always making conversation and genuinely care about their customers. Also, they have free lunch on Sundays!! I remember when they had just burgers (that were so basic but one of the best I've ever had). Last week they provided quesadillas with fresh ingredients right from their garden! You must give this place a try.

Christine L.

Yelp
Every time I go to this place I like it just a little bit more. I think it is the most laid back place in Noda! Due note it does get pretty busy if they are having one of their events. I love the selection of beer and wine that they have along with an a ray of other local stuff. They have a small but solid amount of local snack food which comes in handy if you are hanging out there for awhile. They always have local art and other products from around the area which are fun to look at. They usually have a food truck there and they do a good job of listing who is there on their Facebook page. It is also a good place to bring in your own food. Note they are tucked back behind a few other business so if this is your first time keep your eyes open. If you haven't checked this place out you should put it on your list.

Sar A.

Yelp
Looking to try a new laid back spot for a relaxed date night? How about an art gallery? comfortable wine /beer lounge? Go to Noda Company Store. Problem solved! I just want to spread the love here. - Really chill out ambience. - Indoor & picnic tables on the patio. - Intersting murals- especially the amazing gray-scale mural by the Matts representing the story of NoDa during the American Revolution. - Live music. - Small bites. - Get the Queen Charlotte's original Pimento Cheese Royale and upgrade your sandwich. Four and Half Yelps.

Yelp
What a cute little bottle shop in a quaint old house in the NoDa arts district! We were searching for a cute coffee place & fond Smelly Cat on the corner, and NoDa Company Store was right behind it - with awesome painted artwork all around the outside of the house. They open at 10am on Sundays (yay brunch bill!) so we were able to snag a drink around 11am when we were done walking around shops. They've got front & back patios with all sorts of sitting areas, and they even have a no-kid/no-dog zone on the side! Parking is on the street but not hard to find. They have ~10ish taps of all varities, and they even have prosecco & kombucha on tap too! I loved the juicy IPA they had. They also had mimosas of the day, which Sara had a blackberry mimosa with prosecco on tap! They have several tables inside & on the porch, and even cute seating around an older bartop... but the best seating is outside, for sure. To boot, they also offer free lunch at 1130am on Sundays! They were serving up homemade Korean chicken tacos that were killer (with homemade habanero hot sauce too). Yuuuuum. It's only 1/4 mile to Heist Brewery too so you can get more good beers & food there too. All in all, Noda Company Store became a favorite & made a lasting impression - we even modified our trip to stay an extra night in the NoDa area because we had so much fun here in this neighborhood! You should definitely check it out next time you're in Charloote.

Julie S.

Yelp
During COVID-19, Noda Company Store pivoted and offered groceries, meat and produce items for the community. They offered contactless pick up or delivery within the Noda neighborhood. Great prices and offerings.

Delaney D.

Yelp
This spot has been on my list since I returned to Charlotte in March. It did not disappoint! It wasn't crowded on a Friday afternoon and got our selection on seating. I went with a mimosa carafe and my girlfriend went with pina colada that was perfect for a summer day!

Fallon W.

Yelp
An awesome hidden gem in Charlotte! The back patio is GORGEOUS with tons of seating for big and small groups. We ordered the famous noda coladas and felt like we were on a beach! We also tried some of the mimosas and sangria. They also have a great grab and go section with snacks and drinks. I will definitely be back!

Na'Shota L.

Yelp
I really like this place. It's like hanging out at your friends house. A lil bite to eat, and a quiet place to sit is all you need. I like the hodgepodge of furniture and a lot of things appear to be homemade or repurposed (ie the old fridge as a draft for prosecco). A few foodie ppl set up pop up shops a few times a week and they have free lunch on sundays. I think it's nice of them to do and when your food is free, your cash can go towards more drinks. The colada is very delish. I will definitely refurn!

Maddie B.

Yelp
This place IS the ultimate after-work-drinks spot. Went here with a friend and both got the strawberry lemonade sangrias....these things do NOT play games. Just one (normal sized one!) had my tastebuds happy and my brain nice and fuzzy. Their outdoor patio is lush with greenery, swing chairs, and TONS of socially distanced seating. They allow dogs, too, which is a bonus. Planning to bring my parents around here when they're in town - there is something for everyone.

Kenny R.

Yelp
Awesome new little spot in the neighborhood. One of those where I hesitate to prop it up as I want it all to myself, lol Me and a friend happened to stop by here one day while walking her dogs. I was pleasantly surprised with the layout, the beer selection and the overall vibe of the place. They had no problem with dogs so we brought them on in. It did take a second to order a drink as our bartender was too friendly of a person to cut the other patrons short, but that just gave me more time to contemplate my decision. They say they rotate taps quite often, so I'm not even going to comment on my selection, but they were both great. Also loved the outdoor nature of this place, one of the better outside seating areas around. I'll be back for sure but don't go around telling everybody about this hidden gem.

Anthony T.

Yelp
TLDR: NoDa Company Store is a casual, social gathering spot with with wine, local snacks and drinks. The vibe is laid back, and chill. People with a variety of interests can enjoy something here. At any given time, you'll notice everything from family with children, yuppies out for happy hour, and hype beasts snagging some swag.

Sharee J.

Yelp
Really cute outdoor setup that makes you feel you're not in Charlotte anymore. I had the non-frozen Noda Colada & the Sangria and they were both ON POINT!

Jonathan B.

Yelp
Hey Co Store is a pretty cool spot. I guess it's been open at least a year now? So it's time to get around to leaving a review of the joint. After all, I spend a good bit of time (and money) here. I like that they brought on something a slight bit different here in NoDa. If you're getting down into particulars, this is, in my opinion, a place with a Plaza Midwood feel opened in NoDa. NoDa didn't really need another bar but I'm not complaining because at least this one isn't an overcrowded restaurant, music venue or college-kid appellate bar. Places like Cabo Fish Taco, Neighborhood Theater and Blind Pig have that niche covered. This here is a more chill spot. With the numerous wood details, twice as much outdoor seating as indoor and the fact that it's in an old converted house with class it gives the air of "I'm outdoorsy in that I like drinking beer on patios". And of course who ever said that was so wrong? At the bar they always have plenty of local brews on tap. Bartenders are okay folks. A few board games spaced out around the sparse indoor seating. Outdoor seating is on the porch, in the "yard" with umbrellas, along the side with wooden swings(!) and in the back with ample picnic tables. Used to be they'd do free burgs on Sunday evenings here - heck of a deal and solid way to round out a weekend. Then they did potlucks. Now they have the Dumpling Lady mini-food-truck parked nearby for most other nights. Back inside, there are also plenty of beers by the can or bottle in a row of coolers. Lots of small bites too: pimento cheeses, crackers, bread, etc. Salty and absorbent stuff to keep you thirsty. If you want to take a back-seat to a night on the town I'd suggest finding yourself here.

Laura F.

Yelp
The owners, the staff, the drink selection are great (beer, wine, and wine-drinks). The best part? What they e done with their space. So much cool seating, such a great vibe. Kids? Cool, bring them! Dogs? Cool, bring them? Carry out from a nearby restaurant? Cool, bring it!

Dionah T.

Yelp
This place appears to be a revamped house turned 'common market feel place' for the NoDa neighborhood. Not to mention they have a well lit patio, so on a nice night, they offer a peaceful place to enjoy a drink and chitchat with friends. When we visited they were hosting a t-shirt screen printing event in the back. It was pretty cool to watch and enjoy the various people. There were a few parents out there with small kids, as well as dogs... so this spot is friendly for all. I will point out though.. the swings on the side of the building are intended to be an adult only area (sorry kids, pets and chickens?), but I think a lot of people miss that sign as they enter the area. The stone work near the swings are beautiful, as it gave the ground a "wet/water" appearance at first glance. Someone said that they offer brunch... but I cannot confirm that as I only enjoyed a couple of brewskis, but I will definitely be back on a lazy weekend to take it all in again!

Callie S.

Yelp
Company store is one of the few places that feel like a true neighborhood hang out. It's great for a mid-day work session (pre-covid or in warmer weather), afternoon drink or Saturday hang out. It's really easy to get to know the staff and I feel like it's just an extension of my home. If you want a casual and cool place to hang out, this is your place.

Jordan L.

Yelp
NoDa Company store has a very nice vibe. Their seating is very well laid out and they've got a great outdoor space as well. When it's nice and sunny outside it makes for a very great time. I got to try the double strawberry lemon sangria which was perfect for the beautiful weather. They also play a decent selection of music so that there's other forms of enjoyment that way. There's also a food truck that sets up right next to it so you've even got some choices for food as well if you're a little hungry. Great place for a happy hour in NoDa.

Michael N.

Yelp
If I could build myself a clubhouse for grownups, it would look something like Company Store. I would spend afternoons lounging around, drinking, listening to music and hanging out with my friends. The sign on the front of my clubhouse would say "Girls Allowed". After stalking the place online for three weeks I ventured out with the fam on a Saturday morning for the Mimosa bar I had heard so much about. The tap list was very well chosen and artistically painted. Normally I wouldn't say no to NODA Aprinox, but I was there for the bubbly. I was forewarned by the bartender that she would be using plastic for brunch time drinks. I'm not offended by plastic if the pour is the same if not more generous. The bartender pours the Prosecco, and then you can go add fresh fruit and / or juices. I opted for apricot juice with raspberries and strawberries. The only thing missing was...wait for it ... a spoon. I sacrificed by index finger to stir my mimosa - I know, classy move! There are coolers full of bottled wine, bubbly and beers. I judge a beer cooler by a cross section of their selection - I just needed to see Wicked Weed Napoleon Complex and Mango Tango Foxtrot from Deep River to give it the thumbs up. The graffiti that abounds on the outside walls is progressive, well done, pleasing to the eye and just plain cool. Inside you will find art from local artists that I'm assuming rotates. The only thing I would add would be a jukebox and a pool table (prob not enough room though - don't they make outdoor pool tables now?)- just personal preference comfort items... I digress... As we were leaving, she filled a large basket full of what looked to be breakfast goodies (bagels, etc). Next time I'll stay a bit longer and have a nosh and a few off the tap. Side note: no, the place is not very kid friendly - but I don't bring my kids with me everywhere all the time, mostly just on weekends - there's an area with swings that's specifically not for kids or dogs - I can appreciate that if you're a grown up trying to relax - also the nude male and female paintings (although quality work did elicit quite a few snickers from my wee ones). "Yes, that's a peeper." Hehe. I may have snickered too. Three word summary : me really likey.

Yelp
Noda Company Store is a fantastic and unique addition to the Noda area! Noda Company Store is a cute looking house that was transformed into a bar. There is nice amount of seating inside and then outside space in the front, back, and sides. The seating on the sides is a bit hidden and intimate. We like the seating out the back as it feels like you are sitting on the porch at home! They have tons of local beer on draft. They also have a bunch of premixed drinks (like Sangria variations and the pina colada), along with wine. They have a few snack options inside and typically have a food truck onsite. Absolutely fantastic spot in the heart of Noda!

Yelp
Recently checked this place out with a few friends. The building itself is a cool older house which displays artwork from local talented artists. There is an outdoor zen garden with swings to lounge on. There are outdoor benches and sitting room inside in addition to the bar. This place embodies the vibe Noda is known for. We enjoyed $2 PBR drafts as we checked out old pictures of historic Charlotte on the wall. They source a good selection of local beer here with snacks available for purchase as well. Not quite famous as some of its neighbors, but a truly unique place to visit. This place had a welcoming feel to it and was not as loud or busy as some of the other hotspots in Noda. My friend notified me that the owners always provide a free brunch on Sundays. Pretty hospitable place.

Yelp
This place is adorable. My friends and I decided to come here after stopping by Growlers. They did have a nice variety of beers on tap, but I decided to try the Strawberry & Lemon Sangria. Let me tell you - it is deadly! I got the double, which comes in a small pitcher and it was only $12. It tasted just like strawberry lemonade and you would never even know there was alcohol in it. My other friend had a pina colada, which she said was amazing. The outside area is so cute and decorated nicely. I also noticed there were a lot of families with small children there. I think someone was actually have a birthday party. They had tons of nostalgic games to play as well. Nice weather + games + alcohol = a great day in my eyes!
