Noe's Cafe

Disappointed with Today’s Experience I visited Noe’s Cafe today, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. When my food was brought to the table, it was cold. I asked for it to be reheated, and while they did accommodate that, the food itself was not good at all. On a positive note, the coffee was fantastic, and the waffle was actually delicious — I just needed extra syrup to enjoy it fully. However, the service left much to be desired. When we requested syrup for our waffles, we were brought a single small cup to share. Meanwhile, the guests at the table next to us — who ordered the exact same meal but did not look like us — were given an entire canister of syrup to pour as they pleased. That disparity did not go unnoticed, and it made me feel incredibly unwelcome. The staff was slow to respond and seemed to ignore us when we needed something. The mimosa tower/flight also didn’t live up to the hype — all the flavors tasted pretty much the same. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I believe it’s important for experiences like this to be acknowledged. I sincerely hope Noe’s Cafe takes this feedback seriously and makes efforts to improve both their service and consistency in how they treat all of their guests. The picture look great but taste not to my liking.

Super cute cafe!! I see Alot of reviews talking about the prices, but honestly guys the prices are up everywhere but in our paychecks, plus their food is very well presented and food tastes super good! Our drinks look so perfect, and tasted delicious! The service was also amazing, yes they are teenagers and they honestly were very friendly. Maybe those that encountered themselves with a disagreement with the staff were being a Karen with them to begin with. Maybe treat others the way we want to be treated

This is a nice cozy diner hidden away in a new shopping center. The interior decor was nice but not very big. Your order is placed at the counter, and drinks are self-serve. The food was good and decently priced. I ordered a mocha latte while it's presented well and didn't taste well. I requested a shot of hazelnut syrup and didn't get it. The vegetables and meats were not cooked into the omelet. They were kind of sprinkled around it. My hash browns were nice and chunky. The pancakes were on the small side and served with powered sugar on top. Although they tasted good, they didn't appear to be cooked fresh. The texture was tough. They seemed like warmed up frozen pancakes from a box.

I really enjoyed this place! I was surprised because I had gone to their soft opening a few years ago, and it was just alright. I gave it another shot recently, and I have to say, I'm glad I did. The coffee was strong and smooth. I got a latte. I also tried their flight of gluten free pancakes. They were so good. I also built my own omelette which I didn't take a photo of. The manager was so kind to us! The place was busy on a Saturday morning, but we found a place to sit right away and got our food within 15 mins. Solid place.

Go early! They get packed fast especially on Sunday’s. Lots of parking and close to other shops. Highly recommend all of their food but took a star off because they ran out of some things we wanted. Very limited on their crepes because at that time they didn’t have certain things. Bummer. What we did order was delicious. The vibe was laid back and cafe style. You have to order from a QR code on the table. Lots of veggie options and healthy options.

The wait was very long. There's hardly any seating in the small space. Had to clean off my own table, so we had a spot to sit. Once the food was brought to us, we never got checked on. I understand they were busy. Maybe more staff is needed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One of My All-Time Favorite Coffee Shops—A Hidden Gem! I’ve been to countless coffee shops across Houston, all over the U.S., and even internationally—and I can confidently say Noe’s Cafe is one of my absolute favorites. Their hazelnut latte (hot) is hands-down my go-to. If I could enjoy it every day, I absolutely would! The flavor is perfectly balanced, never too sweet, and made with care every single time. The ambiance here is just as special. My husband and I once had a little date where we brought our chessboard, sipped our lattes, and enjoyed some of their delicious treats—it was the perfect setting. The staff is always kind and welcoming, and the customer service is consistently excellent. Parking? Never an issue. It’s easy and stress-free, which is a rare bonus. My only wish? That they were open a bit more often or later. It’s a bit of a drive for me, and it’s always a little heartbreaking when I get a craving and they’re closed. I know they can’t stay open all night just for me (even if I wish they could!), but it’s the only thing that keeps this place from being a daily stop. If you haven’t been yet, do yourself a favor and check it out. This place is a hidden gem, and I think you’ll love it just as much as I do.

Shout out to Pattie for being so kind, food came out fresh hot and fast. There were so many gluten free options. Pancakes were gluten free.

Was looking for something quick after doing bloodwork at the doctor's office, my daughter found this little place close to our doctors office that wasn't along drive to get a full meal after doing fasting bloodwork (waited until almost 10am) we were very hungry. Parking is tight, this place is in the Krogers lot but hugged in by curbs. Seemed pretty busy for a Thursday morning. The seating in here is also awkward could be better. Noticed that it was a walk up and order type of restaurant so you have to really scan their huge menu to find something to eat while people are lining up behind you. I ordered the Banana Foster Waffles that's all that comes with it nothing else for $11 and my daughter ordered the V1 Breakfast sandwich for $11, no fries for $2xtra . The Banana Foster Waffle was crisp and perfect as well for the yumminess piled on top. My daughter felt that the sandwich was all egg and not enough bacon she didn't touch the salad portion on the plate. Our drinks were meh, me the Caramel Frappe I got and the Iced Chai she had just didn't hit the drink mark we were looking for. This place has a lot of potential, it was busy when we got here and the food in my book was good.

Wow !!! Came here New Year's Day because everyone else was closed and this place didn't disappoint. My wife and my baby boy loved there meal and my chicken and waffles was 9/10 only reason this was a 9 was because it was a tad too sweet for me. The chicken however, was nice and crispy with a lot of flavor and seasoning. I absolutely have no complaints about this place. We'll definitely come back if I'm on this side of town . Not a huge fan of the latte, but still tasted OK .

Food1: Omelette tasted good. Potatoes are good. 5 Stars Food2: The side salad that comes with the omelette was different. I don't eat salad in the morning. After trying it, it is not my cup of tea. And toast is extra. I'd rather they give the toast as part of the side instead of the salad. They give non-butter with the toast instead of butter. When I asked for butter, it came out hardened from the fridge. Wish they would soften it by microwaving it for 2 seconds or having butter already out at a warmer temperature so that it is easier to spread. 2 Stars Service: very friendly and warm. 5 Stars Ambiance: Background music was too loud and it was some kind of rap music. The combination of the loudness and the genre being my least favorite (rap), I ended breakfast with a headache. But the place is packed with patrons. So I must be getting old. 3 Stars Overall: 4 Stars

My first experience at this location was... a few pancakes short of a stack, but I'm hopeful for a more pleasant second. I arrived to a packed parking lot, and plenty of seated patrons-woohoo, must be super delicious right? Upon entry I found a sign reminder that there are two ways to order-1. The traditional counter method 2. Order via the QR code at your table. (Whoop whoop for accessibility.) In making my decision, I couldn't help but notice that the menu is packed with lunch and brunch favorites, but to my surprise, upon ordering, a few were unavailable. While we were happy to see ample seating available and plenty of natural light permeating the space...on this particular day the bathroom smell was atrocious! It encroached upon the dining area, taking out the entire back booth seating spaces. A few seats in the front dining area were missing, but asking the staff if we could move seats to our table was unsuccessful. It was clear they were in the weeds. When our food arrived it was pretty good, but if I'm honest it was no constellation for the smell and slightly below par customer service...I later noticed the staff member cleaning the tables had an AirPod in and was talking to a friend on the phone (not to mention the ac drip after moving tables). However, the longer I stayed, the more the crowd thinned out, the more pleasant the staff, the better the experience, so maybe more than anything else, this was a staffing issue, and a stroke of bad luck with the potties. Understaffed? Maybe. Just a bad day? Possibly. Will I be back, bc I love crepes, and want to see them succeed? Yup!

Stopped by here for a quick brunch with friends. The service was fast, the food was great!

The omelette was seasoned so well, I thought my mother made it. I was greeted with a couple of smiles from the staff members and sat down on a cozy bench that reminded me of being in a lounge. The atmosphere was like a coffee shop with a lot of character.

Place looks nice, it wasn't crazy loud. Menu looked very promising, especially when I saw they serve Chilaquiles. My husband ordered the Corn Beef hash and he said it lacked flavor, no taste! The quality of the beef was on point but nothing else. Unfortunately, the Chilaquiles were soggier than a wet sock! Some of the tortillas were refrigerator cold and others were wet, these chilaquiles were microwaved! Unacceptable! Chilaquiles should be crispy! They also missed something from my husband's order. I saw no one walking and checking in on customers. I got up and took the plate and asked about the order, the lady didn't even look at me or addressed me. I asked her "do you remember he asked for..." and that's when she answered "yes" with an attitude and sent me back to my seat. It was a long wait until someone brought the missing item. For our two breakfast meals, a coffee and a soda, the check was about $50. No reason to come back!

Love the vibe & food is so good! I get the Matcha Chi Latte to drink it's the best match I've had in the Spring/Woodlands area

wo-sah wo-sah I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Noe's Cafe. I hesitated to write this review because I didn't want to come across as overly dramatic, but I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Before visiting again, I should have reread my previous rating. I remember not enjoying the place or the food, but I thought maybe they had improved since then, considering they were still open. NOE! ‍ Unfortunately, the service was lacking. It seemed like the staff didn't care about their jobs and were too busy working to attend to customers' needs. I sat in the back while waiting for my guests, but after a while, I noticed a putrid smell that was almost unbearable, I could almost taste it, as I looked to my left, It turned out I was sitting near the restaurant's restroom, which was quite unpleasant. We decided to move to another table, but it was dirty and we had to ask someone to clean it. Even after it was "cleaned," the table still had a sour smell, as if it had been wiped down with an old, used wet towel. Despite all the issues, I still placed an order for their chipotle chicken and waffles, which looked tempting (I forget what my guest got). However, the chicken was soft and not crispy but chewy, and the portion size was disappointingly small. The waffle was also soft and soggy, as if left out in the sun to defrost, then tossed in the microwave (if this was made from scratch, Im sorry) Overall, I had a terrible experience at Noe's Cafe. I wish I had listened to my initial impressions and not given them another chance.

I had a great experience with Noe's Cafe. When you enter it has such a nice urban vibe and a cute aesthetic. It was clean and fairly sized. Cynthia and Caleb were very kind and helpful, and they were super patient with me as they helped us choose what to get on the menu. I had the chance to try the croque madame and my husband got the buffalo fries. I was pleasantly surprised at the portion size that we got. I ended up getting the tiramisu latte and it's made pretty sweet, so if you like sweeter flavored lattes I would recommend it to you. As for the croque madame, I'm not the biggest fan of dijon mustard but it was delicious without it. I would say the bread was a little bit soggy but the flavors were there. The salad and the fries were good with it as well. Both Caleb and Cynthia checked on us several times so I felt really welcome. The restrooms were clean, but you can hear really loud Hispanic music playing through the wall. It might be the business next door? But I don't think banks play music that loud lol. Might've been in the kitchen. It was pretty funny. I would definitely come again!

Super amazing! Really fast service but the mimosa flight had to be the best thing for sure!! Very clean and over all just the cutest low key brunch place!! The food was also 10/10 fresh and really good

What a great place to have brunch!! Pleasantly surprised by this café that our cousin took us. Plenty of parking. Outdoor patio seating. Inside very colorful decor. Clean. You place your order and choose your own seating. Self-serve water station. Our orders were served quickly. Best brunch restaurant this far!! Unique dishes with equally unique flavor combination. Best (Dirty) Chai Latte!! It was so good and for a regular size, the amount was more of a large portion. I could have had seconds. The Southwestern Benedict was made with soft, warm sopes topped with refried beans, poached eggs, shrimp and chorizo, avocado hollandaise, and Mexican crema. Most unique benedict. Just superb, perfectly balanced flavors!! I chose the fruits for the side instead of fries. Fruits were fresh. They even served bananas, which is rare. All of the entres ordered were just delicious!! I would highly and definitely recommend having breakfast/brunch at Noe's!! Well worth the trip!!

Plenty of parking loud ambience with hard floors but doesn't take away from what it is, they actually have Boba tea here with tapioca which is nice and chilaquiles which I need to try next time which for me gives it another star because how many of these places can do it right and at least the picture look good. The copies are decent as well as the prices they have two restrooms instead of one main squeeze restroom and is decently clean. There is outdoor seating in fact seeing these green umbrellas I swear this used to be a Starbucks coffee without even looking at its history maybe I'm wrong.

Tried to eat crepes there twice. Both times tbey didn't have any. Crazy since the majority of the breakfast menu is crepes. What's annoying is that you wait in line to be told they are not making crepes. A simple sign before you wait in line would have worked!!!!

Workers were kind. Latte art was beautiful and delicious! Food was amazing! Everything came out hot and on time. Ambience could have been better. It was very bright and the music was not great, but it was a good volume. I understand employees have no control over that though.

I had a seasonal drink that was a hot matcha irish cream foam latte. I had it in St. Patricks day 2023, and I'm still thinking about it to this day! They usually have interesting drinks of the month. I also liked going with my husband because it has a relaxing atmosphere and service is decent.

This place has the best food and coffee. Loved the taste and quality of the dishes. Great taste and everything was so fresh. Cleaned the plate out was that good. Great location in Spring.

No fountain drinks so that's as a thumbs down for me. The mimosa is very small for the price. The kids sneaks are fairly priced. The chilaquiles taste like Doritos with topping. Not impressed. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Service was quick so that was good. I sat on the booth by the restroom and I could smell the restroom from there. It was full all other tables so no other choice. First time here but not coming back I'm sure. Ok so I had to come back. I just had the chilaquiles. This is not chillaquilles. This is nachos with breakfast toppings. As I got to the bottom of the "bowl" you can see it's dry and the tortilla is just not flavored with dorito flavor I would call it. I went back to switch it to something else that meets my expectations and they said that I could get half off what other plate I want! Wow! First and last time here!

Food we got was good. I did not eat breakfast because they forgot about my food, after reminding them after they brought all the other food out The guy server/runner was awesome. Super responsive and helpful. Ordered food for my mother and wife, and both got their food. Waited 30 Minutes and still did not receive my dish. Went to just ask for a refund and be nice, and not make a stink about it. Girl behind counter asked "why" when the guy server said I wanted a refund... because my table is done eating and I still Didn't get my food. Then I get a refund in a hand full of quarters after I put it paid with my card. Potential here to be an awesome restaurant. But service except for 1 really ruined it. Going to grab food on the way home. No sorry for anything EXCEPT the change for a refund AFRER I complained....

The food was so plain. The fries didn't have any salt on them, they were plain. The food overall isn't good. There is a huge room for improvement. Also overpriced.

We looked for a coffee venue with great reviews and Noe's percolated to the top. My wife and daughter-in-law and grandbaby and I were in dire need of a picker upper, Noe's made great drinks and a couple completely unnecessary but tasty strawberry and cream filled crescent rolls . I enjoyed a hot cappuccino, the lady that made and brought the drink to me noticed I was taking pics and she brought my to go cup over with the lid off so I could see the design she did in the foam, most places don't add that extra touch for a go cup....kudos! My wife got a frozen blended thingy that I don't know the name of 'cause I was otherwise occupied ( and she didn't remind me to take a pic of the receipt....just sayin'). Our daughter-in-law got another frozen blended thingy....nope, no name but I did my due diligence and sampled both of their drinks....5 star concoctions. They offer a lot of stuff to gnosh on like savory and sweet crepes, waffles, breakfast plates, omelettes, eggs benedicts, salads, Noe's specials like chicken and waffles, pancakes, sammys. We'll be back for more goodies when we're near this area.

I would give a zero. Order was brought out wrong after a 45 minute wait. The staff didn't care or attempt to make it right. We asked for our money back , staff was rude, even after we had included a generous tip , which you pay open ordering. We will never go back again. Do t waste your time or money.

The food is so good! It came out quickly. The chai latte is so yummy. Friendly service. It's counter service. I recommend this place for some good place.

I ordered the chilaquiles and they were delicious, their chicken and waffles were a solid 2/5 but it was enjoyable. The reason for the one star is the service. I was greeted appropriately but after receiving my matcha drink, i pointed out that it tasted like sugar milk and asked for it to be remade, i was met with discerning looks from both employees on the floor and was told there's nothing they can do. i didn't feel like pushing it or making a fuss for a new drink but it made me feel very uncomfortable/rejected and i will not be returning. And this happened today

From service to coffee to food. Everything was A1. It is very clean and the chicken and waffles is to die for. Seasoned to perfection. I recommend the golden chai or the lavender latte. This is a great breakfast spot in the Spring area.

Came for lunch and had the strawberry salad with grilled chicken. It was so amazing good! Hot, fresh chicken, plump, juicy strawberries and balsamic vinaigrette made it even better! I can't wait to come try the choices for breakfast! Cute place with outdoor seating. Only thing I would change is the attitude of the 2 girls behind the counter. The greeting in was dull and ordering our food seemed to frustrate them. When food was brought to our table it was plopped down. Maybe some training in customer service?! Other than that, highly recommend!!!

The food was great. I had the corned beef hash which had big chunks of beef I'd never seen in a hash before. Really delicious. Also the over easy eggs were done perfectly. Pumpkin spice latte was good, not great. Looked like a cup of milk with a drop of coffee. Service was good. Nice & quick even though it was busy. Ambiance was nice & cozy too.

The food is very bland, water is not free and the customer service isn't the best. Other than that i wouldn't recommend the breakfast or the drink and will not be coming back anytime soon.

All I can say is amazing food and customer service. It's a nice clean locally owned restaurant.

Came to the place with high expectations based on the menu, and was extremely let down. The service was not great. My girlfriend ordered a crepe, I ordered the waffle flight, side of potatoes and bacon. We also ordered a mimosa carafe and a bubble tea. The only thing that came out in a timely manner was the crepe. Everything else came out 15-20 minutes later. Food was cold. Asked about the mimosas and they looked at me confused. They then rushed to make the bubble tea and mimosas. Never checked on us to see how anything was. Noticed that everyone that was coming in after us got their drinks long before us which was frustrating. Overall, I feel like they should probably stick to coffee and bagels and they might do well.

OK, I have to say for the first time I was really greeted in a very enthusiastic way when I walked in. The servers name was Jennifer. She smiled and told me good morning! It's the first time I've ever had that type of experience and I've been coming here for about two years. The food has been a hit or miss as in some days. It's been cold and I let them know about it, but I ordered egg omelette with fruit, which is extra for the fruit very well presented and delicious

I will never order from here again. I have been a loyal customer. I order the same item with no customization (straight off the menu) and the price changes depending on who takes the order. I tried to order an item that costs roughly $4 off the menu. However the young lady at the time told me I needed to pay $7. I let her know I ordered this same item the last three days straight and paid the exact same price on the menu. I even told them I can show them my bank statement showing what I paid. Despite all this they still didn't want to honor the price on thier menu and said if they keep it at $4 then they'll have to charge $1 for the cup! If this is how you treat a loyal customer then I'll find a new place. I am done with their poor customer service.

Cute little cafe in the spring area. I love their logo of a cute little dog coming out of a cup. The food was good and was beautiful to look at. My one remark is that I got the chilaquiles and the menu said it would come with an over easy egg but I got scrambled :( not a big deal but just something to watch out for. The iced coffee I got was delicious and my bf had one large mimosa which was also yummy! Food came out fast and it was a nice time. I would recommend

I really wanted to like this place but their service SUCKS. The lady at the counter was on her phone while taking my order. I waited 20 min for my food and had to go up and remind her while she is texting away again and it was just sitting on the counter. Even after all that my order was wrong. She didn't have a name tag but she was blonde with maybe a nose ring someone train her please.

Coffee is good but that's about it we waited so long and when we received our order it was wrong they fixed it but the eggs were so cold Waffle tasted so eggy and not good at all bacon tasted old looked old and was so cold The person who brought our food was nice but the girl at the register seemed really annoyed I wouldn't recommend to anyone truly

The food is great! They give big portions. I gave a for because sometimes I have to leave because of the smell. I've asked and they say it's something about the plumbing. If they can get that fixed, I'll definitely be returning.

First time at Noe's cafe and the food was delicious! We ordered pancakes, waffles, chilaquiles. Food came out pretty quick! My vanilla latte was perfect!

Disappointing!! We ordered the corned beef hash and chilaquiles. The cook needs to look up the definitions of these two dishes. A hash is a mixture of foods that have been finely chopped or diced. But Noe's interprets this as just a bunch of large chucks of potatoes and beef and an egg on top. Chilaquiles??? Nope. What I got was crunchy tortilla chip, a thick sauce(?) with an egg on top. If I wanted nachos, I would have ordered nachos. It is laziness on the part of cook or a radical MIS-interpretation??

The food was okay.. not worth the $15. There was barely any cheese or chorizo on the chilaquiles. They were also very dry and the sauce was thick. So if the chip had sauce it was a big gop of it. In the pic i had only taken one bite out of the chilaquiles

Avocado toast was bland. It was difficult to eat because the tomatoes and avocados were sliced pretty large rather than mashed and diced. The chilaquiles tasted like they had enchilada sauce on them. They were ok but not great.

I have mixture views about dining in here. We came on a normal weekday and it was not even that busy, but the chairs were dirty and so was the ground. There were crumbs and food particles everywhere. I ordered my food at the counter and asked if I could have help with the high chair and the service told me no, and I had to struggle to get a high chair myself from the front. Thankfully my dining partner was able to help me, but that would have been such a problem had I came out alone with my baby. That order was veggie omelet with fries and I was given potatoes with it. They fixed it by giving me a fries on the side, so that's good. The condiments station was clean and orderly. I can really tell the difference in their coffee because of how good it is, so I bought a cold brew on the way out even after having a latte in house because of how much I enjoyed their coffee beans. I would love to dine in here again because of its location and because of how much I enjoyed their coffee but I would hope that they make an effort to have better customer service and clean the restaurants after people leave their table.

I was highly dissatisfied with these place as far as customer service goes. My 5 year old daughter dropped her bobba tea 1 minute after getting it they didn't even offer her a water and said no to the lemonade replacement saying it's the same price. I was highly disappointed and disgusted as the way I was treated after spending 100$ on food .

Noe's Cafe is delicious from its coffees and teas to his high quality breakfast! Come support this local business.

I don't usually leave a review but this place was too good not to. Didn't stop to take a pic but we had a build your own omelette, the bananas foster waffle, lemonade and a dirty chai tea. Everything was so flavorful! The potatoes were perfect. The most balanced lemonade I've had in years! Every bite of the omelette was amazing and had just the right about of seasoning and flavor. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
